The hotels listed / booked does not accept booking from OYO

I had booked a oyo room at vellore 30th oct-31st oct but after reaching hotel i was informed that they do not accept oyo booking.

GF0B2903- SRINIDHI Home stay- 30th oct to 31st oct

Not only i have wasted my money in oyo but was tortutured for that night as didnot have anyother place to stay. Finally took a room from them and paid Rs 600 extra

Refund is in OYO wallet, need it in my bank account

Since at the time of booking we pay the money either through net banking OR UPI payment, same it should be refunded immediately on cancellation of the room booking. My booking id is A20I4563. I cancelled the booking because the hotel manager was not taking calls and the confirmation not received from hotel. OYO credited refund in OYO wallet. Need this amount urgently in my bank account to book hotel offline.

Pathetic service by oyo executives

I booked an Oyo room on 16th Oct. check-in date 18th Oct check out date 21st Oct.
I canceled the booking on 16th OCT (canceled confirmation received on my email id and mobile also) and claimed for refund, but no refund has been received yet and none of your executives are cooperating after several attempts on the helpline....

Can not getting refund though denied for check in.

We booked 2 rooms in OYO Townhouse RCC Majestic 397 LB Nagar booked by Adoor Manju. Booking ID: GPYW4267.

The customer care executives just put the call on hold and after 15-20 minutes, the call gets disconnected. I am highly disappointed with your services.
