They are not refunding my money which i had paid online for room booking

    Extra fees I have to pay

    I booked this hotel SPOT ON 64662 Hill View Guest House. I booked the hotel throught the oyo app and payed a advance money through the app. I also called Oyo CUSTOMER SUPPORT before going to the place so confirm they don't ask me for extra money and Oyo ensured me they won't. The showed me rs 460 on one single non ac room. But when i reached the hotel those goons in the reception asked me for more 600 rupees on top of the money...

    I made a booking with Oyo ( Booking ID: NH[protected] & PNR: [protected] ) and paid full amount for a room in Anjuna INN, Goa ( OYO 84062 ) from 28 Oct 2022 to 30 Oct 2022. When we reached the hotel for Check In, the property owner denied our booking due to unavailability of rooms and we called customer care for alternate option, after wasting of 5 to 6 hr in goa, we got shifted to another property by the executive and we made the extra payment for the stay so we went there to check In, they also denied our booking due to unavailability of rooms and we wasted almost one day in goa without rooms so I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the company and we raised our complaint along with compensation and shared all the billing details for their reference but still the amount not yet credited to my account even after 14 days. Our two bookings made by the Oyo executive were denied by property owner even after making the full payment and we are like struggling in goa for a stay.

      This is to bring under your kind notice that OYO is doing fraud into the market, no one is ready to help you with refund rather than only with new booking.
      I made the booking on 26th Oct. for hotel in Patna, hotel denied the booking as OYO is not giving them sufficient money and hence the booking got cancelled and we have to suffer on that.
      Now tried more than 50 times calling in customer care - [protected], all the times they transfer the call to IVR and call gets disconnected after following their process as well.
      Booking ID: XEUY3877.
      Still my payment is pending, please take the strict action against oyo so that in future people wont suffer.

        I booked a oyo hotel from my oyo app on 8th Nov 2022 and i canceled by booking the very next day due to some reasons. Refund has not been initiated yet and refund status is showing failed. I tried calling oyo customers care forum many time but they just put my call on hold stating that we are connecting your call to our refund related query team but never had done so.

            Through fraudulent act, the OYO representative booked an incorrect hotel over the phone and charged me Rs. 2032. I called up to lodge complaint and refund, I was advised that refund will be processed. It has been almost 1.5 months since I am chasing for refund and I am given some fake transaction ID and reference which my bank confirmed that never received.
            I asked to send screenshot of the refund processed to which account and there is no response.
            They book you some random hotel and charge, the hotel would deny check in mentioning that they were never booked and when you call, OYO recharge you again mentioning that they have rebooked the same hotel. OYO is a scam.

            They never process a refund. Beware of them. They are frauds. I am tired of chasing up for my refund and these shameless representatives would block your phone number and give fake responses over the email.

            What resolution, I asked you guys to send the screenshot of transfer to the correct bank account as an evidence. You denied mentioning privacy issues and asked me to send the bank statement from the month of October 2022. As a consumer I dont have any privacy, right. I sent the bank statement and after that no response.
            You guys keep fooling consumers and delay the process.
            PROCESS MY REFUND ASAP. I DONT WANT ANY FURTHER EXCUSES. YOU GUYS ARE SCAMMERS.

            OYO is a scam. They do not process the refund. They keep wasting time asking for your bank statement. Even after sending bank statement, they do not process the refund and simply cut your calls.

                Dear OYO,

                This is to inform you that I booked a hotel (booking id:PQPE7603) on the day of check-in i.e. 04 Nov 2022 I receive a call from the scammer pretending as property manager stating that Sir I see the Partial amount was already paid Rs: 2818/- as we are over booked for today to confirm your check-in Please pay the Pending payment i.e. Rs 5236/-(Which is accurate as it was the amount showing me in the Application) directly to our bank account Via Bank transfer and shared the Bank details Via Whatsapp (Bank Details Ref Screenshot) As per his instruction I have paid the amount as the Bank account details provided by him had Account name as the Hotel name i.e. Siri Residency Which made me believe its an Genuine property manager.
                Post the money transfer he calls me back and requests me to do another bank transfer as the 1st transfer is stuck in the payment gateway, This time please add a Note in the Bank transfer Name & BookingID and once this is received he would refund the amount immediately. This got me really pissed and I have started arguing with him that no way I am redoing the 2n transfer unless I receive the refund first and Post that He abruptly cut my call and turned off his Phone. I started to panic and has reached the OYO Customer care and made them contact me to the property manager and immediately he says that Sir you have been scammed kindly raise a complaint.
                I have reached and spoke to an OYO Customer executive and explained the same that I have been scammed due to my information was Breached through your system and he has Raised the ticket and said the concern Department who deals with Fraud cases will approach with in 24 to 48hrs, Sadly 4 days have been passed and No one has reached me . I had to bare the Rs: 5236/- Straight Loss due information leak TICKET NO :[protected]

                In spite of all this once I have reached the Hotel the property manager has urged me to do that pending payment to them directly where i have argued with them that Sir I have already been scammed hours before and you now again direct payment to the property else I will not be given a room, As I was tired from all the travelling and taking advantage of my Helplessness this is your So called Hassle-Free Check-in Scheme.

                I request to you that please investigate above concern and initiate refund of INR 5236(refer screen shot).

                  I have done pre booking on OYO for the dates Oct 5th and 6th Oct. But at the time of check-in receiptionist rejected the check-in. On Oct 5th OYO CANCELLED THE booking but till now they haven't proceessed my refund amount. They are doing so much drama. Had follow-ups multiple times via emails and phone calls but no luck still.. they are very impolite and irresponsible. They are getting paid by doing these kind of not proceessed refunds of the customers. Tweeted in twitter also. Without any action created on the refund, everytime when i reached out to them they are saying wait 7 to 14 working days. Till also they replied the same. Kindly take a serious action on OYO SERVICES, I wasted so much if my time to talk to them but haven't recieved my refund

                    On 4 th nov 2022, i made a booking in oyo app and paid amount Rs. 1445/- online (booking id-M7PN0644) but while reached hotel ( oyo home 78969 E block lajpat nagar) there they told that there is some technical issue because of which online payment cannot be accepted so i have to pay in cash and the online payment done by me will be refunded by next day . I paid the cash for my booking too. But after 3 days i received Rs. 923/- in my oyo wallet with expiry date 11 nov 2022. This is wrong. Shouldn't i get refund to my original source that is my bank account as it will be of no use if i get credit in oyo wallet as i have no need of it now. Further the reduced amount is refunded with 3 days expiry date. This is wrong what oyo is doing and one kind of fraud. Refund the Rs. 1445/- to my bank account original source which i used via upi payment phonepe. Do it as soon as possible.

                        On 04 November 2022, I booked r one room in Hotel Sachin situated at Circular Road Rewari, booking id: NMZX4804. Online payment of Rs 504 was made through paytm. After reaching hotel, the person at counter said, we don't receive OYO bookings. I can't provide you any room here. I called OYO customer care about 5 times, every time the customer care hanged phone, there was no response. Later I had to book another room in near by hotel by paying Rs:800. While I was calling OYO support at Hotel Sachin I also wrote a WhatsApp message to OYO to respond, but no response till to date. On 06 Nov I received a message at my E Mail id from OYO that I didn't checkin!.!!!. This is really a torture.                           I booked room at flagship 78442 Laxmi chauk pune, via Oyo app and paid 480 rs. But when I reached at hotel they demanded extra money 720 rs for low tarrif issue. I called Oyo customer care regarding that, they told me that we will refund your extra paid amount after check out. I also raised dispute after checkout, and completed refund request. But untill that i have not received any refund. Also they closed my ticket. Customer care also not supporting me that, every time I called them they take 15 to 16 min saying we are checking your details and cut the call without any reply.

                            Upon check out was told that our room Deposit would not be returned because they had received a smoke alarm alert!! Neither my fiance nor I smoked in that room. As a matter of fact my fiance is a Platinum Member and has stayed several times without any issues. Obviously the smoke detector is not correct and I know you want to do the right thing for your loyal customers.We are demanding the return of our deposit. Or we will be taking the Platinum membership to a casino that knows how to treat their loyal customers.

                              Dear Team,

                              This is pathetic to see kind of service oyo giving to their customer, I recently book property with oyo in Sarjapur, bangalore where i did early check out because of some emergency and i left with 4 days which i have been told that they will refund the amount once you complete the checkout. After multiple follow ups with your team they weren't given a proper solution in fact they hung up the call in between.

                              Is that kind of service oyo provide ?

                              Kindly provide my refund on priority basis and also need a valid reason for not providing refund on time with compensation for this delay.

                              Any further delay would be costing some legal action on oyo.

                                  Bad experience with oyo. I booked a room for couple from 6 nov 2022 to 7 Nov 2022 and payment made in full before check in. Once we reached the hotel, the receptionist refused to give us the rooms. very bad experience from oyo... did not expect this from oyo...i am totally disapointed. waste my time and money..

                                    I had cancelled my Oyo booking on 13th Oct.. and was told refund will be given within 7-14 working days.. it's been more than 14 days now.. and i haven't received any refund from them. When am reaching for customer support they are least bothered. They listen to the problem and put me on hold for 25 mins and hung up the call from there end. Such unethical practices are followed. Frustrated to the core. I have attached order ID and ticket ID for your reference.. please look into it.

                                      I had booked a oyo room at vellore 30th oct-31st oct but after reaching hotel i was informed that they do not accept oyo booking.

                                      Not only i have wasted my money in oyo but was tortutured for that night as didnot have anyother place to stay. Finally took a room from them and paid Rs 600 extra
