Oyo room not listed on reaching the hotel

It was 28th of October 2022, me and my friend were tired from a journey and around 1 AM we decided to rent a room for the night in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. We downloaded the OYO app and booked a room. We tried calling the hotel but it the number was unavailable.
Upon reaching the hotel we called the person in charge, by the number provided at the gate, and he informed us they have cancelled their links to OYO rooms and are now not available...

Money not refunded despite cancelling 3 months ago.

I booked a room on OYO rooms on 21st July, 2022 . But cancelled it as my plans have suddenly changed.

However, despite my hard efforts to get back my money refunded by calling their customer care for n number of times, still I did not get a penny refunded.

Every time, I call their customer care, they say they are diverting my call to their service desk, however it never happens and call get disconnected automatically.br...

on 30-sep-2022 at evening 8-8:30 o'clock around contacted with oyo care support through hotline no., So booked a room and as i denied to pay the money but they said because of that your booking will not be confirmed so by staying on the call they send the payment link which is through google pay 357 INR. so then they provided the booking id which was also wrong "ZG9I9267"...

Hv contacted st the number given in email, he says booking is no more valid and check in cud be done.
Reason he told that OYO has not made previous payments, so they will not honour the booking thru OYO

Think of the plight the consumer has to face even they hv done booking 3 weeks in advance.
Please get resolved the matter before I reach Jausalmer on 30 oct.br...

On 4th of October i booked a OYO hotel named OYO Townhouse 332 varthur main road Bangalore. I booked this hotel from OYO app at Rs 616. When i check-in the client charged me Rs 1000 by giving the reason that in Bangalore you can't find hotel below Rs 1600 so i paid extra Rs 1000. I called to OYO service desk they said once you check-out send the bill to us we will refund you to 7 days. After 7 days i called they said please provide bank details...

Listed hotels doesn't accepting the booking after payment through OYO

Incident happened on 28th October 2022,
Booking ID- BBLP3205,

i had done booking through OYO with hotel -The Heaven Gradens, Vazhakkala and done pre -payment through UPI with discounted price available from OYO site itself on 28th October 2022.

While contacting with the Hotel reception for the confirmation they rejected the booking and state that this booking is not valid so need to cancel and rebook...

Didn't get refund after hotel denied check in

I booked two rooms with booking I'd NTCF8174, i reached at the hotel with my family but the hotel denied check in with stating reason that they do not entertain prepaid bookings from Oyo. It was around 8 pm in the evening with me having kids as well as ladies with me. I booked a room on 23/10/22 for 25/10/22 but for some reason I had to cancel it. As per the cancellation policy of the hotel, if I cancelled my booking before 9:00 am then my money will be refunded so I did cancel my booking on 25/10/22 at 7:00 am but still the hotel has not refunded my money. The total amount was Rs. 1071

Oyo townhouse 033 Siri fort

Address:Oyo townhouse 033 Siri fort, new delhi

I booked townhouse 033 for 25th Oct 2022 and paid full amount in advance but when I reached the location the townhouse didn't existed. I tried to contact the owner but got no response. Later the security guard shared that the property got closed back in 2021 but it still shows as active in the Oyo Android app.

I request a full refund that I paid in advance.

Regarding Refund on booking ID JA6G0388

I had booked rooms in Jaipur and Hotel asked for extra charges, I talked with the Oyo customer care and they told me to pay 2000 and will refund it. Extra amount will be transferred to my bank account within 7 to 14 Days but after 20 days did not receive it.

Not able to talk with Service desk as unable to connect and not replying on mail....

Oyo Hotel doesn't refund the amount after cancellation

Sir I had booked hotel on 1st October for 2nd October 2022 booking date but i cancelled the hotel on same day on 1st October. As per the rule of Oyo the cancellation charge will be not deducted but 9:00 am of 2nd October. But after cancellation i didn't get my money back. I had called Oyo customer care for 20 times but they didn't helped me with any solution. I had waited more than 14 days to get my refund back but i didn't get it. Please...

Refund amount not credited to my bank account

I have cancelled my booking bearing id - SI598925 but my refund amount is credited OYO rupee account. Whereas I did payment from through UPI likewise the refund should be credited to same payment source. Very bad experience with OYO customer service they are mentioning we can't help we are from booking department. It can be resolved if OYO send refund amount to same payment source or my bank account....

Advance paid amount not refunded

My stay was booked on 9 Nov 2022 to 16 Nov 2022. I cancelled my booking due to unavoidable circumstances. It has been more than the OYO mentioned time still i did not get any refund amount which i have paid. Regarding cancellation refund scam

I have booked a room through OYO app two weeks back and i paid the complete amount at the time of booking itself. My stay was supposed to be 21st October 2022 to 23rd October 2022(3days and 2 nights). When i reached the location and tried to contact the property owner she literally denied my check in and said she is not interested in giving her property to oyo. Moreover she asked me to cancel the booking and to contact OYO customer support....

Refund not received even after 1 month of refund initiation

I have a refund for my booking ID GPKE8659, which was initiated on September 24th. I have not yet received the refund. It's been around a month since the refund has been initiated. Each time I call customer care they offer me a call back and I never get the call back. I feel cheated by this attitude from OYO.
I have been assured a refund before making payment at the hotel and now OYO is not responding to my emails. I really feel mistreated...

Hi Team,
I have booked a hotel with Booking ID : WZ975521 using OYO app on 01 st Oct but hotel manger denied the check-in.
I called to the customer care and they cancelled the booking and said that I will get the refund back in next 7-14 days.
Today the date is 23rd Oct2022, I am raising the complain for the fraud as I have not got refund into my original mode and I am still waiting for it.
