I booked an Oyo room on 16th Oct. check-in date 18th Oct check out date 21st Oct.
I canceled the booking on 16th OCT (canceled confirmation received on my email id and mobile also) and claimed for refund, but no refund has been received yet and none of your executives are cooperating after several attempts on the helpline.
OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    1 st, I booked at royal town oyo.The hotel do not allow to check in and then your agent book another hotel for me.I faced same problem.I got refund for my 1 st hotel in mail.But i have not received refund for nandan residency (booking id- CZEY7209) .plz refund my money as they do not allow me check in.I have called 50 times but can not connect to your customer care for service problem.

      We booked OYO Townhouse RCC Majestic 397 LB Nagar under the account Adoor Manju. Booking ID: GPYW4267; Check-in date: 19-Aug-22; Check-out date: 22-Aug-22; No. of nights: 3; No. of rooms: 2 Deluxe Rooms; No. of guests: 4 Adults; Total amount: ₹ 6386.56. We paid Partial amount using the link given in the WhatsApp message by Oyo. We paid 3193 Rupees using amazon pay, Transaction Id:[protected]. We reached on 19th and hotel denied us the room saying no booking has happened. We received a message saying the room got cancelled at night 9PM. The message was a forwarded one which said refund will happen within 7-14 working days.

      Till now we haven't received any money. Please help us in this regard and make the refund happen

        We booked 2 rooms in OYO Townhouse RCC Majestic 397 LB Nagar booked by Adoor Manju. Booking ID: GPYW4267.
        Check in was supposed to be at 19-Aug-22. We were planning to stay for 3 nights and 2 days. We Paid the partial amount ₹ 3193 of total amount ₹ 6386.56( Transaction ID[protected] on 18 august 2022. We paid the amount by clicking in the link given in the Oyo message( message photo attached).

        When we reached at the hotel they said no booking was done. Our family had to book a room with extra money in a strange town. We booked the room for 4 people out of which two were women.
        On 19th August Night 9 PM we received a message saying our booking got cancelled and within 7-14 days the refund will be given to the Kerala Gramin Bank account, from where the money got withdrawn.

        We are attaching the screenshots of messages came from Oyo. Please give refund to the amount of 3193 Rupees

          I have booked and stayed in Oyo booking hotel for 6 days, before checking in I have been asked to pay extra amount due to escalation, i contacted customer service centre and they said either I can choose different hotel or stay in the same hotel paying extra money, after i checkout I have to give them the receipt and I will get refund for the extra amount, after checked out i gave them my bank details and receipt, but they ignored, I have called the customer service around 15, 20 times everytime they are saying that they will connect me to service team sometimes to refund team or higher authority, but everytime my call is getting disconnected. my refund has not been initiated yet booking id-JV823631

                  I booked a property OYO townhouse 433 JPS with booking ID: LL8U4637 at 30 october . I went to the hotel at around 3 Pm to checkin and the property was closed and the property reception was not attempting phone calls. When i called the customer care for help, they tried arranging other properties but that didn't work too . When I asked to cancel, there is only half amount refund . Please help us get full refund because we didn't avail service and whole my half money is charged for cancellation.

                    My name is Kamal Raj and I'd booked an OYO at Goa for a stay from April 28th until . I booked this place looking at their photos and also it was supposed to be within 2 kms from Calungate Beach. However, when I checked in to the hotel is when I realized that I was fooled by these crooks as Hotel was no where within 2 kms, it was two far from the city center and I stayed with my kids of 7 and 3 year and had nothing but trouble. The staff was rude, .they geyser and AC weren't working. I called OYO and explained them of my situation and they shifted me to another facility on April 29th. This was near to calungate beach (I'd to pay 2k for Cab as the distance was far) and they promised to refund the money for the 1 day stay. I've also sent them my bank details ask requested. It's been months now that I've been waiting and there is still no refund. I've been cheated by OYO and the property and need your help in getting me a refund.

                    Sorry I hurry few of the details provided are incorrect. I booked the above OYO from April 28th, 2022 to May 5th, 2022 and paid 2446 on April 10th to confirm the booking and paid another 4543 on April 10th at the time of Check in which makes the total paid 6989. Due to the pathetic experience I faced on day 1 called up OYO and was promised a free transfer at a property in calungate area for remaining days. How ever, after the time of checkout on 29th April, I called OYO to verify my booking at another property and the Lady who answered the call was so sure that she's blaming me stating I intentionally vacated this place when all amenities were proper but that's not true. I'd booked the property as their website showed the property is in calungate area when it actually was in Morjim and I'd to spend 2000 for Cab after checkout to reach calungate. I told the lady, forget about stay transfer but at least refund the amount for the remaining days for which she agreed. Post this conversation I checked I to another property for remaining amount of days by shelling 14k it's been over 6 months and I'm yet to receive a refund. You verify all the details thru the telephonic conversations.

                    I complaint on this portal as it's handled by government and thinking my data would be safe. However, I've been scammed by a fraudster. Some person claiming to be a Manager from OYO called me from +[protected] and asked me the amount I paid and what is the amount I want to be refunded.I was driving and this booking was done thru my wife's account. Hence, I provided her contact details to the fraudster. My wife was also busy at office and asked him to call back but he wasn't ready to call back and asked for just 5 mins and said he'll refund the entire amount. He asked for the card details to initiate the refund and later asked her to accept google meet request. She's busy her meeting and had know idea of what she's doing. Once she accepted the request he took control of her phone and don't know what he did bit my wife lost 18000.00 from her card. Is this the security we expect from govt. I've been cheated for trusting a genuine site.

                    How was my info shared?

                    Is any body there is involved?

                    I need answers to these questions.

                      I booked oyo room through oyo app my booking id is OKEV7733 with Rs 1972Rs booking amount through pay at hotel payment option. We got late for checking in and I hadn't done the payment so we checked the Oyo app so it was showing Pay 1164Rs right Now to get 808Rs discount so I paid 1164 Rs instantly but then it was showing 808Rs pending. i got a little confused but I ignored it at paid the pending which was already wrong. When I entered the hotel they told our price is 2559Rs so you need to pay 587 for checking in, it was pathetic experience and I had a little argument with the hotel person but but I already reached hotel late I was with my family, So I had no option...I have to pay extra amount and book the room. Then hotel is treated us very poorly and provided us the rooms with damaged washroom. I have never experience such a worst before this from Oyorooms.

                        I joined OYO life hyd961 in June and paid advance plus one month's rent of 13000/-rs. I vacated by the 1st of September at the time of vacating Oyo life was not there. they have stopped the services and OYO life initiated the refund policy and they have sent the link to fill out the form. I submitted with attaching all the required documents in August. But till now there is no refund initiation from them and no contact support and if we call customer care they will transfer the call to the service team but they won't receive our call and we have to wait for more than an hour every time and at one point of time call will get disconnect automatically.

                              The customer care executives just put the call on hold and after 15-20 minutes, the call gets disconnected. I am highly disappointed with your services. I have not yet received refund regarding booking made on 4th October 2022 which i had to cancel becausethe property owner denied entry. Please look into the matter. I have contacted your customer care service many times but was not provided any solution. It can't be expected from a firm like OYO.

                                Oyo room not listed on reaching the hotel

                                It was 28th of October 2022, me and my friend were tired from a journey and around 1 AM we decided to rent a room for the night in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. We downloaded the OYO app and booked a room. We tried calling the hotel but it the number was unavailable.
                                Upon reaching the hotel we called the person in charge, by the number provided at the gate, and he informed us they have cancelled their links to OYO rooms and are now not available...

                                I booked a room on OYO rooms on 21st July, 2022 . But cancelled it as my plans have suddenly changed.

                                However, despite my hard efforts to get back my money refunded by calling their customer care for n number of times, still I did not get a penny refunded.

                                Every time, I call their customer care, they say they are diverting my call to their service desk, however it never happens and call get disconnected automatically.

                                  on 30-sep-2022 at evening 8-8:30 o'clock around contacted with oyo care support through hotline no., So booked a room and as i denied to pay the money but they said because of that your booking will not be confirmed so by staying on the call they send the payment link which is through google pay 357 INR. so then they provided the booking id which was also wrong "ZG9I9267" provided by Oyo call center agent
                                  so tried after that to contact but non contactable and other agent told no booking has been done, further as he provided the property owner contact details as we contacted property owner they said we will not provide the room you can contact with oyo care support, so as they denied so we have to search another hotel and which takes alot of survival in the night and also which was at cost 1247 INR, so kindly check and do needful
                                  Resolution i want : the whole amount should be refunded and also the amount which i have paid to another property as due to the inconvenience which i suffered due to OYO

                                    Reason he told that OYO has not made previous payments, so they will not honour the booking thru OYO

                                    Think of the plight the consumer has to face even they hv done booking 3 weeks in advance.
                                    Please get resolved the matter before I reach Jausalmer on 30 oct.

                                      On 4th of October i booked a OYO hotel named OYO Townhouse 332 varthur main road Bangalore. I booked this hotel from OYO app at Rs 616. When i check-in the client charged me Rs 1000 by giving the reason that in Bangalore you can't find hotel below Rs 1600 so i paid extra Rs 1000. I called to OYO service desk they said once you check-out send the bill to us we will refund you to 7 days. After 7 days i called they said please provide bank details so that we can initiate your refunding process. 1 week later i again call to OYO service desk and they said it will 14 to 21 days from the date of check-out so from 5th oct to 26th Oct i should received my amount but didn't.
                                      On 26th of Oct i do again call and this when i press 2 i hear this "no booking id is register with this mobile number press 1 for new booking and press 2 if you need any help of existing booking id" How can it be so i've been in touch with service desk from past 14 days now my call can't reach to service desk.

                                      And the great part is one executive said we have a problem with your bank details why they didn't tell me earlier and when i ask why they don't have any reason they just say we are checking just wait for 2 minutes, after 15 minute call get disconnect. Sometime they don't even call.
                                      I wrote many mail to OYO but no response is received from their end.
