I have booked and stayed in Oyo booking hotel for 6 days, before checking in I have been asked to pay extra amount due to escalation, i contacted customer service centre and they said either I can choose different hotel or stay in the same hotel paying extra money, after i checkout I have to give them the receipt and I will get refund for the extra amount, after checked out i gave them my bank details and receipt, but they ignored, I have called the customer service around 15, 20 times everytime they are saying that they will connect me to service team sometimes to refund team or higher authority, but everytime my call is getting disconnected. my refund has not been initiated yet booking id-JV823631
