My stay was booked on 9 Nov 2022 to 16 Nov 2022. I cancelled my booking due to unavoidable circumstances. It has been more than the OYO mentioned time still i did not get any refund amount which i have paid. AND ANYONE READING THIS TRUST ME OR YOU CAN CHECK IT YOURSELF THAT NOT EVEN 1 AMONG MANY OYO CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES WILL RESPOND YOU POSITIVELY OR TRY TO SOLVE THE MY PROBLEM.

    I have initiated a refund on my room cancellation on 12/10/2022, the hotel manager was not letting me checkin as he was asking for extra charges which I denied to pay, i talked with the oyo customer care and they verified my case and initiated the refund, i was told that the refund will be sent to my bank account with 10 days, but now when i call them they are claiming that they have successfully sent the amount to my bank but i dint received it yet

    Its already 14 days gone and the every oyo customer care executives im talking to they holding my calls for 15 20 mins and then cutting the call, and some just keeping the phones beside and i can hear there background noises but they are not replying, i dont think this is how I should be treated and one of your executive was saying me to book a new room if i did that then he will initiate my refund, is it how it works???.. i have a call recording of it

      I have booked a room through OYO app two weeks back and i paid the complete amount at the time of booking itself. My stay was supposed to be 21st October 2022 to 23rd October 2022(3days and 2 nights). When i reached the location and tried to contact the property owner she literally denied my check in and said she is not interested in giving her property to oyo. Moreover she asked me to cancel the booking and to contact OYO customer support. So i cancelled the booking and contacted OYO customer support for alternate options. But all of your executives made me frustrated by putting my call in long hold and didn't made any effort in helping me. So i was forced to book a lodge nearby Mysore railway station. It's been two days i have spoken to more than ten of your executives for my refund but they have raised only half of the amount. In order to get my complete refund I contacted again but they are just putting the call on hold and disconnecting the call without any response which seems to be unprofessional. So I decided to take a final step by sending an email to you before taking legal actions against your company. For your reference I am giving some of the details regarding my booking.

      Total amount : Rs.2457
      Amount refunded : 1228+ 102=Rs.1330
      Balance amount : Rs.1127

        I have a refund for my booking ID GPKE8659, which was initiated on September 24th. I have not yet received the refund. It's been around a month since the refund has been initiated. Each time I call customer care they offer me a call back and I never get the call back. I feel cheated by this attitude from OYO.
        I have been assured a refund before making payment at the hotel and now OYO is not responding to my emails. I really feel mistreated by this attitude of giving me no response after taking my money.

          Hi Team,
          I have booked a hotel with Booking ID : WZ975521 using OYO app on 01 st Oct but hotel manger denied the check-in.
          I called to the customer care and they cancelled the booking and said that I will get the refund back in next 7-14 days.
          Today the date is 23rd Oct2022, I am raising the complain for the fraud as I have not got refund into my original mode and I am still waiting for it.
          The Oyo wallet show an amount of Rs118 which is the promo amount given by Oyo while booking the service.I need a refind of Rs 421 which was deducted from bank
          I have attached all the screenshot of the same.
          Need urgent help on the same.

            On 28th Sept'22, we have booked 2 rooms at Siliguri (WB) from OYO Mobile App for Rs. 1448.
            When we are there for chek-in at around 21:00 Hrs, the Hotel (OYO 10462 Smriti Guest House) Owner refused to provide us the room by justifying that "The price has increased and we have intimated OYO and you may contact OYO for the same".
            I called OYO regarding the same and after an hour of discussion the assured us that we will refund your amount of Rs. 1448/- with Booking ID#GZIO3325 and also we will book 2 rooms in the same hotel with the increased amount for that time and refund the additional amount (apart from 1448/-) after check-out.
            So, the service desk executive (Name: Arti) booked another room with booking ID#TUA95848 in the same hotel with price of Rs. 2278/-. In which they assured us to refund the additional of Rs. 830/-, which is additional after 1448/-, will be refunded after the check-out.
            Till date (23rd Oct'22) neither the previous booking amount (1448/-) refunded nor the additional, which will be after check-out (830/-) refunded.

            Thanks for the partial refund of the booking amount. This is not so big issue, which required almost a month to resolve. Please take care of the disputes raised, because we have to suffer more due to the property manager and bad support from your side.

              I have booked a hotel room on 21st october 2022 . when i reached the hotel i couldnt check in because the hotel owner said they are not accepting online payments . The booking id of the hotel is EVXP8249. I have called the customer care executive several times, they ask the details and kept disconnecting the calls . No one helped me or intiated a refund . I always used oyo rooms for booking hotels . From now on I will never book rooms from oyo again . This is the second time im facing this issue . I need my money back as soon as possible . Kindly intiate the refund

                I made a booking for a hotel OYO 76593 Crystal Cottage on[protected] through the OYO app. The booking was from dates[protected] to[protected]. The payment has been made but I can't see the booking in my app or website. I have made a payment of Rs. 2504 for the booking. The booking has not been made so I have not received a booking ID and without a booking ID, I cannot contact customer support. I need a full refund of the amount.

                I have already made one complaint, contacted OYO support, and E-Mailed the Oyo Support India team but there have been no replies or action taken on my complaints. Is this how OYO Rooms treats its customers? I need full refund of the payment made as soon as possible. It has already been more than 2 weeks since the booking.

                Did you guys even read the complaint? The subject of the complaint is making it clear that I did not receive any booking ID and you guys are asking for a booking ID. Should I explain my problem again? I did not receive any booking ID and the payment was deducted from my account. I called your customer care and told them about this. They told me that the payment would be reverted back in 7-12 days but I have not received any refund yet.
                In case there is some issue in reading and understanding English then I can write a complaint in Hindi as well. I have attached an image of the subject of my complaint. Please try to read the complaint first if you are resolving the issue of your customers.

At the time of check in receiptionist said that my booking is invalid and asked me to pay extra money 636₹ otherwise my booking will be cancelled. As I was travelling from other city for some work pyrpose, I had to pay extra money and she even refused to give me bill at checkout. I have shared screenshot of payments done by me. This kind of service is not expected from oyo. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible and take strict action against receiptionist. Oyo is inti hospitality and this is not how they should treat their customers.

                      I booked a room in hotel orient flagship 79904 on 15th oct through oyo app. I paid booking amount through app but when I reached hotel, they told me that booking is invalid and if I want to checkin I will have to pay extra tariff charges which is not mentioned anywhere in the oyo. As I had no other option, I had to pay extra charges i.e. 636₹ apart from 564 which I paid while booking, so total bill was summed up to 1200. They also refused to give me bill. Even though I am sharing screenshot of payment done by me. This is totally not expected from oyo. I just want refund for extra money that I paid which is 636₹ as soon as possible. I have contacted oyo service multiple times but it is not worth contacting. Executives are only puttingcalls on hold for long hours and not responding. Resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                        I’ve made a booking on oyo on 16th October. When I went there the hotel said that they donot work under oyo anymore. So I had to cancel the booking but after the cancellation I didn’t receive any refund. The amount I paid was 978. Booking Id : DH4N0642. I need the refund as soon as possible.

                        I’ve got a whatsapp message that the refund has approved and got a link to track the refund process. When I visited the link it’s showing that the refund has transferred through upi but it hasn’t reached my account.

                              Oyo not provided refund for cancel booking id WOR20382 dated 15TH OCTober 2022 and cancellation date 15 october 2022, got cancellation email but not refund amount (Rs 679). Several reminders send to oyo by customer care number and email but no positive response received from their side, was charged extra 2000 rs at the property, i have been trying to rrach out to them. customer service is hanging up on my call, asking personal questions, i have been trying to reach out to the higher authority planning to sue them

                                Hello my name is Pritimayee Patra. I had booked a room on 14th Oct from OYO. booking I'd : IZNY8242 . When I called my booking hotel, those people said that they cannot give me room for that amount, so i talked to oyo customer care, they cancelled my booking. Now when I told them about my refund, they are saying that my refund record is not showing at all. Please I want my money back.

                                  I tried getting invoice as mentioned in OYO online portal under booking but they have not provided me invoice for the amount that I have paid through OYO app. Continuously trying to talk with OYO customer care but there is no option available to talk to an executive (BPO). People from hotel refuse to give me invoice because we are not walk-in customers and payment/booking was done through OYO App. So, my company now is not reimbursing the amount I paid via OYO app, since OYO asks to collect payment receipt invoice from hotel at time of checkout.

                                  OYO tried calling me (at non office hours) from the number 033 4181 9800 but I couldn't connect due to network issues. Later, they emailed me all the invoices I had asked for, from email [email protected].

                                  Thank you OYO for calling me. But since the call couldn't be completed due to network interference, can the call be rescheduled? I am not able to call to the number from which I received the call.

                                  Thank you for sending me the invoices that I asked for! My query is resolved.

                                  A small suggestion:-
                                  In the 'I just want a payment invoice' option, give users 2 choices:
                                  1. Whether the user wants to download the invoice for reservation charges only,
                                  2. Whether the user wants to download the invoice for whole of the amount paid.
                                  Doing so would alleviate some o[censored]sers stress and pain, and may help OYO in improving customer satisfaction. Just my 2 cents.

                                    Hi my booking id is CVUK2365. I have cancelled my booking on 06/10/2022 and even after 15 days my refund is still not credited. I have talked to customer support executive after 12 days of cancellation they told me that they mistakenly not credited the refund amount and promised the amount will reflect in my UPI account in next 24 hrs but even after 3 days of the promised period my refund amount is not been credited. Now the customer support is not properly responding to the calls and misleading me. Very frustrated with the OYO team. So kindly help me get my money back as soon as possible.

                                      I have checked with the bank already the issue is on your end and OYO hasn't processed the refund yet. If so please provide transaction details for further processing with the bank.
                                      So many people are complaining about the same issue. And you are not taking it serious. This is turning like a modern scam thing.

                                        My booking id is LZXM6946. The total price of the hotel i booked was showing 12115. Coupon discount applied was 5452. Oyo money applied was 1161. I paid 5502 through Paytm wallet. I cancelled the booking by calling the customer care executive. The refund i received was 3503. I did not receive the full amount of 5502. The amount of 1999 is still pending. The refund details shown in the app is also wrong.
                                        Also, although I paid full amount at the time of booking, extra charges were shown in the app later on several times. Even after calling and correcting the mistake several times, extra charges were shown. Now, i have not received my full refund amount. Please help.

                                        I have complained and called several times. The executives put my call on hold and then the call gets cut by itself. I have been trying to reach out to them for hours and none of them is able to help me at all.
