Address: Oyo booking & white house hotel in kharghar

Hiii I am ashok shinde I book room on oyo on line customer care no. They give me a in white house hotel booking. And i pay 1061 by google pay application. But when I reached the hotel hotel management told you you online pay less if you want check in you pays rs 700 more .other wise you cancelled your and you another hotel but my partner was suffering from neck cancer, that full I am so busy In tata hospital we are very tired I am paying all Extra money check in we have no option

But I want back my money and actions taken against oyo company & hotel white house both are harreshment me and my brother .

    I have booked hotel in mumbai through oyo, The property manager denied to give rooms, later on I cancelled the booking before a check in day. But my refund amount 2004/- still not reflected my account

      My refund for booking id TE7T6813 is pending from one and half month now, I have already shared my account details (ICICI Bank) in the link provided by OYO but I have not received my refund amount till date.

      I have tried reaching customer care number [protected] for the last 20 days or so but I'am unable to reach the concerned person.

      Request you to please check and provide the refund.

        On 8th Oct, in Jaipur, I made a booking at around 10:45 pm for OYO Townhouse, as I have had heard that those are better than normal OYO. The app even asked me to pay the advance online (Rs. 1200) to ensure hassle free check in. The booking id was HFTJ0351 for “OYO Townhouse 036 C Scheme Ahinsa Circle”.

        On reaching the property at around 11:15 pm, I was denied the check in, stating that the property is already full and I should talk to OYO customer service. I tried this. On app the automated chat asked me to call the customer care number. On call the automated responses asked me to try the chat on app as the customer representatives are busy. After many failed attempts I cancelled the booking from the app stating the reason that “I was denied check in”. The booking got cancelled but the 1200 I paid didn’t got refunded. So I called the customer care again. This time I choose the option to make new booking and voila I got connected right away. (I guess all OYO representatives are free to take new booking but to not to solve if booking has already been done).

        On call I was given the option to book another Townhouse (Townhouse 893 The Circle Rajapark)5 km away. By this time it was already well past midnight, so I had no option but to say yes. Two things were promised to me on call. First, some will contact me in 5 mins regarding the refund for the previous booking. Second, I will get the check in for sure this time as the customer representative as confirmed it personally. I was asked to pay again the amount of Rs. 868.

        On reaching the new booking at around 1 am, I found the gates of hotel locked. Tried calling the number given on OYO app but it was not working. After googling and stuff found alternate number to the property and then I was denied check in again stating the same reason as before. Again I tried calling the customer care but couldn’t connect. I had to cancel it from the app and again my money didn’t got refunded.

        My trouble didn’t end here. After lot of talk and discussion the same property “Townhouse 893” agreed to provide a room to me but I have to make a new booking for 1500 at the reception. It was late at night so I had no other choice. It was townhouse so at-least the room would be good as I have already seen the photos and amenities they provide on the OYO app. But no. The room smell really bad. The TV was not working. The ac had no remote. No Towel. Plus the property had no kitchen while on the OYO app it said complimentary breakfast.

        Since today morning I have tried contacting the customer service many time and they just disconnect me every time. I had option left than to write this mail. All I want is now to get refund for both of my booking that I was not allowed the entry to. I will obviously raise this same issue on all social media and reviews platform soon and if need be file a consumer complaint.

        No one has contacted me yet. I have received the refund for 1 of the booking (HFTJ0351) but not the other one (WYVZ8726).
        I left the review for OYO app on apple store and received a response that said ""Hi, we regret the inconvenience caused to you. OYO aims to provide the best hotel booking experience to all its users. Kindly let us know your booking details to help us serve you better. ~SS " There is no way one can reply to review plus there is a link that said "contact the developer" but it just open the OYO website.

        Next I received a mail titled "Feedback on your interaction with our Guest Experience Manager" and of-course I went on to rate it "Extremely Dissatisfied (1)" and filled a response but guess what it just keep throwing the error "Something went wrong".

        I really hope OYO get their [censored] together instead of pretending that they are trying to solve the issues.

          Please note since 12th September oyorooms had been trying to refund six times for a booking made in September first week for rs 14717 which eventually was cancelled as that hotel was now not part of Oyo rooms. Customer care numbers are mere eyewash with copy paste replies and it was escalated to sm at oyorooms . After that next four attempts to refund to my account via Google pay by Oyo failed. Attached screenshot.i would suggest Oyo a responsible person(not copy paste representative) to please call me as there is no other way and refund me on alternative Bank via NEFT

            On 25th September a refund of Rs 940 was initiated by oyo, even after 14 days my money has not been credited to my account. I was mailed by oyo, asking for account no. to refund the money. But not given. After 14 days passed, I called oyo care many times, no one could answer. Calls were cut repeatedly. Please. Make sure that the 940 is refunded as soon as possible. And make sure that oyo gets a proper education for this scam done with me.

              As per telephonic conversation before checking in between oyo and me that hotel manager asking for extra amount of 1000 rs when i called oyo customer care they said that customer have to pay extra amount and later that much amount will be refunded by oyo itself...but since one month happened i didn't get any refund amount. Called customer care many times they are disconnected my call in between and rude

                Booking date was 16th July 2022.
                Booking denied by hotel and cancelled by Oyo Room customer executive.
                They promised to refund the booking money (mail attached) within 14days.
                But the has not been credited yet.
                I have mailed many times to [protected]@oyosupport.com.
                But no response recieved from their end. I have contacted through call to Oyo support. They hold my call for more than 30 minutes (many times), and then disconnected without informing me.
                It's already more than 3 months passed.
                Please do the needful.

                But the money not yet credited.

                  I made a booking at oyo through their mobile app from 8th september to 27th september. After checkout i did not get the invoice. Now when i have raised an issue to them i got an email citing gst invoice will be provided by hotel please contact them. When i contacted hotel they clearly refused to provide any invoice citing that you made booking through oyo and not directly to hotel so all invoice will be provided by oyo and all payments you have made is to oyo and not directly to us. Oyo should provide me the gst invoice, if they cannot provide the gst invoice. I also raised an issue about gst details, still oyo cannot provide gst invoice. As per my understanding oyo is evading from providing me a gst invoice for reason better know to them only.
                  Please help me in getting the gst invoice from oyo its already been 15 days.

                    I Booked Oyo Townhouse HaHa Stays, Perungudi from August21 to 27 from booking.com. I paid the half payment two days before my stay.
                    Someone from Oyo called me on 21st August morning to pay ther remaining amount of Rs.5994 to confirm the booking against my booking. I paid the amount to the bank account he shared. He asked me to send it again as the amount for struck. I paid Rs.5994 again. He said the amount got struck and it will be refunded and again asked me to pay Rs.11987 after entering booking id in the remarks. I paid the amount as per his direction. He once again said the amount got struck. When he asked to pay again I got suspicious and by that time I reached reception and paid the balance Rs.5994 in the reception itself. When I enquired the reception, they denied the call and told Oyo might have called. This person didnt refund my money and not answering my calls. I'm attaching the whatsapp screenshots and the bank transactions screenshots here. How did my booking details get to that person? I need a strong explanation and the refund. The other complaint was marked resolved without being actually resolved.

                        We had booked 3 rooms for 8 people in an hotel named OYO Sai Inn, 26, New Friends Colony, Delhi for stay from 17/08/2022 to 25/08/2022. Advance of ₹10, 136 was asked which we paid and the rest amount was to be paid at hotel. Firstly, the address is not proper given, second no one was picking up the call from the hotel. We called more than 10 times for OYO customer care of which only one call gave us the hotels nearby address and the other calls were literally of no help. After 2hrs of searching we reached the hotel around 8:20 p.m. to which the owner said the Sai Inn hotel does not exists and it has been blocked by OYO, we own Sai Palace hotel. And we don't have your money it's with OYO. After calling customer care they said we would book you a hotel which is nearby but after searching on Google map and asking people we got to know it is 20 km far from our location which was around 8:40 p.m..
                        We have not yet received the refund. And if the hotel is not in presence why is it still there on OYO app. The OYO app shows that we have checked in which is false, as after knowing it's not there we immediately leaved from there as it didn't looked like a safe area.
                        As per your company policy we should have received the money in 24 hours but you haven't yet refunded it. What's taking so long for the approval of refund. OYO has deceived us.
                        I have attached images of 1)Booking confirmed proof, 2)Amount paid, 3)Booking ID, 4) Status of refund
                        Kindly requesting you to see the above complaints, reply to it and take action asap.
                        Why haven't we got our refund back? It's almost a month. OYO company is writing false statements that it takes only 7-14 days for refund.
                        And why is it we can't reach upto you? We can't mail you and neither contact you, we had to keep waiting more than an hour and later it got hanged up.

                          Booked a hotel name oyo home 79697 from my oyo app account.. Payment has been successfully done but no booking id has been given.. & also didn't get any help from customers service of Oyo they all are asking for booking id.. Nothing is shown in my oyo account.                             Refund for QZ797531 Not done yet.
                            I had canceled the booking there called customer care team for the refund they said they had initiated the refund .I had got mail also for refund initiation. But i haven’t received yet. While calling customer care they are hanging up the phone without giving any information.

                              I made a booking for a hotel OYO 76593 Crystal Cottage on[protected] through the OYO app. The booking was from dates[protected] to[protected]. The payment has been made but I can't see the booking in my app or website. I have made a payment of Rs. 2504 for the booking. The booking has not been done so I have not received a booking ID and without a booking ID, I cannot contact customer support also. I need a full refund of the amount.

                                Oyo says that amount have been transferred to my bank account via upi but i didn't receive anything as of yet. I have done 2 cancellations which totals to a sum of 571, which is a huge amount of money. The coustomer service said to wait for 24 hours but didn't get any refund even after 24 hours of wait. Its really absurd.d

                                  I had OYO rooms booking with booking ID of RWWE9963 (booked on 9th Sept 2022) for a room at Surat, Gujarat. I paid half payment of 1585/- via online mode. After reaching Surat, on a hotel told by OYO, they denied me check-in even after half payment. Then I took online customer help of OYO and they send me on 2 more hotels to repeat the same story. Finally, after about 5 hours of talking to customer care of OYO, I didnot get any room in any hotel. Then I complained to customer care again and they forcefully cancelled my booking and refunded only 500/- . They must return all that I have paid to them 1585/-. Why they will cut 1000/- for no mistake of me. Like this they are looting people. Please resolve this problem so that I may get back remaining 1000 /- too.

                                  OMG such a prompt service they provided which I never expected in my wildest dreams. I was thinking that i was thuged for 1k. But they really send me an email asking for my account details to process the refund. Lets hope they will be refunding the remaining amount soon. Will keep updated. Thank you, Consumer Complaints.

                                    Thank you for choosing *OYO*. Your booking for Capital O 86316 Hotel Geeta Palace is confirmed.

                                    *Booking Id*: MSPZ9060

                                    The above is my previous registration. At the last moment it was moved to another hotel without my consent or authorisation. No notification of any kind was raised from Oyo side. I was rejected my entry to this hotel as well as the changed hotel. I payed full amount for 3 days to stay in the hotel i booked untill this issue is resolved from your side.

                                    While contacting Oyo customer service i was assured to get full refund for my previous booking and a new booking was initiated with same dates for an extra amount. I was left with no other option at the moment and i payed the extra cash.

                                    Now no new registration is showing in my app. No refund has been received and there is no feedback of my payment or booking. This is a very difficult and unethical approach from Oyo side. This is 3rd day and i have not received any update from Oyo of full refund for former booking and extra money i payed for the new hotel booking. I received a very bad customer care experience from Oyo side initially. All these issues were caused from oyos side. So i demand a proper explanation for this scenario as well as full payment plus compensation for the trouble caused. I'm a oyo gold wizard customer and it was not the appropriate was to handle your premium user. Around 8k should be refunded and customer service is worse than ever. I had to book and pay for hotel and now I'm paying same hotel again from my own money to stay there.

                                      We had booked a room for group of 22 people in Bubaneshwar. OYO executive asked me to pay around 30% advance payment to confirm the booking and they said balance can be paid at the hotel. However, when the guests arrived at the hotel late at night, the hotel denied admission, behaved very inhumanely and closed the main door. The group had nowhere to spend the night. It is the responsibility of oyo to coordinate with the hotel property and ensure that they are informed. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TERRIBLE SERVICE by OYO. They are an epitome of how one can provide horrible service. OYO needs to be sued for mental harassment and trauma. Also, the advance paid did not get refunded
