We had booked 3 rooms for 8 people in an hotel named OYO Sai Inn, 26, New Friends Colony, Delhi for stay from 17/08/2022 to 25/08/2022. Advance of ₹10, 136 was asked which we paid and the rest amount was to be paid at hotel. Firstly, the address is not proper given, second no one was picking up the call from the hotel. We called more than 10 times for OYO customer care of which only one call gave us the hotels nearby address and the other calls were literally of no help. After 2hrs of searching we reached the hotel around 8:20 p.m. to which the owner said the Sai Inn hotel does not exists and it has been blocked by OYO, we own Sai Palace hotel. And we don't have your money it's with OYO. After calling customer care they said we would book you a hotel which is nearby but after searching on Google map and asking people we got to know it is 20 km far from our location which was around 8:40 p.m..
We have not yet received the refund. And if the hotel is not in presence why is it still there on OYO app. The OYO app shows that we have checked in which is false, as after knowing it's not there we immediately leaved from there as it didn't looked like a safe area.
As per your company policy we should have received the money in 24 hours but you haven't yet refunded it. What's taking so long for the approval of refund. OYO has deceived us.

Kindly requesting you to see the above complaints, reply to it and take action asap.
Why haven't we got our refund back? It's almost a month. OYO company is writing false statements that it takes only 7-14 days for refund.
And why is it we can't reach upto you? We can't mail you and neither contact you, we had to keep waiting more than an hour and later it got hanged up.
