Complain about Refund

"BUG BUG BUG BUG " Fix your chatbot functionally 1st .

One of the worst product feature functionality I have seen in recent times.

I canceled my booking on august 21 st, It's been more than 20 days, and I haven’t received my refund.

On mobile, I used the OYO chatbot, I clicked "claim my refund", and it's showing [protected] this number, If I called this number there are telling me it's not...

I have made booking via OYO rooms app and reached the hotel and the manager denied my check in and threatened me to pay extra amount to check me in otherwise to go away.

Refund on hold for almost a month

Have booked a hotel room from Oyo toll free number on 22 August 2022 and also paid the amount of 624 rs online but when i contacted the hotel reception, they said that they don't accept bookings from Oyo. Beggarly treatment of guest poor room facilities and charging excessive amount

I made a booking on 23rd July 2022 via the OYO app, but on arrival, I was denied check-in citing unavailability of rooms, despite having made the required payment in advance using my card. Doing fraud and cause damage

I travell in hotel kamini in patna, Bihar today(dated 13 september 2022).The receptionist don't no how but increase the number of guests from 2 to 3 and charge higher prices.

Regarding delay in initiate refund amount from oyo

I booked room from 27 august to 29 august 2022.
I raised a tariff issue against booking ID- C9V13348 and customer executive raised a ticket with Ticket ID: [protected] | Ticket Type: SIG Escalations.

They said that when I checkout from hotel then they initiate the refund.

Booking done through oyo does not has any validation when you reach hotel. Hotels say much higher prices than what is shown on Oyo

Regarding Fake bookings and refund issue

I made room booking from OYO on 10th sep 2022 for Townhouse 978 Shivam Guest House, New Delhi for 765 Rs. with Booking ID H30V4878.
