"BUG BUG BUG BUG " Fix your chatbot functionally 1st .
One of the worst product feature functionality I have seen in recent times.
I canceled my booking on august 21 st, It's been more than 20 days, and I haven’t received my refund.
On mobile, I used the OYO chatbot, I clicked "claim my refund", and it's showing [protected] this number, If I called this number there are telling me it's not a refund department like that.
Then they are transferring the call to someother department after 5 mins calling is getting disconnected automatically, and no one is answering the call.
OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
