Hey,
I booked a room from OYO app on 12th September, 2022. The booking was from 12- 16 th September, 2022. The travel was for company purpose in Pune. When I reached at the hotel for check in at around 8.30 pm on 12th September, the hotel manager denied my check in and said that there are no rooms available and asked me to contact oyo as he's not liable for any kind of inconvenience. Then I contacted oyo and the support executive told me to hold on to the line untill she talks to the hotel manager. I was on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I asked the hotel manager to talk to oyo, but he said that he didn't receive any call from OYO. It was already 10 pm at night and I was tried as well as frustrated. So I cut the call. Then I clicked on those oyo support chat and clicked on 'hotel denied check on' (Or something similar to that) button. Then it was asking me to either cancel the booking or talk to customer support. As I was already frustrated, I cancelled the booking. The whole amount I paid was 2731, But oyo refunded me Rs 1823. My booking id is : MR8W4414. Why such cancellation charges when it's not my fault? Kindly look into the issue.

    Hi I made a booking booking id IWXO7515 and I made payment of Rs. 1737 via the app. However when I reached the hotel, they charged 663 extra which the hotel said we can claim from oyo. I connected with oyo and they said they will refund the money after I submit the bill from the hotel, which I did issue ticket number is [protected]. But its been more than a month there is no refund processed.

      I made a booking ( Booking Ref: N5AN2824 ) of a OYO room and was sent a payment link. I made a UPI payment via Google pay and got a confirmation that the payment was sent. UPI transaction ID[protected] on the 16th September, 2022 at 8.54pm

      The hotel reception asked me to make another payment of the same amount before I was allowed to check in.

      This seems to be a scam operated by OYO rooms to double charge guests by claiming they did not receive the funds. After doing a Google search I have realised that this is happening with a majority of guests who pay via the payment link . OYO of course is aware of this and continuing with the fraud of asking guests to pay again claiming they have not received the funds.

      Return back my money immediately and stop scamming people.

        I booked a room in OYO townhouse in Jaipur for 4 nights from 29-07-22 to 02-08-22 but the room quality and services provided by them was so pathetic that we had to change the room in between our stay period. We stayed there only for 2 days and the 2nd day stay was only because no room was available in the nearby hotel that day otherwise we wanted to leave the room as soon as possible. So we checked out at approx. 10:15 in the morning and when I raised several complaints and called Oyo helpline several times, the hotel manager started saying that we checked out after the prescribed check out time(11:00am) but when I told them to check the cctv and all then after a long conversation they accepted that we checked out before 11 am. And after all this useless effort, Oyo sent me a mail that they have started the refund process on 5th aug and it will take max. 14 days and now it has been more than 1.5 months and no matter how many times I call there helpline numbers either it does not get connected or there is no satisfactory reply from their side. Today also I called the helpline and the call duration was for 19 minutes and 34 seconds and in between this whole period the conversation was not more than 3-4 minutes. Last 10 mins were pure waiting and then they disconnected the call automatically. All this unnecessary trouble they are giving me has disturbed me and my studies a lot. This has been the worst experience I ever had and it gave me a huge mental trauma.

          Hi,
          I have booked 4 rooms in oyo for 8445rs online and I did early checkin for 2 room by paying 1000rs cash.
          Once after checkin I found the rooms and bathrooms were dirty and I made complaint. After speaking to oyo manager I made a checkout from rooms within 2 hours. I am looking for full refund for my booking id: VZ7W5372. Oyo is refusing for full refund. Need help

            When i booked my hotel room a message was populated that if i pay through online mode then i'll get discount of 187. I paid online but still the hotel is asking for 187 rs and also i got no support from oyo.

              I booked a good property in Hotel named Laguna for this weekend. I paid for it now when I see my booking it is saying the booking has changed to some other property without my concern and that too a poor property and that property ask me more. What is this? Are you filling up the rooms of the poor property using the good property? The support is saying the rooms are filled how it can happen? I booked 1st you should have said this at that time.                   I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 28th Aug 2022 with transaction amount of 5964/- ( from paytm upi). My booking has been cancelled on the same date (28th Aug 2022) due to restriction issue and it has been more than 19 working days since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. I asked oyo for the bank reference number so that i could confirm whether there is any issue with the bank but they didn't provided. I am fed of calling and now my call is not being connected.

                    Dear Sir/Madam

                    I had booked a room through Oyo helpline and Booking Id is - OG9S5525. I was informed that the charge with discount offer is Rs.479 and I can make partial payment and rest amount can pay at the time of check in. After that Oyo representative sent me a payment link of Rs.141 in my google pay number [protected] after that I made the payment of Rs.141 but before checking in the payment was not reflecting in my account. I contacted oyo helpline and representative told me that the payment of Rs.141 was failed but in real the payment was absolutely successful. Moreover oyo representative told me if I pay online, I would get discount of Rs.83 but while checking in, the Hotel Receptionist denied for online payment and asked to pay on full cash failing to which my booking would be cancelled.I am attaching the screenshot of both my payment and app please help me to get back the amount .

                    For your kind information, I would like to say that no resolution or refund has been processed yet. I was asked to mail with valid proofs and I did so but Team Oyo just neglected and not yet refunded my deducted money. Please stop harrassing people like this. I want immediate refund hence do the needful at the earliest.

                          I have booked a room at OYO 8404 Hotel Aerofly at Delhi for my stay with family on 13 Sep 22 night. I have paid Rs 726/- in advance and the booking ID is KK1W7186. I reported to the hotel for checkin around 11 pm on 13 Sep 2022 and found that the room and washrooms in a very unhygienic and unhealthy state. Even used condoms were lying on the floor. I noticed that the hotel is entertaining unmarried couples for off the record short stays. Being unhealthy and unsuitable for family stay, I asked the hotel to cancel the booking and checked in a nearby hotel. I tried to contact the OYO Rooms customer care, but no response received. I sent a mail to OYO, but received an auto generated reply only. Please register a complaint and do the needful for early refund of the payment to my bank account.

                            I am dead tired of calling n mailing oyo
                            For my genuine refund.

                            I had made a booking for my client at Bombay, had made payment of full amount .Then upon checking in in the hotel, the hotel charged my client a sum of Rs.5257 and said that we have not received any amount .Means hotel had not received any amount from oyo.Why this even happened. You took money from me also and from my client as well.

                            Bills are attached as oyo asked .Customer service number which is mentioned ..have called that number 40 times and asked for assistance ..but there are only fake promises
                            Also, I had spoken to oyo that very time, You can check in the trail mail, oyo had asked for bills and promised to refund the money .

                              After raising multiple complaints oyo is not responding.

                              So I have booked a hotel from 19th to 30th.

                              On 19th august I havent been able to checkin on 12 pm.
                              Some guy called me up saying he is from oyo which I have booked and gave me my name and the unique reference number with which I have booked and after given his authenticity he asked me to pay the remaining amount of 6975. I asked to defer but he said he is from oyo hotel which I have booked and matched my reference number and given an upi [protected]@axl.

                              After the payment he confirmed my booking.

                              But later he again said it failed and asked me to pay. Feeling some scam I didn't and called to verify which he didn't receive.
                              So I blocked and tried to screenshot the message the message which he gave me for reference number and all. I have attached earlier all.

                              So my question is this is a scam but how he has got sensitive reference number. It is a PI data and it proves authenticity. Now you can ask why I haven't paid via app. So in hotel too earlier I booked with oyo
                              They gave other upi of their personal even this time also I have done same after reaching hotel so I thought the guy asking the remaining exact amount on phone I'd a authentic personnel from hotel.

                              So why oyo is using personal data and letting people like me to get scammed.

                              I have called oyo multiple times but they are playing automated messages or music and just sending automated messages they I am not picking up.

                                I had booked The Span executive hotel, pune for 4 days (19th-22nd aug, 2022) and made advanced payment . when i checked in i found hotel to be unhygienic and not fit for faamily so i immediately moved out lodging written and verbal complaint with oyo customer care for which resolution was promised . after much discussen refund was agreed upon which was suppose to reach me with in 7-14 days however it has noot happened so far and now customer care executives are avoiding to provide any clarity on the same . i have written assuarnces from them but not action has been taken.

                                  Complain Raised on June 17th 2022 with below details, received mail that refund initiated on June 17th 2022, but did not receive any till today 15th Sept 2022

                                  Complain Details:

                                  I had to travel to Mumbai late night on 14th June for an emergency and with only hope that OYO would help me get a stay I tried booking through App but could not find any suitable room near Nariman Point area.

                                  I called customer care and one of the executive from OYO team helped me book a hotel which was nearby. She clearly explained that with discount you have to pay 1297 /- for check In around 3 AM 15th June and check out around 11 AM 15Th June. I agreed after confirming that this is the only charge I will have to pay. She sent a link on Gpay which I approved, provided me with booking ID.

                                  When I tried to connect to Hotel, to my surprise, he was asking for an additional 2185/- Rs and He said the OYO executive have cheated you. While the app shows I need to pay an additional 4370/-. Unable to understand the amount breakup as well.

                                  Also See the breakup amount of charges, the 2185/- + 2185/- amount is mentioned as "others" with no explanation

                                  I was speechless and even the room that she booked was at remote location and nobody wishes to go there late night.

                                  I had no choice and I was left alone with my family on streets of Mumbai while visiting for the first time.

                                    Address: Hotel Hilon Kolkata

                                    I booked a room in Kolkata for one day stay online through call support on 13th September.
                                    But at hotel reception they denied my check-in stating that they no more recieve bookings through oyo.
                                    I called the customer support at oyo but received no help yet.

                                    The need help tab from the app shows to call customer support and the customer support suggest to use need help from app to avoid long waiting period on call.

                                      Hi Team,
                                      I have recently made a booking (T4Y09883) from the app and paid via phonepe (UPI) but the OYO app is not showing any booking not message came from OYO regarding the booking.

                                      I tried reaching the customer care but no proper response. I also dropped mail but no response.I want to cancel my booking but I am not able to do that.
                                      I want my refund back.

                                      Kindly help me with this issue.
