I have booked my hotel by the oyo application.The booking was completely successful but when I visited the hotel, hotel owner said room is not available, as all rooms are allready full . Property manager said that please cancel your booking. so as per oyo policy i must get my payment back as i canel my booking but payment still not refunded in my account Please help...

    I'm writing to share the worst experience in hotel OYO 10522 Varcity Emerald, Bangalore. I had booked the hotel for 2 night's stay, from May 6 to May 8, 2022. I reached the hotel around 6 pm on May 6 and contacted the reception for the check-in procedure. The staff behaviour was very mean which didn't meet any OYO standards. The person allotted me the room and I checked into the room. The room condition was horrible as it seemed like, it was not cleaned for months and months. The whole room was dusty, the washroom was full of spiderwebs and dirt, the bedsheet literally was giving the bad unwashed smell and also we even could find cockroaches in the room. I went to the host and reported the issue, so he told me "sir you can check with other room and choose whichever you want" and when I checked for other rooms, those were also in same condition and upon further enquiry the host told me the cleaning staff will come only next day. But frankly speaking i didn't feel like, it was a room which was maintained regularly.As i was on my offical duty I requested them to clean the room and waited for sometime but no action was taken . So when we contacted the OYO team they suggested us to vaccate as our experience was not satisfactory and assured a full refund and compensation for the erratic experience and service(Ticket ID: [protected] | Ticket Type: YO Escalations | Resource ID: VPEQ0317 | Resource: Booking Inbox), So i decided to vaccate the room and i checked out around 10PM in the night . During check out i requested the host to check me out from their system but he informed it was not possible and gave me a number to contact for the refund . I contacted in the number and told my concern to the person who was a associate from OYO group and he assured me to check with the team and would initiate the refund. But after hours of wait no action was taken and i contacted the customer care of OYO multiple time but their excecutive will pass the ball from one person to another and made us fool. After all these proceeding I tried to keep in touch with that OYO Offical as well as, but no positive response was recieved. The most important thing is i didn't stay even a single night in that room and along side my offical work was hindered for no cause or improtant reason and the team is being irresponsible for the difficultly a customer has faced.I am attaching the relevant photos and e-communication which occured between me and OYO. I hope you will consider, investigate and initiate a full amount paid for booking as refund taking in case of the difficulties i had to face .       Hello sir, this is rajat goyanar, my booking Id is ES1M9678, so i made a payment through app and reached to hotel but manager said they won't accept any bookings below thousand rupees and said both mine and this property aren't same but picture and address are same in app and this property and cancelled my booking as due to urgent need of a room I had to pay thousand rupees more for staying a t same hotel.

            I have stayed in Oyo life BLR1861 Kyalasanahalli for about 5 months and also vacated it on 9th June 2022. My booking ID is 165472 . They said that my security deposit will be reflected within 10 - 15 days but till now it's been 25 days, still not yet provided.
            I have contacted the manager but he didn't responded. I have also tried contacting customer service, but the call gets cut automatically more often.

            I have also completed the whole rent including the last 15 days. But there is no response from the Oyo side.
            So please take action regarding this and initiate the refund as soon as possible.

              My Name is Eldho Alex and I had booked a Room in OYO385 Townhouse Navya International for 6 days (20th May 2022 till 26th May 2022). Seeing the Terrible state the room was in, My Wife and I Checked out on the 22nd May 2022. As per the hotel cancellation policy, I would be charged for an additional days charge. I .e Total of 3 days charge should be payable by me and 3 days charge to be refunded to me .
              After a few days I had received an Amount of Rs 1075 and was informed by OYO Customer care number that we cannot give you any more money.

              I paid advance(half of the Total) on 18/5/22. - Rs 2717.88
              Remaining paid on 20/5/22 (During Checkin) - Rs 2717.88
              Total - Rs 5435.76
              Deductions
              Since I stayed for 2 days, Room Rent. - Rs 1811.92
              Cancelation Charges, 1 day Rent - Rs 905.96

              Hence the refund i should be getting is Rs 2717.88
              Refund Provided Rs 1075

              Amount yet to receive is Rs 1642.08 as mentioned by the mail sent from [protected]@oyosupport.com (photo of mail attached)

              I have complained numerous times to the OYO Customer Care and not a single person wants to help. All they do is keep transferring my calls and keeping me on hold. The main thing on being kept on hold is that the call automatically gets dropped.

              I Require a solution to this issue that I have been facing for so long and my money refunded at the earliest. all Details of the Booking and Escalations that I have are provided Below :

                In reference to my OYO hotel booking ID GUFL4370, i have logged complaint multiple times but have not got any resolution yet. I am mentioning the issues here below:

                1. The hotel charged me 6797 at the time of check in though i had done the booking at 3499 earlier.
                2. The rooms were not like as shown in photos. They were in pathetic condition. It had bad smell, dirty bedsheets, poor and bad mattress, dirty rooms, cockroaches roaming around.
                3. No amenities or services provided in room. No towel, toiletries, water etc.
                4. I had done the booking for 6 days but had to check out next morning only because of pathetic service.
                5. I have talked to oyo executives multiple times but everytime they say we will work on it and give a call to you but still no resolution from them. Did not receive any call back from any of the customer executives.

                    No room at hotel despite confirmed booking and refund of advance payment

                    I have made this booking at OYO 85109 on 17th May. I was bit skeptical and called up the hotel to confirm about my booking and to my surprise the hotel person said he will not give me the room at the booked price and I need to pay Rs 1000/- if I want Room or should reach out to Oyo for resolution.                     This is regarding the reimbursement of my advance payment of rent and security deposit done for DEL 2584, Uttam Nagar.
                    I was supposed to check in today on 4th June 2022 but my Stay Supervisor Mr. Ankit informed me that the property had been discontinued from OYO Life and I was given no prior information about this.
                    When I arrived at the property the Manager informed me that because I’ll be staying for only one month it was not profitable for them in any way so they could not accommodate me.
                    This is utter nonsense and an extreme disappointment from OYO Life.
                    It has been a month now that I have been sending them emails regarding this and have only received automated replies stating that they have received my complaint and it'll take them 3 days to solve it.

                      Hi, I had made an OYO Booking on 2-July-2022, id #VZ0H0853. I cancelled the order on 5-July-2022, because of OYO manipulating the bill post payment (they added a new section called room upgrade charges and demanded we extra money, even though I payed in full ₹5846 and received an email with invoice starting the same). Issue is that while it's listed in the website that the money is refunded, it's not yet reflected in the bank. I have checked with the bank and got confirmation that no such transactions on refund has occured. Please check on this and fasten then proceed of refund.

                          I booked a hotel through oyo, booking id XHNN1145, when I reached the hotel the property manager denied me check and asked to contact oyo customer care. I tried calling the customer care several times, but no one picked up. It was late 9:00 pm at night, and as a women I didn't feel safe to find another property at night. So i asked tha manager that how much extra money I need to pay for the room and he said that I have to pay 4500rs. Extra apart from 3600 I paid earlier. Dissapointingly I had to pay rs. 4000 extra. The room they provided was not at all worth it. Bedsheet was torn, blanket and towel were dirty, not bathroom amenities were provided, and the room was full of cockroaches. It was worst than a lodge. My whole trip was spoilt because of the oyo and the hotel management. At the time of checkout a took a bill from them and on that same day i.e., on 19th june I contacted oyo and asked for my extra refund. I gave them all the proofs that were needed. They also confirmed from the property and then asked for my bank details to transfer the money. After that I received a mail that I will received my refund in next 7-14 days. After 1 week there was no update, so i called the customer service again and he also confirmed that I will received my refund in next 2-3 days. But even after 10 days I got no update, then I again contacted them and I got shocked after hearing that my refund was never initiated. The first person whom I talked to left the process in between. I then requested him to initiate the refund. He also assured me that I will receive .y refund in 24 hrs but still I haven't received it. No one in customer care picks up the call, if anyone picks it then puts in on hold and then cuts the call. I am seriously pissed at oyo. I've never experienced such a pathetic service ever. Shame on you oyo. I will never use your service neither will recommend anyone.

                                I want to complaint against OYO Booking. I booked a room in OYO Townhuse 282 Golf Course Road, Guragon with booking ID - ZUUU6978.
                                I paid full online payment 1 week before check-in day but when i reached hotel to check-in they denied and ask for extra money.
                                I pay them extra money and then they let me check-in.

                                I tried to contact OYO customer care for extra charges but every time we connect for service or extra charge issue, IVR voice about large volume of calls play and call disconnects.
                                But when i tried to connect for hotel booking then call connects to customer care within 1 minute, but they also disconnect my call.
                                It looks like scam in which they charge extra money and does not pick calls to resolve the issue.
                                I have attached images of hotel booking as well as of transection from UPI.
                                So is the reason i have to take action against this OYO Scam.

                                  I have booked a La flora hotel Indore by OYO application & OYO have confirmed my booking with room number 104. When I have visited at hotel site dated on 04/07/2022 at night 8 PM than hotel staff told me that, we can't accept your booking by OYO. We are not taking booking by OYO & we have no mean of OYO.                                     Address: Chandigarh

                                    We have booked a room in Chandigarh for 3 nights with booking ID - IG1B0241. We are denied check in once we reached the hotel stating that the amount we paid is not matching with the hotel base price. We contacted customer care and there was no proper response from their end.
                                    After sometime they initiated a refund and levied cancellation charges . We were literally standing on the roads without a room . This is such a disgusting experience for us where we booked our room one month in advance but were standing without a room . I need an immediate resolution for this and i need entire amount to be refunded without any cancellation charges.

                                      I made a transaction of Rs 879 on 3 July 2022 via Oyo app for booking a hotel. I cancelled the booking on 3 July 2022 and I have not received my refund.

                                      Customer Care helpline for Cancelled Booking doesn't connect either. Please help me.
