On 27 May, I booked an OYO hotel via OYO app and paid online. My booking ID is ZFWS1751. But when I reached the hotel they said we don't operate with OYO anymore. I tried connecting with OYO but there was no way to talk to the OYO executive. I had to pay hotel for stay. I was getting messages on OYO chat service that I should complain after 48 hours of checkout. I tried doing it and even mailed it to OYO but didn't get any response from them.
OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The same complaint, I hope this gets resolved

    Booked 2 rooms for 4 people in OYO Amar Raj Palace. After reaching at the property they denied stay saying amount is low we can't give room for that amount also that booking was created by OYO staff over oyo helpline after denied entry at first hotel, they assured this time saying it won't happen again I'll book for you but same. After reaching and asking to cancel and refund my money they said it will be refunded in 7-14 days and sent email for resolution but I didn't get any refund till now.

      HOTEL- Oyo Townhouse 195 Aarya Inn Salt Lake .
      I have a booking in this Oyo on 10th July. After booking this room i have paid the total amount Rs. 648. But before check in Oyo suddenly send me a mail and there was pending amount show Rs. 364. I have contacted the Oyo, but no response from them. In the check in time, in the hotel, they said that there was pending of Rs. 364 . Then i again contacted with Oyo but nobody resolve the issue and they said I have to pay the amount. They said I have to paid the amount otherwise they didn't provide any room. They wrongly charged me rs. 364 in the check in time. This is totally fraud from Oyo. I am very unfortunate and have been harassed.

        I had booked two Oyo townhouse room in Oyo townhouse 801 The Circle for 6 guests. I was promised by the agent that I'll get secured parking, in house restaurant and extra beds in the rooms. When I reached there in the evening I found out that there is no parking available in hotel, there was no in house restaurant and hotel staff denied any extra beds and asked us to pay more for that.
        Then I called the customer care again and the agent said that I should cancel this booking and rebook somewhere else and I'll get refund in 72 hours (I have the call recording). But I still haven't got any notification regarding that or any refund. I have repeatedly tried to contact the customer care but no one is responding, it says "we are getting many calls" and then the call hangs up itself. I need a resolution as soon as possible or I'll be filing a legal complaint against Oyo attaching the audio recording and screenshots.

          I booking a room in Oyo with transaction amount rs 3588 on 7th July 2022..i cancelled my booking on 8 th July 2022 due to some reasons..but I didn't refund my amount.. when I contact customer care they said that they initiated refund..but it's not credited to my bank account

            I had booked a room in OYO property Booking ID RNE75560 dated, July 10th 2022 in OYO 22421 Indiraj. Due to some medical emergency I had booked the hotel. But as soon as I reached hotel they denied the booking saying they can't allow in that price which they earlier agreed upon.
            I tried to contact OYO customer service, but they kept me waiting till 3PM and later no help from them. Customer service discharged their duties saying Property Manager is not receiving call. Even on OYO portel the hotel number was wrong, because of that customer can't even confirm from hotel too.
            Worst service ever by OYO. Would lodge a complaint in Consumer court too for misleading customers by fake prices which later their partner hotels deny.

              I booked hotel room and paid to yo but at hotel denied entry and charged 500 extra which OYO mailed me to pay and while exit they charged 200 extra so when I take to yo support they promised to pay back 700 but now they are not responding and its been more than 15 days.

                Hello,
                I had made reservation on 25 June at Oyo through their customer care team, my reservation number is : GEHR6053. Without checking the room availability Oyo booked the room. I made a complaint on 25 June and on 26 June Oyo customer care team raised a complaint regarding it and assure me of full refund and asked me to wait for 7-10 days and then on 11 July Oyo send me message that they denied to refund the money . I need my money please try to solve my complaint

                    and i cancelled date on Jul 01, 2022
                    i got the mail and msg from oyo you will get full refund but i didn't received now after 7 days

                        I booked konkan house, room via k6of6422 for date 8 /7/22 to 9/7/22,
                        the owner of the hotel said, he has no connection with oyo, he simply drove out us, and my holidays ruined.

                          This is pavan i had booked a room on 5th June 2022 with booking ID W4B34108, with hotel OYO townhouse
                          251 RICHMOND CIRCLE, Oyo showed me offer that if I pay online instead of hotel i will get refund of 270 rupees so i did the payment, after payment it started showing to pay 270 to hotel while checking in, after checking in we realised hotel was not up to the mark, it had very dirty bedsheets and dirty washroom, full uncomfortable bed, so we decided to check as early as 5pm on 5th June itself, but in OYO app it's showing we checked out on 6th June at 12 pm, so i want refund of my full amount for showing misleading offers and not keeping minimum standards for hotels, and laying to customers

                            I was supposed to be given refund of INR 1330.36 on May 25 as agreed by the customer care representative over a recorded call. However, I still haven't the received the money till date (July 11). Despite countless emails and social media escalations, I am just being told that the refund has been initiated and to wait. They are not even providing the transaction reference number. This is completely unacceptable. I have tagged Ritesh Agarwal, their CEO, however it's like screaming in front of a deaf audience.

                            I just know one thing: I am not going to sit quiet till I get my money back. If needed, I will take legal actions.

                              Hi Team,
                              This is to inform you that I made a booking through Oyo App for Oyo Townhouse 749, Viman Nagar Pune and paid the amount as well.
                              However on reaching there, the app suddenly started showing amount paid partially and need to pay more. The staff of hotel "The upper room" also misbehaved. Later I cancelled the booking and they didnot pay me any refund.

                                I had made a booking of Rs. 1660 out of which Rs. 1329 was deducted from my bank account using UPI transfer and rest Rs. 331 from Oyo money, for July 3- July 5. Oyo sent a message that the booking has to be shifted to another Oyo hotel because of some unavoidable circumstances. So i shifted it to another Oyo, the money from first booking was only used. Later, i had to cancel this booking. The app shows that the refund (1329 rs via UPI) has been successfully transferred and will be reflected within 7-14 days but nothing of that sort has happened. However, the Oyo money Rs. 331 has been refunded. The customer care of Oyo doesn't seem to have options for queries of older bookings and refunds. I called my bank and they need a transfer ID to track any transaction refunded. There's no other helpline in Oyo too. I really need the money back.

                                  We had booked a room in Oyo Townhouse Hadapsar for 1 night with booking ID - RQLD9750. We were denied check-in once we reached the hotel stating that the amount we paid is not matching with the hotel base price. They asked to pay Rs. 500 as an additional cost to check in. We contacted customer care and there was no proper response from their end.
                                  After some time they initiated a refund and levied cancellation charges. We were literally standing on the roads without a room. I tried to call and resolve this issue, but I could not reach customer service at all. There is no email address as well to contact Oyo rooms. This is such a disgusting experience for us, and I never intend to use OYO again. I need an immediate resolution for this and I need the entire amount to be refunded without any cancellation charges.

                                      Not giving GST Invoice

                                      I had stayed in oyo Townhouse 719 at Greater Noida on an official work for 1 days, booked through oyo as per booking id: NOEA2670.

                                      The manager initially agreed that he would arrange to provide me with an oyo tax invoice at the time of my check-out. But after i left, i got an email with payment details without any gst details. I also tried to contact oyo customer service via [protected], and they never answered my call.

                                      I have been told to pay additional money by the representative and initiate the refund. And i have done and sent email with the invoice copy. Its been 14days and no response for emails and wantedly they are disconnecting the call. Morethan 50 times i would have called a d they are just hang up the call. This seriously the trick what the follow. I dont understand whats the escalation matrix. They dont refund the amount i know
                                      They cheat the customers by not refunding the amount.

                                      I will take this up to next level to escalate. This is unfair. My booking ID RU6O9923.

                                      Caller says i did not book the room only for 24th. Funniest part is tht i stayed in the smae room by booking from OYO. When i told him. He booked one more hotel on my behalf for today. Such an unethical policies they follow. I think they have blocked my number. Let me see if i get any assistance.
