I have book two rooms through OYO rooms, and the total price for both the room was 2486/- and I have paid it through GPAY. But when I went to check in the property manger charged me extra rupees of 1200/-

And for the further reference I’ll upload the photos.

    Hello, My name is Dhruv Singh. I've checked out OYO Life DL 1993 on 31st May 2022, And I've already requested for the refund of my security amount one month prior to my check out (I've attached the screenshot of their acknowledgement ). And now its already been 30 days and my security haven't been refunded yet.

    My security amount was Rs 7500/- and my Booking Id is 167182.

      Hi,

      I have stayed at the Oyo Townhouse 024 Sector 47 Gurgaon from 26-June-2022 to 28-June-2022. I booked the room through Oyo app after applying the coupons and paid 1033/- for 2 days in advance. When I reached at the hotel, they refused to give me check-in as the price was low according to them. So I called the oyo customer care and they told me to pay the additional amount of 965/- (as per the hotel) to the hotel and the same amount will be refunded after I will check-out. So I paid the additional amount demanded by hotel and checked-in. When I checked-out after 2 days of stay, hotel refused me to give the proper bill and gave me a non-gst bill on paper. When I contacted again on oyo for the refund they rejected my request as the bill was not proper.
      Now when I am calling the hotel, they are still refusing to give me the proper bill for my payment.
      I have contacted oyo customer care multiple times and they are saying “we are not concerned if hotel is not providing you bill”.

      I am stuck in between, neither hotel nor Oyo is helping for the refund of my payment.

      Please help me out immediately.

      I paid extra amount of 965/- for Booking ID : ME5O9190.
      I also paid extra amount of 2141/- for Booking ID : QQDV2092.

      I did talk to the customer service at OYO and they said they are looking into the matter and will initiate refund soon. But its been over 2 weeks now and I haven’t received my money.

        The hotel owner and manager are imposter at best. I booked an AC room via OYO online by paying Rs 666. Ihave the receipt of it. However once I tried to check in the hotel receptionist said it is jayam residency and not Sai Nalam hotel. He further said that they had no affiliation with OYO. However the hotel board from outside was specifying it as Sai Nalam Hotel and they had OYO boards at the reception desk. The hotel receptionist asked to pay separately Rs1000 else vacate the premise immediately. When I talked to the OYO Customer care in Chennai, they listened to my concern and then put on hold. Every other time the call was disconnected as soon as it rang. I tried talking to the hotel manager he said the same thing that it is no longer affiliated with OYO and its OYO and the customers problem. Even after paying separately Rs1000, we were denied any money receipt and even room key. The receptionist even asked us to sign the checkout time while we were checking in. On their consent we took photograph of receipt which specified we paid through cash but OYO receipt was specifying that we paid through online.

        I accompanied my father who is a senior citizen from railway station to this hotel paying the cab rent. We tried talking to OYO's main customer care and they also redirected our calls most of the time without helping us get refund. Thankfully after multiple call, one customer care took note of the issue and mailed that they will refund the money.

        While checking out on the consent of the receptionist, we took photo of our entries and almost all the check in and check out entry was maintained as via OYO and only one entry was maintained as direct entry.

        We looked for other hotels nearby because the receptionist asked us to vacate in a day. There were many customer friendly hotels nearby which were well maintained and cheap as well. The reason people opt for OYO is that they can feel secure and have a hassle free accomodation. The hotel Sai Nalam hotel/ Jayam residency is availing the services and platform of OYO to attract customers while charging separately. I don't know whether OYO is also involved in this but this will make customer loose faith from OYO. I have mailed to OYO customer care, for the sake of their own Image and reputation kindly blacklist such kind of fraudulent hotels else people might believe that OYO is also in nexus with such hotels. I have the phone recordings, photographs, receipts of my claim as well as OYO mail of refunding my money. But OYO must realize we also lost because of cab fee 2 ways+[protected] + lot of hassle

        The booking ID is ACJY1982. Hotel name is OYO 62543 Sai Nalam Hotels which the hotel receptionist has said is being changed to Jayam Residency. I have got the refund from OYO but I have paid extra[protected] + cab charges+ lot of mental hassle. I requested OYO support team to blacklist the company from its platform because it is taking undue advantage of both OYO platform and the customers. If you look at the recent reviews of this particular hotel, the same is echoed by other customers as well. Even today I got a promo ad from OYO to use this hotel even after so many complaints from other users as well. I may be wrong but it gives the feeling that OYO is in nexus with such kind of fraudulent hotels. OYO's image and reputation is in its own hands. Thank You!!

          We booked room in Oyo white gold yesterday when we reached hotel they told us that we are not tied up with Oyo any more so we had to pay again and Oyo has not refunded the amount and customer service is also not helping please refund me as soon as possible

            I did a booking (ID: VHNP1615) on the OYO app from June 12th to June 20th at Townhouse 1019 Galaxy Suites. I paid a a total amount of INR 14929. When I reached the hotel they told me that they were full and OYO had given them extra bookings which they could not meet at the time and asked me to call the service line and ask for a relocation. I called them up and everytime I was told that since I've dailed the Reservation helpdesk, they will transfer me to the Service helpdesk and would promptly cut the call, this happened multiple times.I was told that refund was initiated on 15th June and would be credited in 7-14 days but only 5k have been transferred. Remaining 9929 have not been transferred yet

              Hotel denied check in against booking id- MUMM7752 (oyo rooms) dated 28/06/2022. booking amount got deducted from my account for the same.
              reaason given by hotel mnager was - we are not accepting any bookings from OYO from last 01 month and OYO ROOMS already informed by hotel regarding the same. when tried to contact customer care service...no response received and call was droped everytime tried to contact.

                  I have done booking for a room on 26th June 2022 and after the payment is done the room hasn't booked but money Rs.1447/- got deducted from my account.
                  And I tried again to book the room and tried paying again with same amount Rs.1447/- so again the same scenario repeated. I haven't received any refund still after two days.

                    I have booked a room in oyo townhouse with a partial payment of rs. 1701 and due to some other change of plans, i cancelled my booking. My booking id is wi3x4811. When i cancelled, the app shown me that refund progress will be completed within 10 minutes, and i waited. After 10 minutes, when i saw it showed that my refund was successful in my respective bank account, but i didn't recieved refund. When i tried to contact customer support executive, they said my call will be transferred to service department, and after 2 minutes my call will be cut by them. I felt soo bad for booking with oyo rooms. Please help me to successfully get my refund amount.

                    AS RECOMMENDED BY THE OYO APP, I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SEVERAL NUMBER OF TIMES AND EACH TIME THEY ASKED TO WAIT ME AND THEY DISCONNECTED MY CALL AFTER 10 MINUTES. I AM REGRETTING FOR CHOOSING OYO AND WASTING MY TIME FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FINALLY GOT NO SOLUTION.

                      I have contacted customer care executive for around 15 20 times nd everytime they assured that refund has been initiated but now its been 20 days I didn't got any refund from them. Nd now I can't even contact them from given no. As the call menu option doesn't have talk to customer executive option. Is this the kind of service you guys promise to provide ?? I got confirmation mail that refund has been initiated but even after that no refund amt. Reflected in my account. Contacted bank they said its not been initiated that's why it's not reflected in your account.

                        Booked OYO 78659 for 12 guest(4 room: Booking ID: BZGV5812), 3 people(1 room: AAOO8617), 2 people(1 room: RMZC7019) and after reaching, the hotel person has denied check in. They are saying the booking is below usual rate. Although my booking was done by executive through OYO app and paid online through the link shared by OYO executive. We have booked total 6 room for 17 people. We are waiting at hotel since last 4 hours but neither OYO customer service is answering call nor any response through mail. We have spent around INR 33000 for this 6 room booking and we don't know what to do. We travelled from far and we are tired and do not have enough money to book any other room. Kindly assist and help us.

                          Date: 28/04/2022, My OYO room booking confirmation for three days Check in 30/04/2022 and Check out date is 03/05/2022 and booking number: 81715, for Vesta Villa hotel, address: CC-108, MIG-1, Street No: 229, Action Area 1C, New Town, Kolkata, reception phone no:[protected], I received.
                          My Booking amount was 1465/- for three days.
                          But at the time of Check-in, hotel owner told me I will have to pay INR 2997/- for three days, Next I spoke with OYO Room representative, they told me to do the check-in and at the time of check-out they will refund my extra amount I paid will refund at my account.
                          Accordingly at the time of Check-out I called the OYO representative and I mail to OYO email address scan copy of invoice and my Account no and IFSC details, OYO representative told me to submit.
                          Sir, its about two months still I did not get my extra amount and they did not reply my mail and also they did not pick up the call.

                                On 21 June 2022 at 7:30 pm i booked a room with Oyo 10016 hotel golden Inn my check in was from 21 June 12:00 pm to 22 June 11 am, when I reached into the hotel at 1:15 am staff said that the whole hotel is booked even after I did booking from Oyo app and the staff said me to book another hotel but i paid total amount of 1014 Rs through phonepe payment and it was already showing checked out before check in.
                                I am requesting you to refund all the amount that is being done by me of Rs 1014

                                    PAYTM saying that, no fault from their end and they are also saying to contact OYO.

                                    OYO is saying they had processed the refund.

                                    Then whom to contact between u people.

                                    I was cheated 7000 from a cyber fraud.
                                    I call came regarding OYO representation for the transaction of my refund.

                                    He told refund will be credited within 3 hours.But Later i came i lost 7000 from my account...
                                    Thats my hostel fee and study fee.

                                        Hello -

                                        I cancelled my booking with oyo rooms and have a refund pending in the amount of rs 531/-

                                        The status on oyo says that the refund is successful but i haven’t received any money in my bank account. Tried calling their customer service but the ivr machine simply hangs up after saying your refund is complete.

                                        My booking details are -

                                        Booking status - cancelled

                                        Please help.
