Please find the following items attached :

1. Booking confirmation with the total booking amount.
2. Room charges deducted for 1 Night.
2. Refund confirmation from payment partner

The booking made under ID 'TNZ16785', was for 7 Nights and of the total booking amount of INR 10, 352, INR 3, 650 was paid in advance at the time of booking and the remaining amount of INR 6, 702 was paid subsequently (Ref. Attachment-1)

Since OYO support had initiated cancellation due to the extremely poor condition of the rooms (Grievance submitted with photo proofs, Ref :Ticket [protected]), the booking was cancelled for 6 Nights and the respective amount was said to be refunded soon.

However upon receiving the refund, I have noticed certain discrepancies in the amount. To let you understand the same easily, please refer to the breakdown below :

Room charges Paid (Incl. Taxes) : INR 8, 462/-
Additional Meal Paid : INR 1, 890/- (INR 270 for 7 Nights)
Total Paid : INR 10, 352/- (INR 3, 650/- Advance and INR 6, 702/- Final) (Ref. Attachment -1)

Room charges deducted for 1 Night per bill: INR 1, 208/- (Ref Attachment-2)

Actual Amount to be refunded : INR 9, 144/- (INR 10, 352 - INR 1, 208)

Amount refunded : INR 7, 644/- (INR 6, 702 + INR 962) (Ref. Attachment -3)

There refund is short of INR 1, 500/-.

        I booked a Hotel room on 16 June by OYO room app and paid in advance 866/- When I reached the hotel he said your booking is showing but payment is not indicated in my system. I waited there for half an hour but no response. Then they advised me to call customer care. I tried to call OYO room customer care for an hour but no response. In the end, they did not give me room and on the app "it is indicating checked out" despite my checkout was of 17 June. Kindly help me to get a full refund.

          I have booked a room in trivandrum for my wife, kid and me. I have made all the payments upfront. But as soon as I reached the the hotel, the owner said that he can't accept the booking and turned us away.

          Then, I tried to make another booking with oyo and the same thing happened all over again.

          I tried calling oyo about this, but nobody is taking charge of the situation and everybody disconnected the line telling me to reach the service team. But there is no service team present there actually. My money has not been refunded yet.

          I have paid the whole amount for both the bookings and they haven't initiated refund, while they couldn't provide the service as per the commitment.

          They are cheating people in the name of cancellation as well. They are quoting a value in the application and we once reach the hotel, they are asking for more money. Then if we try to cancel the booking, they take half the money as cancellation fee as part of their policy. So, they are making money only by this way, while they don't provide any proper service.

              I booked oyo for 2 days at rs 1400 bt after reaching there, the hotel manager charged me extra rs 1000 by saying that, its impossible for us to give room on that price. Plz kindly talk to oyo customer care and when i tried to talk to oyo no response and that customer care number is provided jst to fool us... oyo and hotel manager both played well and looted me...

                Sir,
                On 30/06/2022 (Monday) i book 2 room and make full payment but due to some reasons i cancelled the room and request for refund option on that time i got an mail that the amount is refund to my account but in my account no amount is credited .Can you please follow up it and give me a feed back.I try several time to connect your customer care today but i can't connect.

                  I had tried to a book a room on May 1st evening around 4.30PM in wayanad through Oyo rooms website and not mobile app.
                  During the booking the amount got debited from Amazon UPI, but the oyo site showed the status as payment failed .
                  We didn't get any confirmation of either booking happened or got cancelled.Couldnt find the booking in the app as well.
                  We waited on hopes of call/booking from OYO for few hours .Didn't get any update .
                  Finally struggled to find a room through other third party apps.
                  Around 11.15PM got a mail from OYO about booking upgrade.
                  Does OYO expect people to be on roads waiting for confirmation on midnight's???

                  Had called customer care multiple times post this incident.None in the customer service works for customer service, Instead they made me stay on call for 10min and finally call gets disconnected.This repeated forever.

                  Please refund the money as soon as possible.

                    Check-in Denied and Didn't refund My money

                    On 30th June i booked a hotel from OYO app and when I reached hotel for check-in they denied for check-in and demanded extra 400 rs. If I want to check-in and they said without paying this amount we can't give you room and after that they said u can cancel your booking as I we are not providing u check-in. So I cancelled the booking and OYO charged Me whole booking Amount and Didn't provide refund of my booking and that's really bad Thing...

                    I booked hotel on 17th June 2022. I reached hotel 11 am on same day ...hotel construction is good condition...there was no Oyo logo ...also no person available on reception... reception hall totally darkness ...hotel owner demanded me 2000rs for hotel booking... buliding construction is horrible...i cancelled my booking we are feered...I think they are also doing illegal activities on hotel ... please do the inspection of the hotel ...and I want my refund amount...this was very horrible situation happened in my life. ..this was my first booking on another number...but iam old customer from 2017 ...I never experienced this type of horrible situation in my life ... please refund my amount

                      I had done a booking from 1st July to 3rd July through Oyo customer care. The full payment was done at the time of booking. We were 7 members with two small kids . At the time of reporting the hotel the manager refused the booking and we were stranded on the road for nearly two hours with our luggage and children. There was no response from Oyo. I called the customer care 8 times but they just sang their own song. In return I got my amount refunded but I had to pay for double the cost of rooms when I manually booked. I want this to be compensated. My booking I'd is TIBY3640

                        Booking I'd: UFC61218
                        My booking was cancelled by OYO customer care representative itself because the hotel denied me check in on 14/06/2022.
                        Refund for RS 557/- was initiated on that day itself. It's been 18 days, i haven't received the refund.
                        I have tried to talk with customer care executive regarding the same so many times but they haven't helped me yet with the issue.

                          Sir,
                          I booked my oyo room from oyo reservations help desk and i paid full money through online method but when i go to hotel for checkin Hotel say he cannot get room booked from oyo. Hotel denied the oyo room service. He says hotel not accept booking from oyo and say for cancel the booking. When i cancel the booking my whole money were deducted and no amount refund me back. I can try for complaints in oyo customer care number about 140-150 time but it didn’t connect in help desk.

                          Sir, please help me for my money refund back.

                                Hi team,
                                I tried to check in OYO Townhouse 573 BROSTAY Patel Nagar
                                NU8L5610, but they denied and said can't give that room in that same amount that asked for more money, still you are not processing full payment yet that was 511, i called customer care they said full refund will be there but in app it's showing partial not the full payment and because i was denied from first hotel, customer care suggested me another hotel in 793, i said what if they again deny he said it's our property so it can't be denied, you can call us, from first hotel to second hotel distance was about 2km i went to 2nd and as i suspected, hey said "hamara 1200 ka hota hai, oyo wala to kuchh bhi bhej deta h" what? I was again denied on that rate that was booked on the calll with the help of your customer care. Now again its showing partial payment or no amount too refund.

                                In this whole process your customer care diverted my call to service team for 3 team 15 min each, mute and thn call droped.
                                So i request you to refund my whole amount ASAP, for both two bookings plus compensation for all this hassle.
                                Because after all this oyo was unable to get me the hotel, and took my payment, in advance but no room to stay, my whole day was ruined because of you guys.

                                  Regarding my booking id ZROR4580, I have cancelled the booking the very next minute I made it on 18th June 2022. I am supposed to get a refund of INR 2598. I have tried to connect with their service desk executive via calls (more than 100+ times) and emails (more than 15 times) but no response. Really tired of their service They don't care about the customer. I haven't got my refund. One of their booking desk executive Aditi informed me that they have refunded me
                                  as OYO-MONEY Wallet. How absurd is this. I have made the payment via UPI. In refund ticket it's mentioned that they have approved refund to original source of payment i.e. UPI but didn't get ny refund. They neither take phone nor reply on emails.

                                  I have contacted my bank today only, updated my Passbook as well. Money hasn't been received in the account. If needed I could mail you the account summary/ passbook as well. From 18th June 2022 itself refund ticket is showing that amount has been refunded but I haven't received the money yet.

                                    I had stayed in a hotel booked on Oyo app on 17/06/2022 on booking Id T7729360. I asked the hotel counter for my bill after payment. They told that I will receive after online. But till date not received on my email. I checked with customer service but they disconnect after hearing the complaint. This is the worst experience from Oyo I have ever faced. Simple bill payment receipt cannot be available on app or email. What is the purpose of online booking. If I am not receiving my receipt I am raising this issue in consumer court. Call on [protected]

                                      I booked an Hotel using oyo rooms mobile app The hotel name was OYO 90277 Delight Residency, Kolkata and paid the money online i.e prepaid. But when I reached the hotel. The hotel says it is not accepting OYO bookings
