My name is Harinarayan.For my new job, I went to Gurgaon for one day on 22.06.2022.Through Oyo app, i had booked a hotel Tipsyy Inn Suits, DLF city, Phase 3, Gurgaon.I checked in Hotel at 11.45 am.That time they didnt tell me about early check in charges.When i entered the room, i saw it was not cleaned and it bathroom was so dirty.It was totally different from the pics as it was showing in apps.Room was not in a usable condition.So i asked them to clean but after cleaning also it was so dirty and a bad smell was coming from the room.I left for office.When i returned at around 10 pm for checked out, they forced me to give 5 star rating otherwise they would not allowed me to checked out.When i disagreed with them he told me then give me 500 rupees.I asked the reason so he told me u checked in before 15 min.As i was alone there and also getting late and scared so u gave him Rs.500/-They were threatening me alot .Really very bad experience .Oyo service is degrading day by day.The CEO belongs to our state afterthat also we are getting such type of service.So request you to please close this type of hotel otherwise someone like will suffer mentally and also financially.
