I Booked room on 22 jun 22.Details as following Jun 23, 2022 - Jun 24, 2022 for check in with booking id M98F0478. Amount for booking time was 431.But property owner was not give entry without paying money 906.So i was unable to lost my room & return back to my home. I am not expecting this type of trouble in future. Please donot treat customers like this. I called 5 times customer care but issue was not resolved. this will affect your credibility

    I had booked a room through Oyo on[protected] and make the full payment through the app. My booking Id is DNN64708.But durning my check in, the hotel staff said if i need to stay i need to pay an additional amount of 657. I report this issue with oyo customer service and they said to pay the additional amount and they will definitely refund that extra payment. This is the ticket Id for the issue [protected]. I had send the extra payment copy and the bank details through that mail. They promised to refund the amont with in 7 to 14 days, but still now no refund. And also not any proper response from the customer service.

      I work for ouo and my boss is always following me to my rooms until I had my boyfriend. Come too me after he pushed me on the bed and I told him no multiple times I was scared he kept forcing. Me on the bed and I don't wanna lose my job but it scares me to go to work he tried to touch my private area. And tried to make me do as well I said. No multiple girls have quit because of this...

      I had booked a hotel OYO 28191 Indra Comforts on Wed, 8 Jun 2022BOOKING ID - QCXN1649
      check in date - [protected], 12:00 PM
      for 3 nights stay the payment was 2097 on oyo app,
      but the hotel manager and staff said that they are having only suite rooms and the booking shown in oyo app is classic rooms.
      They are complaining that it is due to oyo app error and they demanded an extrafee 2100 Rs from us.

      On reaching the hotel we had seen same issues faced by others, me and my friends were forced to give extra payment as we had railway examination next day and we were tired after long 18 hours of travel,
      It was indeed a bad experience from oyo, we regret choosing this app for booking. we would change our minds and refer "OYO support " in our reviews if you kindly look into this matter and allow us our refund.

            I had booked a hotel in Ooty from Oyo and paid the entire amount in advance. After reaching the hotel I realized that the hotel is not how it appeared on Oyo website. No electricity backup, no food facility, no clean rooms and bathrooms. So I decided to exist after staying one night their. Spoke to Oyo helpdesk who assured me of refund for the remaining days and asked me to vacate the room before 11 am .. I did vacate the room at 9:30 ... now after raising several tickets and follows ups I am not getting any response from Oyo ...

              I have booked Oyo rooms on 01June 2022 of booking id-GOJH6437. But due to any reason I cancelled that booking on the same day by calling Oyo customer care . They told the amount will be reflected within 7 -14 working hours. It's 24 days past but amount not refunded. They gave a reference no. to check the bank for refund transaction but bank says not a valid reference no. I called to Oyo again and again but they are not refunding the amount not initiating the refund.

                  Oyo service desk called me and told to install Any desk app to give my phone control to remote of Oyo company. How can I give my phone control to others, i didn't feel secure about my privacy and told them for other way.

                  I have called many times to Oyo customer care but they don't try to listen me . They put call on hold by saying transferring call to service desk. There automated robot only say to press button 2. How rubbish service from Oyo I feel.

                    I had made a booking of 8 rooms for 3 days in OYO 78185 Harma Residency, Chennai. Booking ID V7BM0796. The total payable amount at the time of booking was Rs. 25834/-. I paid advance booking charge of Rs. 9181/-. But few hours before we had to check-in I checked the rate and it showed total of more than Rs. 60000/-. We were shocked and had to cancel the booking since, it went out of our budget.

                    It has been more than 10 days, but we have not received the refund yet. We had lot of trouble finding alternate arrangement for our guest and on top of that we are forced to beg for our refund. The customer care is always keeping my call on hold for more than 30 min. And then it will get automatically cut. Please help.

                          Respected sir,
                          On 25th may i have booked the oyo room, My booking id is P3U39673. While booking the room at the time of payment i did the payment of 2090 and also my money got debited from my account but at that time it shows that payment was unsuccessful either my room also not booked . After that on 20th june i received a message from oyo that my refundable amount is 2090 and it is initiated but two days later it showing status failed . Please check my status and refund it as soon as possible.

                            Hello, This is Arvind Swamy, Booking ID - GAAB3120, Collection O 84851 Sharma Inn Guest House & Banquet.
                            I booked 2 rooms for 3 guests on 18 Jun, 12:00 AM to 19 Jun, 11:00 AM.
                            Booking Amount - Rs. 1075
                            I booked the room around 3:30 am in the morning because I had no option and no place to stay in Kolkata, WB.
                            But still somehow i got many rooms nearby through OYO App, and i booked the nearest hotel by paying and booking them in advance because I had to go somewhere to stay till morning.
                            I reached the location and went near the building, the building was locked from inside, i was waiting there with two more person till 5am, no one responded from inside, i called in the contact number which oyo provided me with, the number was wrong, there was no one to help us at that moment and at that point of time as it was also raining. After payment and the next day when it showed i checked out from the room, it showed me "The OYO is not Operational". I didn't check-in nor i checked-out.
                            This is how you deal with your prime and regular customers, same problem happened me with 2 weeks ago when i was in Delhi, I was denied check-in from the hotel because oyo showed very low price.
                            Then i somehow managed to find a room for me at 5:30 am and that was not through oyo, just to stay there for 4hrs till morning and then leave.
                            I tried contacting the team for the refund and through oyo chat also, there's no option for refund status.
                            I tried to chat with the team, "I am looking for something else, i have some other concerns, i want to know the status of refund, but there was nothing in particular which would help me at that moment.
                            the amount i paid is not much but what you people do is nothing less than a harassment. Please improve the communication system. If the customer can't contact you when they need OYO the most, what is the need o[censored]sing this app and becoming a prime member then.

                            I need the refund in my account as soon as possible.

                              I need the refund in my account as soon as possible.

                                Hi, my name is tarandeep singh i have made a booking on oyoapp on 15th june which was prepaid 940rs and the booking id is “M2PK2180” and oyo name is “collection 0 79356 Mahavir enclave “ but when my friend reached the oyo before they told him they got no amount showing in application and you need to pay it so my friend paid the amount and they told that you will get the refund but now its been more than 10days and i have wasted more than 2hours on customer care they are not supportive . Raised a complaint more than 10times emailed them but got no response . So kindly help me out. With this issue

                                  Hi,

                                  I went to Kanpur for medical therapy session and booked an Oyo room via app for 7 days and paid for the booking online. After paying the hotel I found out that the elevator was out of service.

                                  I got the room on 2nd floor and due to my medical condition I couldn't claim the stairs.

                                  I called Oyo support and they understand my situation and asked me to do an early check out from the hotel and book another hotel from the app by promising me the refund of next 6 days.

                                  The support asked me to contact them again after checking out from the other hotel where I have stayed for next 6 days and they will initiate the refund.

                                  I checked out from the other hotel on 27th April 2022 and have been contacting Oyo support to get the refund.

                                  Oyo representative said they have a policy where they deduct 1 day terrif for early check-out so I my case even after promissing me 6 days refund they are going to give me refund of 5 days.

                                  I reached Oyo via call, twitter and facebook still my issue is not resolved. So far I have received a few RAC emails from Oyo but none of them was processed by the senior finance team.

                                  The issue is not resolved. I have been asked to send bank details and a decleration but the refund is not deposited to my account.

                                  How many 7- 14 days you'd like me to wait? I have already waited for 3 to 4 time.

                                  Now the support is saying they have deposited Rs1050 to my oyo wallet which I haven't asked for.

                                  Why Oyo team is causing so much inconvenience to me?
                                  The issue is not resolved. Kindly look into this issue

                                    Hi,
                                    I have reserved the hotel booking ain OYO app and went to the Hotel along with family. But, I stunned with the hotel response as they can't offer room with the price that I have got at OYO app. I have tried contacting OYO but non of the numbers was working at the point of time. However, I can not go to another hotel as we are almost tired, hence, paid as per their wish. Later contacted OYO customer care and explained the issue, they said they will refund the excess amount charged.

                                    I have shared all the required details asked by them. But, later on OYO denied me to refund. They stopped respond to me. Could you plz help me out to get my refund as this is completely cheeting as they don't have proper control over their OYO flagship hotels.

                                      I booked a oyo room in 1033 oyo townhouse ameerpet on 22 Jun I completed my payment and in oyo app under my profile booking is confirmed now I got msg from oyo rooms that due to unavoidable circumstances your booking need to be changed please check a new hotel..what is this after completing the payment at a hotel we selected if we need to change now the hotel prices very high and also we selected the hotel by seeing area and all amenities and reviews of hotel.now if they want us change suddenly what should we do.this is cheating.oyo is real cheating after payment and confirmed booking they can't change without a proper reason and they can't do whatever they want without consenting customer.this is cheating and oyo is worst
