On june 11, i was told that refund has been initiated for the extra amount of money that was charged to me by hotel owner, and the mail said i will get my refund within 7-14 days, as of today, it's been 19 days, i followed up with the oyo help mail about the situation but, all they told me was, it will be credited soon . i practically have to beg for my own money. here's the mail from oyo from june 11
