I have booked a room using Oyo app and I made a payment using upi and then I called the hotel to make confirmation of my booking and then he asked me the price which is shown in Oyo app and I said it then amount then he said that amount is very less so he wouldn't accept it and said us to cancel the room then I cancelled room in Oyo app .when I check my refund status it is shown that the amount is successfully transferred to my upi id but when I check the payment it is not reflected to my account

    Booked a hotel in oyo 1 month back, during check in time the denied by giving reason like under maintenance, I was stuck for whole to find hotel and entire day got spoiled.

    My expenses got increased and family also faced lot of challenge in travel.

    I booked same 4 room for around 14k, and trip plan got spoiled due to last minute surprises.

    For oyo it's prepaid payment, connected with area head, even he is not able to help us in the situation.

    I am expecting complete travell and hotel compensation from oyo. I can share all the bills.

        I booked a room for 5 nights in oyo townhouse in t nagar chennai with partial payment od rs. 1701. The booking ID was WI3X4811. But due to sudden change of plans, i cancelled the booking, and it was shown in app that my refund was processed and successfully completed. But i haven't recieved my amount in my bank account. Please help me out with this. This is very urgent. I need it to book another room in oyo for the different date.

          On june 11, i was told that refund has been initiated for the extra amount of money that was charged to me by hotel owner, and the mail said i will get my refund within 7-14 days, as of today, it's been 19 days, i followed up with the oyo help mail about the situation but, all they told me was, it will be credited soon . i practically have to beg for my own money. here's the mail from oyo from june 11

              This the the Oyo service. Oyo is working only for new reservation. They don't want to solve the customer's problems. I have complained twice, called to Oyo hundreds of times but there is no any response from Oyo. This is how Oyo provides services to customers. Amount 1045, they fraudsters want to grab without giving service.

                I have been calling Oyo for atleast 50 times . Everytime I have been put on hold and disconnected. Oyo is fraud company.

                  Hi booked hotel from 29th June to 30th June 2022 with Oyo, when I reached hotel they denied entry, OYO shifted me to another Oyo, They also denied entry due to tariff issues (which is already paid to Oyo in advance)

                  I wasted my 2 hours on road between 12 pm to 2 pm - Is this justified ??

                  Oyo is keeping me on hold for 30 minutes and finally cancelled my booking.

                  Now I have to take room on urgent basis as I was standing on road, hotel charged approximately 3 times of what I paid to Oyo and in that they not even included breakfast

                  Where is OYO NOW, when there customers are struggling for their rights!

                      I had booked a OYO Townhouse 279 and my booking had confirmed when I called the hotel for the check they simply said say they will not provide me with a room at this price they will charge more price for the room and the Oyo customer care team will not support you in this matter. So I had canceled the booking.

                          My name is Vishal Tripathi, i booked Hotel through OYO (Hotel Shiv nath) and my booking ID is E7DY5285 but when I reach out there they didn't allow me to Check-in because I paid online, they were charging me extra money to Check-in and told me not to cancel the booking tomorrow we will deny from here and you will get your money back, it's 26th of June and i didn't get any response.

                            Oyo employees are sending bluff mails.
                            Oyo employees are telling their system does not show that I have paid the bill even if bill attached has been sent at the day of check out. After confirmation of requested refund they are making excuses and mailing bluffs.
                            Its been 10 days and refund is not initiated. Total amount I have paid 1500 from which 616 should be refunded to me as they were taken as contemporary charges.

I've checked out OYO Life DL 1993 on 31st May 2022, And I've already requested for the refund of my security amount one month prior to my check out (I've attached the screenshot of their acknowledgement ). And now its already been 30 days and my security haven't been refunded yet.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have stayed at the Oyo Townhouse 024 Sector 47 Gurgaon from 26-June-2022 to 28-June-2022. I booked the room through Oyo app after applying the coupons and paid 1033/- for 2 days in advance. When I reached at the hotel, they refused to give me check-in as the price was low according to them. So I called the oyo customer care and they told me to pay the additional amount of 965/- (as per the hotel) to the hotel and the same amount will be refunded after I will check-out. So I paid the additional amount demanded by hotel and checked-in. When I checked-out after 2 days of stay, hotel refused me to give the proper bill and gave me a non-gst bill on paper. When I contacted again on oyo for the refund they rejected my request as the bill was not proper.
                                  Now when I am calling the hotel, they are still refusing to give me the proper bill for my payment.
                                  I have contacted oyo customer care multiple times and they are saying “we are not concerned if hotel is not providing you bill”.

                                  I am stuck in between, neither hotel nor Oyo is helping for the refund of my payment.

                                  Please help me out immediately.

                                    The hotel owner and manager are imposter at best. I booked an AC room via OYO online by paying Rs 666. Ihave the receipt of it. However once I tried to check in the hotel receptionist said it is jayam residency and not Sai Nalam hotel. He further said that they had no affiliation with OYO. However the hotel board from outside was specifying it as Sai Nalam Hotel and they had OYO boards at the reception desk. The hotel receptionist asked to pay separately Rs1000 else vacate the premise immediately. When I talked to the OYO Customer care in Chennai, they listened to my concern and then put on hold. Every other time the call was disconnected as soon as it rang. I tried talking to the hotel manager he said the same thing that it is no longer affiliated with OYO and its OYO and the customers problem. Even after paying separately Rs1000, we were denied any money receipt and even room key. The receptionist even asked us to sign the checkout time while we were checking in. On their consent we took photograph of receipt which specified we paid through cash but OYO receipt was specifying that we paid through online.

                                    I accompanied my father who is a senior citizen from railway station to this hotel paying the cab rent. We tried talking to OYO's main customer care and they also redirected our calls most of the time without helping us get refund. Thankfully after multiple call, one customer care took note of the issue and mailed that they will refund the money.

                                    While checking out on the consent of the receptionist, we took photo of our entries and almost all the check in and check out entry was maintained as via OYO and only one entry was maintained as direct entry.

                                    We looked for other hotels nearby because the receptionist asked us to vacate in a day. There were many customer friendly hotels nearby which were well maintained and cheap as well. The reason people opt for OYO is that they can feel secure and have a hassle free accomodation. The hotel Sai Nalam hotel/ Jayam residency is availing the services and platform of OYO to attract customers while charging separately. I don't know whether OYO is also involved in this but this will make customer loose faith from OYO. I have mailed to OYO customer care, for the sake of their own Image and reputation kindly blacklist such kind of fraudulent hotels else people might believe that OYO is also in nexus with such hotels. I have the phone recordings, photographs, receipts of my claim as well as OYO mail of refunding my money. But OYO must realize we also lost because of cab fee 2 ways+[protected] + lot of hassle

                                    The booking ID is ACJY1982. Hotel name is OYO 62543 Sai Nalam Hotels which the hotel receptionist has said is being changed to Jayam Residency. I have got the refund from OYO but I have paid extra[protected] + cab charges+ lot of mental hassle. I requested OYO support team to blacklist the company from its platform because it is taking undue advantage of both OYO platform and the customers. If you look at the recent reviews of this particular hotel, the same is echoed by other customers as well. Even today I got a promo ad from OYO to use this hotel even after so many complaints from other users as well. I may be wrong but it gives the feeling that OYO is in nexus with such kind of fraudulent hotels. OYO's image and reputation is in its own hands. Thank You!!

                                        I did a booking (ID: VHNP1615) on the OYO app from June 12th to June 20th at Townhouse 1019 Galaxy Suites. I paid a a total amount of INR 14929. When I reached the hotel they told me that they were full and OYO had given them extra bookings which they could not meet at the time and asked me to call the service line and ask for a relocation. I called them up and everytime I was told that since I've dailed the Reservation helpdesk, they will transfer me to the Service helpdesk and would promptly cut the call, this happened multiple times.I was told that refund was initiated on 15th June and would be credited in 7-14 days but only 5k have been transferred. Remaining 9929 have not been transferred yet
