I, Soumen Datta, booked two rooms for the date 15th may, when I booked this hotel, i paid Rs. 1098 . But in the time of check in there was shown pending amount rs.2585 in the Oyo app.. I have to pay the extra amount rs. 2585 to the hotel via their QR code forcefully otherwise they didn't provide any rooms. After check out, i contacted with Oyo with this extra payment amount. Oyo customer service said that I want two delux room during check in time, that's why they charged extra amount. But, that is property managers excuse, that is totally false., I never demand that rooms in the check in time.. Rather the extra pending amount was shown before the check in time around 11:00 am in 15th may. After two hours long conversation with Oyo customer services, the problem was resolved and they said they will refund the extra amount within 7-14 working days and they sent a email regarding this.
But it was almost 18 days, I have not received my refund amount.
More interestingly, there is no record found in my account in Oyo app's.
I contacted so many times with Oyo customer services but no one responses.

I have already received Rs. 2585 after complaint in consumer forum.
But today there is a mail from Oyo, they want to refund the pending amount today. But I don't want this amount because I have already received this amount of money from your side ..
