    Is company responsible for mischievous act no help from customer care and communication with senior is denied when manger refuse check in and forcing to talk with customer care. My booking is cancelled and but suffered inconvenience. Earlier I called customer care not receiving communication from property and mobile number of property is not reachable or switched off. Manger said the number is not in use.
    My question
    1. Why property accept the booking
    2. Why checking in denied
    3. Asking additional money
    4. No provision of food but booking accepted.

    If prroperty is wrong remove the property from oyo. Otherwise I share my experience verbally and via youtube.

          Hello Oyo Support Team,

          Yet not received any update from your side. I am proud to be part of Oyo rooms. I have been associated with Oyo for 6 years. However, the first time I am facing big challenges with Oyo for a refund amount which is only R/s 4649. So, I am requesting you to please refund the amount on my account. I booked the hotel for the 10th of June 2022 at Sri Nagar for one night with 4 adults. The second booking is from 12th June 2022 to 14th June 2022 at Leh Ladakh. And the third booking is on the 17th of June 2022 for one night with 4 adults at Leh Ladakh. However, I am facing all places for staying due to oyo services being suspended with the hotel. No one ready to provide the hotel at that time. So I am requesting you to please refund my amount so that I can book another hotel. If you are not raising any complaints after this email I will escalate to the consumer forum for this issue. Your service is very poor. I never book any hotel from Oyo. I am facing very trouble with Oyo. It is one kind of fraud. Payment is deducted but hotel not book and no one ready to provide the hotel.

            My Booking confirmation ID DQ8P8459, My travel date 4th June - 6th June. I just happened to call the hotel to reconfirm the booking, When he saw my online amount paid confirmation, he said "sorry Mam, We cant allow you for checkin when you come on 4th June, the reason is the discounted price that you paid online.

            The hotel staff asked me to contact Oyo CC and tell them the same, but when I called Oyo customer care number, they directly asking me to cancel the booking or look for other property..

            Man! Why will I cancel or look out for other options?
            What was my fault?
            I paid what I was asked to pay to do the booking ..
            If OYO gives the customers discounted price and aske us to pay online, They should communicate the same to the hotel.
            Why should the customer suffer ?
            I am not going to pay anything extra, nor I'm going to face any kind of drama the hotel staff will create while my arrival for check-in on 4th June.

            I am getting this issue to your notice in advance to avoid anything kind of glitches while my check in..
            Please look into this at the earliest!

              I made the booking, and paid the amount. The money was deducted but the booking wasnt confirmed. Your customer care support is very poor. They dont even know how to handle such a situation. Please make the arrangements for my refund. I am attatching the payment proof.

                I was charged extra at the hotel more than the booking amount i.e. ₹600 extra. Although my booking was confirmed but when i reached hotel they asked me to pay more ₹600 so intotal i had to pay ₹1500 and the amount in which the booking was confirmed was ₹899. I reached out to oyo help service and they asked me to pay the extra amount and claimed that they will refund the extra amount paid by me on sharing the receipt and bank details after the checkout. After the check out i called their executive and asked for refund, shared my receipt and bank details, they assured me that the refund has been initiated but days passed and i didn't get any amount. I called them again and the executive said that no refund has not been initiated and said that he is currently doing it and assured again that yes it has been initiated. But still again I didn't receive any amount. Everytime im calling the Oyo customer care they do the same. They are not refunding my money nor working towards it they just give assurance to the customer that yes it's being processed. They are making a fool out of a customer. This is very disturbing.

                  It's been 14 days and although after this complaint oyo customer care executive tried to connect with me stating that the refund has been processed and it will reflect in my account within 7-14 days. But it's been 14 days and i did not receive any refund. This is a total scam. How unprofessional this can get

                    OYO Townhouse RCC Elite 265 Begumpet - Booking was made here. The townhouse owner did not allow folks to check in saying it's a mix of boys and girls despite the policy not mentioning anything like that. Oyo didn't help! The customer care prolonged this for days and then ased for account details and didn't get back despite sharing them. At the end said it's too late.

                        I booked a room through the app and not 10-15 minutes later I tried to check in and they're demanding a deposit for $50 that I was not aware of so I couldn't check into the room and then when I try to get my money back it said no refund and that's BS I read the policy it says 10 minutes or 24 hours and I was there within 10 minutes trying to check into my room I want my money back

                          Booking ID-DQGA7660
                          I booked an oyo room through oyo app, I had to cancel the booking for some reasons and I applied for refund, it shows that refund has been initiated and transfered to my bank account but my bank account have not recieved the refund yet. It was within oyo’s refund policy. The refund status is showing confirm, but it is not reflecting in my account.
                          Kindly resolve this issue and give me my refund ASAP

                            I booked a room through OYO on 25 may 2022 with booking ID XFNK3548 in OYO 64839 SS guest 002, AS bearing company, Dera bassi, Chandigarh for 28 to 29 may (one day) by paying full payment of rs.444 in advance through BHIM app ( Transaction ID[protected].
                            I reached the hotel at around 12:30pm on 28 may and talked to the hotel manager. The manager denied to give the booked room as he said there is no room available . It should'nt be happened as my booking was already confirmed by OYO . Then the manager said, claim your refund from OYO. I went to search another hotel but i faced much difficulty in finding it . Then I found a Hotel and booked a room that cost me very high price and my time also wasted due to all this as I have to study for my exam (ECGC PO ) which was going to conducted on 29 may .
                            I complained to OYO regarding this they said we are giving you the refund and they had initiated the process of refund . Refund status showing the the transfer of amount successful but I have'nt received any refunded amount in my BHIM app ( original source of transaction) till date . Now I am trying to contact them again but not able to contact them . Please do get resolved the issue at earliest and get indemnified my loss as all this matter affected adversely my performance of exam also, thank you .

                              I have booked room through oyo from 15.05.2022 to 16.02.2022 and my booking Id- L2M44588, actually i had paid twice through postpe my money was deducted and booking was not confirmed they have gave me timeline to pay again and i have paid again through gpay means they charged me twice for the same booking and i am trying to contact them continously but they are not treating me rightly, they have misbehaved with me and still i didn't get my refund. I want refund of one payment that i had paid because i had paid twice.

                                I have booked a Room on OYO 18954 Varun Residency on Thu, 26 May 2022 for Check In[protected] & Check Out[protected].
                                I want to do early check in & early check out, so I called the hotel. Hotel person told me to come & they have more properties near by.
                                So they can accommodate anywhere near by.

                                I reached the property on 28 May 2022 @ 7.00 AM. When I asked about my check in they told they don't have any rooms with low amount.
                                (Please note that I have booked room through OYO for Rs. 515 Only). The minimum room amount is Rs. 1200 as per them.

                                Then I called OYO Customer Care & informed them all. They in turn call the Hotel Manager & then something fishy happened.
                                After Some time the OYO customer care executive told that since I told have any original ID card they will not provide any rooms.
                                But actually I have laminated copy of my AADHAR CARD (which is acceptable all over India).
                                Even with the same Laminated copy I stayed in a room in Chennai before.

                                So OYO customer care executive told he will not refund any amount & also he will not help me out to find any other rooms.

                                Then I talked directly to the Varun Residency Person & got the room with same AADHAR Laminated copy.
                                I have paid Rs. 700 extra for the rooms. Since I came for official purpose I didn't tell much & paid the amount.
                                Now what am telling here was the OYO are doing some fraud & if hotel person are not accepting low amount then why they shown
                                this in booking.

                                    I am wrongly charged at oyo rooms.when i complain about that in oyo customer care they initate refund and say in 14 days they credit money back in bank account no but it's 20 day approx still I didn't get money I n my account
                                    And they didn't pick up call and after 30min wait pick up call they tell they working on that and cut the phn give me solution from fraud oyo

                                      I, Kamal kumar, had placed a booking with Oyo, booking ID D32A4752. Initially, I was allocated a room at Hotel Collection O 8682 6 hotel imperial Arjun from 30th May to 31st may . Upon reaching the hotel, I was denied a room by Oyo, despite the manager of the hotel stating that the room was available.
                                      So I called up the customer care for help, the representatives are just stupid and don't understand anything both on call and live chat. The executive hold the call for more than 40 min and disconnected.
                                      Finally, I arranged a hotel on my own and stayed there.
                                      The payment method was prepaid and now there are not will to refund the money.
                                      I want refund ASAP

                                        Address: OYO Townhouse 393 Orient Grand

                                        There is no contact between the Hotels and the OYO staff. And hence the guest has to suffer as the hotel does not check-in the guest due a lack of communication from OYO . And the guest has to call the OYO numbers and the customer care to get this resolved.
                                        OYO staff is well trained to say only these sentences like a robot
                                        " We are extremely sorry";
                                        "We understand your situation";
                                        " We will transfer you to a hotel nearby";
                                        "We will refund your amount"

                                        You plan a trip and go to your hotel, and you have to deal with all these
