I had done OYO Rooms Booking for the Site Visit at Suart dated Feb 14, 2022 to Feg 14, 2022.

As per mentioned in oyo online portal under booking but they have not provide me invoice Continuously trying to talk with oyo customer care but there is no option available to talk to an executive (BPO). People from hotel refuse to give me invoice because we are not walkin customers and payment/booking done through OYO App. So, my company now not reimburse the above amount as oyo have mentioned in payment receipt invoice collect from hotel at time of checkout. Very frustrating situation to me... please resolve my problem asap.
OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

it is more than 3 days and still, I am chasing 1 single invoice, it seems that your invoice process is slower than your Rooms Service.
For the last 72 Hours, Asif Ali Khan keeps saying wait for 12 hours - I don't know why this is taking so long.
