Hotel and Oyo

There is no contact between the Hotels and the OYO staff. And hence the guest has to suffer as the hotel does not check-in the guest due a lack of communication from OYO . And the guest has to call the OYO numbers and the customer care to get this resolved.
OYO staff is well trained to say only these sentences like a robot
" We are extremely sorry";
"We understand your situation";
" We will transfer you to...

Payment invoice not provided

I statyed in a OYO from May 17 to May 27 for 10 nights stay. My booking id is UFNK7680. I have not got a proper payment invoice for my stay. Totally I have paid Rs.8068 plus an additional Rs.300 for early check in on May 17. I am in need of the payment receipt for the same....

Coned me into making a payment and disappeared

I am very disappointed by the service in all sectors. Your customer care handles are unprofessional and convinced me into making a payment for providing the contact information of the hotel booking i tried making.

After the payment was made the handler didn't provide me with the hotel number and hung my call after they couldn't reach out the hotel.

I was down near the hotel and the it was closed and no one...

Oyo thief customer money in minutes through online payment system

Oyo reprenstative suggested room if not good they agreed to arrange another room or refund by cancel (full amount)
But it seems they dealing customer with fake or forgery manner and only money minded with no quality, no service orient, no proper guidance.

so Govt should stop or remove these kind third party or broker company to continue in service industry as example:

I had done OYO Rooms Booking for the Site Visit at Suart dated Feb 14, 2022 to Feg 14, 2022.

As per mentioned in oyo online portal under booking but they have not provide me invoice Continuously trying to talk with oyo customer care but there is no option available to talk to an executive (BPO). People from hotel refuse to give me invoice because we are not walkin customers and payment/booking...

Money deducted but didn't receive the booking #third_complaint

I had done multiple tries for Oyo booking due to my urgent stay.
I tried paying from Paytm UPI and amex credit card as well.
I received refund for Paytm but not amex cc of 891 rupees.
Please refund the remaining amount as well.
Since booking ID wasn't generated hence I have only payment bill as a proof, attaching with the complaint.

Overcharge refund not given

I checked in oyo townhouse 878, khar west on 19 may 2022 booking id- DHB33783.
I had paid 2200 on oyo. while checking in I was charged 1000 more they said the price of the hotel is changed. I paid them and immediatelly after checking in I contacted the oyo helpline no I was said that I'll get the extra amount paid as refund once I submit the invoice. after checking out and getting the invoice I have reached oyo helpline no half a dozen...

Not refunding booking amount Rs 4700 since 28th March 2022
