My Booking confirmation ID DQ8P8459, My travel date 4th June - 6th June. I just happened to call the hotel to reconfirm the booking, When he saw my online amount paid confirmation, he said "sorry Mam, We cant allow you for checkin when you come on 4th June, the reason is the discounted price that you paid online.

The hotel staff asked me to contact Oyo CC and tell them the same, but when I called Oyo customer care number, they directly asking me to cancel the booking or look for other property..
Man! Why will I cancel or look out for other options?
What was my fault?
I paid what I was asked to pay to do the booking ..
If OYO gives the customers discounted price and aske us to pay online, They should communicate the same to the hotel.
Why should the customer suffer ?
I am not going to pay anything extra, nor I'm going to face any kind of drama the hotel staff will create while my arrival for check-in on 4th June.
I am getting this issue to your notice in advance to avoid anything kind of glitches while my check in..
Please look into this at the earliest!
