Hey, i have issued a refund and i have recieved a email from Oyo regarding ABT the refund which is 600rs and it says that within 7-14 working days i would receive my refund but unfortunately it's been more than 14 days and i haven't received it yet

im copying the email sent by Oyo regarding ABT the refund below-

      I booked a room for 3 days via Oyo app and paid the full amount in advance. But when I reached to the hotel they asked me to pay 1976/- extra money. I tried to contact Oyo room service but didn't happen saying customer surge. And I had to pay as I had no choice.
      I don't know why I paid 1976/- extra money when I clearly booked with advance payment already.

        I booked two rooms in same hotel for 2 nights ( 1 guest each room ) for me and my friend and paid entire amount online and got confirmation that room has been booked . When we reached hotel it asked for more amount as it says both the bookings are modified from 1 to 2 guests and we have to pay extra. Despite being on call with oyo team for an hour, they could not resolve the issue and disconnected the call and we were left with no other option than pay extra amount INR 1820 as it was late in night.
        Pls resolve the issue and help refund amount asap.

          I made a booking with Oyo Rooms with the assistance of the customer service agent. She quoted a certain amount of ₹1700 for the room which she said i must pay in advance. I refused to do so because I'm the past the hotels have denied rooms due to not receiving payments from OYO. She said i need not pay the entire amount, i can pay 10% of the amount which she said was ₹218 rupees. I received a notification on my Paytm to complete payment (screenshot attached). I received a confirmation on the booking but the amount payable was ₹2100. I called again to check why the amount payable was not 1700, the agent said they did not receive the payment.

          She suggested i make the booking again for the amount of ₹1608 which is applied only if i pay immediately. That too via UPI only. I did not receive the confirmation for that payment either and the new booking is booked at 2100 again.

          Apart from that, the customer service agents were very unprofessional and rude and when i told them that will be recording this, their reaction was like "yes do whatever you want". I was on hold for 25 min just to have this information cross-checked.

          Please find screenshots for the same. Refund my previous amount to the source of payment.

            I did a booking (ID: VHNP1615) on the OYO app from June 12th to June 20th at Townhouse 1019 Galaxy Suites. I paid a a total amount of INR 14929. When I reached the hotel they told me that they were full and OYO had given them extra bookings which they could not meet at the time and asked me to call the service line and ask for a relocation. I called them up and everytime I was told that since I've dailed the Reservation helpdesk, they will transfer me to the Service helpdesk and would promptly cut the call, this happened multiple times. The booking was prepaid and I would like a refund

              Worst rooms. Cockroaches all over the room, dirty toilets and only for unmarried couples not for families at all. Rude behaviour of the staff.

                I booked a hotel from oyo app by pre payment the amount. When i reached hotel, they denied the service saying they didn't receive any booking. When i cancelled my booking they didn't give me any refund. Their customer service is also of no use. Why was i not given any refund when it was not my fault that the hotel refused service.

                  I have payed on-line for the rooms but they didn't allow to check in and denied for booking
                  Tere location was wrong I was calling for help but no reason very disappointed and angry
                  Between of mid night I was standing on rode felling helpless and scared because there was me and my sister on empty road

                    Hotel Name - OYO 85214 Tara P
                    I booked this hotel on the morning of 4th June and then reached the location within half an hour of booking but the hotel was not there. Hotel No. given to me was not reachable. I finally found it on my own after 15 minutes of search. There, hotel manager informed me that they stopped taking reservations through oyo and i should cancel my booking and they dont have rooms available.
                    I had to talk to 5 executives and to each of them I explained the entire situation and they said the are putting me on hold while they cancel my booking and they told me not to hang up which I didn't but every call ended on its own after 15 to 20 mins of me on hold. And then I again had to call and explain the situation to a different executive. Till now I have not received confirmation about my refund for booking cancellation. My booking is showing cancelled now and refund amount is showing 0. This is not the kind of service OYO boasts about. Frankly I am very much disappointed.

                      My booking id is RF431105. Oyo had to refund ₹600 to me. I spoke with executives they initiated refund. I gave all my details. And they said that it will take 14 days to reflect in my account. Its been 14 days and i have not received anything. This is a total unreliable company. I paid extra tarif charge because the oyo customer care executive said that the extra tariff will be refunded. The whole team is scammer.

                        I booked a hotel on 26th May 2022 and the check in was at 10:00 am as my train was late a day before itself I informed them that I will check in at night and I had paid complete payment for 2 days. When I reached the hotel the hotel manager said me that they have no rooms available as I have not checked in on time he gave the room to someone else. At night I called OYO customer care they were sorry for the inconvenience and said me that they will initiate a complete refund within 7-14 days and I even got a mail from OYO stating about this. I even have that mail. Since then I have not received any sort of refund and I have tried calling them several time there is no reply they say they will transfer the call to refund department and make me wait for 30-40 mins and hang up the call. I’m fed up with this issue as I have to manage my job and in this hectic schedule I have to take out time just to wait for 30-40 mins on call and that too for no response. Please help me out.. My booking is Y9FX8286..

                            I booked a hotel (OYO 82717 Manohar Grand ) on Oyo and cancelled it the next day, well before the 100% refund deadline day. The refund status is showing as “Successful” but it is still not reflecting in my account. I made a payment of Rs. 491 for booking and the amount has not credited yet.

                              I booked my room by using Oyo app at 8.30 PM and got canceled by 8.45PM and we reached hotel.

                              As per Oyo they confirmed it's got cancel and money will not refund.

                              Oyo customer care telling that it's got cancel by IVR but i have not canceled my room.

                              Even oyo is not refunding the amount also.

                                Hi,
                                I booked whitefield comforts OYO in Bangalore online and made my payment while booking. When I reached at hotel the staff did'nt allowed me to checkin and asked for extra 800rs. It was my first day in Bangalore and I was not aware of the placr so that I can go to any other place instantly. i called the customer care and explained the issue, they assured me that I will get my refund back once I checkout and collect my bill. Next day after checkout I registered the complain for my refund and submitted the invoice and they promised that I will get my refund back within 7-14 days. Now its been a month I havent received my refund and I called the OYO customer care 100 times but they use to disconnect the call. OYO FRAUD!! Not sure where should I complain.

                                After booking confirmation and advance payment at oyo, booked hotel not offered room. Oyo closed its Ticket without any settlement...due to Oyo believe I canceled my tickets and at last travelled with huge loss.

                                After approx hr discussion no support and ticket closed without conclusion.

                                  I booked oyo hotels for 3 days in ooty and I paid partial amount but today before reaching to the hotel I got a call from oyo employee saying your booking is confirmed but due to heavy rush we have to confirm rhe booking if you pay complete amount will block two rooms, than he send me my booking details, booking Id and bank account details, I paid the complete amout of rs 1404 but after 10-15 I called hotel they denied regarding the confirmation and amount they disn’t received. I called the employee again he said wIt for 5 min then he send me the room details as well as room(202, 203) already booked. I again called the hotel but they denied of payment but they confirmed the room and that is very shocking as the rooms are matvhing.

                                  Oyo team please loom into this issue on priority money and data leak two major issues and this can happen with someone else also so please figure out the issue and refund my money.

                                    I had booked a hotel through Oyo but on reaching the hotel the owner told that they don't accept bookings from oyo.we were not allowed to check in. It was night time and no buses or taxis were nearby .we had to walk 10 kms .

                                      Hello team,
                                      I want to bring your attention towards the scam running by OYO properties owner on the name of offers and online OYO booking applications. The owners have their own menu cards for room prices and do not provide any offers and completely denied the process of a well developed OYO application. Property owner said the application is false and showing improper information, they said we didn't follow OYO and property owner said the application is useless and a fraud. My booking ID is CW0H3889 and the property name is OYO flagship 82846 silver home stay. The cost of service showing on application is Rs 421 but on the time of check in they ask me to pay Rs. 999. They told me that I have to pay 999 otherwise cancel booking. On the mean time when my all schedule is set they ask me to pay according to their wish otherwise I have to cancel my whole schedule just because of this whole pathetic system.
                                      They mentally harras me and force me to pay atleast Rs 800 and finally he ruin my pocket. After wasting my precious 30 minutes. The booking details and payment receipt is attached kindly check.
                                      I am very disappointed with this OYO system. The whole application is a scam and the team working is running a fraud system.
                                      Kindly look into the matter and bring my extra amount refund. Other wise I challenge this issue on next level.
                                      Please refund my extra money as soon as possible. The payment details is attached.
