My booking ID is C7Y13942, i booked a room on Oyo app on the price given by Oyo, later when I reached the hotel, i was asked for additional 1100₹ or give up on my booking, when I compained about the same on Oyo need help section, they told me to report it on call, when I called customer care, they told me that due to high call volume, i should try need help on the app, i did this back and forth for 3-4 days, but i got no answer, i even have the billing receipt for the additional charges.
OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Prem00001 I received the mail after complaining here, that my payment has been processed and will be credited in my account in the next 7-14 days meaning, 14 being maximum number of days it might take for refund to be reflected in my bank account, since then it's been 16 days, i literally have to beg for my own money, i asked them about the status of refund multiple times and even then, there's no refund that I received, here's the proof of how many days it has been.
We completely understand the inconvenience you had to go through. This is not an experience we want our guests to have with us. Kindly share your booking details so that we can get this checked and assist you further.
