I booked my room by using Oyo app at 8.30 PM and got canceled by 8.45PM and we reached hotel.
As per Oyo they confirmed it's got cancel and money will not refund.
Oyo customer care telling that it's got cancel by IVR but i have not canceled my room.
Even oyo is not refunding the amount also.
While reaching to hotel many people giving complaints on same issue, below are the details
