I cancelled my booking on may 31 after few hours of booking. Refund of Rs. 910 was processed on june 2 and it has been 9 days since then. It is showing refund successful in the app but it is still not reflecting in my account. I paid through UPI.

    I had booked a OYO room on Thursday 9/June/2022 by paying online payment of Rs 296 ( After using 45% coupan and 168 Oyo money). My booking was confirmed, but when i visited the hotel. Hotel manager asked for 1500 rs extra for room and i contacted the OYO helpdesk and they booked a another room 5KM away for RS750.which i paid via my ICICI debit card amount deducted but not showing in OYO Application. After reaching that hotel. Hotel people told Rooms are full.

    After that i got disappointed with OYO and stayed in some local Hotel.

    I really wish if there are no rooms available, then you should make some mechanism to not confirm booking.

    At End of the day, I lost 296+750= 1046 rupies for OYO without getting room and simply roaming for 10km extra in search of OYO rooms.

    Haven't got the Money back yet..Please refund the Amount.

    I got RS 296 amount refund but haven't got any details regardingy lost amount of rs 750..please enquire about it..

    Mean while i check with bank also..ICICI bank responded the amount has been reached you account. Please check the screenshot shot attached.

      Receptionist said room not available
      Same day I register my complaint for refund
      Customer care said refund will be credit to your account with in 7-14 days
      But till now I not received my amount
      And oyo support call not connect to refund process plss help

        I complaint against OYO Booking i booked a room in ibrahimpur village OYO 63634 ROYALE REVENUE booking I'd - XQ5E1108
        I paid full online payment when i reached today on hotel they denied for stay and told that go and talk to oyo customer care we don't provide any room that's not the manner of talking too and overcharged extra money 800 rs for room how this shameful. I am with my family i booked booking with oyo app with full payment and when i call oyo customer care they also no response and i had to pay exra charges i need to take action against this fraud from OYO side.

            I had booked stay in Oyo townhouse 373 and made payment online but I when I reached the hotel, then manager asked me to pay extra 500 more. I told him that I already made the payment but he denied.

            I told him that I'll raise complaint but he said that you can raise any complaint.

            They are fraud and Oyo customer service doesn't help in this situation.

              Dear All,
              My story starts with a pre-paid Booking (QLC68036) for myself for a hassle-free outstation stay from OYO mobile application but that was my biggest mistake. When I reached the Hotel after 10 hrs of travel, they said that no room is available now you need to contact OYO. I have called OYO numerous times for a replacement but they put the call on hold & after few minutes the call gets dropped (As I remember it happened 10 times and you can check with history from my no. [protected]) out of frustration I contacted OYO in all possible way (FB, Mailer, LinkedIn, Play Store) but no action taken for next 2 days. After 2 days I received partial amount in my original source pay mode.
              After that I contact to need help option in Oyo mobile application and chat with your executives. After getting no positive response from last 3 days, they disable my chat option with executive and now, when I click on need help option one reply is coming contact to our support team.
              When I call to your customer care no. provided by your mobile application only. There are two options-
              1-Press 1 for creating a new booking: - after so many calls, they are not ready to take up my query neither ready to transfer my call to your support team, many times they transfer my call they put the call on hold & after few minutes the call gets dropped.
              2-Press 2 for existing booking: - in this option they only give me the status of my partial refund and cut the call.

              After so many efforts I am not able to connect with you. Tell me, Is this is the right way of customer support, The booking is cancelled because of Hotel. This is the last effort I am putting on this concern, after this I’ll go in Consumer court to raise my query.
              I want my complete payment in source pay mode.

                Have returned from bhimtal to room around 18:00 HRS but A/C and other basic facilities were suspended due to electricity issue
                Around 20:00 HRS their alternative electricity resource I.e inverter battery also got exhausted...there was no other back up
                No response was given by HOTEL MANAGER ON SPOT
                Even response from OYO EXECUTIVE WAS DISGUSTING...5 calls were not enough to entertain our issue...this may not be serious concern for OYO & 88981 WHITE HOUSE HOTEL...But it is a grave situation for us...

                  When I booked a hotel, the website show 606 rupees after promocode and oyo money reduction. But when the payment request is raised to my upi app it is asking 5454 rupees. This is a scam and cheating.

                    I have booked a room against the booking id-CS8W4093 at OYO 84560 Oxy Hotel Jagdamba today i.e. 13 june, 2022.I got a confirmation for the same today and i have done a pre paid of Rs 584 amount against the UPI ref no:[protected] for my stay. After some time i got a message that due to unavoidable circumstances your booking has been changed to OYO 62712 Hotel Holiday Inn. Upon arrival at OYO 62712 Hotel Holiday Inn, the manager told that we don't have any room available right now and your booking status is in waiting list. He asked me to cancel the booking as he will not be able to provide me with any room today and he assured me that your money will be refunded by OYO. I tried contacting OYO customer care but i did not received any positive response from their side. So trusting him i cancelled my booking but i have been charged cancellation fee for no reason. I was badly stuck for 2 hours in this searing heat wave. I have been harassed a lot. Please kindly refund my Rs 584 as it was not my fault for the cancellation of the booking. it was totally the fault from OYO side. Kindly please do the needful for my refund.

                      I booked oyo 7616 maple at Rs.549 to ensure my booking i called hotel. They are denying to give me room at that price and shouting for no reason. They are asking for 1200 and denying oyo offer by saying go take your room by oyo we are not giving any room to you.

                          I was charged rupees 567 by Agoda and got a booking confirmation email from oyo too, but at the hotel they denied the booking and demanded more money. they wudnt let us checkin if we wudnt pay money
                          i paid for the room and was denied the checkin .
                          please me assist with my refund

                            Dear team,
                            After informing many times to the OYO customer service, I haven't still received the refund amount Rs. 5471.00, as I cancelled one room(Booking ID: X0JY6981). As discussed and confirmed by the customer service team, I should receive the amount by 14 days . Now I can see that the amount has been added in the food bill whereas I haven't taken the food from the hotel or availed any extra services from the hotel. When I'm asking the hotel, they are telling that OYO knows it as I hadn't any food from the hotel and booked hotel via OYO .
                            I'm not understanding what is happening with the OYO, even I availed OYO earlier many times in any other cities and didn't face such issues. Even no-one receiving the phone while I'm calling to the OYO customer care number for support. I dropped mails regarding this concern to [protected]@oyorooms.com, [protected]@oyorooms.com, [protected]@oyorooms.com but no luck. Now, I am raising my concern here in hope that someone from OYO will help me. I believe it will be resolved at the earliest and will receive the amount ASAP.

                            I had a discussion and agreed with Mr. Titas Seal on 17th June, 2022 that I will receive the refund amount within 7 to 14 days. Now, 7 days over, I haven't received the amount yet. Please update me the status where are we actually.

                            Hello OYO team,
                            After getting 200% commitment from your customer care side on 17th June, still the amount Rs. 5471 has not been credited to my account. See, by snatching 5471 rupees, OYO will not be a richest company, but you are breaking a good relationship with the customer, which customer used to book rooms only in OYO in every city in India. There are so many reliable companies through which I can book even and ofcourse I should not recommend anyone to book hotels through OYO. OYO is looting money from the customer by assuring them that cancellation is 100% refund. I should lodge a police complaint against OYO. I'll wait for this week only and then I'll lodge a police complaint.

                              Hey, i have issued a refund and i have recieved a email from Oyo regarding ABT the refund which is 600rs and it says that within 7-14 working days i would receive my refund but unfortunately it's been more than 14 days and i haven't received it yet

                                  I booked a room for 3 days via Oyo app and paid the full amount in advance. But when I reached to the hotel they asked me to pay 1976/- extra money. I tried to contact Oyo room service but didn't happen saying customer surge. And I had to pay as I had no choice.
                                  I don't know why I paid 1976/- extra money when I clearly booked with advance payment already.

                                    I booked two rooms in same hotel for 2 nights ( 1 guest each room ) for me and my friend and paid entire amount online and got confirmation that room has been booked . When we reached hotel it asked for more amount as it says both the bookings are modified from 1 to 2 guests and we have to pay extra. Despite being on call with oyo team for an hour, they could not resolve the issue and disconnected the call and we were left with no other option than pay extra amount INR 1820 as it was late in night.
                                    Pls resolve the issue and help refund amount asap.

                                      I made a booking with Oyo Rooms with the assistance of the customer service agent. She quoted a certain amount of ₹1700 for the room which she said i must pay in advance. I refused to do so because I'm the past the hotels have denied rooms due to not receiving payments from OYO. She said i need not pay the entire amount, i can pay 10% of the amount which she said was ₹218 rupees. I received a notification on my Paytm to complete payment (screenshot attached). I received a confirmation on the booking but the amount payable was ₹2100. I called again to check why the amount payable was not 1700, the agent said they did not receive the payment.

                                      She suggested i make the booking again for the amount of ₹1608 which is applied only if i pay immediately. That too via UPI only. I did not receive the confirmation for that payment either and the new booking is booked at 2100 again.

                                      Apart from that, the customer service agents were very unprofessional and rude and when i told them that will be recording this, their reaction was like "yes do whatever you want". I was on hold for 25 min just to have this information cross-checked.

                                      Please find screenshots for the same. Refund my previous amount to the source of payment.

                                        I did a booking (ID: VHNP1615) on the OYO app from June 12th to June 20th at Townhouse 1019 Galaxy Suites. I paid a a total amount of INR 14929. When I reached the hotel they told me that they were full and OYO had given them extra bookings which they could not meet at the time and asked me to call the service line and ask for a relocation. I called them up and everytime I was told that since I've dailed the Reservation helpdesk, they will transfer me to the Service helpdesk and would promptly cut the call, this happened multiple times. The booking was prepaid and I would like a refund
