On 12th May, 2022, I have booked a room in OYO room vide booking ID no. 193E6796. The booking is confirmed. Hotel name: Silverkey Executive Stays 26484, Majjid Nagar. Check in time 14 th May 12:00 PM. I have paid Rs. 146.00 for booking. The payment confirmation is attached.
On arriving to the location via OLA, Manager was contacted and he refused to provide any room. The receipt of the OLA cab is attached. I have spent Rs. 806 on reaching the spot.
After denial of the room by Manager, I have tried to contact the OYO customer care but could not connect.
Then, I have taken taxi to search a new hotel. I have taken a rooms in nearby hotel but I have spent around Rs. 2000 towards the cab hiring.
Over I spent around Rs. 4000 towards non response of the OYO Hotel.
This also created lot of physical and mental stress and loss of time. OYO is responsible for the refusal of the rooms which is booked in advance which is required to be compensated.
