Date- 21/05/2022.
I booked an oyo room around 10 AM and my money is deducted but on oyo app it shows "Bookin on hold", and message is showing under my booking details "Payment is unsuccessful kindly pay again in 30 mins". Then I contacted customer support they told me that the payment is not processed due to server issue, you will get your money back within 7 to 14 days. That time I need a room so I booked again (Same hotel). When I reached hotel, hotel staff told me that we are not accepting any booking from oyo. They told me you should contact oyo for refund. They were saying that they unlisted their property from oyo app, but it still showing on app and they also complained about this issue. Due to this problem I paid twice (949rs x 2). How can I get my money back. Kindly help me. I diidn't get any room but I paid twice. Help me please. Kindly reply I will provide all necessary documnets.

    I was just booking a hotel in noida from May 21, 2022 to May 23, 2022 in OYO 75488. My payment is completed and the money is deducted from the bank but the booking is not reflecting on the app.
    How will I get the refund and how will I book the hotel again?

        Oyo Team,

        I attempted to make a booking on 12th May at 10:36 pm through the OYO app. I executed the transaction through PayTM for the amount of Rs. 1870. After the transaction, the booking ID was not generated and I lost my money.

        I have the transaction ID of PayTM. I would like to have a refund of the entire money earliest.

        Your customer care centre is absolutely pathetic. Customer care executives are clueless and helpless. They leave the customers on hold for a long duration and simply disconnect the calls.

          Worst Company in Hotel industry

          I have been mailing them since 29th april. I booked a hotel from their mobile application and paid the whole amount for my 2 days stay in Mumbai. But i when i reach to the place, manager denied for the checkin and ask me to contact help center. I called and wasted nearly 2 hour in the afternoon. The Oyo care tried for shifting my booking into another hotel but they failed to orovide the same and lastly process for refund.

          But till date as on 20th May, 2022; i haven't received my money back.

          They said 7-14 working days ?

          They are big liars.

              On 12th May, 2022, I have booked a room in OYO room vide booking ID no. 193E6796. The booking is confirmed. Hotel name: Silverkey Executive Stays 26484, Majjid Nagar. Check in time 14 th May 12:00 PM. I have paid Rs. 146.00 for booking. The payment confirmation is attached.
              On arriving to the location via OLA, Manager was contacted and he refused to provide any room. The receipt of the OLA cab is attached. I have spent Rs. 806 on reaching the spot.
              After denial of the room by Manager, I have tried to contact the OYO customer care but could not connect.
              Then, I have taken taxi to search a new hotel. I have taken a rooms in nearby hotel but I have spent around Rs. 2000 towards the cab hiring.
              Over I spent around Rs. 4000 towards non response of the OYO Hotel.
              This also created lot of physical and mental stress and loss of time. OYO is responsible for the refusal of the rooms which is booked in advance which is required to be compensated.

                I book a hotel on oyo for 18th till 21st may. Check in on 18th and check out on 19th may at 9:00 pm due to the hotel service and few issues. I call the customer care four times for refund for the remaining days. The first one ask me to be on line ( it takes 20+minutes and they cut off). My next call was met with a rude customer service and told me not to call. I call the third time, the guy on the line ask me my detail, and let me hold on the line for 11 mins and the phone cut off!! My last call was met with a guy who told me to hold on..it goes on for 7 mins and told me he will call back on my number!!!
                Nothing get resolves! What kind of a service is this. My booking I'd is WPJZ7145

                  I tried booking a room using OYO app and tried to complete my payment using gpay on 19th may 2022.

                  Rupee 3102 got debited from my account but I didn't get a booking I'd as it was showing that the payment failed.

                  I tried raising a complaint using oyo app but as I had no booking I'd I was unable to do so.

                  Then j cancelled the booking with pending payment which got me a booking I'd WOUJ6163

                  However there's no refund showing in this particular booking

                        I had a stay at Hotel Rushank Inn townhouse on 14th May-15th May.
                        I booked it on 13th may as I was getting the best price that is 652 rs.
                        I had a few issues with the hotel like wifi was not working, the handle gate of the room was broken I asked them to fix but they didn't. at sharp 11 they started banging my door that you have to vacate the hotel and so on. and while I was vacating the hotel they forced me to give good reviews... but I gave my honest opinion and reviews about the hotel and about the problems I faced. after that they have been calling me again and again and threatening me that they will go to police and police is asking about my partners id and come I will take you to police station and what not... this is a very serious concern I have been a oyo rooms consumer for so long I have stayed in so many hotels but never faced such behaviour. this is privicy infringement.
                        I am attaching screen shot.
                        please call me I want to escalate this issue otherwise I will have to escalate this my way.

                            I am still waiting for the refund of ₹985 which was deducted from the credit card but the booking was not successful. This was paid on 10 May 2022. I have also checked with my bank and they have confirmed that Oyo have taken the payment. Please refund my INR 985.

                                  Today i have room booked by yono .room booking confirmation also got...when i reached at room property person told to me without RTPCR report not allowed room pls cancel it..about RTPCR report nobody told me either oyo team/mail also .after cancelation my deduct amount refund to my account. But nobody properly answer to me..only oyo help team 3 to 4 members by chat only but proper answer not give to me only give to me rating 5...how to give rating ??? Till my problem
                                  not solved.my question is how to got refund deduct amount???...really service is not good...i have really unsatisfied.

                                    My money got debited but I did not recived service from Oyo ...i book oyo 23461 In Bangalore from 24/04/22 to 27/04/22
                                    And I did not got my booking id also ...please help me solve my issue and refund my 2631 which I paid.

                                      I book Oyo in Bangalore from OYO 23461 in bangalor from 24/04/22 to 27/04/2022. I paid through UPI and my money got debited and I did not receive service also
