Hello,
the worst customer service I faced in my life here, I call 20 time but no resolution, entire day I spend outside in heavy rain and This in not 1st time i already faced the same issue, all staff are unprofessional, I written mail, call bit no call back, no refund,
I mailed them this one you can check and guide me wht should I do? q

It's Been 4 days I'm waiting for a resolution. but no response yet. every time I have to connect with you upfront and in return what I was getting was "nothing. worst customer service ever I'm facing from you people. whatever you mention in an email if you fulfill a single request of mine I'll be happy but no .. you people disconnect calls upfront without customer authorization. I will not leave you guys, I'll take every person in the corner who misses behaving. And it's not a single time whenever I'm booking I have to face the same issue. the person asking for more money on my booking price, because of you I have spent 3700 Rupees, as well as I, wanted my precious time, I have all the proof in return of what you people committed and what you people did, and I'm still waiting for the manager call. sure I will go to consumer court and will file a case against you. Still,
I wanted to talk to your Senior manager, Before taking any action.I survived on Sunday, long 5 hrs on a call with you and person told me you will get a call in 30n min, but no call, again I call and that person took 2 hrs and after 2 hrs he said what the issue you have, even he said you will get a call from a manager in 2-4 hrs and he disconnects my call while I was talking. and not a single call I receive from you that day, what mean, I Book the hotel, I paid the amount and still, I have to stay on the road without fault.

    I booked a hotel from oyo website on 22/05/2022. When i tried paying through debit card, my transaction failed and oyo put my booking on hold so i tried again and this time through netbanking, the payment was successful. The next day i got a message that **** amount have been deducted from your account so technically i paid twice for the same booking and i want my refund. I tried talking to the hotl but they are not cooperating. Kindly refund the deducted amount.

    please make sure I get my refund asap. It is my first experience with Oyo and I don't want it to be unpleasent.
    I come from a very average family and this amount of money matters a lot to me. I hope your team will understand the issue and work to resolve it asap.
    It's taking much more than expected. Kindly make a customer care executive talk to me about my issue over a phone or resolve the issue.

      Om 21 April I have booked room at Gurugram in hotel Town house near Medanta The Medicity from 21 April to 24 April. For that booking I paid 2026 rs by online payment method. But when I reached for booking the owner of hotel refuses to provide any room to OYO customers.After which I tried Oyo helpline no for some help but no is not received by any one.
      Than for help I mailed my problem to OYO email id from their also I didn't get any relief.
      Then after word I have to cancel my booking for which Oyo deducted cancellation charge of rs 676 and only returned me amount of rs 1451. So please help me at that time I was totally disturbed and also feel mentally taurched

          For OYO room booking, a receptionist has called and given entire details about my asked me to make payment of hotel and asked me I did it on the paytm Id he has shared with me as [protected]@paytm and later asked me to do the payment on another id since it is failed from his end asked me to make another payment. THen I tried to check the number he denied to receive the call. Kindly do the needful to either revert my payment.

            I have made OYO booking at Capital O 70991 Prime Square, Bangalore for date 19th May2022 to 23rd May2022 with booking id's ZE6T9977 (Rs.2335), QHJ76513 (s.2173) and JSZR6964 (Rs.1199). As per mentioned in oyo online portal under booking but they have not provide me invoice for the same Rs5707/- same i have paid through oyo app. Continuously trying to talk with oyo customer care but there is no option available to talk to an executive (BPO). People from hotel refuse to give me invoice because we are not walkin customers and payment/booking done through OYO App. . So, my company now not reimburse the above amount as oyo have mentioned in payment receipt invoice collect from hotel at time of checkout. Very frustrating situation to me... please resolve my problem asap.

              I had booked a stay on may 18th through cus care agent of oyo. he said the amt of 1552 and had sent me the link to pay. upon making the payment my stay was confirmed he said. while at check in, i was denied entry at the hotel stating i have to pay more 1500 again. i was given a fake promise and information and through so much pain i had to contact cus care of oyo again and they made me do a fresh booking. and said i would get a refund within 4 days. till now no response yet and their cus care ppl are so rude and cutting the call without proper information.

                Email received saying refund initiated. Since then no refund came. The chat with Oyo customer service is maintaining "Refund in process". But no conclusive remark as to why it is taking so long.

                After I informed the chat team that I have lodged a complain in consumer forum, I got another email saying my refund has been initiated on 23 May. That means the earlier email was a bluff. Maybe both emails are bluffs.

                Within 48 hrs of my complaint here and with a day of 'initiation' of payment I got my money back. Earlier it was not moving for two full weeks. Just a coincidence? I don't think so.

How can i check with my bank when i have no transactional details from OYO.

                          The email you shared was misleading plus there was no telephonic conversation that you are referring to. Besides, the amount you conveyed is also incorrect because we paid Rs. 4009 once and Rs. 3485 at the hotel. We've attached the necessary transaction receipts, have a look and then refund the actual amount.

                            On 22nd may 2022 @3:28 pm i called the customer care no. of oyo [protected] and made a payment of 1196₹ by phonepe to oyo for a hotel room booking. Phonepe is showing payment successful and received by oyo. But oyo executives are denying of any payment received.

I want the issue to be resolved asap

                            Booking i.d - HAV98906.
                            Never received any confirmation of booking over app or email or whatspapp or whatsoever. Your needful resolution didn't solve my issue. One of you customer care executives booked for me the hotel and i got the booking i.d - SQSV3788
                            Showing that it's still unpaid.
                            For the same hotel another booking was made from your end by the booking i.d - HAV98906 without confirming or informing me about it. I got a confirmation mail for the booking i.d SQSV3788 which showed payment as pending. I want my refund because this was clearly an issue from your team's side because of which i missed my hotel stay.

                              Payment was done from Paytm of 851 rupees and Amex cc of 873 rupees. Money got deducted but didn't received any booking, due to urgency of my stay I repeated the payment 3 times out of 1 got successful.
                              I was totally frustrated that time, being regular customer I trusted the Oyo app on refund related issues.
                              Please initiate my refund of other two failed booking.

                                  Respected Sir,

                                  I have to file a complaint for the online fraud (through upi) that I suffered on 21st my, 2022 by a mobile number [protected]. The details of the case are as follows :

                                  I had booked a hotel through Oyo Rooms and had paid an amount of Rs.1057 online in advance. I received a call from this number [protected], mentioning all of my booking details including my booking id (T44H1964), hotel name and date of check-in(22nd May, 2022) and check-out (25th May, 2022).
                                  He asked me to pay the remaining amount via a google pay id ([protected]@axisbank) on 21st May 2022 at 5:31 pm, giving the reason behind this to be a shortage of rooms and more no. of customers already waiting for check-ins.

                                  Since I was already in train, and this was a medical visit (I have to see a doctor at CMC, Vellore on 23rd May), therefore I couldn't afford to get my booking cancelled and hence paid the remaining amount of Rs. 3172 to the upi id [protected]@axisbank. I called again to verify the payment made but he said the payment is stucked in his payment gateway and he made me to pay Rs. 3173 and Rs. 6345 (screenshot attached) and then realised that it was a fraud when the phone number was found switched off immediately after the later transaction. I searched the number on truecaller and it showed Oyo Rooms Fraud (screenshot attached).

                                  So I humbly request the authority to kindly register my complaint and take suitable actions and refund my money back.

                                      I booked the hotel while traveling through railway but due to network issue somehow payment got unsuccessful but amount from my slice credit card got deducted and my booking got on hold than i leave it as it is and file the dispute on my slice app they investigate the matter and come to the conclusion that amount has been settled with the merchant so contact to respected merchant but i couldn't find any booking id on oyo that is why no option left for me to file compliment so iam filing it here i need my money back haven't used the hotel devi residency's service so why i will pay please investigate the matter asap

                                        I have booked a room with Oyo with ID YOZX4127
                                        Due to some personal reason i have to cancelled that booking after 15 minutes.
                                        I have paid to them VIA credit card
                                        Total amount was 447 but they refund only Rs 40 and rest 407 is still pending.
                                        There customer service persons are big fraud they keep your call on hold for half n hour & then cut it without resolution.
                                        They keep harssiing people knowingly even they have booked a fake hotel room in Amritsar with my ID.
                                        Need help immediately

                                        Why r u not refunding my money..need money back now.
                                        Still waiting for your response & my refund.
                                        It's already more than 15 days has past..But still waiting for my refund.
                                        Still not received any response.. Refund of rs 407 is still pending.
                                        Can anyone help us & put behind bars these cheaters..Oyo is big fraud..Strict action is required urgently.
