    I have not been refunded the promised amount by OYO even after 7-14 working days of raising the ticket. No help from customer care either

      I booked OYO Room under booking no. UFWL6404. On visiting OYO Owner denied the availability of Room as there all the Rooms already booked till 11 due to marriage function, I keep on calling OYO but no response call kept of waiting of long then disconnected, finally i have cancelled booking after sufreing for more then 2 hours outside of the OYO. OYO refunded only half of the amount why ? is this my mistake that OYO dont have vacant room for guest ?? Poorest service Oyo is taking booking without knowing the actual status of the avialablity of the Rooms then rachning Oyo Customer care is one of the major challange and 3rd without listing to guest refund was raised. Can you please arrange to resolve my query,

        On 21.04.2022 I had booked an oyoroom of Booking id - KDQ58273 and the payment for it was prepaid. Due to some issue I had to cancel it on 22.04.2022 at 8:45am. It has been 15 days till now I have not received the refund of that following prepaid transaction. Kindly look into these matter to initiate the refund.

          Called it for help..put me in hold for more than 15minutes and automically the call ended.I didnot get my refund and my problem wasnot solved.And they didnot respond to my problem

            I have paid Rs1618 to Oyo through Paytm on[protected]. They said that I'll be getting a call and after pressing 1 my booking will get confirmed but that didn't happen. And now when I called the customer care and asked them about my booking they are saying that no booking is there on the particular no.

              I have booked 2 suites for may 7th check in at Oyo flagship 77876 amigo suites. I have paid the booking amount on 7th morning through oyo app. As we have reached the hotel by 7th may afternoon, the hotel authorities just denied our check in stating that they are not accepting bookings through oyo. It caused such great inconvenience for us and loss of money. I request for refund of Rs 2318 which I completely lost for booking

                I done a payment for booking rooms for the date of 14/05/2022 to 16/05/2022. The payment was done through google pay in the date of 8/05/2022 and time is 8:21 pm
                I have the payment details from google pay. I called for CUSTOMER support so mANY TIMEs but nobody cares. I have all call recordings, thats just to show everyone how ignorant and rude this guys are, just for self satisfaction.I need the booking ID, atleast a respectful reply,
                till when should i wait for a confirmation?,
                should i book for another room?
                I will get the room or refund?
                Will you guys ever give a ### about another persons time and money?

                  My money got deducted from my google pay and not showing any booking and any booking id plz help us to resolve the problem my money got lost in it 😭😭 plz help us to get my refund money back 😭

                      I had booked a hotel in Kerala for my brothers marriage in March due to some issues from the hotel side i had cancelled the booking and after two months still i haven't received the refund

                        I booked in the OYO app and payed via PhonePe Rs 911. Money also got deducted from my bank account.
                        Booking id : RK2Y2221

                        But this was not reflected on the app. My friend later paid on spot for the booking. I want my refund because you have a faulty application. I paid DOUBLE !!!

                        I made several phone calls to customer care but no response. Even your chat box is not helpful.

                        911 rupees is a huge amount and if this is happening to a lot of people, there is definitely something big happening behind. See bank statement attached

                        Don’t scam innocent people who believe in your product. Please refund.

                            The refund status of the booking id OUDG4316 shows that the amount has been refunded.
                            However it is been more than 15 working days and I have not still got the refund.
                            Everytime I contact the support, I keep getting the same answer that the refund is successful and the amount will be credited in 7-14 working days

                            If you claim the refund is successful from your end, then could you please share the following details to check at my end, because my bank require the following details to initiate an investigation

                            1) The last 4 digits of the source account from where the transfer was initiated

                            2) The last 4 digits of the target account to which the amount was credited

                            2) Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) number

                            3) Date of transaction

                                I had booked an hotel on 19th April and had canceled my booking on the same day because the hotel had denied us check-in.
                                Booking ID: UZ7X1006. It has been over 14 working days and I haven’t received the refund yet. There are no issues from the banks side. The customer support haven’t been taking any action. They keep telling that it will take more time for the refund to reflect. Very disappointed of Oyo and the service provided. Kindly look into this issue.

                                  I booked an AC room via OYO in Cuttack. On the day of check-in I see that my hotel has been changed to a cheap Non-AC Hotel. This must be illegal. I called customer care but they just disconnect my call after a while. I am thinking about going to consumer forum with this.

                                    I tried to login in oyo app after reinstall.
                                    First i verify my mobile number but after that when i fill my email and name, i only get a sign-up button when i click on it, it just show me "cannot have two signup from one device. I try with different mail id but same response.

                                      I had booked OYO twice this week and both the times property manager denied our check in and I didn't get any refund for my any booking. I had to pay again to book hotel which is a complete rip off. I've spent around 3k and got a stay in such a ### hotel.
