Money deducted but booking ID not generated

Address:Pune

I tried to book a hotel last Friday (6th May). My money got deducted but booking ID was not generated.
So I had to book an alternate hotel and pay by cash.

I called Oyo customer service 5 times but there was no resolution from their end.

Transaction ID[protected]
Amount deducted - 1131
Kindly help me regarding the same.

I contacted with the bank regarding the same and...

Money Deducted but booking failed

Address:OYO Rooms, 325, Spaze Tech Park Tower B, Sohna Road, Gurgaon, Haryana, India, Pin Code – 122001.

Have made payment to oyo using my card with email address [protected]@gmail.com and phone number [protected]. The money was deducted from my two account tried for 4 times each time but the payment failed and i did the payment at 5th time again for an amount 1275 rs. The 5th payment has now passed but i want a refund for my last 4 payments.All incident happened on 10th may.Please refund the amount in my bank this was highly inconvenient....

Payment got deducted but not verified from other side

I have paid amount of rs 1177 for a booking of 2 rooms. The amount got deducted from my account and its not verified from the opposite side. So please do the necessary to get my refund or help me to get the payment verified....

Money deducted twice for a single booking. Third party fraud

I tried to book a room using OYO app and first transaction to book a room was successful and the money got deducted but the booking did not take place. I had to make payment twice to make the booking. The application has got alot of bugs and I want this issue resolved....

Refund my full booking Amount towards Order No. OCLV8924

I booked my room at andheri Order no. OCLV8924 for 01/05/2022 to 02/05/2022. When was reached near the hotel and call him to locate hotel. They directly told us we don't have AC rooms available to oyo booking which you have mentioned in bookings. When I was booking its shown AC rooms, suddenly they asked don't have AC rooms. Is this way to treat customer in the heavy tempreture at the movement change the policy? I want my full refund right...

Amount deducted but no booking created

I tried to book a room via the OYO app. The amount was deducted from my account, via Gpay, but the booking was not created and no booking ID was generated. I spoke to customer service multiple times but most people either cut the call or were unhelpful. The transaction was successful but no booking exists. Please refund the full amount....

Payment done and deducted from my end but still showing as pending

I completed a booking using my slice credit card. Amount was deducted from my end but on the app it still shows payment pending....

Didnt get my room in hotel as I already paid the amount online in application

Hi, i had booking on 9/05/2022 at JPS Galaxy Hotel Uttam Nagar Delhi which comes under OYO but as i did my online payment on application and went to Hotel the receptionist refused to give me my room and asked for 220 more rupees for giving the Non AC room and also said rudely talk to OYO i[censored] have an issue that moment I cancelled my booking and book somewhere else but now i want my refund back my booking id is XUOU3171...

I booked OYO Home 77978 from 11 may to 15 may, I paid through Google pay the amount of 3330 but OYO app is not showing any such booking and no confirmation is received. I checked with Google pay, money has been successfully received by OYO rooms through UPI. I am not been provided with any booking id.

Refund of cancellation charges wrongly deducted

I accidently booked an oyo room on oyo app on may 11th 2022 and payment was made through ola money postpaid booking ID of both bookings were EEKN9772 and R3FI0621 respectively which at booking showed payment failed on oyo app message popup so I didn't bother to cancel 30 minutes later it showed as confirmed and around ₹7000 was deducted I immidiately cancelled booking but still after refund ₹5000 of total ₹7000 ₹2000 was not refunded...

Money deducted but no booking id and confirmation received

I booked townhouse 459 from 28 may to 31 may, I paid through Google pay the amount of 2739 but OYO app is not showing any such booking and no confirmation is received. I checked with Google pay, money has been successfully received by Oyo rooms through UPI. I am not been provided with any booking id as it was showing pay to book, I paid but no booking confirmed....

Refund my amount 1285

I have try to book oyo rooms via oyo app and made payment online for booking on 9/05/2022 at 7:10 PM for hotel oyo flagship 72392 penguin homes. My money had deducted and rooms book was not confirmed and showed payment unsuccessful in oyo app and said that made payment again for booking...in that case i visit the related property they said that no booking had there AND ALSO APP HAS DECLINED BOOKING AUTOMATICALLY AFTER 30 MINT REACHED and...
