I had booked a room in Oyo on[protected], and i had to cancel the booking due to personal reasons. For the refund i had contacted OYO and they initiated the refund on[protected] to my bank account. I haven’t received the cash yet and i contacted Oyo customer care, As they have already initiated the refund, their reply was like to contact the bank regarding this.

Need help regarding this.

      I still have not been given a refund. They have not tried calling or emailing me and have hung up on me multiple times. They state the reason as being I stayed over 2 hours which is a flat out lie. It was a terrible ordeal and I want this to be resolved ASAP. It should not take this long in order to receive the $33 that I am owed. Your company should be ashamed of itself for what you have put me through, for not only that night I was forced out by disgusting blood sucking bed bugs but for the communication between us. This is not right!

        Hi, i had made a booking online, but due to an error in the website i was told by the helpline to make another booking and proceed with payment as the earlier transaction payment would be sent back. In 3-5 working days. When I made the other booking the account showed me that I had two booking and I have been charged both times, if i cancel i loose the full amount. I have tried to call the helpline and cancel but they are saying i have made two bookings and i will have to cancel and loose my full booking amount. Requesting you to please cancel my booking an initiate a refund

          I booked two rooms at Hotel Banzara Dham, Mehandipur Rajasthan from Agoda on 13th May. I made the payment of half of the amount. When I was about to reach the hotel around midnight, I called the owner to let him know but to my surprise I was denied the booking saying that he doesn't accept bookings from Agoda or Oyo. I even contacted the oyo customer support but they turned out to be incompetent.
          Now I want my refund.

                  I was very frustrated and disappointed for the cheating which is made by Oyo.The Oyo application for booking rooms did cheat on us They took the money and dint give the room.if they are not supposed to give the room then why did they booked my room.please go through this and resolve my issue and provide justice for me.

                    Today I booked an oyo for 1 day and paid 818 online through Google pay
                    The payment was successful, but in the oyo app, it shows booking failed.
                    My booking ID was I9GS2930. When i checked with Gpay, they said payment is success from their end and it's an issue at oyo side. Now, the money is deducted and my booking is still not completed. And there's no easy way to connect with your support. So i contacted and they said there's a booking number but it's showing payment processing, and told me to wait. Please resolve this asap in return my money

                      I was PHYSICALLY ATTACKED by the hotel manager and denied my refund for being verbally and PHYSICALLY abused and having to sustain a disgusting room for 1 week. I requested my final 3 nights be refunded due to not being provided entery to my room ... my keys never worked and the manager calli game names and swearing at me and my fiance. I checked out April 28 and I've yet to receive the deposit back... I CLEANED MY OWN ROOM... NO HOUSE KEEPING WAS PROVIDED MY ENTIRE 10 day stay. I was DENIED MY RECEIPT FOR MY ENTIRE STAY so I cannot claim it for my business... and I'm reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and obtain my attorney for a proper LAWSUIT for damages and abuse. I demand a 2 nights stay refund of $109 xs 2 EQUALLING $218.00 IN ADDITION TO MY $100 DEPOSIT. As swiftly as possible. If I don't hear back from OYO within 48 hours... by Tuesday May 17, 2022 4:30 PM EST. I WILL BE CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY TO SUE FOR A FULL REFUND OF 10 DAYS. PLUS DEPOSIT... IN ADDITION TO DAMAGES AQUIRED BY MANAGER OF SAID PROPERTY. I am in possession of video from other guest's mobile devices of the management CHASING ME AND THROWING OBJECTS AT MY BACK and I am more than happy to share with BBB and the news programs throughout the state of Florida.

                          Man sprayed around TV and that was all. Still ants in bed and night stand. Ants still trying to climb in my nose, underwear. We are leaving because we don't want to stay with ants. If there was a good result we would stay longer. In stead I feel we should be reimbursed because of the ants and roaches. If I was expected to deal with crap We would have not stayed at OYO.

                              I complained of ants everywhere. In the beds, everywhere. Come to spray and only done around TV and no where else. The ants were EVERYWHERE. Had them in my underwear after sleeping in the bed with ants there.
                              Cleaned my own room and had to beg for clean linen. No place to put bags of trash in. No pickup of dirty linen.
                              Don't smoke but people in next rooms did. Smoke entered our room. Register personal at front desk need retraining in kindness and being polite. Remember customers is what pays salaries and the bills. Wished we had asked for refund of money and turned around and walked out. Maybe people in India are rude but it doesn't cut the mustard here. We are going to stay elsewhere and want a refund. No way will I recommend OYO places to stay. It was at 6101 Shelby Oaks Drive. Memphis, Tennessee. Refund card used.

                                    I have booked in the hotel by app but money is deducted. Then it shows"something went wrong" and automatically comes out of app. I only have transaction id no booking id is generated paid from the phone pe. When call customer care they cut my phone.

                                      Today I have booked Oyo rooms in Mysure at 1pm my amount been deducted multiple times however booking didn't happen and I have not received any message or information regarding the booking. I have reached out customer care and also written email regarding the issue and requested to refund my amount however didn't receive any help. And today night after 8 hrs at 9PM I have received multiple bookings which is merely waste. I want my 9000/- to be refunded immediately. My mobile number is [protected] and booking Ids are 15FG5579, H7V90960. I have been using Oyo from past 7 years and I didn't expected this from Oyo services. I have reached out customer care support multiple times but no progress regarding resolution of my issue.

                                      I have connected with the customer care atleast 7 times and only got the reply that only one transaction amount can be refunded. 1868/- been deducted thrice and 1585/- been deducted once. If I have received booking details for the booked date and time which is at 1 pm it is ok deduct some amount in cancellation however booking confirming after 8 Hrs that too multiple bookings for the same time is not good. I have not used any of the service and been charged 9000/-. Tired of contacting Helpdesk team and do sent an email regarding the issue at 3 pm.No help and the issue is still open.Good if Oyo management team can look in to this issue and sort at the earliest. Charging customer to pay for the service not taken is pathetic. This is not at all expected from OYO.

                                        I tried to book a hotel last Friday (6th May). My money got deducted but booking ID was not generated.
                                        So I had to book an alternate hotel and pay by cash.

                                        I called Oyo customer service 5 times but there was no resolution from their end.

                                        Kindly help me regarding the same.

                                        I contacted with the bank regarding the same and they gave the below reply.
                                        "Greetings from the Slice!
                                        We regret the inconvenience caused. The mentioned transaction id[protected] has been successfully settled and the merchant has claimed the amount for the same.
                                        We request you to kindly once recheck with the merchant and get back to us if you still encounter the same issue."
