I booked my room at andheri Order no. OCLV8924 for 01/05/2022 to 02/05/2022. When was reached near the hotel and call him to locate hotel. They directly told us we don't have AC rooms available to oyo booking which you have mentioned in bookings. When I was booking its shown AC rooms, suddenly they asked don't have AC rooms. Is this way to treat customer in the heavy tempreture at the movement change the policy? I want my full refund right now due your negligence and unsatisfactory service as per policy. For this badly service from your side, my today trip is very worst and I have to paid more to booked new hotel. May I requested to you kindly refund my money with in 2 days. I complaint in oyo chat, Mr.Raju Allen also agreed that I was booked my room in AC Category(share a Screenshot for your refrence). Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. I suggest you don't put this hotel in your list, for this services from hotel concern, it may caused inconvenience to you in future.

        Hi,

        I have booked OYO room having booking Id ZDGD6802.
        I would like to inform you that you have given very bad room in which commod flash, TV, wifi was not working and post I have requested to please change my room.

        After request he has changed my room and got the another room and there has also some issue such as tiles broken, Bucket and jug was in very bad condition and most importantly the lock of that room which was gone faulty and myself has locked in room . After a several attempts, I couldn't able to open the door and I have called to reception to immediately unlock my room but no one has come in single call, i have made the call thrice then they come and open the door, I was very afried in around morning 2 am.Also no one was picking the phone in oyo toll free.When I asked that I am going to call police then they came.

        I view of above issue, I have requested OYO call center to refund my whole amount among but they are not ready to refund the Amount.Also highlighted that one of his executive has suggested me to I need to call in OYO after room checkout then they will refund the same but of no luck.

        I request you to plz do the needful.

            I tried to book a room via the OYO app. The amount was deducted from my account, via Gpay, but the booking was not created and no booking ID was generated.                   Hi, i had booking on 9/05/2022 at JPS Galaxy Hotel Uttam Nagar Delhi which comes under OYO but as i did my online payment on application and went to Hotel the receptionist refused to give me my room and asked for 220 more rupees for giving the Non AC room and also said rudely talk to OYO i[censored] have an issue that moment I cancelled my booking and book somewhere else but now i want my refund back my booking id is XUOU3171

                    I booked OYO Home 77978 from 11 may to 15 may, I paid through Google pay the amount of 3330 but OYO app is not showing any such booking and no confirmation is received. I checked with Google pay, money has been successfully received by OYO rooms through UPI. I am not been provided with any booking id.

                      I accidently booked an oyo room on oyo app on may 11th 2022 and payment was made through ola money postpaid booking ID of both bookings were EEKN9772 and R3FI0621 respectively which at booking showed payment failed on oyo app message popup so I didn't bother to cancel 30 minutes later it showed as confirmed and around ₹7000 was deducted I immidiately cancelled booking but still after refund ₹5000 of total ₹7000 ₹2000 was not refunded back and wrongly charged as cancellation charges which is not applicable for my particular case and circumstances as it was technical glitch of app also which showed payment failed So i want full refund of ₹2000 wrongly charged as cancellation charges from Ola and no customer support they are providing regarding this I've tried many times I'm tired I've also filed a consumer forum report on government online portal will not move ahead in legal action against oyo rooms if my wrongly deducted cancellation charges of ₹2000 also is refunded back.

                        I booked townhouse 459 from 28 may to 31 may, I paid through Google pay the amount of 2739 but OYO app is not showing any such booking and no confirmation is received. My money had deducted and rooms book was not confirmed and showed payment unsuccessful in oyo app and said that made payment again for booking...in that case i visit the related property they said that no booking had there AND ALSO APP HAS DECLINED BOOKING AUTOMATICALLY AFTER 30 MINT REACHED and PROPERTY OWNER SAID THAT IN this case you got your money back automatically.then i moved from tht property as well that location. Now horror things happen in morning of 10/05/2022 at 5:00 AM, i seen that 3 message was came in whtsp App from Oyo at night 2:00 AM on 10/05/2022 that your booking is confirmed..IN PLACE OF MY MONEY REFUND. THEY CONFIRMED MY BOOKING AFTER 7 HOURS OF BOOKING DONE .AT THAT TIME I HAD ALREADY LEFT THE LOCATION OF BOOKED HOTEL .TOTAL FAULT OF OYO .I DID NOT DO ANY CHEK IN AND CHECK OUT FROM THAT HOTEL BECAUSE I LEFT THE HOTEL LOCATION ON FAILED OF BOOKING.SO OYO PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.AND MORE THING AFTER ALL THINGS HAPPEN I TRIED TO APPROX HUNDRED TIME TO CONNECT WITH OYO AND ALSO PROPERTY WHICH WAS BOOKED BUT CALL DROPPED NO ANSWER FROM ANY SIDE.ITS COMPLETE HARASSED BY OYO MENTALLY PHYSICALLY AND.                                   On 07.05.22 I had tried booking hotel OYO 4484 Hotel EL Classics for dates 12 May to 14 may (3 Nights/ 2 rooms per night) at an amount of Rs. 9817
                                  Payment was made through Credit card and payment was successful but when re-directed to OYO page it shows some error message and no msg from OYO regarding confirmation of booking, again I Tried for booking with same price and again Amount was paid fully but Booking was not confirmed by OYO.
                                  Currently Bookings are appearing as VOID Booking but amount deducted have not been refunded to my credit card.

                                        I booked a hotel on 1st May around 6 PM; while booking I asked the person about the hotel kitchen, but he did not tell me that there is no kitchen in the hotel, and he provided me with the hotel number. As I had a flight, I could not call the hotel; however, I called them as I landed to give them my dinner order, as I was going to be late to the hotel. To my surprise, they told me that they do not have a kitchen and I have to order from outside. I instantly cancelled my booking. But I received a refund of Rs 651, though I paid Rs1824. Since then I am trying to contact them on their so-called customer care number [protected]. No one is there to help, instant a staff named Sameer was talking unprofessionally with me. I mailed them, no response. Call their service desk, called the number again and pressed 2, chatted on the OYO chat app, no response. After calling them so many times, I received a message from OYO, that your booking for Varanasi has been booked from today for 1 night. I was so pissed and then received a call from hotel where it was booked, I told them about the issue and asked them if they can cancel it, they said no it is you who have to cancel it, Now I have to go through the cancelling procedure again because some stupid person must have made the booking which I never asked for.
                                        I was so angry and frustrated with their post-booking service, that I decided to never ever use OYO and delete my account permanently. But again, no option to delete the account neither on their application nor website. I called again to the same number and asked to speak to the senior, she said she cannot do that. They leave a customer with frustration and anger and helplessness, to just forget their money and let it go. As I will be doing. This was the worst experience I had, would never ever use OYO or recommend anyone to do so. Worst customer service post booking.
