Hi,
I have booked OYO room having booking Id ZDGD6802.
I would like to inform you that you have given very bad room in which commod flash, TV, wifi was not working and post I have requested to please change my room.
After request he has changed my room and got the another room and there has also some issue such as tiles broken, Bucket and jug was in very bad condition and most importantly the lock of that room which was gone faulty and myself has locked in room . After a several attempts, I couldn't able to open the door and I have called to reception to immediately unlock my room but no one has come in single call, i have made the call thrice then they come and open the door, I was very afried in around morning 2 am.Also no one was picking the phone in oyo toll free.When I asked that I am going to call police then they came.
I view of above issue, I have requested OYO call center to refund my whole amount among but they are not ready to refund the Amount.Also highlighted that one of his executive has suggested me to I need to call in OYO after room checkout then they will refund the same but of no luck.
I request you to plz do the needful.
