    Dear Concern,

    I have book Oyo hotal in gurgaon with Booking ID GW6L6308 and reached for stay at 9pm then hotel refused to stay saying that no booking received form OYO. i have tried to call oyo customer care no response there side.

    later on Hotle give me room with Extra charge INR 1000 and agree to stay there though i was booked room through OYO in INR 479.

    There was big fraud form OYO and Hotle to create emergency so customer can pay extra money.

    Please take action to prevent fraud like this.

      I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 7 april 2022with transaction amount of 1071 via gpay app but when i reach the hotel, the hotel refused my entry so I cancelled the booking on the same time it has been more than 14 working days since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. Then whenever u try to contact Oyo customer support they didn't respond and they still not processed my money so kindly refund my money and solve my issueb.

        I have made booking through OYO, Booking ID: BEKL1803.
        I have cancelled the booking they told me that i will get refund in 7-14 days.
        after mailing them more than 50 times. They made me trapped in their process. And on 18 April approx. 1 month they mailed me and asked my bank account details. I gave them my details.
        and they refunded the amount in my oyo wallet instead of my bank account.
        felt cheated as my money is still with them only

          Yesterday booked a room but unfortunately the booking failed but payment was deducted from my bank account against the booking id YRMA6907. Please refund back my money(Rs 661) as it was highly inconvenient for me. not getting any positive response from the oyo customer service.

              I had stayed at Oyo Hotel in Sarjapur, Bengaluru on 20th April, 2022. I needed a GST invoice for my stay as this was a business visit. I asked the frontdesk team for the same during checkin. They told me to contact OYO directly to get the same.

              During my visit, I had entered my GST details in the app. After my visit, I had requested OYO for my GST invoice. However, despite repeated follow ups, they haven't replied to my emails. Nobody responds to my chat messages and the worst part is, OYO will say that they cannot provide me GST invoice after 4 days, when the month of April is over (since according to their policy, GST invoice needs to be claimed within the month of stay)

              It is astonishing how far I have to go to get a GST invoice from Oyo. Please resolve the same at the earliest.

                I have booked "Collection O 83897 Chennai Guest House"

                From 26 april to 30 april 2022
                Booking Details are:

                I have made the full payment of the Booking which after coupon discount in OYO app its coming down to Rs 3563

                Now when I am calling the Hotel, they are saying the you need to pay more. I said the room charges which were shown in the App is what I have paid and fully paid. The hotel is saying rooms charges displayed in the App is not accurate and you need to pay more for the Rooms.

                OYO there is no way to contact your customer care as your chat service is very pathetic, I cannot even talk to representative.

                All i can say OYO along with Hotels is cheating the customers in displaying Inaccurate information in the App and After booking they are causing inconvenience to the customer with the inability for the customer to reach the Customer Care.

                  Yesterday I booked a oyo room in kalkaji.
                  First it shows booked and I have paid full amount but after few hours it was cancelled automatic and partial refund was processed md 2 more bookings was created automatically from oyo's side and executive of oyo accepted that mess was created drom their side .
                  I have called multiple times in oyo but not a single executive helped me.
                  This is very unprofessional and not acceptable.
                  So I need a resolution ASAP. Otherwise i commit suicide share ll the details with police.
                  Because my whole day was exhausting just because of your poor service and unprofessional executives.

                    Hotel charged extra amount

                    I booked oyo room through oyo app my booking id is B3YL3560 and paid 925 through app and when I entered the hotel they told our price is 2000 so you need to pay 1075 for checkin and 35 for water bottle, it was pathetic experience and even I can't reach Oyo customer care and there is no option in the app to complain this.

                      Booked a OYO Room at Hyderabad vide Booking ID RY302489 and checked in on 19 April 2022. The Payment for the room ₹ 1014/- and additional amount for Breakfast ₹. 100/- was made by through Google pay in two separate payments.

                      Please provide me a TAX Invoice for the payment of ₹ 1114/- which I made. The Invoice downloaded from OYO App is for ₹ 20/- (Rupees TWENTY) only

                          Even after paying online for the booking the hotel manager asked me for more money. I called oyo customer service for which they said they will compensate and they paid from their behalf to the manager and the oyo assistant said that they will give you check in now, NO extra amount is to be paid. But still the manager kept asking me for more money. I paid 870 while booking online, oyo paid the hotel 770rs extra for the compensation when they said that its "Low Rent". Even after that the manager was demanding 770rs more from me and denied checked in. Overall Oyo gave me no refund as well the hotel also gave me no refund. The hotel manager stole from me as well as oyo. This is the hotel detail. Capital O 26689 Grand Vista SCCO 19 Kalgidhar Enclave, Zirakpur-Panchkula-Kalka Hwy, Baltana, Zirakpur, Punjab 140603. I want to take an immediate action against the hotel as well OYO for the inconvience caused by them. This event took place on 24/04/2022.

                              I booked a hotel from Oyo and got paid twiced when i went to the location of the hotel, the hotel is not there it's just fake details provided in the Oyo app i lost my money.

                                I booked my hotel through OYO for[protected] to[protected]. They cancelled my booking as per my concern because hotel room is not good as per COVID guidelines or hotel staff abusing towards consumer. On the[protected] when I raised an complain they said full refund is processed but 13 days were passed and still I am not getting my refund. When I try to calling Oyo they talk abusive language and say we are not initiating your refund you can do whatever you want.

                                    I had made a booking at Oyo townhouse 597 Halcyon Tara Residency on 07/04/2022 at about 1 AM. We reached the property to checkin but the receptionist denied it saying the AC is unserviceable in the entire hotel and asked to cancel the booking. On asking about the refund, he said cancel it and then talk to the customer service regarding the same, they will provide it. Having no prior experience with using the app, I cancelled the booking and asked for a refund citing the reason. The agent denied it. On asking for escalation, he said the escalation team would call. But they never called. I had even written to [protected]@oyoroom.com multiple times but no one responds. Pathetic user interface, is non reliable for new customers and such irresponsible customer service agents. I want my refund because I didnt use the service as the hotel had asked to cancel it, none of hotel's money had gone waste.

                                      This is in reference to the refund of amount Rs1175 initiated for the booking id FYZC0472. The refund was initiated on 2nd April 2022 and till 23rd April 2022, it hasn’t been reflected in my source account. This is very poor service from oyo. The refund status is being shown as a success with the ticket id 4349571. No one at oyo responds to such queries and they’re not even providing the invoice. I want a quick and effective solution to my problem.
