Pending refund

When I arrived at the OYO Regency Bristol on April 2nd they said the room had been double booked and my booking had been cancelled.

I never received an email about this cancellation, and instead continued to receive updates about my upcoming reservation on March 31st and April 1st when I was en route to the hostel.

Payment for this reservation of £105.57 was taken from my account on March 22nd.

Incorrect cancellation fee

My booking id is ZFGE6590. Had booked on 2nd April 2022. When I arrived at the hotel the reception staff told me the air conditioning is not working for the whole building. I asked them to cancel but they denied and told me to cancel from my end. After some struggle with the help bot on the app i got a person to chat with me. He said he cannot cancel it from there. I tried to calling oyo support number [protected] but it was switched off....

I have made a payment for a booking and even money has been deducted from my bank account but it was showing payment failed and booking was not successful, i need refund for my booking...

Not refund my money yet

I make a booking on 16 march 2022 and cancel it before time by which i get 100% refund but unfortunately i didn't get that its over 20 days but i can't get my money yet please i already mailed you many time but no one can even respond there please give my money back

Refund not initiated despite multiple attempts and 2 months

I had booked a stay at OYO for the dates 28.02.2022 to 15.03.2022 at hotel Berry's Marathalli, Bangalore under booking no. WDXM8094
On the same day as my check-in i have put in a request to cancel my reservation on the grounds of safety and quality of stay.
The reasons for me trying to cancel my booking are as follows
1. I was allocated a room with a malfunctioning lock. This itself is a major safety hazard.

I had made a booking via oyo app for a hotel in mumbai. As soon as i completed the payment through debit card the money was deducted from bank account but the app showed that payment was failed and to tey again. The money did not reflected back in the back acc. Regarding cancelling my booking and difficulty reaching customer care service

I have made reservation for 3 rooms (for May 5-6 2 rooms and May 9-10 1 room )in Oyo 85529 Rishishikesh Pride by Crazy door . I was told that this particluar hotel has been removed from OYO list. So today I tried to call customer care service and their service number is not working for an existing booking and only working for a new booking. So again they made new reservation for same dates with me and denied information about cancellation...

Booked a hotel prime grand through oyo a week back... Travelled to mumbai and reached around 9.30 pm in the night - hotel denied the check in due to the policy.. Hotel denied check in and partial refund

I booked Oyo hotel Mumbai residency in kurla mumbai from 4th April to 6th April. Booking id: HBUG1855. Hotel denied my check in by giving reason of all rooms occupied. Even though hotel denied booking Oyo deducted cancellation charges from me. I had paid 2285 rs and Oyo refunded only 1202 rs. Why customer has to suffer due to hotels negligence. Pre payment is causing very loss now....

I'm compalining for the money matter and time

I booked oyo room at 699 rs but they take 1200 rs from me bcz i want to chekin before 12 but i reached till 10.30 but as per oyo policies that the room will be provided to the customer if there is any vacant room after 10am but they dint provide even though the parking was free but they take cahrge of that too....

I bokked a Hotel (Hotel tejas) in Haridwar, near Patanjali university.. I was requested to transfer booking to another nearby hotel, HOTEL SHIVAY INTERNATIONAL.. When I reached I was denied to checked in by Manager.. When I talked to customer executive, he without resolving issue cut my call.. Now they are not reachable.. I am having my exams (UK PCS) tomorrow...Please help

Oyo Rooms Payment deducted twice, for single booking

While making booking, Booking ID is K94K2315, my money is deducted twice and there is some technical glitch with oyo. I want refund for money deducted twice. I tried contacting oyo but the helpline number is not getting redirected to any customer care associate and chat support is only with the virtual assistant....

Request for refund

I had booked a room for today. I tried paying through phonepe and the transaction was successful but when it directed back to the oyo page, the transaction failed. I tried again using google pay and my got debited twice.

I finally completed the transaction in person.
Below I've attached a screenshot of the transaction for reference.

Please do the needful and get back to me on the refund.

This is regarding the booking ID: JZI23913

The payment of Rs 5373 was made via UPI method. However even after cancellation I have not received the amount credited to my account yet.
Till date whenever I have made any cancellation to bookings which have been made via UPI it has been immediately credited back to my account in no time. However This time my money is stuck even though I have cancelled within the OYO policy....

Room booked but check-in was denied. Refund is not issued

I booked room in this hotel through Oyo for 27th March 2022 Night stay and they denied check-in. Oyo people have played a game to receive my money. Hotel people said OYO was not tied up.
I called customer care Oyo on the same day on 27th March 2022 to cancel and initiate the refund. Oyo said they'll refund money but when I spoke with chat team they're denying refund.

I paid twice in this hotel for 1 night stay.

Not refund my money

The company not providing me my refund under booking id N5PK0467, I booked the room in name of Vishiv Raj Singh and cancelled on 16 march 2022 and by policy my amount of 2762.00 will be refund in account with 7 days its almost 14 days and ther is no response. I call in booking centre again and again for almost 7 days but all they do that they pick call and hold for 8 to 10 minute and then disconnect automatically...

False service promise

I have booked a room at OYO(ID : JOMN9042) and was given a completely different room which was reeking o[censored]rine smell, alcohol and cigarettes. I was not offered a different property and was charged 50% despite the promise of a full refund....

Refund failed. Waiting for refund since 19-20 days

I had made a booking in OYO rooms on 10th march worth 2106/-. The payment did not reflect on the website but the amount was debited from mt account. I subsequently received a msg from OYO saying that the refund is initiated. It has been 19 days since then and no refund has been credited in my account.
