I have moved out of my Oyo property on 27th March, however the checkout process has not been completed by Abhijeet Vishwakarma for Airoli property.

    I made a prepaid booking today where the booking attendant told me that on site payment was not available and I had to pay online. Which a did! A big mistake. Later after reaching the destination I was informed that the booking was never made and I was denied a room unless I make a payment again. I reached out to customer service of Oyo numerous times but they never solved my problem. Please I want my full refund as soon as possible.

      I have paid rs.1875 through paytm to oyo app on 13.04.2022 to book hotel near bekal fort, kerala. My money got deducted but booking not confirmed by oyo app. On calling customer care of oyo they have booked hotel on pay to hotel basis and i have again paid in cash and money paid through is still not refunded.

      I have contacted customer care of this issue and there is no proper responses.
      There is no way to conect to custerm service agent also.

      This behavior is not a tall accepted and i want my money back. Oyo customer care is worst...

          This is regarding the transaction made on Oyo from Mobile number. A lady from customer care service had sent this message on Oyo app after we had cancelled the previous booking with ID#VLOZ2968.

          "Hello Abhishek,
          We've received your booking request at Capital O 22439 Ratna Forever. Please pay by clicking here https://oyo.ac/bsZdbeo before Wed, 13 April 2022 00:00 or the booking will be cancelled.
          Note: Please note that OYO executives will never call you for payment collection."

          I made payment from my credit card ending no 2215 from the link given above. Payment was successful and amount of ₹1, 603 was deducted from my credit card but no booking was made.Called oyo service centre they are saying they didn't receive any payment nor the booking is done.I don't understand where my amount went when I did payment through the link sent by them.

          Please resolve this issue and refund my amount.

            I have Booked a Room via oyo on 12 April 21:22 PM and Paid Rs 749 For 13 April to 14 April One day. My Amount is deducted From my account but booking is not confirmed by oyo rooms. On calling Customer care they have no knowledge about anything and gave an alternative number. On calling that number there is no response from that side. I need a Refund as soon as possible. Worst Customer care ever Oyo.

                The Payment for A Room Got Failed and was not Refunded back,
                I tried paying again and this time it was succesful, but the first order which got failed is not refunded,

                  I had booked a stay at OYO for the dates 28.02.2022 to 15.03.2022 at hotel Berry's Marathalli, Bangalore under booking no. WDXM8094
                  On the same day as my check-in i have put in a request to cancel my reservation on the grounds of safety and quality of stay.
                  The reasons for me trying to cancel my booking are as follows
                  1. I was allocated a room with a malfunctioning lock. This itself is a major safety hazard.
                  2. The room was dirty and unkept with leakages. ( photos attached)
                  3. Staff were unprofessional

                  As a solo woman traveller, these are reasons enough to fear for my safety and I wanted a prompt cancellation and a refund.

                  Upon requesting a refund I was initially promised that it would be processed after the checkout date (15.03.2022) date.

                  I also have email confirmation for the Agent Ms Suman giri who sent an email on 28.02.2022 with ticket number [protected] promising me my due refund of Rs 19997 as it was a MID STAY CANCELLATION DUE TO SAFETY ISSUE

                  Further, I also have email confirmation stating that my refund has been processed via NEFT after taking all my personal bank details.
                  This confirmation was given to me via email on 24.03.2022 by Pritish and Ticket ID: [protected]

                  In Spite of these promises, my refund has not been issued and I have been fed one false promise after another.

                  I got an email on 05.04.2022 that no refund will be processed ( What a joke !) .

                  Even the official OYO room policy dictates that I can cancel my stay mid-way and get a refund.
                  I'm not being allowed to speak to any agent on call, my phone is disconnected. I don't get replies to email anymore.
                  No one has bothered to get in touch with me.

                  This is my last resort before i file an FIR against this scam company

                    I did book a hotel, and the booking is confirmed. The money got deducted twice. First time it said that the payment cannot be processed so try again. I again the did the payment, this time the payment was successful. Hence the money got deducted two times. kindly, please refund the amount.

                      My name is Rahul Mahato and I have done a booking in oyo rooms from the oyo app by myself only. My booking I'd is UKTM7184 I have done the payment of Rs 957 through google pay and it is transferred successfully to the oyo. But in the oyo application it is still showing pending. While talking to the customer care they are saying that it often happens while you do payment through the app.

                            Date of cancellation: 7 April

                            I had made a booking via Oyo mobile application and then due to change of plans cancelled the booking by calling customer care executive.
                            The cancelled status is being reflected on my OYO mobile application but the refund amount shown is Rs 0 and no amount is received in my bank account too.

                            The booking was made under free cancellation policy so full amount should be refund.

                            I have been trying to reach customer care but no one is picking up call for resolving the complaint. Interesting to note that if I select new booking option in IVR, there is someone to receive my call but not to resolve my complaint.

                            Please refund my amount and fix your app and customer care support.

                              I had booked OYO rooms through call and paid with the provided link from phon pay but hotel people dint allow us to check in because they wanted RTPCR test. And while booking OYO rooms before paying the OYO executive dint tell us regarding that RTPC test is compulsory and we have not received any sort of this test report requirements while booking. If need proof please check the recording of this call while booking. I have told regarding this issue multiple times to OYO customer executive that we have not been informed regarding RTPCR test compulsory requirements while booking but still they are simply lying that they did inform but really not they not even told in call or in message about this. Please request you to refund the amount back as soon as possible for the booking LQ367714.

                                When I arrived at the OYO Regency Bristol on April 2nd they said the room had been double booked and my booking had been cancelled.

                                I never received an email about this cancellation, and instead continued to receive updates about my upcoming reservation on March 31st and April 1st when I was en route to the hostel.

                                Payment for this reservation of £105.57 was taken from my account on March 22nd.

                                OYO have said they cannot issue the refund as I booked through Hotels.com (owned by Expedia).

                                Hotels.com cannot process the refund until OYO confirm I did not stay at their property as they had cancelled my booking but did not inform me.

                                The receptionist at OYO Regency Bristol did not help me and suggested I find another hotel in the city myself - I spent my afternoon finding walking around to find alternative accommodation instead of enjoying my trip. I also had to spend another £140 on a different hotel, despite already being £105.57 out of pocket.

                                I could not find a contact number for Hotels.com but have spoken to 7 different Virtual Agents via the app but am not getting anywhere.

                                Hotels.com emailed me saying they have attempted to contact OYO Regency Bristol multiple times but have not been successful, even though I gave them the direct number for reception. They’ve suggested I contact OYO directly, but I have already tried this and have been told OYO cannot process my refund as Hotels.com deal with payments.

                                I’ve reached a dead end at both OYO and Hotels.com. I've attached evidence from OYO Bristol that they cancelled my booking not me. I feel that due to the error being on their part, and the fact this ruined my trip and cost me even more time and money, that OYO should refund me.

                                  My booking id is ZFGE6590. Had booked on 2nd April 2022. When I arrived at the hotel the reception staff told me the air conditioning is not working for the whole building. I asked them to cancel but they denied and told me to cancel from my end. After some struggle with the help bot on the app i got a person to chat with me. He said he cannot cancel it from there. I tried to calling oyo support number [protected] but it was switched off. As a last resort I had to press cancel from my end which cost me a cancellation fee. I thought I can sort this out later as I was busy. I am struggling to get my money back since the past one week. The oyo support guys made me wait for an hour in total but nothing came out. They say technical issue and waste my time. Its not a small amount for me. I tried mailing them but no one replies. Pathetic support. I hope some one takes this seriously.

                                      I make a booking on 16 march 2022 and cancel it before time by which i get 100% refund but unfortunately i didn't get that its over 20 days but i can't get my money yet please i already mailed you many time but no one can even respond there please give my money back

                                        I had booked a stay at OYO for the dates 28.02.2022 to 15.03.2022 at hotel Berry's Marathalli, Bangalore under booking no. WDXM8094
                                        On the same day as my check-in i have put in a request to cancel my reservation on the grounds of safety and quality of stay.
                                        The reasons for me trying to cancel my booking are as follows
                                        1. I was allocated a room with a malfunctioning lock. This itself is a major safety hazard.
                                        2. The room was dirty and unkept with leakages. ( photos attached)
                                        3. Staff were unprofessional

                                        As a solo woman traveller, these are reasons enough to fear for my safety and I wanted a prompt cancellation and a refund.

                                        Upon requesting a refund I was initially promised that it would be processed after the checkout date (15.03.2022) date.

                                        I also have email confirmation for the Agent Ms Suman giri who sent an email on 28.02.2022 with ticket number [protected] promising me my due refund of Rs 19997 as it was a MID STAY CANCELLATION DUE TO SAFETY ISSUE

                                        Further, I also have email confirmation stating that my refund has been processed via NEFT after taking all my personal bank details.
                                        This confirmation was given to me via email on 24.03.2022 by Pritish and Ticket ID: [protected]

                                        In Spite of these promises, my refund has not been issued and I have been fed one false promise after another.

                                        I got an email on 05.04.2022 that no refund will be processed ( What a joke !) .

                                        Even the official OYO room policy dictates that I can cancel my stay mid-way and get a refund.
                                        I'm not being allowed to speak to any agent on call, my phone is disconnected. I don't get replies to email anymore.
                                        No one has bothered to get in touch with me.

                                        This is my last resort before i file an FIR against this scam company
