I was booking OYO townhouse 323 sector 9 hiranmagri, Udaipur form my phone no.- [protected]. I entered my debit card details and payment has been done & money was deducted from my bank then an technical error occurred on Oyo app showing ' SOMETHING WENT WRONG' & no booking was done.I called Oyo helpine many times talked to booking team explanation team but no body replied properly. They cut the call in middle. Please I want my money back.

    I booked a room at OYO Townhouse 76768 The Bluebay ECR for the dates may 6-7, 2022. We made a prepaid payment of Rs.1321. we didn't receive any sms or email regarding the bookingid. But the booking was confirmed in the app. We cancelled the booking due to personal reasons. We didn't note down the booking id. The booking status vanished from the app and there was no recent booking seen. The customer care is taking a lot of time to answer the calls or chat. The amount is yet to be refunded

      My partner booked a room offline at a oyo for two hours on 30th April, 2022 at 2:30pm for 2 hours. When we left, I forgot my gold chain there on the bed itself. I called the Oyo for enquiry but I'm not getting proper support.
      Please help me finding my gold necklace.

          Payment done but not recieved booking

          I have tried to book a hotel on oyo's application, the payment was successful, as it was clearly shown on the payment gateway. When it took me back to the booking section in oyos app, it showed that the transaction failed and to try again.

          I have tried to book a hotel on oyo's application, the payment was successful, as it was clearly shown on the payment gateway. When it took me back to the booking section in oyos app, it showed that the transaction failed and to try again.
          My money has been debited but it shows that its a failiure. I have contacted their so called customer service, using this number [protected]. And when i told them my issue, they keep asking me for my booking id. When i explain what happend, they say that they would speak to their superiors and keep me on hold, around 10 minutes later they cut my call without resolving the matter. This has seriously hindered my upcoming trip, as my money is gone and i got no place to stay. It is a pity that a company that wants to go public has such a mediocre service in terms of solving customer issues. I am attaching my transaction details as well as my call log with oyos customer support.

            I have made multiple calls and placed requests through chat to receive the payment receipt for my booking with Oyo with booking I.d SNRM0706.

            I need the escalation manager to please get in touch with me immediately, I have spent a million efforts now trying to receive this and resolve for once and all. If not, I will be forced to take the issue to social media.

            Horrible, horrible customer support. Have never seen anything this pathetic. They just kept cutting my call when I said I need to escalate this.

            Please send the payment receipt to me immediately.

            Something is clearly amiss here- neither have I received a mail, nor a call. My mail address is dare.[protected]@gmail.com. Nobody even called me (you have my registered mobile number), by way of letting know if something was shared as well.

              The amount of Rs3992 was deducted on 10 april 2022 through phone pay by oyo app but the booking id was not generated. Many a times i called the coustomer care but they disconnect and no response was there from their side. It is really bad and worst experience ever from oyo customer care. I want the refund for my money as it was deducted from my side. Generate a response for refund as soon as possible...

                I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 29 april 2022with transaction amount of 107 via gpay app but when i reach the hotel, the hotel refused my entry so I cancelled the booking since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund . Then whenever u try to contact Oyo customer support they didn't respond...

                  Oyo Booking Id: P0Z14384.
                  While paying for the above booking I have selected ola wallet two times transaction was successful from ola but on oyo payment page, it shows payment was canceled two times so after that I paid through credit card, and the payment was successfully completed. So please refund my extra amount i.e. Rs 2648 which was paid from my ola money wallet. Also in-app I am able to see the amount Rs. -2648 which means it is extra credited to your account so please refund my money.

                      I made a payment of INR 1287 on 24th April 2022 (11:34PM). My money has been deducted but I didn’t receive any booking id or verification message or mail.
                      I have contacted the support many times just to be continuously mocked by their rude behaviour but none of the executives have helped me resolve my issue.
                      I’m attaching the transaction receipt to the case and I need a refund as quick as possible

                        My oyo booking id is HD7H0019, i went to stay in the oyo 16937 Alankar Residency in Kengeri on April 27th, 2022 night. I paid online in advance for one room with 2 occupancy. When i tried to check into my rooms at 9pm, the executives refused me the entry stating we don't accept online payments, instead I've to pay the hotel tariff which is 1500. The oyo executive looked like goons threatened me you have to pay the 1500 amount or else we won't allow you outside and pulled down the shutter. The service was very poor & the executive (Sanjay [protected]) told that he could give only one occupancy room. I called up oyo call center, oyo told us that they will be contacting the Hotel manager and get back to me, after a while tge oyo call center informs me that since the manager is not responding to calls they suggested me to lodge a complaint once I've checked out. I fear that this habit of pathetic customer service, coupled with negligence towards the customers from whom they took money in advance through online payment is going to continue with oyo. Oyo feels that it is entitled to hold customer responsible for the online payment but not the oyo hotels, on it's customers who have paid oyo for rooms in advance.

                        I strongly recommend people not to use sloppy online room booking services like oyo.

                        Other List of the issues as below:
                        No water in the entire duration of the stay. Could not even use the restroom for the entire duration of the stay.
                        Unhygienic place
                        Bathroom is so dirty. Leaking water at multiple places.
                        Bed linen is in pathetic condition.

                        The hotel is attached to the OYO I booked the same but it's a really pathetic experience. If you tell me to stay for free I couldn't. It's the worst hotel I have seen in my life.

                        On a serious note, I need a complete refund of my money. It's not worth 1500+599(online payment).

                        APART FROM ALL THIS THESE GOONS NAMED (SANJAY) HAD PICKED UP MY LUGGAGE AND THREW DOWN THE STAIRS AND THREATHNED ME WITH DIRE CONSEQUENCES OF I DON'T PAY THE AMOUNT AND STARTED TELLING THIS IS MY LOCAL AREA AND I CAN BEAT YOU UP HERE. Hence had to vacate the premises before time, by almost early morning (4am).

                        This pathetic display on the part of OYO doest feel safe those who are visiting with the families.
                        This should not be again taken any further, the oyo license has to be cancelled and compensation has to be given for causing mental agony and humiliation.

                        Moreover have registered a complaint in the near by Police station bearing the complaint no. IPC/2119/28/3. Legal action will be taken against those goons and it's high time you people respond to this and put an end to this type o[censored]nruly staffs.

                        GO THRU THE REVIEWS OF THIS HOTEL FROM THE VISITED CUSTOMERS, YOU PEOPLE WILL HAVE AN IDEA ABOUT THIS ALANKAR RESIDENCY!

                              Dear Concern,

                              I have book Oyo hotal in gurgaon with Booking ID GW6L6308 and reached for stay at 9pm then hotel refused to stay saying that no booking received form OYO. i have tried to call oyo customer care no response there side.

                              later on Hotle give me room with Extra charge INR 1000 and agree to stay there though i was booked room through OYO in INR 479.

                              There was big fraud form OYO and Hotle to create emergency so customer can pay extra money.

                              Please take action to prevent fraud like this.

                                I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 7 april 2022with transaction amount of 1071 via gpay app but when i reach the hotel, the hotel refused my entry so I cancelled the booking on the same time it has been more than 14 working days since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. Then whenever u try to contact Oyo customer support they didn't respond and they still not processed my money so kindly refund my money and solve my issueb.

                                  I have made booking through OYO, Booking ID: BEKL1803.
                                  I have cancelled the booking they told me that i will get refund in 7-14 days.
                                  after mailing them more than 50 times. They made me trapped in their process. And on 18 April approx. 1 month they mailed me and asked my bank account details. I gave them my details.
                                  and they refunded the amount in my oyo wallet instead of my bank account.
                                  felt cheated as my money is still with them only

                                    Yesterday booked a room but unfortunately the booking failed but payment was deducted from my bank account against the booking id YRMA6907.
