Hi,

I have booked an OYO with booking ID: GS5F6198 for three days and due to bad service at the hotel I had to checkout after staying for one day. I have confirmed with the Service desk before checking out on the previous day regarding the refund they said they will charge an extra day amount as early check out charges for which I said I am okay with it and then the third day amount will be refunded. I have checked out after day one before 11 AM in the morning and again called the Service desk and informed that I have checked out they said that I'll get the refund next day. I had a very bad experience and that too I have been charged 6500 for one day.

Now, I don't know why the need help button on the app doesn't work for the particular booking and works for other bookings and when the call the service desk the call just drops off.

Please help me with getting my refund back as I have all the mail proofs that the service desk has sent me when I had call with them earlier.

Hi I am Ravi I booked oyo room for 4 days I vizag in hotel named oyo flagship 25071 with booking id BZU59439 and I stayed for two days and wanted to checkout went into app and had a in app chat it directed me to front desk so I approached him he gave me customer care number I called it the automated response was that I cannot modify my checkout early as I have used coupon codes and no refund will be provided I paid around 3500 for 4 days that is 875 per day approx and I am at loss of two days of my sal of approx 1750 which I think mis huge for me. Can you please provide me the refund.

    I booked oyo room for 7 days in OYO Flagship 14397 Varcity Phi Pavilion, bengaluru. I paid 5964 rupees thru google pay and money got deducted but I didn't receive and confirmation or booking-id. So now without booking-id I am not able to receive support thru oyo app. My registered mobile number is [protected]

      Hi,
      It is regarding my Booking ID is CMOK6923

      The booking was changed to a different hotel without any information.
      I only found out when I went to the original hotel I booked and opened the app.
      They said that they are now blocked and have been removed from the property.
      I have been informed nothing about this before and I never knew my booked hotel will be thrown off to a different place without me agreeing or accepting!

      The distance between the original hotel and the new hotel is 6 KM and this does not serve any purpose to me so I had to cancel the hotel.

      I had paid INR 3956 while making the booking out of which Oyo deducted INR 2286 and processed a refund of just INR 1130!

      After sending the email, there is no resolution and now when I am trying to call customer care, soon as they hear the word "refund" they mute themselves as if there is an issue. Some agents even refuse to talk!

      I demand the full refund to be processed to my original payment source ASAP!

      and the funniest of all is, even if some customer agent completely listens to you and sympathizes with you and says "please be online sir, I am going to send you an on-call email which will contain a complaint registration number. can I put you on short hold ?" You say "Yes". hold the line for 10 min and then call disconnects. On the next attempt, if you are lucky, one new guy listens to you and does the same and if you are unlucky, they do not even listen to you!

        I booked a room at OYO in Fort Worth, Texas off Oakland and I-30 on Wednesday May 4, 2022 and am still in shock. I made the reservation through the app and immediately had issues. I used a coupon for a $29 offer for first time booking. After completing the information I was to be charged $33 total but nothing showed up on under my bookings tab and I had received no email. To make sure the payment hadn’t gone through i checked my account only to find that I had been charged an incorrect amount of $39.60. I found a number to call online after checking the app and being unsuccessful. I discovered that I did have a reservation and they messaged it to me and emailed me more information about my booking. As far as the overcharge was concerned, he told me it was only charged for $33 and that I would need to prove the overcharge by sending a picture of the transaction that was made on my card. When I looked at the email the details were incorrect but I was glad to have gotten the room secured. I emailed OYO the picture they requested and left to head to the hotel. I I arrived at 10:55 pm to check in and had yet another problem. After overcharging me there was a balance of $1 to be paid for my reservation, ready to be in the room and handed over the $1 with my $20 deposit to the man at the night window and received a key for room 126 (even though I had requested a room on the second floor). I brought in all my bags from the car and unpacked my things, set up my bathroom items and then noticed the a/c unit was broken, the cover was propped up against the wall and the phone wasnt plugged in, it lacked a cord necessary for it to even work. Then I saw a small bug on the floor by the door, I smashed it and cringed because that is the last thing anyone wants to see inside their “clean” hotel room. I sat down on the made bed to organize some things before I got in the shower. Almost immediately something bit me in a couple different spots I thought it had been a mosquito but was alarmed because bed bugs are a reality however I couldn’t see a bug on me. After scratching and receiving more bites I was determined to find what was doing this and with just a little look saw a small bed bug on the bed with me. In a rush at 12:06 am I got some toilet paper and smashed it to see if had the blood in there, which you guessed it there was blood and I immediately broke down, these were all my belongings, everything I own, that had now been exposed to bed bugs. The bed bug was placed inside a bottle still in the tissue just in case and I also took pictures of some of my bites and after looking thoroughly around I spotted small blood stains on the blanket and took pictures of those as well. Immediately I got all my things off the bed and went to the office, thinking he would help me and would know what to do. However, he didn’t know what to do and asked me what I wanted to do if I wanted to switch rooms I told him i would not stay in any troops as bed bugs travel and it was likely that they would be in other rooms, he told me the other side didn’t have bed bugs, But I know a thing or two about them and wanted to get as far away as possible. I wanted a refund. My crying caught him off guard I guess and he was frozen, didn’t have any suggestions at all but acknowledge me wanting a refund so I went back to the room to get my belongings back into my car, where now my car was exposed to this health hazard. I sat in my car crying for a while until he came to window to try and apologize but still with no help. I was able to get everything in my car and was ready to return the key, get my money back and figure out what I was going to do from there. I returned to the office and before I could get anything back he said he had to check the room. After inspecting the room that had barely been touched he came back to return my money. I left the hotel parking lot at 12:41 am and it just got worse from there. Being so distraught I had foolishly assumed he had refunded all the money, when I got to the gas station next door I counted out $20 not $21, the amount of cash I gave him and not $39.60 the amount I was overcharged, and not $33 the amount I was to actually pay for the room. I started calling OYO to get this problem resolved only to be given the runaround via email all night into the next morning and afternoon. There was always someone else to blame. Eventually hit wa that the hotel said I stayed longer than two hours which when u are rented out a room that has bed bugs shouldn’t matter, but that was incorrect. Now the hormtel was lying on me to be able to keep my mkney for themselves after doing nothing and completely wrecking my life for the foreseeable future while I hoped the bugs didn’t make it into any of my bags. When talking with the people on the phone they were uncaring and more worried about a fuzz word then the fact the hotel had now commuted an act of theft by refusing to give me the money back, they had also broke the law where it comes neglecting their establishment where it comes to bed bugs. Many people have reported them and they still haven’t fixed the problem but continue to rent to people. I am in the middle of trying to get a refund and I will continue until this issue is resolved. I let them know I will go to every website and app and report them, I will go to the hotel and surrounding businesses to put up notices as well. I hope for the best resolution but after being offered a 40% off my next stay coupon instead of a refund I may have to see them in small claims court.

          I booked a hotel in Kolkata today from Oyo app. Payment was done from Paytm of 851 rupees and Amex cc of 891 rupees. Money got deducted but didn't received any booking, due to urgency of my stay I repeated the payment 3 times out of 1 got successful.
          I was totally frustrated that time, being regular customer I trusted the Oyo app on refund related issues.
          Please initiate my refund of other two failed booking.

            Booking ID: S70T2094

            I need GST invoice for this Booking ID. I tried calling customer support but useless. The people working at customer care just hang up, will stay on mute till we disconnect or act as they don't hear our voice. Such a worst customer care support team.

            I need the GST invoice to claim the amount from my company. Now, I am made to run pillar to post but to no avail. I have sent mails to escalations team but no response. Why is it so difficult to provide GST invoice? I have never experienced such a response from any of the services which I have used via online so far.

                I did book a hotel, and the booking is confirmed (booking ID: ZVRF6757). The money got deducted twice. First time it said that the payment cannot be processed so try again. I again the did the payment, this time the payment was successful. Hence the money got deducted two times. kindly, please refund the amount.

                  I booked a room on Oyo app on yesterday night at durga residency a hotel in mogappair, my money of 675 got deducted but the room didn't book, when i visited the hotel they said they have no rooms ! So we booked a different room not from oyo nearby ... But today morning it came and it says that i am checked out of the room in durga residency which i didnt stay, now when i try to cancel it, it shows cancel charge as 675 and refund as 0, kindly initiate a refund

                    On 01/05/2022 early morning I have tried a/c rooms in Tirupathy and called OYO rooms, The person requested to make payment online for which I denied. Further he requested to pay atleast 493/- to confirm booking and sent link for payment through sms from OYO id. So, I have made the payment. Hotel Name (Vishnu Bavan, Near Rly Stn., Tirupathy) was shared by him. To my utter shock there was no room vacant and hence could not occupy room there.

                    I have written to the available id of oyo mail ids [protected]@oyorooms.com, [protected]@oyorooms.com, guestsupport.[protected]@oyorooms.com. But no responses.

                          I did booking on oyo for 12th April and 13th April.my booking id is C3RI5916. but my booking is cancled by hotel . I booked oyo townhouse 441 vat hotel Delhi Paschim Vihar.
                          I called oyo customer care no. And she told me at that time is booking got cancle by mistake by hotel and she asked me my account details I gave her my account details and she gave conformation on my mail that refund amount will initiate with in 7 to 14 days but I do not recieve my refund yet.
                          Again I called customer care no at 25th of April to know about refund status then he told me there is no request and no account detail for refund and the he again. Asked me to send my account detail and again hi confirmed all thing by sending me mail that your refund will initiate with in 7 to 14 working days.but again I did not receive refund yet.
                          Again I am trying to call customer care no on oyo but this time my call is not connecting.
                          I have proof of every thing my booking detail and mails that your customer support executive sent to me regarding account detail and conformation for refund. Please resolve it on urgent basis otherwise I will put all things on twitter by tagging mr Ritesh agrawal and many more and also put all things on LinkedIn. With screenshot of all mails and booking details that your company is fraud.

                            SCAM / FRAUD - User details being leaked and money stolen

                            I had recently reserved an OYO room (Bangalore, SPOT ON 78462 A Class Suites) and paid the initial amount directly via the OYO website. However, just on the day of arrival, I received a call from someone by the name of Pankaj from the hotel stating that the rooms in the hotel are unavailable and they can confirm the reservation only if I pay the pending amount immediately. And they also insisted that I pay directly to the number they provide....

                            I have paid the amount 2424 to book my room. The amount got deducted but the room was not booked. I tried calling them several tikes but I was redirected back to the app. I cancelled the booking but still the amount is not credited.

                                So I book A hotel through oyo I make payment via phonepe
                                After I call the hotel they refused to give me room they told me cancel your booking on oyo and came offline then I will provide you room otherwise there is no room for you
                                Than I call customer service they cancel the booking and I got refund immediately within 5 minutes
                                And they told me to book again the same hotel and told me now there is no issue you can go so he told me to book again And I do that but after some minutes, hotel manager call me and said to me you again booked on app I’m sorry I can’t give you room and his behaviour was aggressive so rude
                                Than I again canceled the booking and i got 0 refund
                                I call customer service they just harassing me I made around 50 calls they just saying Wait I’ll check and cut the call
                                I need my money back on my bank account ASAP

                                  Address: OYO 30456 Amare Holidays Kommady, Kommady, national highway, Alapuzha, Alappuzha

                                  I booked one room 2adults for[protected] to[protected] in oyo property 30456 booking id
                                  G1019571 through online payment
                                  I trusted oyo. But when i reached the property there is no oyo and the building like abandoned one like ghost house. I paid 604rs for the room so i want the refund of the booking but now its showing refund amount 18rs only. Why is that? There is no problem with my side its your problem so i want the correct refund pls consider this message

                                    I had initially booked 5 rooms for which I paid INR 5815 then modified to 1 room with booking ID KCRX2142. When I contacted customer support they said I would receive the refund of INR 4182 as soon as I check out from the hotel within 48hrs, but it is still not received and there is no response from Oyo. After checkout, I tried to contact customer support but couldn't connect to the call due to the high call volume every time I call, Even if I tried with help support through the chat in their app there is no response. Kindly Look into the issue and initiate the refund as soon as possible.

                                      Address: Electronic city phase 2, Bangalore

                                      I booked oyo room from may 2nd to may 8th. Due to some reason, I needed an early checkout i.e on may 3rd and my checkout time is 5pm. The hotel staff was unable to process my checkout request through the app and I'm unable to process my refund.
                                      Kindly look into this issue and address it asap.
