On 18-aprril 2022 i booked a room at hotel green view palace, sector 62 noida, when we reached at the property they denied to provide me room because of my earlier ratings about their room, they said we cant let you stay here if you give us one star, they talked us very rudely. My booking id is Y0XC0196, booking amount was ₹708 and oyo just raised a ticket to refund only ₹158. Kindly help me, my experience with oyo is getting worst.

    My fiancé has paid rs.3000 through PhonePay app to Oyo app on 15th April 2022 to book a hotel room in Pune.

    The money got deducted with the message that the payment is successful but when we reached at the venue the receptionist denied to allot a room stating that the booking is not confirmed as they have not received the payment from Oyo even after showing the booking details from our end on an app.

    On calling customer care of Oyo they have wasted our time in unnecessary chats and not gave us any solution even after sending a mail with the required proofs.

    So we ended up paying again on visit to the Hotel as per their charges. But the money which we have paid through the app is still not refunded.

    This experience o[censored]sing an Oyo app was worst even Oyo customer care is useless. So I would recommend people to not to use this app and even if you are using this app please make a payment on visit to the hotels.

    Hello Team, We have booked our room at Hotel Span Executive, Pune on 15th April 2022 & the payment of rs. 3000 was done through PhonePay app. On visit we paid again to the hotel as we haven't received any help from Oyo helpdesk & they denied to allot any room to us stating that they haven't received any payment from OYO even after we showed them the transaction history. So now we are expecting the refund of rs. 3000 which we have done to OYO through PhonePay app.

      I booked a room on April 18 at hotel benchmark. I made the payment of rupees 928 twice although I entered my UPI pin only once. But yet the merchant didn't recieved any confirmation from Oyo. Then I paid merchant on their personal QR and then I was able to check in.
      Later got a refund message of one payment of 928 but didn't recieved the second refund of 928 rupees yet. The money debited from my account twice.

        I booked a hotel from Oyo named hotel benchmark. I made the payment of rs 928 twice although inserted UPI pin just once. Despite of that the payment was not recieved by the merchant and at Oyo as well it was showing pending. After that i paid to the hotel Rs 977 over their personal QR then I was given the check in.
        Few minutes late got a message from Oyo about refund of one payment of rs 928 but didn't recieved the second 928 rupees yet although my bank is showing deduction of both the amount with difference in the account balance.

              I have made a booking on Oyo app for Oyo townhouse 311 prithvi resort lucknow total amount was 5491 rs in the Oyo app . In the app there was an option of paying partially amount of 1955 rs and the rest of the amount to be paid at hotel . I have paid Oyo 1955 through phonepay amount was debited and it's showing on Phonepay the receipt. But there was no booking showing on Oyo app . Kindly refund the amount or solve the query.               Hey, I had a booking with oyo for 1st of may for 823 rupees and they asked me to pay 246 rupees as a partial payment and rest was to be paid at hotel. However, when I came back to check the booking details I cannot find any booking on the app and the money was debited already. I tired calling customer care number but there was call flow for which I waiting approx 15 mins with no answer. Can you please check with that?

                I have booked a hotel OYO 23302 New Delhi Guest House, Haridwar, Old National Highway 58, Uttarakhand, Haridwar on 14th April 2022, I got assurance from OYO executive that the Hotel is 4 start property. When, I visited the Hotel the rooms were stinky and Toilets were dirty and some of the guest were drunk also. So, for the safety of my family I cancelled the booking. I received that the refund has been initiated Approx. 890 Rs, However, I have made the payment to OYO is 3204 Rs and I have not idea why OYO is deducting the huge amount for cancellation even-though the I have not made any mistake. please resolve this issue.

                  So i booked a hotel 3 days in advance and oyo kept changing my hotel and on the day of arrival i was given a very cheap hotel with really bad room condition. in the amenities it was mentioned AC room but there was no AC, the bathroom taps were leaking, I spoke to customer support and they said they have spoken to the hotel manager about not providing us with an AC room and that they will initiate a 50% refund after checkout. after checkout i spoke to the agent to initiate refund and now the twist is they won't give refund to the original payment method, they will add it to oyo rupee which was not told to me before. and about that 50% refund, all i received is an amount of 250 rupee added to "oyo rupee". this is so sick and disturbing. oyo is not providing the room you booked in the first place and now not even initiating a 50% refund as promissed. all I want is the refund in the original payment method.

                    I had booked one room for two days trough OYO app in OYO 87176 Hotel Anurag. My booking was confirmed. But when I was about to proceed to this hotel, a message came that my booking has been cancelled and will be shifted to another one. I was very much annoyed and tried to contact customer support. Then I saw two options whether I want to shift to another hotel or to cancel the earlier one. I choose to cancel thinking that since the agreement has been breached from OYO, I will not be charged. But after I cancelled I found that my money will not be refunded. Even there is no option to call any one in OYO to redress grievance except some pre set messages. This is clearly cheating.

                      As per Oyo there is ongoing offer ti get a room at ₹0 which seems as a clickbate only. After some time i got a booking at " OYO FLAGSHIP 24051 " and first when i called the hotel to confirm they clearly denied check-in and giving room. After which i CHATTED with a guy via panel of oyo help and then they told me they are taking us on conference which was mute call for 3 mins. I called the hotel again from my end to confirm which they said that they will give me the room with rude tone as if their mother used to live in that room and now they are giving it to us as a FAVOUR or what and then they started threatening that Police will come to verify documents to show pressure and harrase and now either Oyo or the property both are not responding.

                      Great experience with fraud.

                          OYO has given us the written mail for a refund of 7 days due to poor service no washroom and no wifi. The booking ID is D3ZZ8162. OYO took all the bank details it is more than 14 days still there is no refund. OYO is basically doing a fraud. Kindly look into this matter and resolve our issue.

                            I booked a oyo room on 15th April and paid the amount through phonepe and that too twice. My money got debited but the receptionist said they didn't get any payment. So I had to pay them again and in the third time it was successful for both the side. So when can I expect my refund for my 1st two transactions which were successful yet merchant didn't receive any. The customer service of Oyo is also not helping me in this matter.

                                  Regarding the booking ID CSSU1644, we have been charged Rs 2136 by Oyo for one night's stay, whereas the hotel is charging only Rs 1100 for the same room.

                                  This is plain daylight robbery by Oyo. Oyo thinks it can charge whatever amount it pleases.

                                    I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 7 april 2022with transaction amount of 1071 via gpay app but when i reach the hotel, the hotel refused my entry so I cancelled the booking on the same time it has been more than 14 working days since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. Then whenever u try to contact Oyo customer support they didn't respond and they still not processed my money so kindly refund my money and solve my issue.

                                      I trusted the OYO app for the first time and took my family. I was confused about the location so we contacted customer care at [protected].

                                      Through the message (attached below), I received the hotel location.

                                      Once, I reached the venue at around 7 pm. We landed in between the forest on a kaccha road. There was no sign of a hotel, no buildings, no houses, and no street light. I contacted again through customer care to get the hotel manager's number. I have been provided with the number [protected], which was the wrong number. I tried again the customer care and plead for help, but didn't receive any.

                                      With my family in the car, we searched next four hours in the surrounding area and found a pathetic room at midnight to safeguard us and have shelter.

                                      It was the worse experience of my life for trusting OYO. A complete Fraud act and poorly managed supporting system harass common people like me.

                                      On top of that, I am getting messages showing, that I didn't show up at the hotel. I contacted customer care multiple times but it's just an endless loop with no solutions. Now my profile is not even showing that I ever booked a hotel. But I got the invoice for the same booking. Calling customer care doesn't help either. They conveniently disconnected my calls without providing any solution at all.

                                      It's a complete fraud act from the OYO side. Need justification on such irresponsible act from OYO side ASAP

                                        I trusted the OYO app for the first time and took my family. I was confused about the location so we contacted customer care at [protected].

                                        Through the message (attached below), I received the hotel location.

                                        Once, I reached the venue at around 7 pm. We landed in between the forest on a kaccha road. There was no sign of a hotel, no buildings, no houses, and no street light. I contacted again through customer care to get the hotel manager's number. I have been provided with the number [protected], which was the wrong number. I tried again the customer care and plead for help, but didn't receive any.
