IKWD3644/YS5J7490 and KDWU3160

I had a booking for two days with the first hotel with booking ID IKWD3644/YS5J7490.

I made the booking and they called me and I confirmed that I will be checking in, in one hour and I also confirmed my check in on WhatsApp.( Attached screenshot). Once I reached the hotel I was denied check in saying rooms are full??

So I made another booking KDWU3160 at a different hotel and I paid on the Oyo app an amount...

I booked a hotel named OYO 47526 Hotel Himalaya Residency on 1st may 2022 morning at 10:34 Am.I did booking for check in on 5th may and checkout at 6th may. I paid amount 669 through google pay and it get deducted from my acount but I didn't get any booking ID for my booking.

After that I called customer care regarding that, they said that my booking is in pending and they are saying that it is not sure till when it will be...

Money deducted from account but no booking is done and no booking ID is given.

I tried to book the OYO room in Hotel Dev Palace Delhi. But the Payment is deducted from my account but no room is allotted to me and neither the booking ID is provided.

Please help me out and male a refund of deductions as soon as possible....

I have paid the amount but no booking was shown in the app

Hey, I had a booking with oyo for 1st of may for 823 rupees and they asked me to pay 246 rupees as a partial payment and rest was to be paid at hotel. However, when I came back to check the booking details I cannot find any booking on the app and the money was debited already. I tired calling customer care number but there was call flow for which I waiting approx 15 mins with no answer. Can you please check with that?

I Need Money refund

I was booking OYO townhouse 323 sector 9 hiranmagri, Udaipur form my phone no.- [protected]. I entered my debit card details and payment has been done & money was deducted from my bank then an technical error occurred on Oyo app showing ' SOMETHING WENT WRONG' & no booking was done.I called Oyo helpine many times talked to booking team explanation team but no body replied properly. They cut the call in middle. Please I want my money back....

Lost Gold Chain

Address:Signature rooms, near ITER college rd, Jagamara, Bhubaneswar

My partner booked a room offline at a oyo for two hours on 30th April, 2022 at 2:30pm for 2 hours. When we left, I forgot my gold chain there on the bed itself. I called the Oyo for enquiry but I'm not getting proper support.

No payment receipt received -multiple follow ups

I have made multiple calls and placed requests through chat to receive the payment receipt for my booking with Oyo with booking I.d SNRM0706.

I need the escalation manager to please get in touch with me immediately, I have spent a million efforts now trying to receive this and resolve for once and all. If not, I will be forced to take the issue to social media.

Horrible, horrible customer support. Have never...

Money was deducted but the booking id was not generated

The amount of Rs3992 was deducted on 10 april 2022 through phone pay by oyo app but the booking id was not generated. Many a times i called the coustomer care but they disconnect and no response was there from their side. It is really bad and worst experience ever from oyo customer care. I want the refund for my money as it was deducted from my side. Generate a response for refund as soon as possible......

I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 29 april 2022with transaction amount of 107 via gpay app but when i reach the hotel, the hotel refused my entry so I cancelled the booking since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund . While paying for the above booking I have selected ola wallet two times transaction was successful from ola but on oyo payment page, it shows payment was canceled two times so after that I paid through credit card, and the payment was successfully completed. Request for refund of money

I made a payment of INR 1287 on 24th April 2022 (11:34PM). My money has been deducted but I didn’t receive any booking id or verification message or mail.
I have contacted the support many times just to be continuously mocked by their rude behaviour but none of the executives have helped me resolve my issue.

Refund issue/ check in issue
