I was booked Oyo property named Royal Oak in Calicut. The price was 629. So i go to the Oyo at 11 because I was traveling from a long place. And i need a rest. For 1 hour early iam ready for early check in amount. But the problem was different. The hotel management denied check in due to low tariff. So i called Oyo customer care, after several attempts the call get connected to executive and shared my issue. Executive spoke with property manager eventhough the manager denied check in. Three different Oyo executive spoken to manager but they agree with executive but not allowed me to check in. Hence they tried to shift to another property, but all properties denied because of low tariff. Then call disconnected. I tried about 1 hr to again connect customer as the call says they are working on my escalation. Then new executive also tried to convince manager. But she not agreed. Finally, after the long argument she agreed, the time was around 2.00 pm. So i delayed about 3 hrs. So i need greiviance for the same
