So I book A hotel through oyo I make payment via phonepe
After I call the hotel they refused to give me room they told me cancel your booking on oyo and came offline then I will provide you room otherwise there is no room for you
Than I call customer service they cancel the booking and I got refund immediately within 5 minutes
And they told me to book again the same hotel and told me now there is no issue you can go so he told me to book again And I do that but after some minutes, hotel manager call me and said to me you again booked on app I’m sorry I can’t give you room and his behaviour was aggressive so rude
Than I again canceled the booking and i got 0 refund
I call customer service they just harassing me I made around 50 calls they just saying Wait I’ll check and cut the call
I need my money back on my bank account ASAP

    Address: OYO 30456 Amare Holidays Kommady, Kommady, national highway, Alapuzha, Alappuzha

    I booked one room 2adults for[protected] to[protected] in oyo property 30456 booking id
    G1019571 through online payment
    I trusted oyo. But when i reached the property there is no oyo and the building like abandoned one like ghost house. I paid 604rs for the room so i want the refund of the booking but now its showing refund amount 18rs only. Why is that? There is no problem with my side its your problem so i want the correct refund pls consider this message

      I had initially booked 5 rooms for which I paid INR 5815 then modified to 1 room with booking ID KCRX2142. When I contacted customer support they said I would receive the refund of INR 4182 as soon as I check out from the hotel within 48hrs, but it is still not received and there is no response from Oyo. After checkout, I tried to contact customer support but couldn't connect to the call due to the high call volume every time I call, Even if I tried with help support through the chat in their app there is no response. Kindly Look into the issue and initiate the refund as soon as possible.

        Address: Electronic city phase 2, Bangalore

        I booked oyo room from may 2nd to may 8th. Due to some reason, I needed an early checkout i.e on may 3rd and my checkout time is 5pm. The hotel staff was unable to process my checkout request through the app and I'm unable to process my refund.
        Kindly look into this issue and address it asap.

            I had called to make a booking at GR Hospitality(OYO 14778) in Baguihati, Kolkata on 29th April and the receiver made a wrong booking. He made a booking in Hotel Royal Inn (OYO 9275) in Faridabad (Booking ID: NDSN8254) for which I was charged as well. He said that he made a mistake and the booking was cancelled and I would get the money refunded to my bank account within 2-3 working days. I checked the "Previous bookings" section in the app and it labelled that booking as a "No-Show" even though it was supposed to be cancelled and the money refunded.

              OYO data breach and fraudulent payment issue

              I had booked an Oyo room from 30th April 2022 to 11th May 2022 at. I did initial payment of Rs.7k and got a call from OYO consultant on 30th April to complete the payment with a discounted amount of ₹11, 555.

                      I had booked a room in White house resort for the date 16/04/2022 to 18/04/2022, Nagaon, Alibaug booking ID-Y0820495. The Booking confirmed the same message received from OYO rooms.

                      On the day of check-in hotels another message came from Oyo that booking is shifted to another cottage,
                      How can Oyo cancel the hotel or resort booking without any intimation and provide booking to the cottages with the same price and that cottage was not good also they charge extra amount.

                      Instead of providing cottages Oyo should provide another hotel or resort which is similar to booked hotels.

                      We have called oyo customer service no. but nobody answered properly and they disconnected the call without given proper answer.

                        I made a booking for Z6I58630 at OYO 10950 Hotel Hills Palace Booking got confirmed and I made a payment of Rs. 4160. But I tried to change the checkin data. But not able to . I reached customer care. He suggest to make a new booking with the required date and they will refund the amount of Rs. 4160.

                        I made an another booking ENTU2491 at OYO Flagship 83082 Angel Nivas. and paid the amount Rs 3614.

                        When I enter the hotel Angel Nivas. Manage not allowing us to checkin.
                        I reached customer care, not able to reach for support. after multiple attempts too. So I cancelled the booking.

                        Not i lost Rs.4160 + 3614.

                        I need the refund amount for Rs.4160 + Rs.3614.

                              I have booked a room for 3 people in pondicherry for 1066/- through OYO customer care reservation service.

                              but when i checked in to hotel, receptionist asked for extra 500 since we are 3 people & asked us to reach OYO customer care for any concerns. That is where we got cheated, wwe are not able to reach None of OYO customer executives & ended up paying extra for time being. but still later also we were not able to reach them

                                    I was booked Oyo property named Royal Oak in Calicut. The price was 629. So i go to the Oyo at 11 because I was traveling from a long place. And i need a rest. For 1 hour early iam ready for early check in amount. But the problem was different. The hotel management denied check in due to low tariff. So i called Oyo customer care, after several attempts the call get connected to executive and shared my issue. Executive spoke with property manager eventhough the manager denied check in. Three different Oyo executive spoken to manager but they agree with executive but not allowed me to check in. Hence they tried to shift to another property, but all properties denied because of low tariff. Then call disconnected. I tried about 1 hr to again connect customer as the call says they are working on my escalation. Then new executive also tried to convince manager. But she not agreed. Finally, after the long argument she agreed, the time was around 2.00 pm. So i delayed about 3 hrs. So i need greiviance for the same

                                      I had a booking for two days with the first hotel with booking ID IKWD3644/YS5J7490.

                                      I made the booking and they called me and I confirmed that I will be checking in, in one hour and I also confirmed my check in on WhatsApp.( Attached screenshot). Once I reached the hotel I was denied check in saying rooms are full??

                                      So I made another booking KDWU3160 at a different hotel and I paid on the Oyo app an amount of Rs. 985 and when I went there I was asked to pay 1500 more. And I was given a room with No Shower/TV/WiFi. However, on the next day they gave me a different room when I said I want a refund and I'll check out...

                                      I had no other option since I traveled from one hotel to another and I was denied check in at the first hotel and second hotel is asking me for more money to give me a room even after I paid that booking amount online on the app? I have attached the screenshots necessary.

                                      My bookings get confirmed and then I'm denied check in?
                                      So I pay early and Still I'm asked to pay extra and given such bad rooms?

                                      How are you gonna compensate me?
                                      I am a regularly Oyo customer..
