Worst experience by customer care of OYO and OYO itself. Oyo assigned one room and the room was unhygienic, when reported to customer care they transferred our booking to another hotel.
The payment to earlier hotel was already paid and when went to Hotel White Castel, the hotel receptionist said their oyo app reflects 1020 amount to be paid, whereas the we already received an email through oyohelp that we do not need to pay anything also no customer care were attending us and it was late night to sick any help so we paid the amount. Later on when we reached to assigned room, the receptionist again called us as in their app updated amount was showing 2007 and asked us either pay this or vacant the room, so helplessly paid the amount when customer care said this will be refunded after leaving the hotel.
Now its already been 15 days we continuously calling customer care for seeking help through calls through emails, no response on emails. They send us email that the refund has initiated so again waited for 7 days, When again contacting them they said the bills are not in proper format, they provided the hotel contact number. The white castel ower/receptionist said they cannot help with refund withing listening me, and now they are also not receiving calls. Oyo shall not approve such hotel who cannot provide proper bills, the hotel provide us paytm receipt after asking proper bill.
