    I has booked room by oyo app but at the time of check in hotel manager denied for it so they transferred my booking so when I reached the property they ask for more money then booking amount cause of their terrif so I canceled my booking and got mail from oyo thay booking is canceled and money will refund but still not received money or the hotel manager mark as check in/out …
    And oyo team is not responding me.

      I booked my hotel through OYO for[protected] to[protected]. They cancelled my booking as per my concern because hotel room is not good as per COVID guidelines or hotel staff abusing towards consumer. On the[protected] when I raised an complain they said full refund is processed but 13 days were passed and still I am not getting my refund. When I try to calling Oyo they talk abusive language and say we are not initiating your refund you can do whatever you want. Now they show like robbers. Please resolve this issue. This thing doing many times by Oyo.

        An error with payment made booking on OYO happen twice.
        booking ID ZNJW5045

        Hotel name : OYO 81182 Collection O Comfy Stay Hotels
        Check-in : 22 Apr, 12:00 PM onwards
        Check-out : 23 Apr till 11:00 AM

        While making booking through gpay, I was shown a payment error and an option to try again. When I tried again the payment went through twice and double the money was deducted from my account. My bookings tab still shows one booking only, so I don't have a booking number to report a problem with on the app.

            I booked OYO Room for 9days through OYO Application. My cash is deducted and didnt get any other information from OYO and not get the booking id. Only i have paytm transaction id. I called several times in OYO customer care they respond bad and my problem not resolved. Do the necessary as soon as possible.

                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Oyo Room Bookings

                The issue that I have experienced was: My name is Akash Tilwani, mobile number [protected]
                I had booked my booking in hotel Clove Boutique Hotel Rajajinagar
                The hotel was changed in the last minute to a nearby OYO
                Which wad very low quality than Hotel Clove Boutique
                The improper OYO that is OYO mathrushree residency was terrible

                It occurred on: 22/04/2022

                I want complete refund and the entire booking was changed inconveiently without my permission
                The rates of the new OYO was cheaper than the new one too

                  I did book a hotel, and the booking is confirmed (booking ID:DL609986). The money got deducted twice. First time it said that the payment cannot be processed so try again. I again the did the payment, this time the payment was successful. Hence the money got deducted two times. kindly, please refund the amount.

                      Today on 21/4/22 I booked an OYO property OYO 84830 Jaiswal Dhaba in Raipur Chhattisgarh for stay but when I reached there the property was closed but I had in advance paid the full booking amount of Rs 527. I want a full refund because I have not used the property that was promised to me and even OYO failed to provide me alternate accommodation

                        Worst experience by customer care of OYO and OYO itself. Oyo assigned one room and the room was unhygienic, when reported to customer care they transferred our booking to another hotel.
                        The payment to earlier hotel was already paid and when went to Hotel White Castel, the hotel receptionist said their oyo app reflects 1020 amount to be paid, whereas the we already received an email through oyohelp that we do not need to pay anything also no customer care were attending us and it was late night to sick any help so we paid the amount. Later on when we reached to assigned room, the receptionist again called us as in their app updated amount was showing 2007 and asked us either pay this or vacant the room, so helplessly paid the amount when customer care said this will be refunded after leaving the hotel.
                        Now its already been 15 days we continuously calling customer care for seeking help through calls through emails, no response on emails. They send us email that the refund has initiated so again waited for 7 days, When again contacting them they said the bills are not in proper format, they provided the hotel contact number. The white castel ower/receptionist said they cannot help with refund withing listening me, and now they are also not receiving calls. Oyo shall not approve such hotel who cannot provide proper bills, the hotel provide us paytm receipt after asking proper bill.

                            I had booked a room with Oyo and selected the pay now amount instead of going to the hotel and paying as I trusted the OYO service and felt it would be okay, however upon reaching the premises, the property did not match the photos uploaded, and the maintenance and cleanliness was extremely poor, seeing this I cancelled the booking as a matter of hygiene, however the paid amount was taken as cancellation charge and I didn’t get any refund, this seems particularly unfair considering that had I not paid it prior to arriving I would not have lost my money upon cancellation however since i did pay online, now I’ve lost my money? Very confusing policies, and not helpful towards the customer, please help

                                I booked a room in oyo app! But the hotel manager denied oyo bookings so the oyo customer care executive asked me to cancel the booking. I have canceled the booking. But still I didn’t get the refund back. I have done the payment through phonepe upi. When I asked the oyo customer care they said refund has been done successfully from oyo side. They have given me a reference number as[protected]. When I asked the same with ICiCi bank, they are telling its a wrong one. Oyo customer care executives are not helping and they are so lathargic about the customers money. Some executives don’t even have the basic knowledge of answering the customers questions. They either put you in hold or cut the call if we ask something to them. I wonder Oyo is monitoring their customer care executives or not! Very very poor service! Someone from oyo, please get me the corrrect RRN.

                                  I made a booking with oyo @ OYO 9009 Labella Guest House for Rs 799, after checking-in @5.30 PM, i foun\d out that AC is not working and washroom has no toilet seat on it, the TV was kept on a table, the washroom was not clean, i told same to the manager and asked him to provide a refund and check me out of the hotel as i could not stay in the same property, he asked me to check-out @6.15 PM in very rude manner, so i did... i called oyo for a refund, instead of providing my hard earned money into my account, oyo provided me with 50% OYO MONEY i.e 479 Credits worth oyo money which i'm unable to use at one time. Infact some hotels do not take oyo money on oyorooms.com, i want my money back in my source account. i dont want oyo money which i cant use. please forward it to concerned teams.

                                      On 18-aprril 2022 i booked a room at hotel green view palace, sector 62 noida, when we reached at the property they denied to provide me room because of my earlier ratings about their room, they said we cant let you stay here if you give us one star, they talked us very rudely. My booking id is Y0XC0196, booking amount was ₹708 and oyo just raised a ticket to refund only ₹158. Kindly help me, my experience with oyo is getting worst.

                                        My fiancé has paid rs.3000 through PhonePay app to Oyo app on 15th April 2022 to book a hotel room in Pune.

                                        The money got deducted with the message that the payment is successful but when we reached at the venue the receptionist denied to allot a room stating that the booking is not confirmed as they have not received the payment from Oyo even after showing the booking details from our end on an app.

                                        On calling customer care of Oyo they have wasted our time in unnecessary chats and not gave us any solution even after sending a mail with the required proofs.

                                        So we ended up paying again on visit to the Hotel as per their charges. But the money which we have paid through the app is still not refunded.

                                        This experience o[censored]sing an Oyo app was worst even Oyo customer care is useless. So I would recommend people to not to use this app and even if you are using this app please make a payment on visit to the hotels.

                                        Hello Team, We have booked our room at Hotel Span Executive, Pune on 15th April 2022 & the payment of rs. 3000 was done through PhonePay app. On visit we paid again to the hotel as we haven't received any help from Oyo helpdesk & they denied to allot any room to us stating that they haven't received any payment from OYO even after we showed them the transaction history. So now we are expecting the refund of rs. 3000 which we have done to OYO through PhonePay app.
