I brought a panasonic refrigerator model number nr ah 183ms1n and its compressor stopped working and i complained to panasonic customer service and now they are telling me that part is not available for the model try local market. Worst experience ever.

    I am highly disappointed with your services and your employees behavior, from last 10 days i am continue follow up with your team that my tv is not working but no one is giving right solution, some of your employees are saying this model is discontinued and they have no option to change the part, as per them parts are not available in market,.

    Is this my mistake that i had chosen wrong brand can you please help, i am waiting for your revert

          Dear Sir/Madam
          I have purchased one unit panasonic 1.5 ton inverter airconditioner model no. Ku18wkyxf on 16/05/2020 from reliance retail limited no. Pc 10 & 11, kambar salai west mogappair, chennai - 600 037.

          The Tax Invoice No.[protected] dt 16/05/2020

          On 20/05/2020 the aircondition was installed by reliance retail limited mechanic but the remote control was not working.

          And I have rise an complaint to reliance retail limited they have sent panasonic mechanic.

          The mechanic take out the remote control for replacement purpose for 2 week before but still now i didn't get the remote control
          So, I request you to kindly take action as early as possible.

              Earlier had complained 2 years / 1 year ago the same were replaced one at cost
              Though i read warranty of 10 years & the redeveloped building was occupied in 2016 several switches around 8 to 10 were replaced buying from market till we come across a vendor 2 years ago to approach the company
              Already you may refer to my complaints as recorded earlier
              Also sent Whatsup to Vijay Jadhav
              But regret no response also unable to complain on toll free being passing through covid pandemic
              Please send urgently to replace 2 bathroom geyser switch

                                I bought my panasonic 55 inch tv on 9th feb'2020. Since last 1 month netflix has stopped working on the tv. Even though it is working on laptop and mobile. I have broad band connection from airtel and jio in my house. Also the tv is unable to show jio 5 g connection. Only showing 4 g. My tv model number is 55gx500dx. Ii can be contacted on [protected].                                         I have bought this refridgerator from khushi enterprises rajpura 4 years back and ever since than i am having trouble in first year a system plate was replaced next year a fan in fridge side was replaced the a sensor was replaced however the fridge is not cooling in the normal side how ever deep refridgerator is working. There is a problem of generation of ice on cooling coils and the problem is not resolved since last two years. Service center in patiala, punjab is not cooperating and do not have any expertise. Sh sukhraj of ludhiana punjab was also contacted on his no [protected], he is also not cooperating. I am feeling like being cheated and will be constrained to go in court if nobody listens. Please act on my request at the earliest
