        I bought my panasonic 55 inch tv on 9th feb'2020. Since last 1 month netflix has stopped working on the tv. Even though it is working on laptop and mobile. I have broad band connection from airtel and jio in my house. Also the tv is unable to show jio 5 g connection. Only showing 4 g. My tv model number is 55gx500dx. Ii can be contacted on [protected]. Sami saran. Please arrange to send a technical person to my place to fix the problem at the earliest. My tv is covered for 5 years under extended warranty also.

                I have bought this refridgerator from khushi enterprises rajpura 4 years back and ever since than i am having trouble in first year a system plate was replaced next year a fan in fridge side was replaced the a sensor was replaced however the fridge is not cooling in the normal side how ever deep refridgerator is working. There is a problem of generation of ice on cooling coils and the problem is not resolved since last two years. Service center in patiala, punjab is not cooperating and do not have any expertise. Sh sukhraj of ludhiana punjab was also contacted on his no [protected], he is also not cooperating. I am feeling like being cheated and will be constrained to go in court if nobody listens. Please act on my request at the earliest

                  I have lodged a complain within warranty period in panasonic for my ac that its not working, but they cancelled it due to lockdown issues.
                  Now when i have re submitted the complain, their engineer visited, charged me with visiting charges that is too in private paytm and engineer damaged my ac even more, its not working at all now. And, they are asking me to pay to get it repair now.
                  Right now, my ac is on with powerful mode and i have sweating over my body.

                  We have purchased this AC in May 2019, and it worked fine last summer season. But its not working fine in this season, outer unit was sometimes starting sometimes not and AC wasn’t providing cooling as expected, so we lodged a complain with panasonic on 16th april 2020 (within warranty) which got cancelled due to lockdown.
                  Then I have raised another complain after lockdown 3.0 ended and egineer visited today. Now your engineer does something to outer unit and AC stopped providing any cooling. Engineer is saying that gas has leaked and I will he charged for it.
                  If panasonic cannot provide service, atleast don’t hamper the existing condition to earn money from services.

                    This January I got transferred from Kolkata to Delhi and on 29.01.2020 got my Panasonic 1.5 ton inverter ac reinstalled by Panasonic with Job ID : R[protected]. As at that time the temperature outside of Delhi was 18 deg C the performance of AC was not checked, although the service engineer checked the gas pressure of outdoor unit in working condition and told that the AC is working perfectly and the gas pressure is ok. The service engineer told that there is 3 month guarantee for any reinstallation fault. After that in April when mercury rises I switched on the AC and found that the AC is not cooling at all. I immediately lodged a complaint on their website as the call centres were closed due to lockdown. Job ID : R[protected] date 09.04.2020. I got the call from Panasonic service centre in first week of May 2020 and the service engineer came on 14.05.2020. He run the basic diagnosis and told that there is no fault of Machine (both indoor and outdoor unit). But the gas was leaked from the joint near outdoor unit. The service centre owner told me that the gas will be refilled in 3-4 days. But after 12 days nobody came for servicing and even the service centre people arr not picking up my calls. When I called the Panasonic customer care they gave me the Area Sales Manager Mr. Deepak Tomar (95****898) but he is also not picking up the phone. I am fed up with the service of Panasonic with no point of relief. As the temperature is rising, and if the repair is not done urgently it is of no use. I think this will be mh first and last purchase of Panasonic brand.

                      Sir/madam,
                      I bought a Panasonic TV on Oct 2018 with three of my friends who also bought each for themselves from Navrang audio video Pvt. Ltd., Yusuf sarai, delhi, on the time of purchasing the retailer told us that "we will get 2 years warranty on this product, which includes whole TV including remote."
                      We bought the TVs with 2 years of extended warranty from Zopper Assure.
                      My Panasonic TV not switching on since 6th may 2020 I tried to contact Panasonic customer care no. but due to covid 19 they didn't answered. So, on 10th may I mailed them on 12th may they asked me for address to assist me & I gave them, after few days I got a call from an engineer who asked me date of purchase and I told him in reply he said that he will not come as the warranty of one year is over. I made several calls to his seniors to convince them that I got this extended warranty on Diwali offer, when I finally conferences them to the retailer they got agreed and immediately started making new excuse that "under that extra 1 year warranty issues related to panel comes under" and my issue is not of panel.
                      I again mailed to Panasonic help desk on 16th may, telling them all the issues and about the words of retailer which he said us while buying but in reply I got nothing, I again mailed them again I got nothing & at last on 21st may I got call from another engineer who visited my house, firstly he said the same thing that warranty is over when I called his senior he again told me that "if he might get agree with the warranty then still my TV can't get repaired because warranty is of panel only". I again mailed to the help desk but didn't get any reply from their side.
                      I don't know who is telling the lie the retailer (who is Panasonic's official agent) or the repairing team because all 4 o[censored]s saying that the retailer gave us full TV warranty even on calling Zopper Assure they are also saying that their service will start from Oct 2020. Please solve the issue because it's been almost 1 month since my TV is off during this lockdown period.

                        Subject:-Complaint Regarding Defective Air Conditioner (Split) Bearing Model No.CS-KU12VKYF purchased vide invoice no.G-10119 Dated 13/05/2019.
                        With Reference to the above cited subject matter this is for your kind information and necessary action that I have purchased Air Conditioner (Split) Bearing Model No.CS-KU12VKYF vide invoice no.G-10119 Dated 13/05/2019 from Panasonic Authorised Dealer M/s Bholi Brothers, Hall Bazar, Amritsar, Punjab and the same was installed by the company Authorised Engineer on Dated 14.05.2019 .After one week of installation of above mentioned Air Conditioner I found that the Air Conditioner is not properly working and not even cooling the room properly as per temperature set on Air Conditioner. Without any delay I have made complaint to concerned Service Provider of Panasonic Company. Engineer of the company visit in my house to check and repair Air Conditioner. The Service Engineer told me that Air Condition checked and reset the electronic setting of cooling points and further said that now the AC is properly working and on assurance of Service Engineer I have signed the memo. of repair. Now after few weeks of service there is again problem of cooling of Air Conditioner and the previous problem of not cooling still exists. Then I have felt mentally harassed from the companies attitude regarding my grievance and break my trust on Panasonic Company. Again and again I requested the company for replacement of defective AC instead of repairing it. I have purchased above mentioned new Air Conditioner spending of total sum of Rs 33000/- .Even spending such a large amount on Air conditioner of Panasonic Company I have faced Mental Agony and harassment from Panasonic Company.

                        I have called several times on the Customer Care Numbers for registration of my complaint regarding defect in AC and replacement of the same and detail of Customer Care No. and Date of registration of complaint /No. is mention below:

                            It is very unfortunate to request you that please replace a new version fridge in place of my old frige of 22 months. Complaint is that fridge is not getting cool from last 15 days and a blasting sound was coming from back side of fridge from last couple of months, launched complaint 7 day's ago & engineer attended today & asked to do switch off the fridge for next 2 days (48 hrs & more) which is very absurd for me. When fridge is auto defrost then why ice will block the cooling path of fridge? My fridge got switched of for 16 hrs in a day from very fast day of purchasing due to its good cooling performance. Fridge regulator was placed in point 1 till date. Then why this type of failure occurred after 22 months performing? I think there are some manufacturing problem in this fridge. My parent are serious patients & i have 2 child in my family, so we are all totally dependent on this fridge for each & every moment for keeping perfect some important medicine (For parent) & baby foods. Also it has got very sentimental issue in my family with this. They are doing very tension & also worried about it, which cause an accident of my parent as they are critical patient (Heart & high pressure). So it is my humble request please keep my request for save my family. Please note:- i am a brand customer of panasonic like ac (From last 15 years), led tv (5 years), music system (5 years), mobile phone (5 years), cassette player (30 years) also made my family & friend of same. So please don't break my heart particular in this case. I shall be very grateful to company if you do the so.

                                I have bought the refrigerator in january 2019 of panasonic make...and within 2-3 months there have been some problem in it and we have registered the complain for same...and thereafter the many technician have visited but the problem is not solved yet and its almost 1.5 year the problem is not yet solved...we have ask for the replacement of it but there was no such any kind of reply from your side...kindly look into this matter and stop spoiling your reputation in market..

                                  The ac switches on. The fan is on but the compressor is not starting.
                                  So there is no cooling.
                                  The ac was not in use since last winter. Before that it was in perfect working order. When we switched on this season for the first time we observed that the compressor is not getting switched on.

                                    I bought TV(TH-24E200DX) on 2018. It repaired last year. Through panasonic service mother board was changed on January 2020 with the 6 months warranty. Now it's again repair still warranty is there.But after lockdown it may expire.so please take action as soon as possible.
