I bought a Panasonic TV on Oct 2018 with three of my friends who also bought each for themselves from Navrang audio video Pvt. Ltd., Yusuf sarai, delhi, on the time of purchasing the retailer told us that "we will get 2 years warranty on this product, which includes whole TV including remote."
We bought the TVs with 2 years of extended warranty from Zopper Assure.
My Panasonic TV not switching on since 6th may 2020 I tried to contact Panasonic customer care no. but due to covid 19 they didn't answered. So, on 10th may I mailed them on 12th may they asked me for address to assist me & I gave them, after few days I got a call from an engineer who asked me date of purchase and I told him in reply he said that he will not come as the warranty of one year is over. I made several calls to his seniors to convince them that I got this extended warranty on Diwali offer, when I finally conferences them to the retailer they got agreed and immediately started making new excuse that "under that extra 1 year warranty issues related to panel comes under" and my issue is not of panel.
I again mailed to Panasonic help desk on 16th may, telling them all the issues and about the words of retailer which he said us while buying but in reply I got nothing, I again mailed them again I got nothing & at last on 21st may I got call from another engineer who visited my house, firstly he said the same thing that warranty is over when I called his senior he again told me that "if he might get agree with the warranty then still my TV can't get repaired because warranty is of panel only". I again mailed to the help desk but didn't get any reply from their side.
I don't know who is telling the lie the retailer (who is Panasonic's official agent) or the repairing team because all 4 o[censored]s saying that the retailer gave us full TV warranty even on calling Zopper Assure they are also saying that their service will start from Oct 2020. Please solve the issue because it's been almost 1 month since my TV is off during this lockdown period.
