      I have bought 55"panasonic tv in october 2017. The tv was functioning good until we spotted a"big black spot" on the tvs screen in march 2018. I have contacted customer service of panasonic and reported the same. However, the technician did not inspect the tv for any defects and just left. The problem was not resolved in march 2018. The same black spot again appeared now. I have reported again to customer service to which they are claiming the defects/repairs will not be covered in warranty. This is totally unfair as the same defect itself was reported in march 2018 while it was in warranty and the serviceman blatantly ignored the problem.

      After many emails and phone calls panasonic serviceman took the tv for repair. They charged us 3500 rupees for repairs. However the problem is still not resolved. Now we see multiple black spots on the tv.

      Panasonic is refusing to cover the repairs under warranty when the problem first appeared within 6 months from the purchase of tv and then charging us 3500 without even resolving the issue. This entire ordeal with panasonic has been a torture for us.

        I have submitted my panasonic mobile model - panasonic eluga ray max 32gb (Imei-[protected]), to panasonic service centre hardoi (U. P) to solve charging problem in my mobile and paid 1000/- as mobile repairing charge on 07 may 2019.
        But after few months panasonic service center was closed forever.
        I tried my best to contact each and every person belongingto the panasonic company but found no reply.

        My mobile was in good condition only it had charging problem.
        But now company is refused to pay back my submitted mobile and payment.
        Plz find the attachment of mobile purchase reciept and panasonic service center moblie submit reciept.
        It had 4 gb ram.
        Fast charging function.
        And good batary backup. Etc

        Panasonic company offered me panasonic 7i
        Panasonic company offered me panasonic 7i in the return of panasonic eluga ray max.

        If you want to return me same unit.. Then mobile features must be same as of peculated mobile panasonic eluga ray max as submitted panasonic cervice center hardoi..

        If company decides a value of my peculated mobile. Then pay an amount as much as you offer me panasonic 7i.

          My tv is panasonic 55 uhd smart led tv 55 fx600d. And booked 4 year extended warranty also. Product is not good defective. After purchasing the same year, tv display is not working now it is not at all switching on, complaining about this to service center.*service complaint registered on 22rd dec 2019 call no; [protected]. I purchased the tv for rs;73, 989.41of indian rupees and invoice no is; [protected] dt; 27/01/2019. I’m very much disappointed with the company. The worst brand have ever seen and totally waste of my hard earning money. Even not completed my emi on bajaj finserve. If the problem is not sorted out i will complaint about this to consumer court against dealer and company, because of i informed company also, but company says, details are belows

            Ref : grievance number: 1839393 it is not fare panasonic it selft declare its big problem need to re-installation and asking for[protected] rs, once we register complain against panasonic in consumer help, panasonic declare it's not an issue everything is ok not need to re-instaliation there is no problem.. I cant understand how can panasonic cheat with customer, i dont want to fight but i want put under observation for 3-4 months at the time of actual using, but at that time warrantee will be over, how can we check panasonic's solution?? And how can panasonic close my complain without take any action?? What ever panasonic attached sheet which is not under my sign, under sign by house wife and she dont know any technical things, if panasonic is confident on their solution then please increase the warrantee for 3-4 month so i can check it.

              I purchased through amazon a dvd player - i spoe to amazon and they told me it was delivered 2 dec 19; however, i was travelling, and just opened the package about 10 days ago - it does not play any dvds purchased in the u s or in the u k - it does however play vcds. I want to know what to do with this machine.
              I need a replacement that does play all regions or a refund. Tired of people cheating me all the time. Certainly do not expect amazon and pnasonic to do this

Agent has visited but the process for repair and change of the damaged part has not been done and the agent is not answering the call.                 My 45inch LED TV 2015 MODEL CS510 SERIES purchased in 2015 from Bismi Appliances, Poonithura, Tripunithura, Ernakulam(shop not working due to road extn ) is not working from yesterday as sound is hearing but NO PICTURE. Picture seeing just seconds and thereafter not seeing..

                  Instead of back panel cover for washing machine front panel cover was provided & there is no response from the technician.
                  Technician ph no is [protected]
                  Rs 550 has been paid for the cover. If back panel cover is not available, please give instructions to the service centre for returning my amount and take back the front panel cover given to me. Also send the service centre address to me located near new thippasandra, indiranagar in bangalore, so that i can personally visit it.

                    मेरा नाम धर्मेंदर कुमार है। मेने 28/10/2016 को panasonic का semiautomatic washing machine लिया. कुछ दिन पेले मेरी मशीन में motor में खराबी आयी मेने कम्प्लेन करवाई पैनासोनिक में तो उन्होंने कहा की motor पे 5 year की warrenty है आप को सिर्फ सर्विस चार्जेज देना होगा और motor के कोई चार्जेज नहीं लगेंगे। उसके अलावा कोई spare part लगेगा तो उसका पैसा आप को देना होगा। मेने कहा ठीक है. Panasonic से technician ३/1 /2020 को आता है और नई motor लगता है और कुछ spare part लगता हैजिसका प्राइस 250 rupees होता है और service charge 413 rupees लेता है total 663 rupees मेरे से चार्ज करता है और कहता है 5 day बाद चला केर चेक करना कोई प्रॉब्लम आये तो फ़ोन करना। मेने 11/1/2020 को मशीन चलाई तो उस में दुबारा प्रॉब्लम आई मेने technician को फ़ोन किया तो उन्होंने कहा हम आकर चेक केर लगे वो आया और चेक केर के बोलै मोटर दुबारा ख़राब हो गयी है। 3jan को नई मोटर लगी और बिना उसे किये मोटर को सूखने के लिए छोड़ा गया था और 9 दिन बाद मशीन चलाई गयी चेक करने के लिए तो तकनीशियन ने कहा मोटर ख़राब हो गयी. 10 दिन में नई मोटर कैसे ख़राब हुई। और अब जब मेने replace करने को कहा तो panasonic की तरपफ से कहा जा रहा है की हम ने गलती से बता दिया था की motor पे 5 साल की warrenty है, आप को पैसे देने होंगे नई मोटर के। पहले कंपनी कहती है 5 साल की वार्रन्टी है और फिर 10 दिन में कहते है की 5 साल की वार्रन्टी नहीं है हम ने गलती से कहा है. अगर कंपनी पहले बता देती तो में शुरू में ही कंपनी से मशीन ठीक नहीं करवाता। 10 दिन में ही कंपनी ने अपने टर्म और कंडियों चेंज कर ली। इसमें सीधे सीधे कंपनी की गलती है की पहले उन्होंने 5 साल की warrenty बताई फिर बाद में अपने बात से बदल केर जब मेने अपनी मशीन ठीक करवा ली। कंपनी कस्टमर के साथ धोका धड़ी केर रही है टर्म और कंदिओं कंपनी को खुद क्लियर नहीं है misguide केर के कस्टमर को परेशां केर रहे है। अब वो लोग 1060 rs मांग रहे है मोटर के लिए। मुझे अपने 663 rs वापस चाहता हु या नई मोटर लगा के दे कंपनी मुझे इस के लिए में कोई पैसे नहीं डोगा। अगर कंपनी नई मोटर नहीं लगा सकती तो मेरे 663 rupees मुझे वापस किया जाये।

                      I have purchased a new led smart tv (Brand: sanyo-panasonic// model xt-43a170f) from amazon.com. Initial few weeks the tv was working fine but soon there were problems with the start-up of the tv set and also there were some blue color smudges on the tv screen while in operation. A service agent attended the problem and was unable to resolve this matter and reported that he could not identify the problem as the same did not show up during his 20 minute visit. All that he did was he reset the tv settings and left; later he closed the case saying that if the problem continues we must report it again. They would change some internal parts in the tv. We made it very clear that we need a replacement of the tv as we cannot accept such a problem with a brand new tv (Only couple of months old).
                      Again we started facing the issue and complained to the brand and they redirected the complaint to same service team. This time the service center wants us to record the tv screen when the problem occurs and provide this as proof to them. It is very inconvenient for us to go through such a painful process whereas we have purchased this tv in good faith. Now the service center has closed our complaint saying that there is no issue and has been rectified. However no visit was made and no solution was given to us.
                      We have been asking continuously for replacement but we are being made to tasks like recording the blue smudge and take pictures, etc of the tv. We have also been asked to leave the tv at the service center. For them to check if there is really any problem with the tv unit. We are certain that the tv unit is either a faulty one or a refurbished one and the service center wants to change the internal components to resolve the matter.
                      However we do not think is right as we cannot accept that a brand new tv would require any immediate component replacement to be done in less than 6 months.

                        55 inch tv, product is not good defective product its keep on getting repaired... After purchasing the same year the tv display got replaced now it is not at all switching on and the service centre.. They are asking 2500 and 18%off gst for labour itself.. I purchased the tv for 70000 indian rupees.. I’m very much disappointed with the company. The worst brand have ever seen. Waste of money. If the problem is not sorted out il complain about this to consumer court.. Il inform all not to buy any products from panasonic.. Totally waste of money.. Fraud company.. Fraud branding..

                            The water purifier may be ok but customer care services are pathetically bad. Even after calling the technician was not ready to clean the membrane in warranty period. The membrane could be reused after cleaning but no information was given. Instead it was told to change the membrane after every six months. The original membrane was replaced by local one and was charged equal to original one. This time technician is not turning up even after making repeated calls to customers care. The technician was added independently the service and membrane rates and were answered with great amount of inflation.

                              I am using panasonic water purifier which is not working from past 4 days. When called multiple time to the customer care, the call is disconnecting in the middle of the conversation every time and is busy most of the time. I had raised the complaint 2 days back but no acknowledgement or details about the complaint was received. I had even requested a call back from them but no response still.

                                We bought a 123cm backlit led TV, that was not working after only a year, its screen is not working anymore, now the company is not possing any responsibility to get this correct and workable. I am rid and quite tensed and questionable as well that how a company's big product got spoil only after its warranty month, even it cost 47, 000, therefore I am worried about my money, it is not satisfactory at all to put such big amount for that big product by a middle-class person, it is not acceptable by me at least, so I want my product to be good or needed to be replaced with the new product as I have given full price for the product.                                   I bought a double doorpanasonic fridge on october 2017 from great eastern stores, dalhousie, sl no 7vsi01095). The same is not cooling. I calked toll free no ofpanasonic call centre and they promised to send: thank you for calling panasonic. Please provide code a205 for r[protected] to engineer if you are satisfied with our service.
                                  The man came and said two parts hv to be replaced. Then there came acall askng to approve the charges and i approved. Nobody called so iagai called and i was told one of the two parts is unavailable and ho (Panasonic) likes to exchange

                                    I had logged complaint to your customer care on 3 rd nov (R[protected]. Till todate the complaint is not attended.

                                    Meanwhile the calls were received from service center. They had given quotation. I said this has been replaced 3 times in a period of 18 months or so. There must be some other reason like poor workmanship or poor quality of material. They said they will check and come back. Also asked me to send the last copy of servicing but thereafter didn't send their mobile number to what's app the copy. Not attending the complaint for such a long time is not expected from brand like panasonic. This is spoiling the image of brand, causing dissatisfaction to family.

                                        I would like to inform you that the product is suddenly reflecting half screen blinking from last night.

                                        Its a shocking experience for me, that in span of less then 03 months branded and expensive product like this became faulty and defective.

                                        I have experienced samsung before for 08 years throughout and not faced single fault and though i have tried with your product for some new experience but i went wrong.

                                        Meanwhile i have registered my complaint r[protected] but i will must share my bad experience and will now never suggest any of my circle to go for panasonic!!!
                                        Panasonic India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
