I have purchased Panasonic Refrigerator (Model Number : NR BS 60 MH X 1) on 11.12.2020 from Nandilath G Mart, B Pass road, Vatakara, 573104. (Phone:[protected].

The Refrigerator stopped working on 25.12.2020.

The Panasonic Technician checked the product and informed me that
the Refrigerator is having inbuilt complaint.

The company or the shop where I purchase the product is not ready to replace the defective product.

    Service lodged three times and local service center not coming and closing the service call by saying customer has no invoice.
    Fed up with false closing
    Worst is.. Panasonic itself closing the service call without reconfirming from customer means me.
    If after sales service is so worst then I would like to return my AC back to them and want the compensation of harassment done by Panasonic and its service vendor.

      Hi,

      I bought a panasonic tv of model th43-6500. It got a panel problem in service period. After checking, the technician told that we will be replaced by new television and suggested 2 models, as the above mentioned model is not available..
      For replacing new model they asked me to pay rs 2500. We also paid the amount by 5th nov 2020. But still we didn't get the replaced television. Today on enquiring, the dealer says you will be replaced by the old model. I doubt the dealer wish to sell the new model that we choose to buy, and give us a old model.
      Kindly enquire about this and get me my replacement back. I have attached the serial number of the old television along with the reciept given by the dealer.

        Having purchased brand new ACs earlier this year in 2020, we have been experiencing issues with the two ACs of 1.5 Ton each.

        Especially in the case of one AC, we have been experiencing foul smell when it is functioning. The complaint has been lodged technician has visited and seen but smell from the AC - the problem - still remains.

        we have doubts about the investigation of the problem and the team's confidence too, here locally in the city, in resolving the problem.

        This was earlier investigated too but there was no solution.

        Panasonic needs seriously think about its quality of service being extended in various places in the country.

        Just imagine the plight of brand new ACs earlier this year.

          One ovan was purchased from M/s Cherupushpam agency at thodupuzha, Kerala, in the year 2010. The warranty of the product expired. I contacted above firm and obtained mob number of one Mr. Renjith who has been authorised by panasonic to attend such complaints of customer at thodupuzha. I contacted him and requested to attend the complaint. He agreed to attend the complaint but never bothered to attend the complaint . We waited to for him for two weeks but didn't respond.
          Pl look into the matter . If possible one more staff may be engaged for such work to help the customers. However, we decided that in future we will not purchase any products from your company and will persuade other personnel also for not purchasing your products.

            I have a worst experience with Panasonic TV product. I bought a TV for Indian Rupees 47000/- for few years ago. I have faced picture tube issue many times. The issue was resolved by Panasonic Service Center in Madipakkam, Chennai thrice with repair cost around Indian Rupees 8000. Again i am facing picture tube problem in the product. The service centre called me and told that panel has to be changed, since the model is old one. The cost of panel will be Indian Rupees 30000 (Thirty thousand rupees)..

            Though the product bought it for Indian Rupees 47000 (Forty Seven thousand rupees), the quality of the product is very worst.

            Also, the Viveks showroom Manager, Nanganallur, Chennai sold me that, this product was newly launched that time.

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              It has been approx. 2 months and my TV is yet not returned back to me. In this pandemic when almost all the compnies are extended full support to their customers, your company has proved worst to me.

              Reminder-2

              Dear Sir / Madam,
              It is very unfortunate that within a week period the same problem for which I had paid 3400/= has reoccurred. The TV has been again sent back to the Panasonic authorized service center, NIT 5, Faridabad. I have been told that SM from Panasonic will visit tomorrow and in his presence it will be checked.

              Though I have not much hope because even the escalating authorities seems to be least bothered about the customer pains. But I am not going to give up. Will take up the matter upto Japanese management if I do not get the satisfactory resolution to let them know about their product and service quality.

              I would like to bring it to your kind notice that until sometime ago I was the proud owner of 42” Panasonic TV. I bought my TV from CROMA.
              I was happily enjoying my TV for last several years however recently it developed some fault and for that I called on your customer care and booked the complaint. Complaint reference numbers are as follows :-

              Your customer care executive gave me the mobile number of the owner of one authorised service centre in NIT Faridabad. Mr Sumit[protected].

              I was asked by Mr Sumit of your authorised service centre to bring the TV to their workshop which I did. After testing at the workshop by the technician for 2 days, i was told that it’s mother board is required to be changed to which I gave my consent. Then the process of ordering the mother board, replacement of the same and then subsequent testing took another 6-7 days in total. And finally I got my TV back in the late evening by paying approximately 3400/=.
              When I started the TV at my home I saw one vertical line on the screen. I took the photo of the same and sent to the technician on the same day in the late evening. To which technician has raised the hands saying that it is a panel problem and I have to raise another complainant and then it will be treated a fresh complaint and it requires panel change. For that I have to pay another 4-5K. He said when we returned the TV to you it was working fine whereas the fact is that service centre was about to be closed and I just got the tv in a hurry. I have not thought in my farthest dream that a reputed company like Panasonic will also behave like a LALA Company. The service staff has passed on the blame of their incompetence to the customer !!! Why would I screw my TV ??? Can you believe this ??? I am so shocked to this allegation.

              I had bought 3 Panasonic Air Conditioners based on my previous experience. But it is very unfortunate that a loyal customer like me is now being harassed by the poor service.

              I seek your personal intervention in it and request you to please get my problem resolved. In this hard times of corona, when salaries got cut; it is not expected that Panasonic will use such means for minting money.

                I, Abhijit Das had complained regarding my broken case of microwave oven turntable glass to Panasonic customer care and was told that it be taken care of as my product is under warranty period.
                The local service center guy then called and asked for product ID so that they can order the glass and informed me that I will be charged for that. I agreed and asked to replace and repair my product as early as possible.

                It has now been more than three weeks and still my issue is not resolved. I called Panasonic service center again and again but the situation is still the same. I called the local service center guys but they don't even bother to pick my call.
                My complaint number is: R[protected]

                Kindly help resolving my issue.

                  Panasonic Refrigerator complaint# R[protected]
                  Hi, This is with reference to the Panasonic Refrigerator that is been purchased from Croma store in Mumbai at 18th Sep 20. It has dung at the centre door, also dent at the door and also scratches in the front door. Technician has come to my home just after 2 hours of delivery of the refrigerator. He had reported the issue to Panasonic without Demo. Today after 8 days I.e. 26th Sep 20, I get call from another technician from Panasonic to visit my place and assess the issue. He visited today to have 2nd look and also reported same issues. In the meantime in those 8 days I have diligently followed up with 1st technician and Croma store sales person. There was response that the refrigerator replacement is in progress. On 26th Sep 20, area manager Mr. Anil Chavan did not listen to me and understood the problems. And he was not bothered. After 2nd technician visit as well, he is not ready to give the replacement of my refrigerator. Instead using his power he has close d my complaint internally, I have got this information when I called customer care. I have raised the complaint# R[protected] again today. I have very negative feeling now about Panasonic as a brand. I am thinking that if you are not treating and listening to customer complaints positively now then what will happen in future when there will be major issues. I will not recommend Panasonic in future to anyone if this is the kind of treatment. If you can not resolve my issue then consider this email as request for return of the product as I am not happy with the product and the service. Please take your product back and return me my money. I can not connect to below URL which is Citrix URL to connect to my customer VPN. https://cags Ibx.com This URL is not working when I accessing this from my laptop through mobile hotspot or directly through mobile chrome. The same URL works very well when connecting through other network operator like Jio and Airtel. Also, the same URL does not work when tried through different laptop and form other mobiles as well but through Vodafone data network. I have even consulted IT network team of my organization, they have done all their checks throughout the day today. But they said it's definitely problem of Vodafone network, either they are not allowing or something wrong. Could you please look into this issue ASAP since I am working from home using Vodafone network. I am expecting this to be resolved by tomorrow afternoon.                   Dear Principal Madam, Hope you are in good health and doing very well. This is with reference to school re-opening in June 1st week. We have both our Children in Kapol school. The details of them are as follows: Vedashri Patil - promoted to 3rd Std S Div Shivansh Patil - will be promoted to Junior Kg As per the circular shared on our groups, we are planning for online classes from June. Though this is good initiative, we have very serious and valid concerns as we both parents are doing Work from home. - It will be almost impossible for us to be present alongside our children's while they are attending online classes. - We have our several meetings while doing our work so unable to assist our children during their classes online. - We have to work simultaneously from home and meet our deadlines - Our children's can not attend the online classes independently. They are not mature enough to take classes on their own. - Other possibility is if our offices reopens and online classses of both our children's continue, there will no mobiles to support them as well as no one to support them.                   I have very negative feeling now about Panasonic as a brand. I am thinking that if you are not treating and listening to customer complaints positively now then what will happen in future when there will be major issues. I will not recommend Panasonic in future to anyone if this is the kind of treatment.

                  If you can not resolve my issue then consider this email as request for return of the product as I am not happy with the product and the service. Please take your product back and return me my money.

                  Please look into this issue very seriously and let me know ASAP what is the resolution.
                  I have spoken to Mr Parvez Shaikh as well who does not have manners to talk to the customer and he is the highest escalation point in mumbai.

                        Our top load 6.2 Kg Eco aquaveat NAF62H5 top load washing machine with a 10 year warranty developed a strange noise through the cycle. I placed an appointment request and a gentleman Shantial from Mahalaxmi Service center came on 24th Nov 2020 to attend the problem. He identified the problem as a gear box and said he will change it. He then brought a new gear box on 25th Nov 2020 and did the change charging us INR 4550/- (inclusive of the service charge). He then set the clean cycle and left. On 26th Nov when I put a small load of clothes, the machine post the rinse cycle went into an error. I tried it once more and when the machine enters the spin cycle the drum shakes vigourously and it goes back into the rinse cycle. It is very frustrating and disappointing when unqualified people come and really destroy an absolutely good working machine!

                            I just bought new fridge from Panasonic . Didn't have enough cooling within two months (infact less than two months ) . Trying to make complain everyday but not resolved . Fridge is not working and festival started so they are ignoring this thing .

                            Poor service and poor response. Very bad experience. Even they are not listening to us or guide us what we should do .

                            They said some part is missing in fridge .in new fridge how can be that possible that one part is missing ??

                                1. Purchased Panasonic UHD LED (TH49FX600D+TKZ4WX50101C) from
                                Vijay Sales Vashi Branch, Navi Mumbai dated 18 Dec 2018.
                                2. The mentioned above product displayed black patches on the screen
                                within few months of Warranty Period.
                                3. From my end after lodging service complaint, service team identified
                                dust causing the issue and has cleaned by team with confirmation that
                                issue will not reoccurred again. After 15 days started facing same
                                problem, again team visited and cleaned display from back end.
                                4. Service team gave confirmation that it will repeat the same issue. But
                                issue was consistent.
                                5. In the next call they have replaced display panel saying there was issue
                                with the display panel. Even after replacement of display panel issue
                                started again was patches displayed over screen much more visible than
                                earlier.
                                6. Since then cleaning was the only solution gave by service team which
                                was completely insane and harassing being customer.
                                7. After talking few days back with Panasonic branch head Mr. Parvez has
                                bluntly replied that we can't guaranty on purchased even though product
                                was in warranty. He has clearly gave signal that " You can do whatever
                                you want against us. We will service you but can't give you permanent
                                solution against the issue.
                                8. Since the product purchased itself is the faulty one delivered and
                                support/service received by Panasonic team is harassing us.

                                current Status :-
                                1. Panasonic service team took away the product along with them and
                                cleaned the display panel again and ready to deliver the product.
                                But we are not ready to take it back without assurance that the same
                                issue will not occur again. But team is forcing us to take back the
                                product as we can't do anything about it.

                                Request :-
                                1. We are facing harassment due this and want a strict action the local
                                Panasonic team.
                                2. We want refund of the amount and penalty to be impose to the
                                Panasonic local team as per standard for delivering faulty product.

                                    Its just crossed 3 years (I am not sure but would be less than 3yrs) I purchased 43 inch led smart TV (Shinobi pro). Since purchase until last week, this was working so smoothly without any issues except some remote issue which I was fine at that time. However, now the screen got blinging and shaken and I was contacted to customer care yesterday. Executive updated that its because of Panel and needs to be replaced which will cost me around 17, 500. My concern is I already paid 50k for the purchase and within 3 years o[censored]sage again I need to spend an another 17k which is not a good sign for your brand. How this type cost would bear by an average customer like me. We never had any faulty usage and no power variation happened or any continuous usage but still issue came up with panel which is pathetic. If possible, please provide some relief to your customers to stay at your brand in future. I recommended everyone Panasonic under the assumption that you will treat your customer with high priority but somehow it is broken. I don't know what to do with this faulty piece. Either I need to throw this into any garbage or please fix a solution for this case.
