I had bought PANASONIC Air conditioner from RELIANCE DIGITAL which stopped cooling withing 18 months of purchase we already have 2 acs working from past 5-6 years never such a problem encountered with other brand of ac's we taught of buying a PANASONIC Ac and it started leaking water spoiled the wall the service person from reliance digital had come he serviced it after that the cooling stopped permanently. that was a bit fishy cause the cooling was fine before he fiddled with the ac and then the service guy said there was no gas in the ac and said it would cost me Rs-3400 ac costed me RS-42000 if the gas was leaking whos fault was that it was the service teams fault that it had not been installed correctly so the company is supposed to fill the gas and solve the issue on its own cost .. the fun part starts here when i call reliance digital customer care i said i had paid rs 470 for servicing they say we have no such records so i said i have the employee number so customer care says go talk to him WAY TO GO RELIANCE DIGITAL EMPLOYEES you truly are the best
NOW WHOM SHOULD I COMPLAIN THIS ABOUT RELIANCE OR PANASONIC SO CONFUSED FYI: AC GAS NEVER RUNS OUT BEFORE 8 - 10 YEARS
WE HAVE NUMEROUS PRODUCTS FROM PANASONIC
IF AT ALL PANASONIC IS READING THIS WAKE UP !! BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!

    Dear friends,

    Avoid buying panasonic tv and that to from vijay sales due to poor service.

    Kindly note self purchased panasonic smart led th43fs600d dated 6th april 2019 cost 36500 rs from vijay sales.

    While we were watching the tv suddenly one small spot was noticed at the center of the screen, same kept increasing after some time.

    This problem was reported panasonic representative.

    Their representative reported after 4 days and after several follow up.

    After having a look he said the display panel is gone and will need to be replaced costing 23000rs. And payable by me.

    This is totally unacceptable as there is no sign of any scratch or damage on the screen, which was shown to your service engineer also it is under warranty.

    To which he said agreed no damage from outside but says their is no problem from inside also so we are not responsible.

    Please avoid buying panasonic tv.

    I have offered them to take the 3 month old tv back free of cost in written, still no reply from last 30 days to all in mail.

      Dear sir/madam

      When i got an ac from the panasonic company coming to the house, the occupant closed me upside down and closed a lighted donation window, broke all the pipes out of it and when it was going to go through the wall, when i said this if you take it out of the wall then they refuse me the spast that if they come out of the wall then the whole wall will be broken. When that pipe comes out, it is needed from the wall. And secondly, one of your ac servicing officers comes home without informing you, and it starts to sound more first, then i call your officer 4 times, yet he does not give the correct answer. I have become more upset with the officials of this company, please get it rectified.

        Respected sir,
        I am srinivas reddy from banglore. I like your products and had used many of your products. We brought a air conditioner and water purifier before 7 months. We wanted to change the water purifier's cartridge so we called you customer care number and booked a request and a service person come to our house he had no uniform no identity card he said that company will not give and then he brought a filter which is duplicate and i have photos of it those filters cost 200 in market i even have the proof and he says that it is 1200 then we spoke with the area manager but there was no proper response from them and there is an issue in the air conditioner to there was mist smell coming through the air conditioner so we called the customer care number and booked a request then a person came to the house and saw that and said that there is a problem in the whole condenser so we need to replace it. Then we said ok then he left and went to the office and made a call that we won't replace it then we asked a other air conditioner expert of lg he said that if it is not replaced and repaired then it will work good for 4-6months then it will again start to give the same smell so we want a replace of it. The service in banglore is not good that's why your sales percents are low in banglore.in every electric shop that i went they say that the service of panasonic is not good and they prefer lg, samsung, etc. Please take action on this and keep up the brand name it is one of the best brands in the world but in banglore it's sinking because of the service please look into it.           Don't waste your money to buy any of panasonic products. What ever the product may be, but they have the worst service ever in india.

          If your machine showing any faults, they are taking too many days to send the engineer/technicians to check and then will serve if you have warranty. Otherwise they will identify some damaged parts and you need to pay for that.

          Even if you are agree with them, they will make your service pending for days-months and never let you update regarding your service. Rather they will create stories that the parts still not reached at their service center.

          How a big international brand like panasonic doing this type of cheap service?

          Better check both the quality and service of the brand / product before buying any products.

          For me. A big no to panasonic brand in india.

          Yes i agree with the above complaint.Even i faced the same issue.I have to take leave and wait for the serviceman weeks to months.They dont even update if they dont come.We have to call customer service everytime.Everytime they confirm your number and address and take your time, in turn they do nothing.Worst service.please dont buy panasonic products. If you buy consider it use and throw.

            I ordered 49 inch tv from panasonic india pvt ltd, wagholi branch pune to be delivered to delhi at my home. After unboxing it tv remote was missing. I called customer service and their technician but they cant help in providing a tv remote. Also, i am unable to contact panasonic wagholi branch. One of the customer executive told me to visit branch even though letting him know that from delhi i cant visit pune branch. Again we are on same page with no solution.

              Purchased 49 inch 4k panasonic led tv (Fx730) on 19.9.2019. Technician came on 20.9.2019 but installation was not fully done. The very next day call him but he did not attend. Called to customer care on 21.9.2019 and a malayalam speaking executive told everything will be ok within 24 hrs irrespective of sunday. But nothing happened. On 23.9.2019 again complaint registerd. Asked to give a contact number of an responsible person. Told from customer care that the person will contact you soon.

              Actually fed up with the panasonic. Bad behaviour from technicians. Waiting for 5 days with a newly purchased tv without proper functioning.

              Bad service.

                We purchased a washing machine of panasonic india dated 26/09/2017. It was 8 kg semi automatic variant with model number wmmaw80h2arb and serial number - 150dmsh00597 in the name of mrs malti tiwari from retailer ruchika music & electronic palace with gst no.- 23aqgpp8934j1zf.
                After its purchase within 7 days it was stopped automatically. That time a technician came who was not aware about the repairing processes. Thus he visited and took 4 days to repair that machine reporting its timer is not working. And also said not to complaint to superior as he is new and also assured that it will not stop in between.
                After 1 year it again started the same problem. He came again and repaired it. Later in the year of 2019 from month of june the same thing is troubling us. For this we informed him but this time he was unresponsive. So after failing communication we lodge a complaint to panasonic india through tollfree number on 4th of august. And after complaining one man came on 8th of august and reported timer got failed and asked to book for the timer and that will take 3 to 5 days to bring a new timer from the company. We trusted him. But after 15 days of continue communication we found no timer has been arrived yet and about one month of complaint after several phones they came between 1st and 3rd september and repaired the machine by replacing timer. But they were found confused regarding the connection of wires. Once they left the home and were downstairs we checked the machine it was not stopping through timer. And machine again shows error we called them back they again checked something and said send it to their private sort of workshop they will repair it.
                And from that day we are just getting assurances that they will repair it. Still no work has been done and machine is switched off from that day only. Now this type of intolerance and lack of knowledge of technicians just deteriorate the reputation and service of the company.

                  Dear sir,

                  This is to inform you that we have purchased split ac - 1.5 ton, model no. Lc18vky, purchased dated 04.07.19 (Sales invoice no. Mt-1421/2019-20) from vg sales, ghaziabad (U. P).

                  At the time of purchased vg sales owner did not guide us whether to installed ac from panasonic or vg sales.

                  They said that our man will come to you for installation and you give him the payment of the installation.

                  After the installation the person who came for the same, he did not give any
                  Receipt of the ac installation.

                  Also when we locked the complaint on 10.09.19 for 1st service panasonic person was came and said the ac gas was finished in it.

                  Now, panasonic staff said that instatllation is not did from our side so we cannot filled the gas in free of cost.

                  And the other side vg sales (Mr. Mohit) not receiving the calls

                  This ac is only 2 -3 months old what we do in this case.

                  R[protected], TV stopped working, Panasonic service center engineer came.Opened &found one led in two sets out of four set found defective. Both sets were carried by the engineer to rectify but neither rectified nor returned the same.

                    This is to bring you high level fraud happening through distribution by panasonic india. Where hidden defective products are sold to the customers and post no actions being taken either by panasonic india team or distributor.

                    This is my first and worst experience buying an air-conditioner from brand panasonic.

                    Nobody is ready to take the ownership and replacement.

                    Why a customer allow to repair if he/she have bought a new product and paid for a new one.

                    This is complete customer harassment.

                    Do needful.

                    Panasonic is a No. 1 fraud company, selling all defective products . All dealers, service centers are part of this fraud. We purchased a fridge which is still in warranty period but company refused to solve the problem even the technician are useless and unreliable.

                      I am agree with the user who wrote below comment,

                      Same happened with my tv. After warranty period its started showing 1 thin on tv screen. Lines are now increasing. So i complained to showroom and they engaged a service engineer for it. He call us and informed that he will charge 1400 for home visit and 500 if we bring tv to his center, we agree to do that, later he just pretend to diagnosed and quickly said panel will be replaced which cost around 22000 indian rupees. So if big brand companies product is not long lasted then 2 years and just waiting for completion of warranty period such that no body can claim it and ask such huge amount on repairing, so where should go consumer like us. Should we follow the brand to fool us every time or give chance to new ventures.

                      Truly bad experienced. Will never trust on panasonic now.

                      Would like to asked everyone not to buy any led television of panasonic however if you have access money to put that in vein then kindly go ahead.

                      Story started in march 2017, when i purchased panasonic led at price of inr 44, 000 (Hard earn money) from below retailer who gives me all assurance that this led is best in market as i only used samsung products which are reliable anytime.

                      I used this product hardly 3 to 4 hours in a day being a working personal hardly get time. I never thought that the big amount of purchased panasonic led will stop working post there warranty, but now seen all complaint online i guess this cheating is going all over.

                      Pls don't buy any panasonic products as its only work till the product warranty

                        Yesterday i sent you a mail regarding "complaining about servicing centre". After that a lady call me behalf of panasonic near about 3.30pm, and assure me that my problem will be fix within 3days. Then near about 5.00pm a panasonic technician visits to our house and he also assure me the same. But near about 8.45pm i received a call from [protected], he introduced me as a higher authority of panasonic. He informed me that if i want to fix my problem within 24 hour then i have to pay rs.10 online via upi or google pay or paytm etc. He repeatedly forced me for that. I found some thing fishy and feeling very unsafe. So that i couldn't give him any information related my bank account. I didn't understand anything what happened. If any payment was required then when the lady called why didn't she tell me anything about the payment? Although that phone isn't made by you then how did a fraud get my personal number? Because i only mention my personal number in that complain letter which i e-mail you yesterday. Then how does your customer's personal information go to a fraud? Is your mailing system not secured? He have been calling me continuously since today morning. I am very much confused, if you please clarify this, that will be a relief for me and if any payment is required then please send me a authentic mail mentioning the payment details. And if this is actually a fraud case then i am going to post about this on twitter and your facebook page.

                          On 24/06/18 i brought a window ac from great eastern retail pvt. Ltd.
                          20, old court house st, lal dighi, b. B. D. Bagh, dalhousie, west bengal 700001 model number: panasonic cu - rs 18uky/1.50 ton
                          On 9th june, 19 i made a complain, complain number is r[protected], one technician (Ph.[protected]) came for servicing but he broke the wing of my ac during servicing.in that time my old mother was alone at home, she didn't understand what he did, after returning from my office i noticed that. Immediately i informed this to the servicing center, my ac was in warranty period so they told me that they will visit our house the next day. But they didn't. Again i called them and they told that my product is not available, when it will available they will repair my ac. Repeatedly i called to the servicing center on 12/6/19, 22/07/19, 23/07/19, 06/08/19, 19/08/19, but they didn't come. Last day they told me that my product is available now they will come soon but still they didn't come. I don't know what to do now. Its my request to you that please fix my problem, it will be very helpful to me.

                            We bought washing machine from your pushpa agency nanpura surat. Before few days we found some technical error in our machine and we called service procider for the same. The person name saurabh visited our home on 9th august and charged rs 3550 for the same. For which he didnt yet gave us bill. It seems that its a fraud case. We talked to pushpa agency also but they are also not providing us bill and even they have lethargic approach when it comes to provide services to their customers. Kindly do the needful on early basis or else it will influence us to take some steps for the same.

                              I had purchased on 19/10/2017.now it is showing horizontal line. customer care is telling that 17000/- rs will be charged for repair.I am in deep shock. I had always trusted Panasonic's product but I don't think I will trust anymore.only the TV lasted for 1.5year.the warranty is of one year but how can a reputed company like Panasonic can make such product which won't even last five years?

                                I bought a new refrigerator of panasonic which cost around 50, 000 inr. But within one month it stopped working. After a long time calling & waiting they came and repaired it. After 10 days now its not working again... Still we are calling and calling but nobody responds & we are suffering a lot without it. More over we have lost a lots off stuff we kept in our fridge. Now what should i do? I really need a replacement or need my money back.. We don't have time to follow these people always

                                  I complained about microwave touch pad 5/08/2019 not working. Person mr. Rajesh holding mobile number [protected] taken all invoice no picture etc.. We followed regarding this complain many times but no reply saying they will revert back to us. Today i called again above person rajesh mobile number he stated to ask same questions saying that warrenty i told him he has taken all details during his last visit and i also said why he don't follow up complain he says he don't remember. He also says he don't come henceforth and do whatever i want. I really surprised how these people work this organization. Don't care about customer complain and making customer to suffer.
                                  Kindly take action against this guy and keep staff who really care about customer complaints.

                                    Registered complaint for fridge while under warranty. Fridge gets switch off automatically and all the stuff inside gets spoiler. Mechanics and engineers visited and everytime they tried to explain issue and did not resolved the issue.
                                    I did not close the complaint and never signed on the complaint closure form since was not satisfied because problem was not resolved.
                                    Company automatically closed complaint on their own and now since my fridge is out of warranty they are asking me to pay.

                                    It's a fraud company.
                                    Panasonic India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I had purchased a LED television of Panasonic having model TH-28D400DX through online option on 08/01/2018. After some time in April 2018 it's sound disappeared suddenly however picture quality was quite fine.I lodged a complaint in service centre. The technician came and confirmed that it's mother board has some problem and it is to be changed. I further contacted the service centre and further an engineer from Patna came. They further tried but could not rectify. However in the meantime it's sound regained for sometime and again it gone out of order. Now since April it is again soundless..The technician had confirmed in July 2018 further that the issue was realated to motherboard and again on 19th July they are repeating the same issue .Now however my LED is out of warranty, but the problem of sound iny T.V was since April 2018, my case should be considered under warranty and must be repaired free of cost. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                                        I purchased panasonic juicer mixer grinder, few months back n since beginning only all jars except the juicer jar are leaking/overflowing, as soon as i start the appliance. Almost in every time use it spoils my clothes and kitchen.
                                        I bought ur product, in spite it being the most expensive, but performance is no where close to price, much cheaper products are offering much better quality.
                                        Pls either replace the jars or send someone for repair.

                                        My Panasonic TV is not working. I have informed my nearest service centre in Shillong on 10/08/2019. But nobody has visited to check the TV till now. Whether will you be able to help me. I need immediate attention to resolve my problem.
