When i got an ac from the panasonic company coming to the house, the occupant closed me upside down and closed a lighted donation window, broke all the pipes out of it and when it was going to go through the wall, when i said this if you take it out of the wall then they refuse me the spast that if they come out of the wall then the whole wall will be broken. If your machine showing any faults, they are taking too many days to send the engineer/technicians to check and then will serve if you have warranty. Otherwise they will identify some damaged parts and you need to pay for that.
