kindly do need full when i purchases a panasonic 4k 43 inches TV in elements mall Bangalore when he sold the seller this tv he did not informed me we have to check the product within 7 days and after purchases the tv after 2 days back technician came and given wrong information that we can take any time time installation with in a year i have their mobile number as well as recording after 3 month back i back to home town to my local i given call and technician he said it will charge i informed i said ok then he opened all box in fornt of me it came damage he said it has damage from company end we will take approval and will exchange and give no no one are taking care disconecting the call

    I have purchased a mobile panasonic mobile phone panasonic p110 red, 16
    Gb from flipkart with order id: od[protected] on[protected] for which they have provided me warranty for one year, but after 2 months the touch of the mobile was not functioning for which i have approached panasonic authorized repairing centre mobi care where their employee assured me of repairing the same and handing over it to me at a period of 4 days but since today the mobile phone was not handed over to me after repairing nor the same was repaired till today. I am facing a lots of problem due to nonreceipt of the same as it is causing a lots of problem in my personal as well as in my business communications.

      This is regarding the panasonic inverter ac purchased an year back but since then we are facing one or the other issues. If i talk about the recent problem i am undergoing is the timer blink and doesn't allow compressor to work. The error code is h11 which say indoor & outdoor device communication problem. When technician visited, they first checked the indoor pcb and replaced it but still problem exist. Later they realized that the fan motor is faulty and they placed an order for the part replacement. But its almost more than 10 days where i am still awaiting to get this repaired. When i follow up with the sargam vendor, they always say we haven't received the parts yet.
      Please let me know how long it will take to get the complaint closed. However, the tat for closing the complaint is 48hrs but in this case, it is more than 10 days now. Complaint no - dg-17-skn-0703

        Please note that i had lodged a complaint regarding my panasonic tv on 24.05.2019 to which mr rishi came and did the needful of repairing it and i have paid full charges.

        After two weeks the tv stopped working again and i made many calls to mr. Rishi, he seemed too busy to either respond or was out of station (That’s what he said once on phone).

        I kept calling on both the numbers provided on the bill (Attached herewith) i:e [protected] and [protected] and each time a lady named dipika took the call and said she would send someone and nobody ever visited or called me for the same.

        Another day this dipika connected me to some mr. Sandeep who asked me to send the bill image on watsapp to him on 21.05.2019 on the same two numbers mentioned above, i sent him an image and he hasn’t got back to me ever.

        It has been more than one month now and nobody has contacted me for my problem, i have been calling up continuously on the above two numbers but nobody has even bothered to visit me?

        Is this the level of your service? Or should the matter be taken up in some other way?

        I have attached the bill alongwith for your reference and expect that you deal with this problem on priority, it has been over a month now since my tv is not working, and your service people constantly lie.

        Please revert asap.

          My panasonic split ac. I would like to bring into your notice that after attending service on dated 14th june 2019 again ac was not giving cool air. The service center was contact and he informed that ac can not be repaired at home and taken the indor unit to the service center. After week period the service center informed verbally that again i have to spend rs 16000.00 for repairing of condenser and other items. It is really shocking for us. I am taking you two years back when we purchased the panasonic 1.5 tone ac from m/s prakash electronics, 77 hathua market, chapra. Bihar. It worked in the summer of 2017 and when we started again in 2018 summer the ac was not giving cool air, when informed to authorised service center they informed that warranty of ac is already lapsed and gas has to be refilled. The gas was filled on 22nd april2018 and again in the 2019 summer, ac not giving cool air service engineer visited and checked everything and informed that again gas has to be refilled. Gas was refilled on 14th june 2019. After that has happened i have already mention in the above.

            Date of purchase - 10/04/2018
            Problem is, out door unit's pcb board crashed, panasonic agent visited yesterday and says now it will be chargeble near about approx 10000 to 12000/- for replacement the out-door pcb board. It is only 1 year 2 months age of the product.
            I think panasonic should take care of this,
            It is huge investment for a new ac. Company should provide this replacement for free of cost. It is only 1.2 years of age. Very frustrating.

              Job sheet RVSRN1905THF00110, but there is catch, now I've realized they have closed my job sheet, and that mean mobile has been delivered, and i handover jobsheet with my signature, how can be it possible, i haven't received mobile and i've job sheet with me, so did they forged my sign and submit the jobsheet? and if so, then this is fraud. then i've to file complaint against them in police, before it can be misused, just take this matter seriously. Now let me tell u the whole matter. i've bought the phone on october 2018, and this phone is so problemtic that in 6 months 3 times, its motherboard has been changed, and when it still creating problem i call customer care, they assure me of phone replacement and in front of them service centre too noded for phone replacement but when i reached service centre, they said that they keeping my phone on testing and in the name of testing they changed motherboard 4th time, and when i contacted them they are saying, now you can take away that faulty phone. Now just tell me, firstly which phone needs 4 time motherborad change in merely 8 months, secondly if in 6 months 3 time phones motherboard has been and in 8 months it require 4th time motherboard change, and my phone is in warranty, then am i eligible for phone replacement or not? and now employees in service centre insisting me to take away that faulty phone but this time i didn't agree to take away that faulty phone, and demand phone replacement but they are not agreeing and now its almost a month, and trying contact them literallly several they either didn't attend my calls or fool me by saying they are busy themselves contact me and whole months has passed away but they never calls, not a single day. and if i calls myself as usual several times, if they attend they talk very ill-manneredly and disconnect my call in mid even completing the conversation, this kind of dilgence and professional behaviour does Panasonic employees have, now they have closed my job sheet without my signature, thats too fraud and they are leaving me no choice except take that faulty phone. I'have send an email also over a week ago regarding this but as usual no reponse. Now i'm sick and tired of this mental trauma, and enough is enough, now not just i want phone replacement and also demand compensation of Rs. 20, 000 for going through mental harrasment and menatl torture going through in 8 months.

                We contacted the service people on23 05 2019 they checked & said gas has to be filled, after nearly a week on29 05 2019 one technician by name Prasant&filled the gas . Soon after 5 days the fridge did not work properly
                I again called the technician & he ( Prasant) came again & found out that the defrost fan was not working he took that fan & gave it to the service Center to order a new one I had to call hum teen times to the service people to know when that fan would come no responsible answer from them but today[protected] one technician by name Sridhar came with wrong fan we are suffering without fridge for the past 10 days now they are going to place the order for the right fan on 18 06 2019 God knows when it will come we have paid service charge of 350 / on23 05 2019 & rupees 4200 / gas charge

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      I had purchased a Panasonic Eluga Ray 700 smart phone on[protected]. During first 10 months for 3 months my phone was in you service center only due to problem in my phone.
                      First during june-2018 ending the problem raised Even if the phone is in Normal Profile & Ringer volume is high it doesn't ring when someone calls & even videos don't get played. They kept it in service center for 20 days yet after 1 week same problem raised & then after I had given it in service center but no results the problem remaied the same. I again given it to service center this way out of 10 months the phone was in service station for almost 3 months. During February 2019 again same problem occurred.
                      As a result they replaced the phone.
                      Although it taken 1.5 month in service station again. From 09th April to 22nd May. But the new handset got the same issues on 7th June-2019 !
                      Even on online platform where it is available 48% customers are not happy with the phone & most of them are facing quality related issues.

                      Please help me as I totally lost my money in this product.

                        I have lodged complain for repairing of above Window on 09.06.2019 at about 14.00 hrs. through customer contact No.[protected]. As per version of customer care representative the tech. will respond within the 24 hours. It is regret to inform your that more than 48 hrs has been passed till now no Tech./service engineer contacted.
                        It is requested to pls look into the matter immediately.

                        I have bought your product (1.5 ton) window AC as a known international and trusted brand but I really feel sorry and frustrated about the fact that its not at all working properly and trips in every 5-10 mins.

                        I already filed a complaint after the AC was fitted.
                        The service guys came and gave the excuse that it's fine and just the area is big.
                        So I decided the area with a wall and bow it's 10/10 feet room.
                        Still the AC trips.
                        It's is really ridiculous and sad that at this headache of 45+ degree of heat I and my students have to sit in hot burning room.

                        I am really annoyed and going to sue the company and file a complaint in consumer forum.

                        I am also from multinational company and an owner and my feedback and complaint can really effect the goodwill of the brand and users.

                        I have been wanting for engineer to come and fix it but no one turns.

                        Either fix this issue or take the AC back and refund me whole amount in next 24 hrs else I will take legal actions and will also defame the brand and service through my links.
                        I ALSO FEEL I HAVE BEEN GIVEN A FAULTY AIR CONDITIONER

                        Very serious issue
                        I want the manager to revert back on this and fix it but day end today.

                        It's giving me financial and mental loss everyday and no one is ready to hear.

                        Attached are the documents and no. Of the engineer.

                        Kindly fix it today else I will take serious and harzardious action on the brand and company and store too.

                        Refund, replace or fix it today..

                          I have made several complaints about thumping sound of dry spin compartment which is regularly persisting even after giving repairing solution attended by your technical team 5 times since I bought.                             Hi everyone tarsem this side i had purchased new split ac of 1.5 t on 30th may, when the executive installing the ac same time we had checked but ac not giving proper cooling, when we had discuss with the executive he said this ac not having much cooling, same time we had contacted with the dealer where from we had purchased the ac and that dealer had register the complaint on same now 04 days has be gone but we didnt received any call and visit from panasonic, this is worst ever experience from one of good brand.

                            No one ready to listen even call center and all everyone saying we had raised the complaint but no one ready to resolve the complaint

                              Myself sanjeev tripathi purchased panasonic split inverter ac in june 2015. The day it was installed cooling was pathetic. Called upon the engineer., they checked for gas and refilled just after a day of installation. Some how it started working, but we were never satisfied with the cooling as compared to others. On 31st may 2019 our ac started tripping with both indoor and outdoor units stopped. We logged the complaint with panasonic customer care and complaint was attended by sterling aircon engineer. Without detecting the actual problem they straight away refilled the gas and charged inr 4100/- from us. After they left, problem in the ac still persisted. We again called up the engineer informing the issue. He visited again and confirmed that it is a voltage issue and we should call electrician and get the voltage checked. This did not convince us and we re-logged the complaint today on 2nd june. It was 3rd visit of an engineer in 24 hours and now he confirmed that the issue is with pcb card of outdoor unit and it needs to be changed costing us rs 10 to 12 thousand approx and cannot be repaired. Why this issue was not detected in 1st visit itself? Why gas was refilled which was actually not required and they charged rs 4100/- from us? They cheated us. Now i want my rs 4100 back. This is really very irresponsible working culture of panasonic. This should be looked upon that no other customer should be cheated.
                              I would never ever recommend any one to buy panasonic products.

                                I have purchased one panasonic air conditioner in the year 2016. The cooling was very good in the initial days but after 2 years it's performance started going down. Chilling capacity started going down. Last year also technician from panasonic visited my place but no proper resolution received. Today also i raised one complain but still they are not able to give any justified answer. The warranty of the compressor is 5 years and after 5 years i have to throw the same. I want the compressor to be changed as the problem is with the compressor only.
                                Please help me and get justice.

                                  Inspite of my repeated talsk with the customer care executive at Bhubaneswar & in your toll free no the installation of AC could not be possible. Even though the mechanic contacted me to come at 1 p.m. for installation but did not turn up.Again at 2 p.m. I contacted the mechanic who was on lunch and told me to come at 3 p.m. but did not turn up and even did not respond to my phone call.This sort of poorest customer service is not expected from a branded multinational company.

                                  I hv submitted a compaint 20 days back for service...and the tecnician has nit turned up. The service manager Mr. RAJENDRA (mobile [protected]) is very rude and every time he says some one will come and no one is coming. This is happening since last 20 days...

                                    I would like to bring to your notice that your service operations staff is not properly trained.

                                    Jamun chandru called my wife 2 weeks ago and said that they would send someone for service of my water purifier. She mentioned that charges would be 350+750 (Service+filter). But when your technician came he said that the charges would be 4000 to fix the purifier. When i denied to pay he said that 350 rupees service charge is mandatory.

                                    Jamuna who called us in the first place was (Banglore thanisandra) never mentioned anything about 4000 or a mandatory service charge if we denied service, if she would have informed us about this we would have said no instantly. When i called her back to explain the situation - forget an apology she insisted that i should pay 350 - which i did because i'm a gentleman unlike your company.

                                    If you need more donation like this - let me know i will generously do some charity to you if your company is running short of cash.

                                    What a shame.

                                    Neither will i ever buy any panasonic product again nor will i recommend it to anyone.

                                    Your service operations are nothing more than a joke just looting people of their hard earned money.

                                    What more - your technician offered me a selling price, if i did not want to use the purifier anymore.

                                    Please get your act right or your sales are sure to decline with operations like this.

                                    Good luck from a very disappointed customer.

                                      We have printer panasonic model number: dp-8016p got some problem. So we have filed complaint through your customer care five times but no respond.
                                      Complaint reference number:r[protected]on 26th april 2019. But till date no response to rectify the above said issue.

                                      Kindly send ur technician to rectify the printer problem by immediate basis without furthry any delay.

                                      I buy a new panasonic tv on 27/04/2019 frim Zeon Digital, supaul.

                                      But it does not installed(tv).
                                      So i have a problem from this.
