i hv purtchased a panasonic cordless phone frm VIJAY SALES,SURAT on 27th aug 2008 with 1 year warrnty and the phone started problem after 7 months.i m residing at GONDIA,MAHARASTRA.ur branch or workshop is not available here.so,when i went to surat on 22nd aug,ur employee told me to giv my phone to ur workshop for repairing.after 2-3 days i got my phone repaired and i came back to my native place & on the same day i tested my phone & it is not working again.now.i hv no option left with me.my warranty period is also expired.so i wanna ask u what should i do?????
should i go to consumer forum as i feel i m robbed.
kindly loot in this matter as early as u can & suggest me the solution.

    Hi ,
    I had purchased panasonic Cordless Phone phone from Reliance Digital , and after the same within weeks time it stopped ringing on the incoming call.
    When I approach Reliance Digital to replace or repair the phone , they inform me that it is not their responsibilty and i can approach to panasonic company if they want any repair in the phone.
    I had asked them to show demo , they had not shown me too.

    Mr. Sanjay Singh in the reliance Digital Customer care department is not having ethiques to talk with customer too and was not giving satisfactory answers to my questions.

    If reliance is keeping the phones to their stores then why they are not taking the responsibility of the product servicing or replacement of the product ? then why should anyone approach Reliance Digital to purchase any product if they are not keeping their words ?

    Please help me in replacing my phone with the new one.

    Hi! I purchased a Panasonic cordless phone from Reliance digital & I found that they are selling used phones .The packet given to me was tampered the manuals were missing, the batteries were loosely kept in a plastic with out seal .I understand from my friends that Reliance digital is cheating the public they sell used products & they are uncooperative with the customers.Dear friends never go to them even by mistake .Mr Ambani are you aware what's happening in your stores?

      Purchased the phone KX-TC2100 on 28th March 2009.Charges the batter fro 9 hours as per isntructions before using. however the battery didn't get charged. Took it back to the place of purchase-Lotus Electronics Supermarket, 13, Sneh nagar main Road, Indore. They replaced the battery. After 4 months the battery is again not working. Went again on 2nd August 2009 to the place of purchase. they said will sedn it to compnay service centre and give me a call once the phone is ready. No call or service TAT given, hence went to check on friday 7th August 2009 and came back dissatisfied without the product. On Saturday 8th August I get a call from Lotus and the company personnel says they will charge me for changing the battery . This has led to the complaint due to following reasons:
      1. Faulty battery given in the first place due to which I have gone to the point of purchase 6 times after purchase using my car's petrol within the guarantee period of 1 year.
      2. No standby phone given
      3. No service resolution time given
      4. Charges being asked for replacing the faulty component
      i am also facing the same promblom, i recharged the battary 9 hr, and its working when plug is attached with electricity and it off when current is not there, plz tell where i can replce the battery and its service center in indore, it is in gauranty period..

        Dear Sir,
        I had purchased lumix camera from dubai from authorised sales center at carrefour on 24 mar 2009.
        In april when i was in India the camera due to some unkown reason stopped operating. Since my camera was in international warranty I gave it for repair at panasonic service center, jodhpur . after 10 days it said that it would take it very long to be able to provide service and it would be better for me to give the camera in mumbai or delhi. I sent my camera to mumbai and give it to atharv electronics, goregaon( panasonic service center ). Intially it refuses to provide service at all as the warranty card was not filled. even though i had the original invoice mentioning date and description of product. I told him that in duabi the carrefour chain which sells the camera doesnt fill up the warranty card just print out the invoice. he took the camera as well as original inovice to get approvals from his higher autrhorities . When he didnt reply even after 2 weeks i called him up and he said that the reginal head has still not provided any approval and asked me to talk to him. I called up Mr Vipul Gaur (regional head) and talked to him and he said he dont knwo anything of the matter and will get back to me after enquiring. It has been around 30 days since I am trying to call him and reach him, many times he dont pick up the phones other time he says that he is trying to pursue the matter, a not so convincing reply. 7 days earlier i called him up he saiod that he has confirmed details with dubai sales center and now it will take next 40 days to get the spare parts and repair the camera and he has notified the service center( atharv electronics) and they will contact me. I didnt receive any call from the service center so i called the service center and they informed me that they have not received any approvals. I got disgusted and called up the companies head office today( june 2, 2009) and was put through a lady called shtah or sitha and and she told that she will enquire about the matter anc called me back but she didnt bother to do it. So i called up her again and she told that it would take more time so i asked her to provide me name of country head and to my surprise she told me that she is not allowed to give such information. and when i insisted she banged the phone.

        Panasonic India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I had a brand new lumix camera for about 6 months or so.
        Took it out of the box and it did not work
        Sent it in for repair under warranty.
        reveive email that it is not covered has liquid damage.
        I call back many times.
        Lady tells me if it did not have it she guarantees after she is finished it will
        Worst F in company I have ever dealt

        Item shipped backed saturated with oil
        I agree with the gentlemen... Panasonic service is very bad in India. I am also stuck with a Rs. 40K Lumix camera for over two years and it hasnt been repiared by these folks. The camera stopped functioning when in warranty and now they says its out of warranty and will not be covered. My camera has had a pleasure of going to 5 differemt Panasonic Service centres and each one of them keeps it for over 3 months with no solution. I have tried to talk to highest authorities but no one is ready to help or even hear you out.

        I would suugest to avoid buying Panasonic Camera's in India.

          I bought a 42" Panasonic Viera plasma model TH-42PA60H in June 2007 for Rs76000/-. The warranty was for 1 year. Exactly a year and 2 weeks later the T.V stopped working. The T.V is mostly viewed during weekends and holidays only (and as such was not overly used). It is connected to power supply through a voltage stabilizer. Panasonic service centre told us the Display card had gone bad (no reasons given). The card was changed at a cost of Rs 10000/- and a time delay of 2 weeks. The T.V continued to be problematic (the picture would disappear suddenly) and finally stopped working completey after 1 month. This time we were told a D-card inside the T.V had gone bad. Cost of replacement - Rs7100/-. Time taken: another 2 weeks to repair. When the T.V was brought back, we insisted on replacing the original Display card, and the T.V still worked! Panasonic service then agreed to repay the difference.

          8 months later on May 16th 2009, the T.V again stopped working (this time the problem was sound was there but no picture). 3 days later the T.V was taken to repair center. This time we were told both the D-card and a H-card had gone bad. Cost of repair: Rs17000/- !!! No explanation given as to why an expensive T.V would keep giving problems.

          I have heard that this particular model of Panasonic plasma T.V has not been very successful and is problematic. A few faulty models that were sold were replaced by the company about a year back. This was done to prevent those customers from going to court over bad quality of T.V.

          In my case, the T.V is still lying at the service centre. After a lot of dialogue/communication I was told by Panasonic Service head that the T.V would be repaired free of cost - free replacements of parts and no service charge. We agreed to this, but now Panasonic has retracted their words and are saying we have to pay the service charge of Rs1600/- Besides, there is no warranty given on parts replaced, no AMC, no explanation as to why the T.V parts are failing. One explanation offered by them is that since I am using the T.V on cable, I should expect such recurrent problems! At the time of purchase, the dealer had told me that there are no issues with using the T.V with cable. (I wonder how many T.Vs in India are not viewed with cable??!!).

          I really feel cheated that an expensive T.V would not last even 13 months, and the quality of service provided is both poor and expensive. Besides, since the T.V quality is unpredictable, I am not sure that if I get the T.V repaired and get it home, it wouldn't stop working again and call for another expensive repair!

          Since the time Panasonic changed its stand from free repair, to free part replacement only, they are not answering our emails/phone. My request to them to honour their word, and to ensure that the repaired T.V works for a reasonable period of time (years).

          Thanks Rashmi, for sharing this information. After doing a long research i was planning to buy a Panasonic C10 plasma today. I had heard about pathetic service of panasonic and your case seems to prove it. I NO LONGER INTEND TO BUY PANASONIC NOW. I will go for Samsung/Sony/LG even if I have to pay more for it.

          I feel your pain. I have had my Panasonic plasma TH-42PX64 for only two years and it is getting vertical lines on the right side of the TV. When I called the Panasonic they referred me to the nearest service center and pretty much told me I was out of the 1 year warranty range and I would have to pay for the repairs myself. I WILL NEVER BUY PANASONIC ANYTHING EVER AGAIN!
          Donot buy any plasma tv made by panasonic.I have bought 42 inch PV80H .Its panel got corrupted after 10 months.They give me new model only after 1 month C10 model.This model also gone bad in just 20 days.
          Quality of their tv is very bad.They dont give you any annual maintance.Very high cost of reparing...Dont buy panasonic.They are cheating people.
          Thanks to Mr.Rashmi. I have been planning to buy panasonic plasma t.v. c10 model. Thanks for your information on the quality of panasonic plasma t.v. I never think for the panasonic plasma again. As the Best choice i am going for the sony brand now.

          LG 42inch Plasma TV — Delayed / poor repair service

          Three months ago, I had purchased new LG 42inch plasma TV. About 4weeks ago, we started facing problems with the TV remote, sometimes will work sometimes wont work. Called service center three weeks ago. The LG serviceman came to observe the problem.

          He did not come with a working remote to check.
          He did not even come with two small pencil cells to make sure bettry power was not a problem.
          Without checking TV side problem, the serviceman tells that the remote is not working and left ordering new remote. Eventually, the problem was with TV and fixed after waiting too long.
          In worksheet, the serviceman fills totally wrong and incomplete info.

          They did not have working remote nor a new remote so they tell me to wait till new remote arrives to their center. Two weeks later (today, 17-June), the same serviceman comes with a new remote. Still the new remote did not work. So, he comes to conclusion that there is a problem with the TV sensor. So, he opens the TV rear panel and fixes the loose contact of the sensor unit. THE PROBLEM IS FIXED after waiting, loosing all the pleasure with TV such as fooball game, imparting displeasure and forcing us to make calls.

          We lost precious weeks from watching TV moreover the situation imparted lot of displeasure upon us because of service related problem.

          The loose sensor contact indicates poor workmanship of LG manufacturing line. The service center is poor as wrong and hasty judgment about problem. Not only that, in the service logbook, the serviceman fills incomplete evasive and wrong info. I could not attend one phone call, he would not miss to mention that in the logbook. After 5miniutes of missing the serviceman's call, I called rightly still he would not miss to put in service logbook.

          The LG service center observer should investigate about this case to improve image and qualiy of service.
          i too was planning to buy a Panasonic. Thanks never will i think of this brand. No wonder they are selling in India unlike other Japanese brands.
          I'm the unhappy owner of a viera 54" VT25 (TC-P54VT25), it has got broken after less than 2 month I bought it and after almost 3 month is still on repair...

          the quality of the TV was really poor since the beginning, it shown some strange buzing came from the back... I've contacted the support center just after 2 week I bought the TV and after some discussions they suppose to call me back in few days, but I've never got back any calls from them... as we use to say in such cases... "you can see a good day since the morning"

          after one month an half the TV has dead! The shops were I bought it came to my place and picked up the TV and they kept it for almost a month... The shop just told me that they were waiting for a new board which got broken (later I heard was the PC card)... I was really disappointed and I asked directly to Panasonic VIERA support to replace my TV, so they told me to get back my TV and after that they could come to my place, collect the TV and start the procedure to send me a new TV... in this case, at least, I got a really poor loan TV! Previously I didn't get even that...

          Now It is already almost 2 months that Panasonic piked up the TV from my house and they suppose to call me back in few days... never got a call from them... I called them several time and every time they suppose to call me back in few days, but... as you can guess... I've never got back any single call...

          I'm really frustrated... I'm even thinking to buy a new TV and leave the other to them!!!
          I really don't know how to manage anymore this situation... :(
          For sure I'll never ever buy anymore a PANASONIC product in my life!
          and any other Japanese product, since I got similar problems with a SHARP some times ago... while, I should say, I've never had trouble with Korean products until now... just my experience.

          Hopefully my experience could save somebody else to the same troubles.

          yes your information is completly right.me also having problem with panasonic vifa.the repair cost is equal to the original cost of lcd.so do not buy panasonic lcd

            Dear Panasonic,



            Irrespective to know, if we should really escalate this mail at your E-mail ids or not we request everyone to play a helpful role in forwarding this critical email to Senior person taking care of Projectors Sales at Asia Pacific level. He must be either sitting in Singapore or in Japan. We although tried our level best in locating Email id of Mr. Yoshitaka Inuzuka, Head, E-cinema & projector Business, Panasonic Asia Pacific, but not able to get. We humbly request you to please either let this to go to Mr. Yoshitaka or pls help to get his mail id.



            One of authorized distributor of Panasonic India Ms. Rex Rotary India Pvt. Limited is not able to supply one projector PTD-4000E as ordered them on 23rd January 2009. It is even after actually paying 50% on 18th March 2009 on their request, we do not see any firm commitment of delivery. Unfortunately in-spite of our below multi follow- ups they are not supplying our ordered projector nor they have courtesy to at-least update us for reasons. We are just about to get blacklisted by our large Defence Customer & getting penalty to be laid by him.



            As an introduction, we are one of largest Rs. 1000 corer Systems Integration Company in India & operating in many states inside Country or executing many of other overseas projects. We are having largest Customer base in Defence, Public Undertakings, Government, Semi-Govt, Indian Railway in India but not finding your interest in picking up orders to fulfill heavy demand of Projectors nor any support in closing timely deliveries. Already many of more competitors like Toshiba, Infocus, in Projectors are available in India but seeing the quality of your products may be much more scope. Your distributors like M/s Rex Rotary India are not picking up orders placed to them on taking our calls & deliveries are not taking place even after paying them in 50% or in full.



            Since we are very proactive to keep our commitment up with our End Customer ( Defence ) we need your high attention in taking this issue up with respective responsible authorities in India/Singapore & help to get delivery of our Projector as soon as possible. We need special call to be taken some Asia Pacific gentleman to see the actual support reality in India how one finally address the grievances like me over open mails to seek support.



            Why I was so keen in writing such bigger mail because, we were also not getting support from Sales Head taking care Projector Business in India. Mr. Jaswinder Singh Mann seems to be a person individually responsible is almost outside of Country and do not respond if we intimate him too. This is a kind of surprise to our Management how leniently your India Distributor & Panasonic personals are working to keep your proactive customers happy & promote your Business in Indian Sub-Continent. You may also go through below mail history & try to get the reason of delay by yourself with your reasoning.



            With appreciating any strong action to save the name of “Panasonic” in Indian Defence Market we request you to please let us address this to correct forum & let respective Senior Authority to through instructions to downwards to make this delivery possible.               Dear Sir,
              It is a matter of grace concern that an authorized dealer of Panasonic Electronics Mr. Akash Lokwani([protected]) owner of Lokpalza, Lokwani sales Pvt. Limited, Jinsi Road, Gwalior (M.P.) India made different commitment towards the working of product, service of product, features of product and ones before the purchase of Electronics goods but after purchase of goods he failed to provide any of the service and commitment.
              On 13th May 09, I purchased a LCD Colour Television of model LE-8 26” (Size) costing around 23500/-& a air conditioner having receipt & bill no.- LPRC- 05/408, Bill Name-Amrit Consultancy of Service & bill amt.of Rs4, 0000.I paid Rs 20000/- by cash & the remaining amt. by cheque at his showroom and he made a commitment that next day all items can reach my home and everything can be installed. But he failed to send the item on next two days ever on continuous enquiry, he failed to give any satisfactory answer even that he behave way abruptly on telephone, his this kind of attitude completely shatterd my trust in the sales & service of product because his this kind of attitude leads to mental depression & bad name in the society because the above mentioned products are gift for someone on the required date & he failed to send the same. This is completely the breach of trust.
              After three day he send me goods but some spare parts and accessories are removed from it & till date he has not send the accessories like the hanger of TFT and installation of airconditioner has not been done. The attitude of Lokplaza force me to seek the legal procedure and follow the suit in cosumer forum.
              I request you to personally enquiry the matter otherwise I am ready to take the help of consumer forum & stop the cheque amt.of Rs.20000/-.

              PREVIOUSLY PANASONIC COMPANY DID NOT SEND STAND OF 32" PANASONIC TV. NOW THEY HAVE SENT WRONG REMOTE AND ARE NOT CHANGING IT AT ADDRESS: NO.641, SEC.4, R.K. PURAM, N.DELHI.
              Take the help of court/Consumer Forum, if your problem doesnt get soughted out.

                i bought Panasonic Cordless phone from saudi arabia with Bill Box pack and with worldwide warranty and service card and i came to my mother land india and after one year i got a problem I.E. Product is missbehavior and i find out the service centre in baroda and mumbai and ahamdabad and called them regarding this issuse they said we will check and may be we repair it but on "Chargable Basis" what does it mean ...? pls. do the needful ASAP..

                I have cordless phone of panasonic model no. Kx-TG3510 BX B handset not registereing with base eqpt and not functuning properly. Not accepting any command including date and time also.
                request send procedure of set how working properly. inform through email.
                after purchase of KXTG4311BXB cordless instrument within 15 days batery remained LOW. The same has been purchased from Vijay Sales, Borivali [ West], Mumbai, India on August 02, 2009. The instrument was repaired at the company's unit in Anddheri, Mumbai on September 25, 2009. However, still the problem has been continued. To my knowledge its a defective peice. Request to replace the same at your earliest
                I have received panasonic cordless Model :KXTG2700 from Canada since one & half year, in Baroda city, Gujarat, India. The handset is not working . I went to your authorised dealer in Baroda . According to him the battery had to be changed . They did not have that battery. He told me to get it from some local market. I did the same and purchased the battery worth Rs.200 but still the phone is not working. Again I went to the authorised dealer.Now he tells me to get it repaired from the person from whom I have purchased the battery. According to him this is the old model and they do no have the parts.

                I feel very sorry to say that a authorised dealer tells me to go to a local market. I dont know whether they work on commission basis with local marketers. I think 1-2 years old model cannot be obselete or the parts for the same should be available.

                Now for a new product I shall never go for panasonic .Even I will hesitate to tell anybody purchase panasonic product.

                I agree with Kartik shah, I have tried to get my cordless (Panasonic) to repair in Baroda, having same problem like B N Raju but they are not able to repair. I have tried in Banglore with Lucid technocom but they are also not able to repair.

                  on 01.10.2008 i purchased new panasonic 21inch flat televion from reliance digital cunigham road, bangalore but from 02.10.2008 the televion started making sound this was not good then from 03.10.2008 we reglularly called the show room eith to send some one or replace the televion but till today no one appeared this the status of RELIANCE BRANDabsolute poor service.

                  We have purchased Forbes Water purifier and Electrolux Microwave Oven from Reliance Digital Bangalore on 01/10/08, Reliance Digital gave Electrolux Oven and promised to deliver Forbes water purifier the next day and even promised to send somebody to give a demo to use the Oven, but till today we have not received the Water Purifier, when we tried calling Reliance Nobody answers our calls, we personally went to reliance on 03/10/08, my assist told us that it's not visible on the system there's some problem with the software and it will be rectified and water purifier will be delivered the next day within 1 pm. But so far nothing has happened I really wonder how they can cheat the customers like this. that to R E L I A N C E.

                    Dear sir,
                    It is submitted that we have purchased a camera model DMC FX-10 on 24th April 2008 from M/s Mustafa, Singapore. After using this model for ten days, it stopped working. We then tried to find out the service center for Panasonic near by our home town Bhopal in India . It is at Indore (M.P.), which is around 200 KM away from our home town, BHOPAL. We then went to Indore & handed over camera to M/s Narayani services at Indore on 14th May’2008. Despite constant follow up It is regretted that till date We have not received our camera back. The irony is that M/s Narayani services have sent the camera to your service center at Mumbai as they do not have proper software to check the camera. The following issues need to be pondered :
                    • Is Panasonic committed to prompt & satisfactory “Customer Services “ ? If ‘YES”, then what sort of compensation is awarded to help less customer for taking more than stipulated time of repair ? In our case it has taken more than four months time & still the camera is with your service centre at Mumbai.
                    • What sort of monitoring is being followed up at country level & global level ? It seems neither your Head- Office at Chennai in India nor your global service monitoring at Japan is concerned about our problem. Please remember that today you may ignore our complaint of poor service but tomorrow you may have to pay heavy price for the same.
                    • What will happen if I refer this case to Print & Electonic Media ? Now I have decided to refer this uniqe case to all concerned atleast at internet.
                    • If you do not respond positively then I may finally file a legal case in the consumer court.
                    • • Hope a good sense will prevail & the company will return my Camera with due compensation.

                      I bought Panasonic trimmer from Vivek & co Chennai and in 1 yr time need to replace a blade. Viveks gave Panasonic service fellows number. But service fellow says he cant sell the blade directly to me. Also he is not giving any dealer name.
                      I regret this purchase very much as I do not get support from the seller or the manufacturer. Being a multi national Panasonic should have at least the basic infrastructure to serve the customer

                        We purchased a Panasonic Camera model DMC FX10 from Sinngapore From Mustafa Centre on 24th April 2008. We hardly used this camera for a few days then it stopped functioning. After a great exercise we found that the company has service centre at Indore in India which is around 200 Km from our residence at Bhopal. We then went to Indore and handed over the camera to M/s Narayani Services on 14/05/08. We have yet to rerceive our camera back even after continuos follow up with your all dealing service centres at INdore, Mumbai and Chhenai. They do not even respond especially your Chhenai HO. In the mean time a proposal also came from your local service centre wheather we can accept a upgrade model FX12 which we agreed but later on this proposal was also withdrawn. Now the question arises about the capability of your service centres as they have taken more than 3months to repair a camera. And also after its receipt what is the guareenty that it will work smoothly.
                        In view of the above we request you to please look in to the matter seriously get our Camera expedited and also please extend the warrantee fro another three months time. If Panasonic claims to be a company of QUALITY products, then they should extend the warrantee by three months time and at the same time pull up your Chennai Indore service centres for irresponsible behaviour towards customer. Hope we will get a prompt and favourable reply.

                          I HAD PURCHASED A 29 INCH COLOR TV FROM A PANASONIC DEALER IN NEW DELHI ON 14/9/2007 AND AFTER 3 MONTHS THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE PICTURE AND SOUND QUALITY, AFTER 2 MONTHS OF GETTING THE PROBLEM THE SERVICE CENTER REPLACED THE TV BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE NATURE OF THE PROBLEM, AFTER 15 DAYS OF REPLACEMENT THE NEW TV SET AGAIN HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND THE SERVICE CENTER IS AGAIN UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM.
                          IN SPITE OF CONTACTING THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF MANAGEMENT THEY ARE NEITHER CORRECTING THE PROBLEM NOR REPLACING THE TV, THE TV IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD AND I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS WITH ME.

                            Have bought a brand new Panasonic Microwave Oven on 10th June 2007. It stopped working within a months time and a complaint was lodged with the vendor M/s Vijay Sales, which in turn forwarded it to Atharva Electronics which represents Panasonic as their service arm.
                            The problem was fixed after a long delay of 15 weeks. The same problem has occured again on 5th May 2008 for which a complaint has been given. the deffective part was taken by the representative of Atharva Electronics after two weeks of the complaint and till date has not got back with a replacement of the damaged part or had any kind of communication about the same. I have been repeatedly calling them and they have just ignored my calls for the same. The product is under warranty has given problems twice within a year.

                              I bought the product "Panasonic Digital Video Cleaner” from the "CAPTIAL ELECTRONICS VIP" it’s a unit of Anand & Co Electronics pvt.ltd and address is
                              P-161, Vip Road. Kolkata Pin - 700054. (West Bengal).
                              And Phone is[protected]/7098/8180/3550/28360333. And the fax no is[protected].
                              I bought this product on this dated 28/10/2007, and Cash Tax Invoice is Card/3318/07.
                              Product code was 6971 costing Rs.336.54.

                              The problem with the product was this that the lock was found broken in seal pack and I went immediately to complain to the shop but they misbehave with me and said that it will be not change as they were committing that I broke the product. I doubt on them that it might be a duplicate product which was sold to me. Money is not a matter if they are earning the money and ditching the customer then consumer forum should take any step to them if they are doing anything against the law.

                              Therefore, it is my kind request to you sir, please look after the complain if they are ditching customer by saying that they sales original and then they behave like this to the customer after sold out the product. It would be kind of you if you can take necessary action against them.

                                I HAD BOUGHT A PANASONIC MICROWAVE OVEN OF MODEL NN-K544WF ON 1/08/06 AT VISAKHAPATNAM. AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE I WAS GIVEN TWO MOBILE NUMBERS IF I REQUIRED ANY SERVICES. WITHIN FIRST SIX MONTHS ITSELF THE KEYPAD FAILED. I CONTACTED THE NUMBERS GIVEN TO ME. THE CONCERNED PERSON ATTENDED TO IT AND REPLACED THE KEYPAD IN 20 DAYS TIME. IT FAILED AGAIN JUST BEFORE THE EXPIRY OF ONE YEAR WARRANTY. I CONTACTED THE SAME NUMBERS AGAIN. BUT THIS TIME THEY HAVE JUST NOT TURNED UP. THREE MONTHS HAVE PASSED BUT STILL NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. THEY JUST KEEP TELLING ME THAT THE SPARE IS NOT AVAILABLE. I REALLY CAN'T IMAGINE A SPARE NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR SUCH A LONG TIME.
