Hi,

Have purchased new Ac on 23 Feb after installation Ac was not working due to lock down office was close, last week I have registered complaint to customer care after that 4 technican visited at my place but still it's not resolve.

Daily daily they are coming with new exsecuss kindly resolve the issue or replace my AC.

It was my big mistake I bought panasonic AC.

      I bought a Panasonic 1.5 ton AC from Reliance Digital and it's not been even a month of thr installation and the gas had leaked out. I have called their customer care 15 times and every day we get a response that technician will visit tomorrow. I have complained to Reliance Digital also, but no use.

        I had purchased Panasonic AC from Ram Agency, Navi Peth Ahmednagar. Within one month, the AC started showing problems. It is not cooling at all. Panasonic people visited my home and mentioned to their head office that everything is fine, despite the fact that it was not cooling. I sent two emails to Pansonic but didn't get any response. I have been asking for a refund of my AC for the last one month. The company is least bothered about the customers. Meanwhile, in this scenario, I have talked with 10-15 different people. No one is helping at all.

        DO NOT BUY PANASONIC PRODUCTS.

          I purchased a Panasonic Wet Grinder (Model SW200 and Sl No. 26W0013685) on 20 May 2016 in Bangalore through Snapdeal. The grinder has given me very good service but two days back the grinder has gone unserviceable. I tried to make online service request but was not successful. The toll free helpline was getting disconnected every time I tried to make a call. Finally, I got through the helpline number and requested them to register a service request to repair the grinder. The person said the wet grinder is not in their list and he gave me number of couple of Service centers in Bangalore. When I contacted those service centers in Bangalore, they said that they don't deal with Wet Grinders.

          None of the Toll free numbers or the Service centers are responding positively to repair the Wet Grinder resulting in mental harassment. The Panasonic Company is to be directed to provide necessary support to repair the wet grinder.

          As per the warranty card, the motor is presently under warranty upto 20 May 21 (five years warranty). In case the problem is in motor, I would like to get it repaired under warranty.

          The retail invoice and warranty card is attached for reference.

            I have bought two Panasonic AC(s) from Vasanth & co Chennai. Both of them were installed and were working on the first day. We did not use them again for 1.5 months and one of the ACs stopped working. Inorder to book a complaint i used the toll free number and Panasonic company provided the service request number and promised to attend in 24 hrs. After 48 hrs and several phone calls to several numbers, I got the technician from Panasonic who was not willing to perform the service as the AC was installed by Vasanth & co and that supplier only has to take care of the service. My question here is that should the customer know this automatically that Panasonic and Vasanth & co dont have a proper understanding and i should reach to Vasanth & co for any service? Does Panasonic not have any responsibility to its customers? Why do you selll your products if you are not able to support them when required. Your service personnel are the worst. Ask them to talk to properly. I still dont have anyone attending my AC.

              I purchased an AC bearing model no: CW-TC1817YA. From the day one onwards it produce discordant noises.when asked by panasonic officials they replied "sir, these sounds dwindles as time passes".But what happened is totally antithetical to those false claims.With time these rattling and chuckling noises amplified to intolerent levels.Even my neighbours complains me about these disturbing noises.

              The AC remote was not working in tune with its control panel.They replaced it as per warranty but within a span of 3 months it again become dysfunctional then i shifted to control AC through conrol panel manual buttons.

              In 2018 only, i faced issue relating to cooling below desired levels ( Gas leakage ) but they again mislead me by siting reason " sir, it is due to residing on 4th floor ( top) cooling levels falls in summers"
              and i was again led-astray.

              In 2019, it cooling completely halts.the service centre refilled gas it and charged an amount of ₹1900. Within a span of 40-45 days the issue again persists & they again refilled it.By then monsoon already hits the north western India so used only for a limited time.

              In 2020, i haven't used it for even a single day because of countrywide lockdown as i am an UPSC aspirant residing in delhi for exam preparation and coaching purpose only.

              Now i 2021 when i tried using it, it again malfunctioned and not working at all.
              Issues are as mentioned below:
              1.No cooling ( manufacturing defect)
              2.Remote not working at all
              3.Noises ( manufacturing defect)
              4.Control panel switches not working for what they are designated to ( Malfunctioning)
              5.Air went loosened and swing is also not working in proper manner.

              For above, i tried communicating to PANASONIC MD ( Manish Sharma) via email even then i was not responded adequately.

              Their Area Regional Manger Mr. DEEPAK given me an estimated cost of repair of ₹12000 (approx). Reason sited for the malfunctioning " sir, due to existing NALA in your vicinity COOLING COIL deterioated".
              But in real scenario, there is no NALA within 1km radius to my house & even if NALA is the cause of whole damage then why remote defunct, control panel malfunctioning and other issues are persisting repeatedly.

              It was a faulty unit from the day one they surpassed the the warranty period by misleading and minimal repairs so as to avoid the consumer claims.
              Now they are manhandling and manipulating.
              Even MD Panasonic India is least concerned about customer grievance redressal mechanism as even not responded to emails.

              Due to above sited issues i am facing a hard time. Every year i am spending 4 lakh on my coaching and stay in Delhi for my exams.
              This harassment costs me heavily on my precious time as my exam dates falls mainly in june and july months.

              Kindly look into the matter and help me out from PANASONICs duping tactics.

              Attached is the invoice and estimate repair cost documents.

              Till today 15 August 2021 no action jas been taken by Panasonic India . Even Panasonic did not responded to LEGAL NOTICE sent to them on[protected].

                We are purchasing two Panasonic 1.5 ton both ac not properly insulation by R.K.Services Chennai, due to that ac this is six time problem will not completed, we hope Panasonic brand name will spoiled, weather R.K.Services problem or Sharptronic will given second hand or reburies ac kindly take necessary action .

                    We have called for a AC service since there was a leakage though it. A guy name Haider Shaikh Came & did a servicing, After just a couple of hours from the servicing water again started leaking through the AC.

                    We are now following up with him again & again since 5 days, he is just postponing it by giving some reasons & also not polite at the same time.

                    Kindly take action against this guy & provide support to us, otherwise will be launching a complaint against Panasonic & will also viral on social media about how bad is your service.

                      My Name is Supreet and I bought a Panasonic AC which was to be installed in Belgaum, Karnataka.

                      The person who came to install the AC, installed it partially, without filling the Hole made for the pipes and also did not do a proper arrangement for the water drain pipe.

                      The boy who came to install the AC asks me without any fear to call up Panasonic and take any action as necessary.

                      I have recorded calls of the Panasonic service center where the person only promises to send someone every day but no one ever turns up.

                      This is happening from the past 6 days now.

                            I bought two Panasonic air conditioners from QRS Retail Ltd. Kozhikode on the 6th of last month and at the time of purchase it was said from the showroom that the fitting charge was Rs1000 The service center fitter who came home after delivery said it would cost Rs 1500, I bought the stand for the fitting, we are not ready to overcharge, the company should intervene and solve our problem

                              A service person from the service centre had come to change the cartridge on our request but did the complete service of the water purifier. He damaged the power on/off wiring/chip in the process and assured us that he will fix it in next visit. A year passed and since then we had calling this person and panasonic customer care for arranging a person to visit and change the cartridge and fix the power on/off issue.

                              Shockingly pathetic assurances made by panasonic customer care person. Since today, both these issues are not fixed. We have literally lost our patience chasing for such unsatisfactory service delivered by you and your service centres.

                                My name is Anuradha chauhan and i live in kalkaji New Delhi my numbers are [protected] and [protected] through whivh me and my husband filedcomplaints.last month after doing a lot of follow ups with panasonic and sakshi services (lot of follow up becoz number of times instead of doing the real visits they used to take satisfaction code from us in prior and close the complain) But the we understood their they unprofessional behaviour and did a fresh complain at panasonic in result of which sakshi services sent a person to repair our washing machine in which the dryer part was not functioning properly.Mr Hussain (the person sent by sakshi services) told us that the capacitor in the washing machine has to be replaced, We are not technical people therefore we agreed with him and asked him to the needful.After doing the repair, the machine's dryer started working but with a lil noice for which Mr hussain said sir this is not a big issue and you can call me personally i[censored] ever face issue with this with in three months of the service also he took away the capacitor which he took off from our machine without our permission. .Yesterday while washing cloths suddenly the dryer portion stopped working and we dialed Mr hussain number ([protected]) for the issue he assured that he will come on 15.3.2021.but since his number was going switched off so we directly dialed sakshi services number..they sent a person after approx 2 -3 hours. just now that person checked the machine and told us that the capacitor in the machine is of 9 power instead of 5 power and due to the excess power capacitor the motor has burnt which needs to be replaced and it will cost us around 1586 +visiting charges.
                                First of all was it our responsibility to check of which power capacitor shall be installed in our machine or it is companies or service centre technical person's responsibility.becoz of his lackness of knowledge or ill intention of making money further..our motor has stopped functioning and has burnt.now who shall bear the cost of it ???????
                                second thing where is our old capacitor .is this panasonic policy that they take away the parts they take out from the customer machine?
                                we are completely harrassed by sakshi services also Panasonic does not seems interested in solving the issue faced by its customer.
                                why i have to suffer any money loss Becoz of the poor SERVICE OF PANASONIC AND COMPANIE'S UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE CENTRES

                                Instead of repairing machines faulty installation was done in it becoz of which motor got heated up and burnt.I am being harassed by the company as no body cares regarding the Mis installation done at the starting, as a result this time our motor got burn.Am I going to keep paying money in the name of repair every now and then.My concern is genuine, Hope to receive a solution .

                                    I purchased Panasonic 336 Lit fridge on 09th July 2018 with 2 years comprehensive warranty... The fridge has manufacturing defect and the service team can’t able to diagnose, rectify and accept. From May 2020 I am keep on following with Panasonic service center and Panasonic service HO... But till 10 months and as of now the issue in my fridge has not been sorted out... But this time warranty got expired... As of now I paid Rs.4300/- for spares replacement... Now after a huge vain and struggle I got approval for replacement... Now they have given replacement value of the fridge Rs.18700/-. (1st complaint booked before warranty expires but the depreciation calculated as on today ie 32 months). My original fridge cost is Rs.34000/-. Moreover they won’t give this amount of Rs.18700/- as a money back or credit note... They can only replace with the another Panasonic Fridge which they are calculating in MRP. Now I have to pay Rs.24300/- to replace my fridge... Total cost sums to Rs.43000/-... This is not fair and this is intellegent cheat by Panasonic... The same model fridge is cost about Rs.35990/- in the market...

                                    Hence my recommed is DON’T go for Panasonic PRODUCTS... WORST service and service support in local Panasonic service center and from Panasonic service HO as well... They are very much keen on sales only NOT in service. This guys are well trained to cheat and fool the customer, biggest mistake for buying this product from Panasonic, I don’t recommend going for this product . It would be a waste of your money, worst ever experience with customer service.

                                      On physical verification of the Product the Sl No -28C0702776 dtd 28 Jan 2018-3

                                      In my view from the above it appears the product is not a brand new /Repaired /serviced.

                                      The product also appears has if it has been used.

                                      Kindly take suitable action to replace the product .
                                      Waiting for your favourable reply and necessary directions in this regard.
