I have bought two Panasonic AC(s) from Vasanth & co Chennai. Both of them were installed and were working on the first day. We did not use them again for 1.5 months and one of the ACs stopped working. Inorder to book a complaint i used the toll free number and Panasonic company provided the service request number and promised to attend in 24 hrs. After 48 hrs and several phone calls to several numbers, I got the technician from Panasonic...

I purchased an AC bearing model no: CW-TC1817YA. From the day one onwards it produce discordant noises.when asked by panasonic officials they replied "sir, these sounds dwindles as time passes".But what happened is totally antithetical to those false claims.With time these rattling and chuckling noises amplified to intolerent levels.Even my neighbours complains me about these disturbing noises.

The AC remote was not working...

We are purchasing two Panasonic 1.5 ton both ac not properly insulation by R.K.Services Chennai, due to that ac this is six time problem will not completed, we hope Panasonic brand name will spoiled, weather R.K.Services problem or Sharptronic will given second hand or reburies ac kindly take necessary action ....

Pls install new compressor with old one.

We have called for a AC service since there was a leakage though it. A guy name Haider Shaikh Came & did a servicing, After just a couple of hours from the servicing water again started leaking through the AC.

We are now following up with him again & again since 5 days, he is just postponing it by giving some reasons & also not polite at the same time.

Kindly take action against this guy & provide support to...

My Name is Supreet and I bought a Panasonic AC which was to be installed in Belgaum, Karnataka.

The person who came to install the AC, installed it partially, without filling the Hole made for the pipes and also did not do a proper arrangement for the water drain pipe.

The cooling system is not performing well, just beyond imagination how a reputed company like yours can dissatisfying the customers....

Having purchased AC of your reputed company was a dream come true but within two years it's cooling capacity has stopped to work.The product is within warranty period but your service is not good....

I bought two Panasonic air conditioners from QRS Retail Ltd. Kozhikode on the 6th of last month and at the time of purchase it was said from the showroom that the fitting charge was Rs1000 The service center fitter who came home after delivery said it would cost Rs 1500, I bought the stand for the fitting, we are not ready to overcharge, the company should intervene and solve our problem...

A service person from the service centre had come to change the cartridge on our request but did the complete service of the water purifier. He damaged the power on/off wiring/chip in the process and assured us that he will fix it in next visit. A year passed and since then we had calling this person and panasonic customer care for arranging a person to visit and change the cartridge and fix the power on/off issue.

Service centre Can't give my mobile which I was given for repair before 1 year ago but still I didn't received back ....

With the feeling of inconvenience, badly unhappy to inform your product. I’ve purchased Panasonic 43inch LED TV for Rs.65, 000/- (MODEL – TH 43EX600D) from Darling Digital World Chengalpet on 21-Nov-2017. Last month 5th Dec 2020 I got a Back light issue. The I raised a complaint to Panasonic service center on 7th Dec 2020, Panasonic Technician Mr.Ganapathi [protected] visited and he told that its “BACK LIGHT” problem....

I have purchased Panasonic Refrigerator (Model Number : NR BS 60 MH X 1) on 11.12.2020 from Nandilath G Mart, B Pass road, Vatakara, 573104. (Phone:[protected].

The Refrigerator stopped working on 25.12.2020.

The Panasonic Technician checked the product and informed me that
the Refrigerator is having inbuilt complaint.

The company or the shop where I purchase the product is not ready...

Service lodged three times and local service center not coming and closing the service call by saying customer has no invoice.
Fed up with false closing
Worst is.. Panasonic itself closing the service call without reconfirming from customer means me.
If after sales service is so worst then I would like to return my AC back to them and want the compensation of harassment done by Panasonic and its service vendor....

I bought a panasonic tv of model th43-6500. It got a panel problem in service period. After checking, the technician told that we will be replaced by new television and suggested 2 models, as the above mentioned model is not available..
For replacing new model they asked me to pay rs 2500. We also paid the amount by 5th nov 2020. But still we didn't get the replaced television. Today on enquiring, the dealer says...
