I would like to bring to your notice that your service operations staff is not properly trained.

Jamun chandru called my wife 2 weeks ago and said that they would send someone for service of my water purifier. She mentioned that charges would be 350+750 (Service+filter). But when your technician came he said that the charges would be 4000 to fix the purifier. When i denied to pay he said that 350 rupees service charge is mandatory.

Jamuna who called us in the first place was (Banglore thanisandra) never mentioned anything about 4000 or a mandatory service charge if we denied service, if she would have informed us about this we would have said no instantly. When i called her back to explain the situation - forget an apology she insisted that i should pay 350 - which i did because i'm a gentleman unlike your company.

If you need more donation like this - let me know i will generously do some charity to you if your company is running short of cash.

What a shame.

Neither will i ever buy any panasonic product again nor will i recommend it to anyone.

Your service operations are nothing more than a joke just looting people of their hard earned money.

What more - your technician offered me a selling price, if i did not want to use the purifier anymore.

Please get your act right or your sales are sure to decline with operations like this.

Good luck from a very disappointed customer.

    We have printer panasonic model number: dp-8016p got some problem. So we have filed complaint through your customer care five times but no respond.
    Complaint reference number:r[protected]on 26th april 2019. But till date no response to rectify the above said issue.

    Kindly send ur technician to rectify the printer problem by immediate basis without furthry any delay.

      I purchased 1ton Sanyo AC from Amazon and was delivered on 7th May but today is 14th of May and still not installed desipte many calls to Amazon and Sanyo. Amazon people are asking me to call Sanyo and Sanyo customer care person asking me to call local manager and that person doesn't answer his phone. when I tried to call Sanyo again it's asking me to pick a language and call getting disconnected. I am so I wonder if their service is like this for just installation how it will be once it is installed. Seems I Amy use this AC for 2020 summer.

        I bought a panasonic inverter ac from reliance digital store in shipra mall, ghaziabad on may 6, 2019. It was installed by the technician gaurav on may 9, 2019 who also switched it on to show that it is in working condition, and despite the installation being free charged me inr 1740/- for wire, stand, and prime pipe of which no intimation or information was given to me by anyone.

        On may 10, 2019 when i switched on the ac, it didn't cool the room. I booked a complaint on panasonic customer care number and a technician visited me on may 11, 2019 at around 7:20 pm. After checking, i was told that there is a gas leak in the appliance, and i asked the technician to replace the appliance with a new one.
        May 12, 2019; i called panasonic customer care, talked to the team, the team lead vijay and even the area sales manager for ghaziabad, who confirmed that the replacement has to be done by the store where the purchase of the appliance was made.

        I also talked to reliance digital store and they told me that the appliance will be replaced once panasonic technicians tell them that the appliance has a problem.

        Both panasonic and reliance digital have been tossing the ball in each other's court and despite spending so much i haven't been able to use the ac. And all i have been doing is making calls and waiting for appropriate response from either panasonic or reliance digital.

        This is a final direction to replace to appliance by tomorrow, failing which the matter will be taken up in consumer court to seek relief for not just selling a bad appliance but also the harassment and unprofessional post sales by both panasonic and reliance digital.

          Panasonic spit ac-indoor unit is not working well.ac give us water more than cool air. Water is dripping from ac vent as well as along with airflow it is sprinkling out.
          I've registered a complaint 3 times and problem did not fix. Please send senior technician who has experience and who can fix this problem.
          It took 7 hours to install this ac with one welding in copper pipe within 10 feet distance.

              On last 22july 2018 307 Ltr .we bought fridge but from last some days facing problem on fridger portion ice fridging on back side portion ..and when we call customer centre so they told cut off for one hour we complaint against this issue and local authorised Panasonic centre close one hour after you start again this is not a good solution on frost free fridge Panasonic . we not satisfy on this service by Panasonic ...

              This Pawan engineer from Bulandshahr has came for solve our problem but he also not able to solve my problem still they are not receive my phone call . When I doing phone call but he cutting my phone call ... if this service giving by company... so no one will go Panasonic

                We have been billed with this ac

                Panasonic 2 ton inverter 3 star split ac (Lu24ukyrn)

                It took 8 hours to install this ac by mr chitranjan

                After installation the ac was not cooling at all, on which, the engineer told us it will take 24 hours to start cooling and not to use it before 24 hours.

                The next day as it was not cooling so we again made a complaint.

                The same executive mr chitranjan informed us that there was no gas inside it, so he refilled the gas and asked us not to use again for 24 hours.

                It was working fine on testing next day, but due to cold weather we havn't used it thereafter.

                Now almost 10 days back we were getting an error f91 and the cooling stops after 15 min o[censored]se automatically.

                Mr chitranjan visited yesterday and claimed that there is no gas in ac.

                Now i am irritated due to this product and service offered by panasonic and this is my last email to you regarding the complaint.

                I believe there is some manufacturing defect or some problem during installation which is non of our concern but company concern.

                If you are unable to get this problem resolved than i have no other option than taking some legal action.

                All details are attached herewith the complaint.

                  I've registered a complaint regarding fault of my led tv on 21st april 2019 and since today ie. 29th april 2019 i've been fooled three times by the company's customer helpline number by saying that the new card (Replacement of damaged card) is arriving today with our engineer to fix your tv. So please be some responsible and fix it up so you don't have to loose a good customer and many more by reading this.

                    I bought panasonic split ac on 31/05/2015. Little did i know that i have bought headache, a complete mental stress in the form of ac. Since 2015 i've emailed many complaints but team has failed to resolve the issue. The ac is not cooling at all. The engineers from panasonic checked and says the compressor is faulty and needs replacement. The compressor is under warranty for 5 year but panasonic asking me pay for the gas that will be leaking out in the process of replacement. The team (Jasmeet area manager) has threatened me to bear all the expenses or the ac lies non functional. I've sent so many emails since 2015 to replace the whole ac but so far i have received threats, fake promises but not the solution. The temperature is unbearably hot and i, even after paying high amount for ac, dying in heat. I want my money back immediately. I don't want to suffer for trusting the brand panasonic

                      I am dr. Gaurav dixit resident of faridabad haryana. I visited reliance retail limited, crown lnteriorz mall, mathura road, faridabad on 08/09/2018 for purchase of tv. There i meet arvind, salesperson. I told him about my requirements and type of tv i want. Reliance has numerous company so i didn't specify any company to him and my budget was not an issue. He showed me panasonic 43fs600d. He told me all applications are inbuilt and running properly and gave me false promise that amazon prime video application is going to launch in a week. I asked and confirmed numerous time about amazon prime because amazon prime requirement was priority.. Arvind also told me that live tv works on it. Then i bought this tv and got it installed after one week.
                      Its been more than 7 months i visited reliance many time enquiring about amazon prime update he always procastinate about this moreover inbuilt applications are also not working and live tv is not working.in short there is nothing in this tv and everything that was told about this tv to me ws wrong. Then i informed about my problem to digital deparment head (Sachin sharma). He registered complaint in panasonic and talked to rajeev asm in panasonic. An engineer visited my place but he also could not run the applications. Then mr. Satish (Service centre manager) called me and told me that these applications will not work in this tv. And there is no update for amazon prime sombody has misguided you. And i recieved message from panasonic on 20th april 2019 that your complaint has been cancelled. Please look into this matter and i dont want to keep this tv and i want some other brand tv.

                        I have purchased Panasonic AC from Shakti Electronics from Ahmadabad, Gujarat on 24th April, 2016.Its Fan is working but compressor is not blowing cool air. So please check it and do needful.I think their is some problems in compressor.so check compressor and solve my problems.

                          Washing machine 6.2kg model na-f62b3 getting heavy sound when working. Need full service so that this may not aggrivated also the motor is getting so slow due to that the washing efficiency is low and average. When the water is not remaining in the tub if its one to two hours its automatically draining. So the water is not remaining in the tub and water is waste. It should rectified.

                            I have a panasonic double door fridge which i purchased in 2013. Three weeks ago i registered a complaint as the fridge door wasn't shutting properly. The technician came and said he would do something with which the door would shut and it wasn't necessary at that time to replace the gasket costing rs. 1100. He also said thar if any problem recurred within one month i wouldn't need to pay the service charge again.

                            Within 4 days the door stopped shutting and i contacted the technician. Since the past two weeks i am being told the part is not available. I have even registered a fresh complaint on the panasonic helpline 3 days ago but no one has visited.

                            Very conviniently the part will become available once a month is over so that i am forced to pay the service charges again. Is this how a brand like panasonic treats its long term customers.

                            I request you to look into this and expidite my problem since in this weather it's impossible with the fridge door not shutting.

                              Please find the attached photos of my site where i recommend installation to service engineer.

                              Service engineer and its head are intentionally create this issue because i complaint about he charged inappropriate amount as mentioned in previous mail and also problem regarding in timing i gave time 7 pm on 16th april 2019 but he dose not come without intimation and i gave another time on 17 april 2019 7 pm but he comes at 10 pm so i complaint too.

                              I clearly says if you are coming on time then gives me confirmation otherwise give your time, but he gave confirmation on call.

                              So above 2 issues regarding this engineer and its head create this issue intentionally.

                              Service engineer and its head ask me you provide safety case to our engineer otherwise we don't installed outdoor unit in this place, but i says safety case provides you your company and comes another time with safety case & belt.

                              But, see not taking this seriously and bluntly says in this mail we found that the site is not correct where you wants installation of your product.

                              Above this mail you mentioning in terms and conditions about installation in flat type home we can't installed your outdoor ac unit, so we never purchase this product of sanyo/panasonic.

                              Please stop 'gundagardi' regarding installation.

                              So, please give me proper reply about this.

                                Because i have already compressor stand and water pipe this guy is asked installation charges of stand is rs. 350/-

                                And it's behaviour also unprofessional and then i called service centre she ask no charge of stand installation and give me number of manager of this installation person

                                But this manager can't received my call and he cut it my phone and also installation person can't receive my call

                                Can anyone help me about this? Otherwise i returned this item

                                Please do the needful

                                I fully disappointed for this service of installation

                                  We brought new ac from abhinandan electronics on dated 9-4-19 and on 1 pm we registered service request no. I[protected] for installation the same.

                                  The company on toll free no. Give us 24 hrs. Tat for installation, but after lapesed of 24 hrs we again called to customer help line no. And after many followups they
                                  Give me service manager - surendra - jaipur no's and then we called 17 times on the same number but service manager not picked calls.

                                  Today morning we send a sms to service manager regarding call and again called then he pick up call and denied for installation today also.

                                  Thus panasonic company given us 24 hrs tat but after more then 48 hrs lapsed my ac not installed, and service manger behavior and also not satisfactory.
                                  Today when we calling to helpline no. Then auto recorded voice sms denied to attend call till 4.30 pm.
                                  Thus very shame full this type of practice by company. Request to you kindly resolve my issue today only otherwise we installed ac from another vendor and will file a sue against of company for non service provided on tat.

                                  We will not responsible for any further order and cost on company.

                                    I have purchsed led tv panasonic led model:th-50c300dx serial no. 166pt0vs03470. Complaint reg the panel board is pending since one month. Service team is telling that the spare is not available and i need to go for higher model with additional cost of rs. 19000. The product is under warranty period and its oems responsibility to resolve the issues on urgent basis.

                                      Had bought a split ac of panasonic in month of december 2018 as the renovation work was going on. When used on 30th march 2019, found it to be non working. Complaint was raised to armec, rajapuri, dwarka, new delhi but there was no action. Reported matter on panasonic india website and matter was escalated by them, mechanics started visiting but till date there is no solution provided by them. I had doubt on 30th march that a defective unit has been sold to me. Efforts till now make it stronger. I am requesting panasonic india to replace the unit and save me from mental harassment.
