I have a Panasonic TH32- AS630D LED TV which has always given me problems throughout. Now the USB ports have stopped detecting pen drives, External HDD. Also display has developed scattered spots on the entire screen. Registering a service request is of no use as they send engineers only to check and say sorry part not available

    Dear team,

    I had log the complaint on dated 29th sep 2018 about my panasonic led 32” tv power supply issue. And 2nd day your engineer mr. Gyanendra (Mobile no [protected]) come to my home, after checking he says major issue in led & he is tacken led with him and left the home. (Service center name – harsh enterprises navi mumbai)

    After i had tacken follow up on every alternate day but no any response from engineer & service center also. Now 2 month completed for this case but still no any confirmation about my tv what is exact issue with him.

    Now i am very disappointed in your service. Hence we will not recommend to my friends & family also for no purchase any panasonic product.

    On monday dated 26th nov 2018 i am going to consumer court with attached document.

        Purchased a fully automatic washing machine from panasonic around 8 years back. At the time of purchase (From reliance digital) we were assured of the service from panasonic. However, on 5th november we lodged a complaint with panasonic service centre and the technician visited the same day. We were informed that the pulsator has to be changed and would cost 1760/-. We agreed to the cost. After dozen calls to various persons in their service...

        I purchased a panasonic microwave oven in 2016. Then it stopped working a month ago. I gave it for repair in a panasonic service center, then they came back with a quote of 3500 for transformer, 2000 for magnetron and 2700 for taxes and charges. As per panasonic website, the product with serial number nnct353b carries 3 years warranty on magnetron. The service executives withheld this information until i discovered it myself and now are refusing to cover it under warranty even when evidence has been produced.           I purchased led on 13jun2017 in 45, 500/-, in just one year 6aug2018, that led board is damaged as per service person. On 14sep2018 board is replaced by panasonic technician. After that on 25aug2018 we faced same problem as per panasonic technician.. After that on 29oct2018, led again damaged..
          I called many times on service centre n talked with ayushi for the same, she was doing mis behaved with me.. N sending the estimate letter. I only just sayed to her that please replaced the led.. Please help me.. N replaced the led other wise i will go to the consumer court.. Very poor quality of panasonic product..

            I had submitted a Panasonic Trimmer Model ER-gy10 on 22nd of October 2018 in Panasonic authorized service center Venture Electronic, Market Jn., Thevally, Kollam, Kerala . Its Blade was not working properly, no other problem was there for the trimmer. I have been enquiring about the product for more than 5 times, when i phone them and enquire about that product, they use to tell me that we will call you tomorrow or day after tomorrow. but till this date 8th of Nov 2018 not even a single call came from them. Can you enquire about the product and let me know whats the progress?

              I bought panasonic washing machine on 28 may 2016, this may i faced some issue with its dryer so i complained and problem solved. My warranty was about to expire so that serviceman (Mr. Yogesh verma, [protected]) suggested me to extend the warranty for 1200rs for the next 2 years, so i did. And he told me that documents of extending warranty would be provided in few days through mail or by himself. I waited for few days but i didn't receive any document. I tried to contact him so many times. Now few days back dryer of my washing machine stopped working again. This time a different serviceman came he told me that motor of the dryer is not working. He asked for bill to know if my washing machine is in warranty or not. So told him everything. He said he will not repair without documents. So i contact mr. Yogesh than i came to know that he didn't submit the money i gave him and kept that money to himself.
              Now this this other serviceman saying that he will not repair my machine unless i pay him rs 3000 as his service charge.
              This is the worst service i have ever seen. I request you to resolve my matter as fast as possible.

              I have purchased a mixer grinder from Flipkart. But it's not getting started. I called Panasonic customer care but they didn't respond satisfactory. Very bad experience with Panasonic. Kindly help.

                5 month our washing machine complaint. We register complaint the service centre lady says techquition he will come. One day he give and he tell timer is complaint.2 week later no reply from company. After he call and says a new washing machine company give. Then after 2 week later no reply. Later 2 month the technition come and he said the timer is not our washing machine... What can we do the stupid thing 2 month we could not wash our dresss... I saw the worst thing in our life panasonic

                  I have purchased sanyo (Sanyo 80 cm (32 inches) nxt hd ready ips led tv xt-32s7200h) tv from amazon i book my order at date of[protected]Order#[protected] and product delivered from amazon at[protected]. But engineer is still not come for installation and demo. I received sms form panasonic india, detail of service request is raise at date[protected]. 52am for installation and demo request no :- l[protected]
                  From date of[protected] i called many time the given numbers sanyo and panasonic customer care india of service toll free but have not received positive feedback.
                  I also call (Mr. Lalit [protected]) at same day mention received sms form panasonic india but he said that another person will come for installation.
                  After i received a call [protected] 8.45 at same day, he said that your call has been forward to mr. Ganesh and he attend a call tomorrow before 2pm. But still i am waiting for a call. Totally disappointed with sanyo, panasonic and amazon

                    My front load washing machine leaked. I registered a complaint to the customer care service. After one month an agent of your service centre visit my home and told me that the drainage pipe was small hole so it can be replaced. Again after one month the agent visit my house and told me that the same pipe did not get from the company. So he bought from the local market. It does, 'nt match the machine and still the leak persist and also the machine didn't work properly. So please help.

                    There is no end to end service by your CS. Just provided dealers number for replacement. Dealers is least bother as he is not getting any penny. No one is ensuring from company side that issue is resolved.

                      Sir, i bought panasonic full automatic washing machine from panasonic dealer at bhilai, chhattishgarh.

                      At time of purchase i was assured it has ss sheet body and it will not rust. But it has rusted. I called several times to panasonic toll free no and local service people. They are not doing anything.
                      I even had paid for 2 years free maintenance charges to local service people.

                      They make excuse of the problem with single statement " washing machine has to be kept in dry place.

                      These guys visited our premises several times from day of purchase, but never suggested to change the place.
                      Now they are making excuses.

                        On purchased of your product since beginning i am facing problem with
                        Product. For which i am continually communicating. Your technician attended on 04 oct-18.
                        But could not resolve the problem, further, as per your advice i approached
                        To the authorised service centre (Mr. Vikash, arun enterprises service
                        Centre, saharanpur) & kept the product for more than 24 hours. When i
                        Received the delivery, through their second party (Since service centre was
                        Closed) product is still malfunctioning. Now, mobile set is not getting
                        Charging whereas indication for charging is visible. With all these problems
                        & your reply is not appreciable & acceptable.
                        Now advise, why should not i shall take legal action against terms &
                        Conditions.

                          I bought a panasonic gh5s brand new digital camera from camerena in nagerbazar in kolkata. The 2.4 lakh camera was defective and i realised as soon as i reached home and tested the playback.

                          Camerena and panasonic have the worst kind of service support and they are extremely non cooperative and unhelpful. It seems they are one of the worst camera companies to deal with compared to nikon and canon.

                          Never buy a panasonic camera. I am still running around to get my camera changed.

                            Ref. : purchased two panasonic window a/c.

                            This is to inform you about some discrepancies have been found in service of panasonic and sargam electronics (Dg care) -

                            1.in a very short period i. E., completion only 2 (Two) years from date of purchase -
                            Gas is leaking thrice in a year inspite of blue coating in panasonic a/c, which puts a question mark on quality of panasonic product and mis-selling of the sargam electronics.?

                            2. We are facing regular problem in panasonic a/cs since the date of purchase till date (Available all the evidences).

                            It’s put a queston mark on quality of panasonic, a reputed brand and sargam electronics.

                              This complaint is against mr. Ram yadav area service manager, panasonic, miraroad - e. He doesn't know how to speak to customers decently. He is abusive when he s speaking even to lady customers. The technicians he sents to handle the complaints of electronic appliance are not capable enough to solve the problem on top of that they r mishandling and destroying the parts of the product. Please taken action against mr ram yadav fr his abusive and rude behaviour and sending inexperienced technicians to handle expensive electronic appliances.

                                Actually our panasonic led tv is screen problem. Which we can hear tv sounds, and change the channels also but picture display is not working and the picture is not visible. Only voice is hearing. And our tv bill is also missing which the showroom people they asking about bill to take the complaint. We buy at aug month 2017. I hope u can solve these problem as soon as possible.

                                  To whomever it may concern!
                                  I purchased a new LED model no TH-32F201DX couple of days ago and was informed yesterday that a technician would come for installation today !
                                  Right from the first call from customer service i have been asking them about when the technician will arrive and they were trying to bluff me saying "Hojata aaj kaisa bhi".
                                  I wasted my entire day just because your customer care rep by name Abdullah said !
                                  At now at the end of the day he says that, in his own words "Nai hota tv ka tumhara, jaha se khareede waha jaakey wapas kardo"
                                  Is this the way you guys value your customer or run your business with so much arrogance ?
                                  I am gonna shoot a complain against this in consumer court with all the telephone recordings !

                                    Dear sir ihave purchased panasonic tv 32 inch 0n 4-4-2015. Model no th-32a403dx. S. No.1405141m02025. Recently tv is not functioning properly, i have given a comlaint on 23-9-18. Technician has come and told me with in two days it will be repaired but not yet turn up till today. I contacted the costumer care centre they have not responded positively. Repeatedly i have telephoned to the costumer care people now they told it will take time 15 days r may be one month. Is the way u r people r working on the complaints. Pl. Help me in this regard.

                                      It is very sad to inform that your customers and their problems are dealt with very casually and with least amount of botheration in smaller cities like kanpur.

                                      Couple of months back my 5-6 yrs old lcd tv broke down when i watching something on it.

                                      I lodged my complaint with their house no 36 naubasta galla mandi, singh vihar, kanpur office and they collected my tv from my residence.

                                      After 10-12 days they inform me that the whole panel will be replaced which would cost inr 25, 000. I blankly refused because i don’t want to put in so much money in a 6 yr old tv.

                                      They told me if they get the damaged part from some other customers tv set they will take it out and put it my tv. Which was shocking at first because how can they remove some other customers part and put in my tv. This is ethically wrong.

                                      Anyways they couldn’t do anything about it and finally i had to ask them to return my tv set, which they did.

                                      Since my complain was not resolved and the tv was lying i opted to go for third party repair.

                                      These people came to check the tv at my place and reported that some”patti” used for back light is missing and i should contact panasonic service centre if by chance they forgot to put it back.

                                      It has been grilling and frustrating since then to chase for the tv parts that were taken out at your service centre for no reason.

                                      The engineer (Dinesh mob: [protected]) looking at the case has been out station since then and has called in sick. No one is replying as to when he will back.

                                      Your branch manager vijay mob: [protected] says whenever he will come he will ask him if he has taken it out and he will deal with him.

                                      I can’t wait for your stupid engineer to get back and your manager to deal with him. Thats not helping our your customer who is already chasing for two months.

                                      Of course, that # took out the part and sold it or put it somewhere else. They already mentioned to me that they will put someone else part in my tv.

                                      I don’t give a damn about your stupid engineer or where he is and when he will return.

                                      You need to take action asap and take your above mentioned personnel to task and get my tv parts back.

                                      It has been two months of chasing up for the # ups of your stupid engineer.

                                      Sort out this mess asap or not only you have a forever lost customer but a frustrated one too, and trust me its gonna be hurtful.
