Hi all,

I would like to escalate & really frustrated with the faulty tv set i have bought on 18th oct 2017 from girias bangalore, indirinagar branch. I can her only the sound on the tv without the picture image. I hereby attached the invoice copy & the warranty card & tv model for your reference. Also attached the screen image of the tv change recently with the box number & bar code. I am facing this issue from mar 2018 & raised multiple complaint with the panasonic service center. After multiple follow up from mar 2018, the panel was at last changed in may 2018.

Ac free service not undertaking as i was delay for to week. I am a defense person and could not come on leave as i wishes. For us national duty is first and when we find safe time than only leave is being granted. Our duty is in forward areas and can not come on leave as desired by us. We provided leave when nation and our area's is safe.in view of above my case be considered and give as special case approval. Regards cdr hardutt sharma...

Dear sir;
I have purchased a led television on 04.03.2016 from your authorised dealer m/s lokplaza gwalior. While the purchase, dealer offered the extended warrenty of 3 years. So same was purchased with extended warenty.
A problem of screen blank is observed since few days. So a complaint is made on 24.05.2018 vide reference no. R[protected] by toll free no. [protected] two times. But still no service engineer is visited at the site for the attending.
You are requested to send service engineer immediately.

I'm selvamani... Living in singapore (Now) last month 15 (April'18) my home india panasonic ac service technician nagaraj... He told me service charge amount around rs.3000.. I'm asking bill he said later provide... But until now no provide receipt.

He said ur stabilizer also problem change new... I'm paid rs.4800. It's also until now no buy, i'm many time call from singapore... He tell to me tomorrow only but not yet fixing...

What i will do tell me..?...

I have purchased panasonic "TH-28C400DX" ON second january 2016 from girias investment(p) ltd. bangalore(Indiranagar)From last two years,
I have not faced any problem.However, from last four months we were facing some issues screen signal is not working automatically volume increasing and decreasing,
many winodws automatically opening, we are not able watch telivision programs. we are contacted to girias they given panasonic customer care executive contact number,
he motherboard which need to replaced, after 1 week he replaced mother board and after 20 days...

I bought new panasonic a/c 1.0 ton cs/cu/rs12uky from pai international electronics ltd., hyderguda branch on 24/04/2018 under invoice no. Hcwh-4974 hyde-91. Heavy sound was coming from external box, which was rectified on 16th may. From yesterday, heavy leakage is there of water from inside of a/c. Which requires urgent repairs. We could not sleep yesterday night and had to sleep without air conditioner....

It got 5 times damage with in the span of 1year ... . The screen got damaged, we can hear the voice but we cannot see the image... It is not a good company, company people do not showing any responsibility towards this, with in the span of 1 year it got damaged 5 times not the TV was not working only we can hear the voice but we can't see the image...

Panasonic is really pathetic when it comes to customer service and after sales service...
I have a panasonic inverter fridge which is out of warranty.. I had registered a complaint for a ticket to be resolved on the 14th may by calling the customer care.. I was given a number for a service centre which i had to chase to get a technian to check the fridge who did the same and ordered 3 parts as per his requirement for which i have no tracking and no update on.. It's been 4 days since the parts were ordered i have neither been notified nor advised on an approximate date of when the parts will...

By the online but it hang, battery drain and over heating issue on front face side and so i go to service center but it demanded money to repair as my phone in wrranty. The service center at Pune is demanding rupees 450/_ for returning.the product is covered under warranty.(My work order no. AQP/PS/18/0017.)
It's an Panasonic mobile.
We haven't put any password in the mobile, yet he he is claim ing that there was a security password.
We should have been told about the money before making the work order. People in the service station are continuos ly laying and have no genuine intension.
Pls help to return our mobile.

Sir, it's been less than a month that i bought a panasonic 32 inches led tv from store in kolkata's jadavpur. I was told that 100% warranty is being given to me under a special scheme. 4 days ago tv's display got broken. It could be our fault and i was ready to bear the cost of repairment. So called at customer care and the sent a technician. But that person gave us an estimate of rs. 17590. We were literally stunned by the amount he was asking for as earlier also we had the similar situation when samsung demanded rs 7000. I am continuously facing problem with my Panasonic Water Purifier( TK CS 80).
During the period of 1.3 yr RO membrane Housing breaks couple of times.
And the Service person overcharged for the replaced part.

Now again i am facing the same problem within 3 months.
I am very upset with the company product and there is no such sense of wasting time on calling again n again to customer support.

I am very upset about the type of service commitment showcased by panasonic to customer in india. About 20 days ago, i had complained about the indoor unit blower motor not functioning. A service technician sent by local panasonic dealer "valainkanni refrigeration (Talegao - goa)", took the defective motor to have the same ordered for replacement. Upon my repeated follow up with the panasonic dealer, there was no confirmation as to when the replacement motor would be received. The replacement motor was finally received and fitted yesterday and found to be also "defective" as it stopped working after...

I have purchased a ac last year... Since the very next few days it was causing trouble by not giving cool air so i decided to go fr a service as early as possible but even after my service no improvement was there like that whole year was passed and the company showed it's worst behavior by irritating and not giving the proper service every time
I want no repairing now. I want company to. Change my unit as i kind tolerate the malfunctioning.
I have purchased it last year's 11th of may and it's over a year of complaint now when it's warranty it's over they...

I purchase an ac of this company in may 2016. It worked good for 3 months. After that it never worked properly. It gets off automatically after every 5 minutes. I complained about it to the customer care center and they came and tried to fix it, but they were unable to tackle the exact problem so they changed one of the essential part of it. But i faced the same problem again. I called again and they made some other changes but not fixed the exact problem. So called 3 free services got to end.
