I want to complain about Panasonic Air Conditioner (CU-KU12WKYF) with serial no: 203PAJCJZU01035 that I purchased on 2/12/2020 (Just above 1 year) from Nandillath G mart, Pattambi ( Invoice number: PTBY-[protected]).

I had purchased 4 Units (2 x 1ton and 2 x 1.5ton) and 3 of them are working fine and this unit is keep giving trouble. We had multiple Panasonic Engineer visit during the 1 year warranty time for the same issue.

When we complain about the cooling the service engineer first refilled the GAS and then later he found some leak. still, there was no improvement and they drained all the gas and then refilled it completely.

After refilling the gas this unit was still underperforming compared to the other unit in terms of cooling. The service engineer informed us that it would take some time to open up the gas and it will get it fixed.

We don't use the air conditioner every day and now the summer is started. Now I see the same issue exists. I am getting hot air from the unit and not having any cooling effects. we just checked now and it had the same issue which was reported during the warranty period. it looks like the refilled gas is getting out slowly or some other issue.

I had multiple home appliances from Panasonic and to the day I am happy with the products. this incident was taken very bad impression and totally dissatisfied with the support/response.

I had raised a ticket R[protected] and had no response from Panasonic. Your customer support is pathetic and the person who accepts the call does not have empathy. I called customer care 8 times and they don't even speak properly. Panasonic — Carelessness, irresponsible, negligence in the services. The local authorized service centre is pathetic!!

Why would anyone go for Panasonic products as there are 100 brands available in the market? I had trust in Panasonic Products and services now I am totally dissatisfied. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem or replace the product.

    With regards to my Panasonic TV 32 inch which we bought on 14th Jan 2020, We are highly disappointed with that TV service and your customer support. There was a issue in tv display in the month of November'21. As we had warranty till Jan'22 . The display was replaced But within two days we have noticed one line in the display and it was increasing day by day. So it was changed again after lot of struggles. Now again we are facing the same issue in the tv which is unable to view the picture. Now we can't even able to ask them for service as our 2 years Warrenty period has been ended last month. But i can't understand the reason for this issue. Within two years we have faced these many problems and issue with this tv. I think there should be some manufacturing defect in this particular tv so only these issues are occurring again and again. Last time itself I have asked for a replacement tv but your team said that there will not be any issue if we change the display. But now again we are facing the same issue. So i would request you to take a necessary action immediately for our Panasonic tv. Because this is not our fault or anything to buy a new tv. We are using many brand products in our home but we haven't faced any such issues as of now.

      Hello Team,
      I purchased two Panasonic ACs on 28th April 2021 from R. S. Distributor Mathura in which one was making too much noise, For the same I raised a complaint with complaint number R[protected] and for that one Service engineer came and told that it's fan should get replaced and he told I'll get it replaced and never came back.
      Now again when we raised a complaint and service, The same service engineer came and he told the same thing that the fan should get replaced and he talked to service centre and service centre guys are refusing to change the fan in warranty. Also not a single service has been done even after raising the request
      This kind of disappointment was never expected from Panasonic, I expect my issue will get resolved here

        It intimated that on 21 Jan 2022 i purchase Automatic Cooker-Warmer from CSD Canteen. Model No. SR-W18GH Bill No. 020239 RCI Hyderabad. This is not automatic taken time to task 1 hours and 30 minutes after that not auto shutdown doing manually all time then i try to complain many number provided by customer then no any one helped to replacing the item misbehaving to talk by local service center and customer helpline number as these kind of misbehaving i never forget before purchase the product of Panasonic India. if my product will be not change then i will take strict action police complain & consumer forum complain both for punish to Company.

          I am Ar. Alex Jacob, practicing in Bangalore. I have recommended Panasonic kitchens to a few clients in Bangalore and based on my experience with them, I recommended Panasonic Kitchen to my client Ms. Ashwathy, in Kochi Kerala.

          The kitchen is installed, without the sink tap and under cabinet lights. Panasonic claims it is missing from the site. It was not specifically handed over to my client and signed off for safe keeping, and my client is completely clueless of it's whereabouts. As of today, Harpreet has refused to make arrangements for these items and says it is not her responsibility if they are missing.

          There is also a case of an additional shelf being installed by error, and to date it has not been rectified, so much so, I am getting it done by my contractor.

          It so transpires that Panasonic is refusing to take calls or respond to mails. This is absolutely appalling and I have completely lost faith in the company. You are behaving like a small time company based in India, with no regard to your reputation.

            This is a REMINDER COMPLAINT

            I Did not receive any call from PANASONIC.
            I M GOING LEGAL NOW. Panasonic is not listening. The problem is witj the product and they r not accepting it. Blast type voice comes from geyser and PANASONIC is saying its normal and it comes in their geysers.
            What a waste wuality product. Zero quality.

            I dint get any help from consumercomplaints.in

            I purchased PANASONIC digi duo geyser 15 ltr in end of december 2021.

            To my surprise, when the water gets heat up, there are some weird voices coming from the geyser. When we open the tap, blast type voice is coming from geyser. Again and again.

            I complained the cust care of PANASONIC ...complaint no. CA[protected] and engineer visited n he said it happens in every geyser of panasonic. He said to talk to his senior. I had a word with his service head and he did not accept and gave me the same reason that all PANASONIC geyser and every company geyser have this issue.
            Then he said we can repair ur geyser and change the element.

            Why would i get my geyser open when its a new one.
            PANASONIC is just ignoring my complaint.

            Does this type of products PANASONIC makes?

            Water is also getting leak from the valve.

            Also its giving electric shock.. its a life threatening situation and PANASONIC has not resolved it.

            I want full refund of my money.
            I want u to resolve this matter on urgent basis as it is a LIFE THREATENING SITUATION.

            I have attached the video also.

            I hope to get a RESOLUTION soon.

              I purchased a 55 Inch Panasonic TV in October 2019 and after two years of purchase TV is showing Dirty spots with white Background when TV is on. I requested Panasonic Customer care to resolve this issue on Panasonic cost as this is Manufacturing defect and missed some Lamination by company as explained by Panasonic Engineer itself. Panasonic TV customer care team is not having sense how to speak to a customer

                    I have purchased a panasonic fridge on 6th Dec 2018 from Sargam electronics, Karol Bagh, New Delhi.
                    the product has a defect that there is water leakage in every few months .
                    on escalating issue at customer care, they send a service centre person and everytime they themselves accept that it is a model defect and even in warranty period I asked for product replacement but they did not give it, and after warranty period was over every time for visit I am asked to pay 500 rs for visit even when I am the once who is facing leakage issue since beginning and provided with no replacement but only modifications of some sort every time and again the problem has started .
                    I kept asking for product replacement since warranty period but it was not attended to and only some plug / tape was put to modify it either by service centre or by company but problem is there evidently. I need a redressal now for this solution and no amount of modifications can be taken now. Replacement is the only solution. in past 2 years, during COVID I could even get timely service as technicians were not available and then either us or them were in midst of being positive and today again same issue is there. I cannot keep doing this every year or 6 months when it is already established that it is a model manufacturing defect by your own team. I have paid fully why should I suffer.

                      I had bought Sanyo AC by Panasonic on 13th Jan, 2021. I paid Rs.9600 for extending my warranty by 3 years on 4th January. The extension was to start from 13th January. On 6th, due to some unfortunate circumstances, I decided not to go ahead with warranty and asked the team to cancel and refund me the money paid for extension as the Service period had still not started. The team decided to delay the talks and on 12th January, the Voice of the Customer officer, Mr. Jitendra told me that won't be able to refund. It's absurd to not refund for the services which the customer does not want to avail. I don't want those services and the warranty period for those services has not even started and still they are not willing to refund. I had no option but to knock the door of Consumer grievance cell. I have been mentally harassed by the customer care team for the last 7 days. The company has decided to sit on the money.

                        3. Part damaged due to put high pressure of nitrogen gas in a/c set?
                        4. Condenser part is ok at our home, no previous history of any damage in condenser?
                        5. A/c set lying at aeramac service centre for 9 days without any reason?
                        6. Damaged, un-repaired a/c set delivered at site without any intimation / information on 06/08/21 ?
                        7. Person of service centre left a/c without any fittings of wires, accessories, nut bolt not fitted at their points, it shows carelessness of panasonic?
                        8. Question mark on the presence of compressor and other parts in delivered defective a/c set, not checked at site ?
                        9.A/c sets are completely damaged by panasonic co., during a very short period of 5 years, question
                        mark on quality of panasonic products?
                        10. Not repaired, refused to repair the set, due to gas leakage within the warranty period of 3 months?
                        11. Question mark on quality and service of panasonic ?

                            I Purchased split Ac and few days outdoor fell from the roof.
                            This was the default of Installation.
                            There are too much damages in outdoor box.
                            I want replacement of outdoor.

                              Hi Team,

                              I bought a Panasonic AC this October. within two months its started showing the error code "F-91". And cooling is also affected.

                              So I logged a complaint two days ago with ID-R[protected]. And one of the engineers visited my place and checked(Place-Tirupati, Chittoor district. Andhra Pradesh).

                              He opened the indoor unit and said he will come back with some nitrogen gas to check the leakage. He told me he will come within 1hour yesterday afternoon. Now 24 hours completed. No one comes to fix it. Not even updated me. I called thrice, they are telling the same answer that they will come in a moment. But no one is showing up.

                              This experience was not expected from reputed brands like Panasonic.

                              I am utterly disappointed with the improper service by Panasonic.

                                Dear Sirs,
                                Full payment towards this Panasonic refrigerator was made on the 04.11.21 and the same Model No: TG353CUHN was delivered the same day. Upon unpacking for installation on 06.11.21, it was observed that the body coating was considerably damaged, with multiple blisters all over the body. The underside was completely torn. We pointed this out to the installation engineer, who took some photographs and agreed that the product needed to be replaced. This product was probably a factory reject or seconds and has been palmed off to us as a new product at the full price.
                                The local service manager too agreed on the 09th, that the refrigerator would be replaced within three or four days the delay being due to the rains.
                                Multiple complaint numbers have been raised and we are given to understand that these are being closed locally without any formal intimation to us!!?? Communication from Panasonic has been virtually zero. It appears they like to maintain a low profile!
                                The complete details were also brought to the attention of the Service head by email [Service Head ]as the local service manager was unable to communicate or understand the situation by email. It is now almost four weeks since installation / having lodged our complaint and nothing has been done till now. Please assist with the replacement with a new and undamaged product. Thank you

                                      FINAL REMINDER

                                      This is to inform you about some discrepancies have been found in services of PANASONIC CO.:

                                      1. It’s a serious matter of PURCHASE PANASONIC PRODUCTs, for which we are facing the problem since the first date of purchase like financial loss of Rs. 52000/-
                                      2. Gas is leaking in each year, i.e, THRICE in a Season (in guarantee period) in spite of BLUE COATING IN PANASONIC A/Which puts a question mark on quality of Panasonic Product?
                                      3. This is a pending case since a very long time, not re –solved at your end till date, only WASTAGE OF TIME & ENERGY BY CO.

                                      Following are given below evidence of DISCREPANCIES, CARELESSNESS, IRRESPONSIBLE, NEGLIGENCE IN THE SERVICES and QUESTION MARK ON QUALITY OF PANASONIC Co, a Reputed Brand.?

                                      1. INSTEAD OF REPAIR AT SITE, AERAMAC SERVICE CENTRE TAKEN THE A/C SET AT THEIR CENTRE on 29/07/21?
                                      2. DAMAGED THE CONDENSER PART OF A/C DURING REPAIR AT SERVICE CENTRE ?
                                      3. PART DAMAGED DUE TO PUT HIGH PRESSURE OF NITROGEN GAS IN A/C SET?
                                      4. CONDENSER PART IS OK AT OUR HOME, NO PREVIOUS HISTORY OF ANY DAMAGE IN CONDENSER?
                                      5. A/C SET LYING AT AERAMAC SERVICE CENTRE FOR 9 DAYS WITHOUT ANY REASON?
                                      6. DAMAGED, UN-REPAIRED A/C SET DELIVERED AT SITE WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION / INFORMATION ON 06/08/21 ?
                                      7. PERSON OF SERVICE CENTRE LEFT A/C WITHOUT ANY FITTINGS OF WIRES, ACCESSORIES, NUT BOLT NOT FITTED AT THEIR POINTS, IT SHOWS CARELESSNESS OF PANASONIC?
                                      8. QUESTION MARK ON THE PRESENCE OF COMPRESSOR AND OTHER PARTS IN DELIVERED DEFECTIVE A/C SET, NOT CHECKED AT SITE ?
                                      9.A/C SETS ARE COMPLETELY DAMAGED BY PANASONIC CO., DURING A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF 5 YEARS, QUESTION
                                      MARK ON QUALITY OF PANASONIC PRODUCTS?
                                      10. NOT REPAIRED, REFUSED TO REPAIR THE SET, DUE TO GAS LEAKAGE WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF 3 MONTHS?
                                      11. QUESTION MARK ON QUALITY AND SERVICE OF PANASONIC ?
                                      12. FINANCIAL LOSS OF RS. 52, 000/- BY PANASONIC CO. ?
                                      13. IRRESPONSIBILITY AND NEGLIGENCY BY SENIOR STAFF OF PANASONIC CO., i.e, Mr. Prateek Arora, and Mr. Jasmit Singh?
                                      14. IRRESPONSIBILITY AND NEGLIGENCE, CARELESSNESS BY OWNER OF AERAMAC SERVICE CENTRE, i.e, Mr. Naveen Sharma?

                                      P.S. : We including our kids have suffered mental agony, harassment and financial loss due to Irresponsible and Negligence in the service of PANASONIC CO. which could be compensated with vindication of our right, i.e POOR QUALITY AND POOR SERVICE OF PANASONIC Co.

                                      In the view of above all the evidence, REPAIR THE FAULT SATISFACTORY AT COMPANY OWN COST (at FOC) due to irresponsible, negligence in the service of PANASONIC CO.
                                      We are facing regular problems in both Panasonic ACs since the date of purchase till date (available all the evidence) . It’s only a waste of time and energy by Panasonic Co.

                                      IT’S PUT A QUESTION MARK ON QUALITY OF PANASONIC, a reputed Brand ?

                                      TWO OPTIONS ARE LEFT:-

                                      EITHER REFUND OUR PAID AMOUNT OF PURCHASE WITH COMPENSATION AMOUNT for both Manufacturing Defective A/c Sets of PANASONIC,

                                      OR

                                      REPAIR FAULT WITH REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PART FOR NO COOLING ( in Warranty period, i.e, 3 months ) at FOC basis immediate.
