I bought a panasonic microwave oven during Aug 2021 and hardly used it, just before Diwali wanted to bake and then all of sudden heard a sound, when opened the glass turntable was broken.. Was so disappointed with such poor quality of product, moreover when called the showroom they are casually saying it happens with 1 or 2 cases and denying to replace the glass turntable.. Will never ever recommend panasonic to anyone and also the Dealer Girias.

    This is to inform you about some discrepancies have been found in services of PANASONIC CO.:

    1. It’s a serious matter of PURCHASE PANASONIC PRODUCTs, for which we are facing the problem since the first date of purchase like financial loss of Rs. 52000/-
    2. Gas is leaking in each year, i.e, THRICE in a Season (in guarantee period) in spite of BLUE COATING IN PANASONIC A/Which puts a question mark on quality of Panasonic Product?
    3. This is a pending case since a very long time, not re –solved at your end till date, only WASTAGE OF TIME & ENERGY BY CO.

    Following are given below evidence of DISCREPANCIES, CARELESSNESS, IRRESPONSIBLE, NEGLIGENCE IN THE SERVICES and QUESTION MARK ON QUALITY OF PANASONIC Co, a Reputed Brand.?

    1. INSTEAD OF REPAIR AT SITE, AERAMAC SERVICE CENTRE TAKEN THE A/C SET AT THEIR CENTRE on 29/07/21?
    2. DAMAGED THE CONDENSER PART OF A/C DURING REPAIR AT SERVICE CENTRE ?
    3. PART DAMAGED DUE TO PUT HIGH PRESSURE OF NITROGEN GAS IN A/C SET?

    In the view of above all the evidence, REPAIR THE FAULT SATISFACTORY AT COMPANY OWN COST (at FOC) due to irresponsible, negligence in the service of PANASONIC CO.
    We are facing regular problems in both Panasonic ACs since the date of purchase till date (available all the evidence) . It’s only a waste of time and energy by Panasonic Co.

    IT’S PUT A QUESTION MARK ON QUALITY OF PANASONIC, a reputed Brand ?

    TWO OPTIONS ARE LEFT:-

    EITHER REFUND OUR PAID AMOUNT OF PURCHASE WITH COMPENSATION AMOUNT for both Manufacturing Defective A/c Sets of PANASONIC,

    OR

    REPAIR FAULT WITH REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PART FOR NO COOLING ( in Warranty period, i.e, 3 months ) at FOC basis immediate.

        ( 43 inch led tv sold through flipkart )
        The consignment received on 12th oct 2021.
        As per order item called wall mount should have come with the tv. Wall mount was not found in the box in the presence of flipkart delivery boy.
        Complaint was booked with Panasonic customer care and also flipkart customer care. But no action has been taken by any of the agencies even your regional manager Mr Debashis Manna refused to take any action.
        The problem is not yet resolved.

          Hello team

          My last complain id : R[protected]

          Please check all my complaints registered from no. [protected] and [protected]. We are fed up with your washing machine and tired of calling your support team multiple times.

          We have to do multiple follow ups with your team and technicians - DO YOU CALL IT A SERVICES !!! Last time also same issue my issue was sorted in odd 10-12 days

          Today I also called your team in the morning(9:45AM 18th Oct 2021) and was in touch with Mr. Afsal then he transferred my call to a senior executive ( Abhul Mubashir Siddique - Area Manager)where he said he will call me back in 15 mins but by noon there is no response.

          My complaint is registered from 11th oct, 2021 still no resolution same issue was the month back and month back plus 6 month back.

          Kindly tell me what sort of product is this in which a machine is not working 10days a month as your team that long to replace the motor. In 3 years mochine is been repaired more than 6 times and I have to make multiple calls to ensure work is getting done as you don't give value to your customer & their time.

          Kindly replace the product or take it away with apology letter as your product is the worst product and I will throw it away with a video and review of the product and take necessary actions

          I called your team now also at 3:30PM and talked to two executives where I got no. of Abhul Mubashir Siddique (Area Manager) and he said he will call me

          The experience has ruined the reputation of Panasonic and created a very bad impression on me & my family of buying electronics from you guys.I am highly disappointed from Panasonic support

            This is to inform you that we have purchased the panasonic microwave on 02.11.2020. Also have taken the extended warranty on it. Within a year we saw that there is lot of cavity on the roof top and in the front. This has happened because of faulty paint technique used by so called the brand company.

            We have purchased the microwave from croma store located at palm beach vashi. We visited the store and launched the complaint. Croma store organized a technician visit. After few days we got a reply from the service centre that we have to pay Rs.2500 to get it corrected. When we said its under warranty and either you should replace it or do it for free they denied.

            We spoke to Croma store they also pulled their hands from this.

            In this entire episode neither Panasonic nor Croma was bothered about the customer. I have to keep following up.

            The technician who visited the store told us its dangerous to use microwave in this condition and needs to be replaced and the service center replies us as confirmed by the technician its a physical damage.

            Till now the issue is pending.

            I will just lose few thousands to rupees but remember Panasonic is losing the trust and now I will not buy any Panasonic product and neither will recommend anyone.

            Is this the way the to treat the customers.

                    We purchased TV in JAN 2021 and after that in 6 months they changed three times mother board and 1 time remote and now they are saying we will support on chargeable basis.

                    Panasonic team has given work to outsourced service center which is not meeting the expectation of the customer. Unskilled team members not able to solve issues and they are demanding replacement and more money to solved by changing with new parts.

                        I have written to senior service professions and had umpteen calls with customer care and service centers, but respite to the pathetic services by Panasonic.

                        Of all the competing brands and technologies, we chose the Panasonic Smart TV (TH50AS6700; Serial no. 14MDB0030) for a life experience for my family. We chose Panasonic for the brand value and ethics which is also rightly articulated – No company is good without good services.

                        My Panasonic Smart TV was repaired in October 2018. After the repair the service agency m/s Sakshi Services, New Delhi convinced me to buy a three-year Extended Warranty, after lots of deliberations. I paid the warranty amount of INR 18, 300 (part through cheque of ~ INR 12, 400 and rest as cash). The receipt of the same is attached for your kind perusal.

                        Since last few days, I observed a red streak on the screen and hence lodged a complaint at Customer Service India. The engineer visited by place and investigated the problem on 23.09.2021. He also verified the original receipt of the EWC of INR 18, 300 and informed that the panel has to be changed.

                        called the Service Center - Ganesh Aircon for the update and they informed me that the Area Sales Manager Mr. Sanjay Shukhla (+91 [protected]) has ordered that they cannot provide the services as my EMC was only for two years. (the receipt of the payment that I have is for 3 year EWC that they simply are denying).

                        In India, it seems the Panasonic services are pathetic. While selling the warranty, I was made the promise and reiterated the value of Panasonic as a service- oriented company, but when the part has to be replaced now, I am being given varied excuses and reasons. The same issue also happened the last time during servicing in 2018 and I had to call the customer care and my dealer to get it resolved.

                        I fear that the service provider would be deliberately extending the resolution with varied excuses and stories, beyond my warranty period (24.10.2021).

                        I wanted to share my difficulties as a customer of Panasonic. After this, I am losing my trust in Panasonic and would encourage others not to go for Panasonic products.

                          I have purchased the charger of panasonic above mentioned model but company is saying that is comes online from Amazon we are not responsible. That is brand however company is not helping.
                          I need replacement kindly do something.

                                  I purchased a microwave and TV around 1.5 years back. Both the products have got spoilt at the same time and Panasonic has refused to resolve my complaints. For the microwave, which costs around Rs 5, 500, they are asking me to pay Rs 4, 800 which is highly unreasonable, and a microwave's life should definitely be more than a year and a half. Despite my numerous complaints, they do not even send a technician as I have already paid numerous visit charges before and said that I will not be entertaining more charges to check the product as that has already been done. I am facing the same issue with the TV wherein they fraudulently provided a faulty product with a motherboard issue and are asking for Rs 700 to check it when I have already got it checked and Rs 4000 to repair it which is also highly unreasonable as the TV itself costs Rs 10, 000. They have refused to resolve both my complaints on numerous occasions and have asked me to either pay this exorbitant amounts or get rid of the products within 1.5 - 2 years of purchase. My complaints are closed by the company on its own without providing any resolution.

                                      I am having an issue of excess frost and ice formation in fridge and freezer compartments. The complaint regarding this was made in the month of July with complaint reference no.R[protected]. The service engineer/technicians visited my house twice but the problem was not resolved. The same was also accepted by the technicians who visited and was conveyed to service advisor Ms.Saumya, who assured that the competent person will visit soon to look into this problem. Moreover, my wife had whatsapp communication with her time and again regarding non-visit of any person to solve the problem( screenshot attached herewith) But I am sorry to say that till date NO action has been taken towards my complaint and even now service advisor is not responding to our call and messages and my complaint remains unresolved even after 2 months.

                                        1 Year 26 days old side by side refrigerator is not working as gas leaked due to faulty design. They used iron pipe for condensation pipe dipped in water for cooling which get rust after 1 year and gas leaked.
                                        Next they don't have compatible mechanical support for gas charging in side by side refrigerator due to which compressor and side overheat and not proper cooling and high electricity consumption
