I bought AC on 2nd May, 2022. It's installation happened on 3rd May. Since the time of installation it wasn't working well and after pointing that out to installlation person, he said first time it takes some time and he left.
After some time on the same day it stopped working and has not been cooling at all since then.
I have been raising constant complaint on service center number, but there is not resolution provided and have been asked to wait for resolution constantly.
It feels i bought a non working AC with my hard earned money and company doesn't care about it at all.
Please either replace the AC or refund the money.

      Purchase Details:
      Panasonic Viera TH-55ES500D on 23/02/2018 for Rs 53905 from seller - Rahul Electronics Private Limited, Mumbai, and online through PayTM. Extended warranty (warranty number - [protected]) for TV for period 15/08/2021 to 14/08/2021.

      Incident Details:
      Problem: TV Screen issue - screen blinking and black screen

      Complaint history -
      Complain number - R[protected] - Date - 23/09/2021
      Complain number - R[protected] - Date - 06/10/2021
      Complain number - No number (spoke to Shiv Kumar from service center) - Date - 19/10/2021
      Complain number - R[protected] - Date - 08/11/2021

      Delivered TV on 23/12/2021 (after 3 months since first complaint), but screen was still not repaired and had two vertical lines on screen. When informed service agent who had come for delivery, he advised to use the TV as it is for sometime and they would get back to me.

      Nobody got back for the issue later. So, decided to complain again in April 2022-
      Complain number - R[protected] - Date - 06/04/2022
      Service center collected TV on 13/04/2022 and delivered TV on 27/04/2022, and service agent who came told that screen issue is still not resolved, and screen still had two vertical lines, and one black also got added.

      On 28/04/2022, received email from Amol Sawant from panasonic stating below-
      Your product TH-55ES500D purchase on 23/02/2018, Set is having defect, at present Same model is not available, So We have offer new Model – TH-55LX700DX
      This is to inform you that, you need to pay diff amount of rs 38, 720

      Desirable Resolution-
      I want replacement of TV, but I will not bear any additional cost, as my TV is already under extended warranty.

        A complaint about the split ac service done in jul 21
        . Your technician attended asked for
        capacitor replacement. Gas charging after capacitor sequantially informing us to replace the compressor and motor. Finally gas replacement. Totally I incurred rs 21K charges for replacement . Finally got my ac outdoor repaired, working with a heavy rattling noise. When enquired, he said let it run for a month, this noise will go. Again I called him for noise problem, he kept some weights and slipped my mind. This time problem will be solved.when I called him repeatedly he is evading. The noise problem is very severe now.
        I am living in a gated community and the secretary wrote to me as below quoted on 30th Mar 22
        sir request you to rectify your out door AC unit seriously unable to bear the sound, requested you directly as well. Please do take necessary steps if not do not switch on the AC.

        Subject: Panasonic Air-Conditioner Model: CU-UC18NKYP Purchased on[protected].

        This is reply is with reference to your email dated[protected] regarding your above said product. We request you to please refer the visit of Panasonic engineer at your residence. Kindly note that after inspection we found that Compressor needs replacement. We would like to inform you that your product is out of warranty period, hence service will be carried out chargeable basis. Please note that the total estimated cost for repair of your product is Rs.17, 604/-.

        We are awaiting for your kind confirmation on this so that we can initiate the repair activity from our end.

        This kind of reply from Panasonic india, is really irksome and no justice to the customer who trusted the brand.

          Product # Split Inverter 1 Ton AC
          Problem # Repeated Gas leak from warranty.
          Date of purchase from authorized panasonic dealer # 04 June 2018
          Problem # Since warranty there is Gas leak in AC. First time in warranty, they observe Gas leak & they fill the gas withouting checking gas leak source.
          Again after few moths, same problem repeated, so paid nearly 4500/- & temporary problem resolved.
          3rd time, again problem repoeated & pansonic team inform team Gas leak issue. They send estimate of around 4500/- again.
          We hardly use this AC, as many times, we stay in another house outside Thane. However out other AC'S are working fine in same house. Since from installation, i don't think we have use AC for even 30 days.
          So feels stroungly that they have provided fauly unit (IDU/ODU) or last of workmanship in installation or addressing service calls.
          More strange point that in all mails with panasonic, they never discuss about details of root cause problem except there repair charges. So it is strange manager behaviour attitude.
          In one of call yesterday, discussed issue with senior manager & after talks, realized he is non-technical person. So Panasonic team should involve technical manager in such escalations, so they can understand concern & provide better resolution.
          Desirable Resolution # Ideally they should inspect problem & find the root cause of issue, report transperently about it. Which they are not doing it .
          As it hardly used system & 3 times same issue, they should fix problem immediately without any charges or with very very minimum charges.

            I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with your company. You have the worst customer service team, and I've never regretted a purchase so much.
            On June 18, 2021, I purchased two split air conditioners from Baljee Electronics in Tagore Garden.
            Since then, I've had constant problems with one of the air conditioners, which I've had fixed four times by your team.
            I even had my gas refilled in 9 months and still did not write to you, despite the fact that it is not normal for an electronic product to stop working after 9 months.
            But what happened to me last week was shocking because I believe Panasonic is a good brand.

            I registered a complaint with your team last week, on April 11th, specifically regarding a foul odour. After 48 hours, your technician arrived and informed us that a part had been burned and that it would be replaced. After several calls from my family, the technician visited today (basically after 6 days) and informed us that another part was also burned and could not be replaced today. I'll have to struggle for another 7 days as a result of my poor electronics selection.
            Your company's service has been extremely disappointing.

              I bought a Panasonic 2 ton AC on 9th April. Installation done on 11 th April. since last 4 days water has been coming from the indoor unit. Which damaged my TV and computer table due to water leakage.
              How can the new AC get water from an indoor unit?
              I registered a complaint 4 days ago and no one came yet. I don't want a Panasonic AC anymore and want to return it. I am not satisfied with service and installation from Panasonic.
              We bought the AC for summer time on pek. 4 days spent in 45 temperatures after investing 60K on AC

                I had purchased a Panasonic Invertor AC from Sargam Electronics, Model Town, Delhi with Sargam's extended warranty of 04 years. My AC is not working as it is not cooling. I have tried so many time the Sargam's number but no response. On visit, the person sitting there asked to send my complaint through Whatsap number provided by him. The complaint along with copy of bill sent on the number but no response so far. Plz. look in the matter and solve the issue at the earliest.

                  I purchased Panasonic split 1 ton ac in Nov, 2021 and after 1st free service it's changing temperature, speed automatically regarding this several times complaint given from feb-2022 but without attending complaint they are closing status of my complaint.
                  I am forcing people not to buy Panasonic products as they're not giving after sales service.

                    I am user of Panasonic product I have purchased a Air conditioner last year 11 April, previous month when we have called a mechanic to install the AC again there were few problems found as it was in warranty period we called to customer care 2 times executive came to solve but still it is not resolved yet now warranty is over we are very disappointed from your side, why we are facing the problem from customer care service executives.

                        I had registered call (R[protected]) with Panasonic customer care[protected] or[protected] for repair of Panasonic split AC (cooling not working). Post registration of my service call, I received call from technician ([protected]-Arbaz) for making visit at my residence for repair.

                        The technician informed my mother that gas needs to be filled for which he charged 2700. In total he charged[protected] for gas and 600 for visit). The payment was done via google pay to following number- [protected]. The technician did not wait for checking of cooling as he informed my mother that it will take time for cooling to be effective. Hence he left. While leaving he informed my mother that if there is any issue then he will come back and provided his contact number to her. On call he informed to me that there is 3 months warranty to repairs.

                        We checked the cooling effectiveness twice but found that the cooling of AC not working. I called the technician following morning and he said he will come in evening. He did not turn up and since that time his phone is switched off or out of network area.

                        I registered a complaint again with Panasonic customer care to resolve the issue. I got a confirmation on call from Mr. Abdul (customer care team member) that i will not be charged for repair. The complaint number is R[protected]. I was advised by Abdul to speak with service center manager Mr. syed[protected]. Upon connecting with Mr. Syed, he is yet to figure out who turned up to repair. Mr. Syed sent a technician in the week of 4th April to assess the AC repair done. Assessment report was submitted by technician the same day to Syed for further action and advice. The technician informed to me in person that similar fraud incident has happened to another customer in Bangalore in the name of Panasonic India. Further follow up with customer care and Syed has not yielded in any result.

                        I also raised complaint by writing email to service.[protected]@in.panasonic.com on 3rd April however no response has been received. The matter was brought to Panasonic India twitter handle on 3rd April and they assured that matter will be looked to resolve this. However no response and resolution provided since then.

                        Request Panasonic India to look into this matter urgently and get the AC repaired free of cost immediately.

                          I have bought 2 ton Panasonic 5 star AC and waiting for the installation for almost three days now. We haven't got a proper schedule from the service person. Need this to be addressed at the earliest.

                            This is Dr.Usha from Chennai and I am escalating my problem to your level since all my efforts through your service lanes have proved on no use.

                            I bought a PANASONIC TK-AS80-DA 6-Litre Alkaline, RO + UV Water Purifier for Rs. 21990 in Feb 2020 (copy attached) to tide over the water problems during covid times from Rathna Cools pvt Ltd, Chennai.

                            Then I took an AMC from SKY ELECTRONICS, Chennai for Rs5500 on Feb 2021 (copy attached). Then there was a problem in March 2021, and since then I have called repeatedly through your toll freenumbers but the problem still remains unsolved.

                            Somebody came twice took some part away and even after 10 months the machine is not working. My calls to SKY ELECRONICS remain unanswered.

                            The machine of no use to me, my AMC is of no use to me.

                            I think I have been duped badly and request your kind intervention in solving this problem.

                              I have AC buy just two day ago. Now AC colling like nothing, for example AC colling temp. 16' and 24' have zero temperature difference. Local service center said coling is working but any difference between 24 and 16, yes or no.
                              2 day ago installation time compression vibration problem start and engineers is fixed but now is starting again.
                              I told engineers, local service centers but is not answering properly. He said everything is good not problem in air conditioner.

                                  Purchased AC on 27th March.
                                  Delivered on 29th march.
                                  Got a call from Panasonic team on 29th and told that Friday 1st April installation will process. But
                                  Till today no installation was done.
                                  No response from anyone till now
                                  When I am trying to reach the number which I got on Tuesday. No response.
