VERY GOOD EVENING,

I am a corporate customer of panasonic acs .as we are in service industry this product is very important to us, but from the very first month o[censored]sing it, we are suffering a lot . Now the service team is not responding . Its exactly 3 days we are running our service center without ac. Though we have called a few many times they promised to come but did not actully do that.
Its a very poor service of the panasonic team . If it continues i will lodge complain on social media (facebook) .

    Dear sir
    Sorry to inform you regarding big blunder done by your service center in patiala, address new patiala hospital, bhadson road, patiala.
    I have panasonic plasma tv model th-p42x30d sept, 2011 make.
    This got some problem and stop working. The current was passing and lights blinking.
    I took this tv to your service center (Prabhnot electronics) and met your service person mr. Rajiv, he told me to left the tv and they will inform me. I took the photographs of inner view of tv panels and requested him to open the tv in my presence and before discussing cost no repairs to be carried out.
    After 3 days he told that mother board is to be replaced.
    I visited the service center and met rajiv ji, he shown me a plate and told this has to be changed. I asked him why he opened the parts, he told that without opening it fault can't be detected.
    Without opening my tv, he was already having a plate in his hand and told me this is mother board and to be arranged. The cost of mother board is 10000/- and total cost shall be 18500/-
    I got my tv back from him and when at home we rechecked the tv it was totally black out. We contacted rajiv ji and told that previously when we handed over tv to him the lights were brincking, now not. He asked us to bring the tv and my son visited
    Rajiv and he told one ic was got blasted hence not working and when we change, he gave ic to my son.
    Again today i brought tv to chandigarh from patiala and shown it to you some services, a multi brand service centre at sector 44a chandigarh.
    On opening the tv, i was informed that the mother board has completely been destroyed with putting ic etc.
    On the cross checking the serial no of plate, it was to my great surprise and shock that mother board serial number is not matching with the serial number of the original company fitted mother board.
    I request you to kindly take the strenuous action against mr. Rajiv and panasonic service center and compensate me.
    I will be taking legal action also.
    The tv is in my wife name.. Harmohinder kaur.

      Hello sir,

      My name is samir kumar. I had purchase panasonic led th40d400d on dt[protected]. When i start my television it's display show white, but when i on my television after 5 minutes it's start working. I had complain in service center on dt 06-09-18. They picked my television to 5 no faridabad service center.

      After one day they told me my there is problem in display panel, and may cost around inr 29000/-.. I had bought tv inr 31990 /- and now pay extra cost 29000 for display panel after 2 years.

      In future we will never buy panasonic item. Please suggest me what should i do.

      Water purifier was not installed by the technician non available of spares no proper response from them. Called at 7 in evening. After many calls to them. They told it will be done tomorrow.

        I have purchased panasonic led tv 28 inches, to my surprise after using for almost 16months led panel was required to be changed. Which after complaining for the same it was replaced by the company for 50% of the total cost. Further again after changing the panel it started working for about 2 months and the mother board is now damage.

        This is very surprising that such a reputed company's product is currently of now use and very 5 to 6 months something on the other gets damaged for which the company is not taking any prompt action and the customer is feeling helpless after purchasing the product.

        I have a dysfunctional Panasonic mx ss1. 3 months passed since my complaint, logging. We have been continuously chasing the customer care officials and their associates. One says it will happen today.. Other says I have not been given any parts to fix.. It will be done tomorrow etc etc.. Lies lies and lies.
        I have purchased Panasonic water purifier from bajaj electronics Kompally. On 06.09.18. The technician was sent for installation, the person came with out the proper connecter, and intimated that they will be back in half an hour. We repeatedly called them but their was no response. After 7 in evening that told us they will come back tomorrow

          Purchased television in june.

          Till not yet installed!!!

          Purchased from santosh traders. Hopeless service. Just sold and forgot customers.
          Today promised to install machine at 5pm
          No-one came.
          After lot of requests gave the mobile number of nakul ratios.
          His mobile no. Was switched off.

          I kept on calling.

          After more than half an hour i could talk to him.
          He was cool and said he was busy.
          He does not have any idea about visiting my place for installation!!.

          Then said he will come from rahate colony (Nagpur).

          After 15 minutes some other person says he is not nakul but wants to visit my place from a still far off place.
          I said nakul said he'll come.

          He was confused.
          Now your officers, service people are completely indifferent, callous and not at serious.

          Nakul promised he'll come in half an hour.
          It's already 15 minutes past.

          This is your service.
          This is the traders who sell panasonic and forget customers.
          Shame on you.

            Dear Sir/Madam Namaste,

            Myself ANAND SINGH BAGHDI PRATAP from hyderabad. Sir this is to inform you that I am not at all happy with the service & product of Panasonic. Sir I have purchased a panasonic 49" LED TV 49CS580 on 29th Jan 2016. Even before completing one year from the date of purchase a thin line appeared on screen in the month of November 2016. So as the product was in warranty so panel replacement given. But now again on 31st august 2018 automatically picture gone & only audio is there. No picture only sound is coming. So on 1st September 2018 I given a complaint. (Complaint ID:R[protected]. So on same day panasonic technician visited and after checking he said panel has to be replaced. I said OK as at the time of purchase it has been assured to me that there is 3 years warranty applicable to my product from the date of purchase.But on the same day Mr.Vijay from panasonic service center called up me over phone & said that the product is not under warranty any more & I have to pay 42000/- Rupees for panel replacement.

            Sir at the time of complaint log in ie on 1st september 2018 even customer care executive also said me that there is total 3 years warrany is there on my product ie ! year full warranty & other 2 years will be only panel warranty. He said he checked in system & confirmed. But now panasonic Vijay is telling that there is only one year warranty. I am feeling that I have been cheated by panasonic. I always refer my friends, Relatives & customers to buy panasonic for its good service. But I never even imagined that I have to suffer like this. i thought panasonic is a very good brand & good product but it seems I was wrong because only within one year panel gone & again within 15 months again panel problem. I might have purchased Sony or samsung or LG. I will never refer anyone now to buy panasonic. I really hurted a lot. Its a very big loss for me. If my problem not solved I will go further to higher authorities & also escalate this to prime minister of India that how panasonic brand is fooling to poor people in India. Sir I belong to a very poor family. My salary is only Rs.15000/-.I stay in a rented home. Sir I purchased LED TV in finance. Sir how could I pay Rs.42000 for panel replacement. Sir its my humble request to you that please look into this & give approval for panel replacement as it is still in warranty. Sir please help me.

                Dear team,
                I bought my air conditioner in 2016 for authorised dealer of panasonic product next month onwards my air conditioner gas was leaked out and i have complain to the customer care for that problem and representative was come and he refill the gas whiout checking and problem was still on going and i stop my air conditioner for next season because september is not so hot, and next season i start my air conditioner but colling was not worked and then i complain again for that problem, again panosonic engineer was come and again he refill the gas, when i asked for the problem he said that there is no problem last time gas was not refill properly so that your air conditioner is not worked, he said now your air conditioner is good, he returned and after 4 month the problem was again start and that time my air conditioner was out of warranty, and i am very upset and unhappy for panasonic product.
                My companion is genuine, product is not good.
                Kindly do the needful as soon as possible

                  We have taken ewc contract on 10th april 2017 vide bill nos. 7399 and 7400 for our 2 unit of panasonic air conditioners through your authorized service center, air con engineers, d-22, south extn, part-1, new delhi. We have paid a sum of rs.23998/- towards repair and maintenance service for the above two units of air conditioners. The engineers who visited our office is demanding charges for cleaning (Jacket) services whereas it should be done free of charge.

                    I called the service center yesterday to send a mechanic for the servicing of the ac machine. The person said that he will be sending the service man today by 12 pm. However my father have to wait for him but the service man did not turned up. So when i called him at 1 pm he said that the service man is not available at that time he will go after an hour. After another 2 hour the service man did not turned up and suddenly i got a call at 2:50 pm that the service man can go now. Due to his negligency the whole day of my father wasted. He could not went for his office work. Request you to look in to this matter so that i do not have to face this issue again in future.

                      I am from faridkot, (Punjab). I have bought panasonic split a. C model number - cs-lc18uky from gulati electronics, faridkot three months ago and it is under warranty... And i am facing problem for the cooling that is not much doing even if the temperature is at 16 degree then also it remains like that of 26 degrees... So i request you to please send your service engineer at my residence... So that the problem i am facing should be solved quicker...

                        This is regarding the problem in my A/C unit which is clearly mentioned in the trail mail.

                        For your ready reference note down the job ID no.: R[protected]

                        Regret to note that there is lot of discrepancies in the remedy processes given by your technicians and your service team. Attaching here with the first note saying that the cost of rectifying the problems is Rs.3, 068/-. After escalating this issue in mail and in social media, your Area Service Manager, Mr.Sathish said that the cost is Rs.8, 215/- (the proof is attached with this mail).

                        Two statements for the same issue can not be true. Either one of them should be false. Why your people are giving false statements?

                        Also it was mentioned by your people even after rectifying the problem now, again after a period of 1 to 1 and half year the problem will araise.

                        This is clearly understood that the unit sold to me is manufacturing defect piece which is to be replaced.

                        If the unit is not replaced within 3 to 4 working days from this mail date, I will definitely move with all the proof I have to consumer court and social media.

                        If you want maintain your brand reputation and goodwill do the replacement o[censored]nit with guarantee immediately without prolonging the issue any more.

                        Dear sir,

                        This is to inform you that my A/c of your brand was not working - cooling impact was not happening since one week.

                        Hence i raised the complaint (no. R[protected]. your person turned up today and informed that the indoor portion has leaking problem for which welding is to be done.

                        For this, indoor and out door units are to be removed and taken to your service centre. For the charges are close to Rs.4, 000/-

                        But this is highly unfortunate that a brand like yours is having such a problem just within a span of 3 years of time from purchase (invoice attached/. This is clearly understand that the problem is due manufacturing defect.

                        So, finally my request is, your company should take the responsibility to replace the complete system with a new one immediately.

                        If the new system is not installed within 3 working days, i will raise this issue and the poor service of Panasonic in consumer court and meanwhile in social media also.

                        kindly treat this as final information and act fast.
                        I have purchased a split AC from panasonic two years back. The AC worked fine till warranty period of 1 year.Then the AC cooling stopped and when i called the technician he informed that the gas was empty.I got the gas filled and paid the charge of 2500 and visit charge of 490 .However after 10 days the cooling stoped again. I called the technician he mentioned that the coolimg point is damaged and gas is leaking from it.He repaired by welding the cooling unit.However after few days the AC stopped cooling. I have sent several complaints but have not recieved any reply.I shall take this matter to consumer court for selling me an AC which was not of good quality.

                          I have buy panasonic ac cs-qn 18uky/1.5 ton in 16/06/2018 in great istren in barasat
                          Installation in your authorised service center (A. P international) and installation person name is amit paul.
                          He install ac in my room and charge is 2550 rs in cash
                          But he is no inform me what function is remote how mantinance ac and mostly how many service is free and date no inform me. I don't know.
                          (And important shop worker says installation is free and main bill write is installation is free but your person charge me installation charge 1500 for me.) please resolve it

                          And talk shop (Great eastern ) send to free coupon or not .I says no send coupon but original challan to mention to free service ( Tick mark in picture ) .

                            Dear Panasonic Team,
                            Greetings of the day!!!

                            With reference to my below complaints for Manufacturing defect LED Sold to by you.

                            However there was no improvement observed in the repaired/replace of Panel work carried out by you for 3 times but as said it is defective LED.

                            Now since this defected LED which you have sold to me is a concern for me as I am mentally disturbed and I feel being cheated by the company Panasonic.

                            It is a very serious concern as due to this distraction which causes mentally at the back of my mind. As company is aware that third time in my LED the Panel have been replaced but the defect is as it is and I may constantly get disturbed by it which is because of the manufacturing defect LED delivered from Panasonic.

                            I want you to raise this issue with the company and present my case as I am not willing to accept the LED with manufacturing defect as this is giving me and my family Mentally Harass.

                            Up-till now i have just request Panasonic to resolve my concern but now my DEMAND from Panasonic is mention below

                            1) Replace my 24 Inch LED.

                            2) Give me Compensation Amount of Rs:50000/- (for mentally Harassment)

                            3) Apology Letter from Panasonic India Ltd.


                            Hence please consider this email from me as my final decision and kindly replace with a new 32 inch Smart LED with Compensation Amount & Apology Letter from Panasonic.

                            Request Panasonic to please proceed for the same within 7 days from receiving this mail.

                              We have 4 panasonic dp mb 300 printers. The monthly consumable usage of these printers are minimum 8 toner cartridges and 2 drum cartridges. But for last 4 months we have no availability of the materials at bhubaneswar. We have enquired with all the channel partners of panasonic business printer division and as well as mr. Sujit, but to no avail and our printers are sitting idle for last 2 months due to zero availability.

                                This is with regards to a fridge we purchased on 05/06/2018.

                                Since day one we have had serious condensation issues in the fridge which are on the extreme end. With regards to the same there have been 5 complaints lodged till date . For the 1st 4 complaints your technician came and tried to sort the matter without any success . They kept telling us that this is a normal level in any fridge. I have highlighted to them that we too have been using fridge of different brands since past 37 years and never have we encountered such level of condensation . However your technicians refused to accept this .

                                During my 5th complaint I requested a senior person to come and visit and asses the situation. 3 weeks back the technician came and acknowledged the fact that there is a defect in the fridge and that’s why this is happening . He offered to repair the fridge to which I declined . Please note that this is a brand new fridge and I refuse to get a repair done for a defect which was not checked for while delivering it to us. I had mentioned in the feed back form that I need a replacement to be done on immediate basis.

                                Since almost 2 months Iam using a defective product without any proper solution from you all and have lost a lot of perishable products in this entire fiasco .

                                Till now there is no solution . Do u want us to go to consumer court to seek compensation and a solution ? Pls let me know as we can do that too.

                                Right now Iam looking at a replacement plus compensation for the harassment of almost 2 months

                                Even after this complaint the Panasonic team has come and done a repair with the reassurance that if the matter is resolved ( which has not happened ) they will exchange the product or issue an refund along with interest . However none of this is done. In spite of my multiple requests to provide their senior staffs email address to whom I can address the complaint, nothing has been done. They refuse to respond and update us

                                  Sub. :question mark on quality of panasonic brand and sargam electronics

                                  Ref. : purchased two panasonic window a/c.

                                  This is to inform you about some discrepancies have been found in service of panasonic and sargam elecrtronics (Dg care) -

                                  1.in a very short period i. E., completion only 2 (Two) years from date of purchase - pcb & display board both are not working?

                                  2. Gas is leaking twice in a year inspite of blue coating in panasonic a/c, which puts a question mark on quality of panasonic product and mis-selling of the sargam electronics.?

                                  3. We are facing regular problem in panasonic a/cs since the date of purchase till date (Available all the evidences).

                                  It’s put a queston mark on quality of panasonic, a reputed brand and sargam electronics.

                                  I am suffering mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in service of panasonic and sargam electronics which could not be compensated in the terms of money, so look in to this matter seriously and rectify the fault without any cost/charges at the earliest, otherwise matter will be forwarded to all concerned higher authorities including legal department also, which will affect the goodwill of panasonic & sargam electronics, a reputed brands.

                                    I had purchased a Refrigerator consideration of Rs. 30000 paid in cash
                                    The said goods are suffering from the following defects:
                                    (i) Refrigerator is off and it is not running now

                                    I have reported the above matter to Company & their officers several times but
                                    despite all my pleadings company have not made good the defect in the goods (deficiency in
                                    services) which is indeed regrettable. On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure
                                    and neglect to rectify the same I have suffered losses/incurred expenses Rs. 60000/-

                                      I am highly dissappointed by this company's services and people working there. I purchased an AC on 25th may 2018. At the starting of july it stopped working and I filed the complain on company's support on 5th july for it's repair or replacement whatever required. They sent their engineer After 2 days and he suggested us to get this AC replaced(under warranty) because of damaged air pipe. I called them and reported the problem that their serviceman told me. They promised to take AC very next day and get it repaired. But they came on 13th july 2018 during night after me calling them for so many times. Due to some security issues( 11pm night) my father didn't allow him to get in or take AC and asked him to come and collect it next day. Next day he didn't come inspite of calling him for so many times. On 15th july, On the request of their serviceman i managed to send my AC to their service centre at the transportation cost of 1300rs which they promised to pay me back but now denying to pay it. Now after that they took so many days to get it repaired and made so many excuses. When i called their serviceman they talked to me very rudely and denied to provide me the whole information. I warned them that i will file FIR and their serviceman said "Do whatever you can". They haven't returned my AC yet but made another fake promise of returning it till tomorrow.
                                      I would like to suggest people never buy Panasonic Air conditioners especially if you belong to kanpur region.
