I had purchased a Refrigerator consideration of Rs. 30000 paid in cash
The said goods are suffering from the following defects:
(i) Refrigerator is off and it is not running now

I have reported the above matter to Company & their officers several times but
despite all my pleadings company have not made good the defect in the goods (deficiency in
services) which is indeed regrettable. On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure
and neglect to rectify the same I have suffered losses/incurred expenses Rs. 60000/-

    I am highly dissappointed by this company's services and people working there. I purchased an AC on 25th may 2018. At the starting of july it stopped working and I filed the complain on company's support on 5th july for it's repair or replacement whatever required. They sent their engineer After 2 days and he suggested us to get this AC replaced(under warranty) because of damaged air pipe. I called them and reported the problem that their serviceman told me. They promised to take AC very next day and get it repaired. But they came on 13th july 2018 during night after me calling them for so many times. Due to some security issues( 11pm night) my father didn't allow him to get in or take AC and asked him to come and collect it next day. Next day he didn't come inspite of calling him for so many times. On 15th july, On the request of their serviceman i managed to send my AC to their service centre at the transportation cost of 1300rs which they promised to pay me back but now denying to pay it. Now after that they took so many days to get it repaired and made so many excuses. When i called their serviceman they talked to me very rudely and denied to provide me the whole information. I warned them that i will file FIR and their serviceman said "Do whatever you can". They haven't returned my AC yet but made another fake promise of returning it till tomorrow.
    I would like to suggest people never buy Panasonic Air conditioners especially if you belong to kanpur region.

      In k. V. Sitpaur (Up) a 42" panasonic tv was purchased on dated 01/12/15 from anuj infotech, aliganj, lucknow.
      It use to take view of cameras installed in vidylaya. But on 17/07/18 it was showing only red light in its panel. Reg. It a complain lock by mobile by our engineer and we receive a response that it will recover with 24 hrs but till now issue is not resolved.

        My panasonic mxss1 malfunctioned. Two of its parts are faulty. We logged complaint the customer care number gave us another number to call, which in turn gave us another number. Ultimately we were given a specific service engineer's number. This engineer asked us to sent address and complaint details through whatsapp, which we sent.. After 15 days he informed us parts are not available. And last month the parts are not available. Why should we buy panasonic products, if it cannot serviced.

          During the year 2014 i perched panasonic ac 2018 the compressor was failure six times
          Though warranty period of the compressor was 5years cheating panasonic mechanic is usually talking rs 2300 time to time last six month back the ac set was carried to bhubaneswar head office & again that was fitted but the problem arrised again.
          After the compressor is damaged 4times the panasonic office bearers told to supply new one but handover the same old machine & told the machine was inorder & no further complen,
          They are harassing the costumers.
          So i am prepared to lunch consumer case against the panasonic company.

            I booked complaint date 30 june 2018, but still not solved, why you provide bad service to us.
            And complaint book karne k baad koi b executive qu nhi arhe hai daily call karo and customer care daily bolte hai hmm executive ko 2 din mai bhej denge but koi nhi aata, aap recording nikaliye phone ki customer care se mene kitni bar baat ki hai, muje kaha gya ki mera panal kharab hai isliye apke tv ko change karke dusra dia jayega, lekin abhi tak na tv aaya na koi phone call aaya manager ko call kia to wo date pay date badha rhe hai. Abhi mera product in warranty mai bhi chal rha hai fir b kuch nhi kar rhe hai, muje lagta hai koi solve nhi karega to mai fir hi kra deti hu, and agar aap service nhi, de sakte hai to close your customer care office and number all things. Agar mera issue solve nhi hu to mai legal notice k sath apke office mai fir krungi.
            Bahot jada vahiyad service hai, koi b panasonic ka product free mai b use na kre. Guys mai chat k screen short share kar rhi hu aap khud hi dekh lijiye wo kesa reaponse de rhe hai muje or kese din pe din khatam ho rhe hai.

              I purchased one 2 ton split ac in 2017-18.. Now, since beginning of this season the ac cooling is not at all effective... I have been complaing in this regard several times.
              Panasonic authorised service centre people come to my place... Take hours in the process of rectifying the problem which is unknown to them...
              They advised us to escalate the problem to the senior of panasonic... We have been suffering badly in the summers due to failure of panasonic ac (Which is costlier than many of the other quality products available in the market and is sold with lot of promises).
              I also atteched screenshot of complain which i registered... With the teachnician name, date and time..

              This is the level of panasonic commitment towards services to its customers.

              Its a clear case of harrasment by panasonic.

              We aldready complaint about our tv till now no response.. pls take action immediately..we got aldready this prob 2 months back and waited for 15days and paid 10000 after tht tv was alright..now again the same prob..
              I own a panasonic 32inch led tv i faced some issues regarding this tv at this repair i am again facing the same issue and when i consulted my mechanic i came to know the tv panel was repaired 1time before reaching me. Panasonic two years repair two time default products and services not good

                Serviced by service team during warranty period it was ok.
                Again called for free service in March 2018 after service took trail found there is no gas.When enquired found it was intensionaly leak by loosening the bolt at AC end.when first service was done it was winter.
                How gas can leak while it was after first service.
                Gas was filled by team but cooling is not effective seems it has leaked again due to poor service or repairing

                    I had a construction work going on at my place
                    So the outlet of my split ac(out of warranty) was removed.we called the panasonic service centre and two men visited our place and did set up the outlet in the same place which before was open one but after construction was closed.They xharged 1500 something for installation and 3000 for gas filling(4500) in whole.And consequently my ac went bad.outlet started making noise and ac stopped cooling.we again called the service ventre and two other men visted and they mentioned that the outlet due to overheating went bad.And now it has to be reinstalled on the terrace(second floor )and over all expense they told was around 11, 000.Now my point is, if the service ppl had told on the frst visit itself that ac may go bad due to overheating we dint have to suffer so much(summer+ financial load).And Naushad, the Gorakhpur service centre manager says, "Its your fault, you must have said to install it there."This is the height now.shameless people!! Why would we force smone to install the outlet at a place where they would suggest not to? Now they again want to get the reinstallation charge and removal xharge.and again that gas filling charge.The brand name is deteriorated by th kind of service these people like naushads and unknowledgeble service people.Atleast accept the fault.I need panasonic to act on this and take strict Nd just action on this as soon as possible.

                        I went to the service centre of Panasonic today for repairing my phone which had some charging issue in Ranchi. I waited for half and hour and paid a heavy amount for the repair. After half and hour I had to rush back to the service centre because my phone did not stop hanging and I could not use it. they took the phone for repair again, and charged again. Later on the same day after 2 hours I again went there because the problrm still persisted. Now, the have kept my phone for two days and will charge more than 2, 000 for it. I have already paid twice. The rude behaviour and not accepting the mistake from the person sitting there was also extremely unsatisfactory as a Panasonic customer service representative. I humbly request t do something about something immediately

                          My tv model is TH P42 UT 30D had developed a display issue I brought it to Agra service centre some 15 days ago but they had not rectified it instead saying take it back as this model is not in circulation. It is difficult to understand that where customer should approach after investing rs 50000/ in it.Company had never put such condition before selling that they will not provide after sale service to their product.This means that you are investing 50000/ for 5 years for Zero value in bargain.
                          It is strange to know that company is not able to provide after sale service hence they must have alternative arrangement for such products for which they failed to give any alternate options

                            I have revently brought a Panasonic Eluga Ray 700 handset and am getting a problem with this phone ever since I have brought it.

                            The handset is not catching any network irrespective of the sim card being used. I have submitted the handset to your service center but there has been no positive response from them.

                            The services are pathetic, I have been forced to go to the center and even call them multiple time yet they haven't been able to resolve the issue with the handset. Day after day I have been given commitments that the parts will come and the handset will get ready I still haven't got the handset from the service center from over a month. I regret buying a Panasonic handset. Worst services I have seen so far!!!

                                I have purchased Pansonic fx650d_946c TV and im able to connect when i try to connect wireless connection to TV from windows 2010 OS. if i disconnect and re-connect means connection is not happening.

                                Every time need to remove "Pansonic fx650d_946c" device from Device Settings in OS and then re-connect. even Observing flickering continuously after connected wireless.

                                  My TV stopped working one month ago and the service engineer from Panansonic informed me that the motherboard is gone and the company does not provide spare parts any longer. After many complaints, they demanded my invoice. On providing my invoice, the company said, they dont have the parts and it is 5 years old and hence there is no settlement they can offer, either.

                                    I am taken a panasonic led tv from a shop. On 22.06.2018. And i inform to panasonic castomer care and they sending a boy name uttam to my address. I have no spaces to wall in flat to install that's tv. Thare was a wall corner but he dosnot have that bucket hi also told me that time panasonic not provide it even you give money for this. I am taken it from out side money requard at list 3500 thousand. If give advance 2500 the he will came after 2 day with this bucket and instead tv and that is free. I am not taken it from uttam i am got it only 2350 rs from other shop. Now the problem is arrise when i called him hi told me now install is chargeable hi denay all his commitment. Now hi tall this bucket not by panasonic so it is not possible free install but i[censored] getting from me then i will done it. He already submitted my tv installation complete in a table and signatures from my mother. Please take a auction agent that fake commitment.. Thank you

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      On[protected], I bought Panasonic 43 inch LED Smart TV Model No: DS630 with 1+2 Warranty(Warranty card enclosed). I made this purchase at Pai International Electronics Ltd, Adams Colony, Tolichowki, Hyderabad for Rs.58, 900(Fifty eight thousand nine hundread only). At the time of purchase Sales executive convinced me to purchase Panasonic LED TV saying that this is the only TV which has 1+2 warranty.

                                      Unfortunately, LED TV is not recognizing Cable signals, the smart function of TV like internet(youtube and browsing), Display and sound are working fine. The problem is not with a burn or damage or accident but rather it is a Manufacturing defect. To claim warranty, I rasied service request R[protected] with Panasonic India. To my surprise one of the panasonic service engineer says 1+2 warranty is only on LED TV Panel only and said service will be charged. Whereas, on the backside of 1+2 Warranty card terms and conditions are mentioned. At Point 7 of warranty card terms and condition it clearly states that "Warranty takes care of any manufacturing defect or breakdown of the product during warranty period".

                                      Hence, I request the authority to look into this and help me in fixing the problem at the earliest. Please find attached scan copy of Bill and Guarntee Card(front and Back). I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. Please contact me at the below address or by phone.

                                        In panasonic website clearly mentioned that th40ds500d smart tv will support bluray player with the help of hdmi. But while connecting the samsung bluray player htf4500, the unit which working fine with all other tv brands. But while am checking with panasonic service centre simply saying it's a compatible issue in. And it can't be resolved. Then how they saying that tv will support up 1900 pixels.

                                        Please kindly consider this issue and help me to resolve immediately
