Dear sir;
I have purchased a led television on 04.03.2016 from your authorised dealer m/s lokplaza gwalior. While the purchase, dealer offered the extended warrenty of 3 years. So same was purchased with extended warenty.
A problem of screen blank is observed since few days. So a complaint is made on 24.05.2018 vide reference no. R[protected] by toll free no. [protected] two times. But still no service engineer is visited at the site for the attending.
You are requested to send service engineer immediately.

    I'm selvamani... Living in singapore (Now) last month 15 (April'18) my home india panasonic ac service technician nagaraj... He told me service charge amount around rs.3000.. I'm asking bill he said later provide... But until now no provide receipt.

    He said ur stabilizer also problem change new... I'm paid rs.4800. It's also until now no buy, i'm many time call from singapore... He tell to me tomorrow only but not yet fixing...

    What i will do tell me..?

      I have purchased panasonic "TH-28C400DX" ON second january 2016 from girias investment(p) ltd. bangalore(Indiranagar)From last two years,
      I have not faced any problem.However, from last four months we were facing some issues screen signal is not working automatically volume increasing and decreasing,
      many winodws automatically opening, we are not able watch telivision programs. we are contacted to girias they given panasonic customer care executive contact number,
      he motherboard which need to replaced, after 1 week he replaced mother board and after 20 days we are facing the same problems
      Need your intervention in this case to resolve and assure that we can get our TV in good condition as we thought that PANASONIC
      is a good product with all service and product availabilities at stores.

        Dear panasonic india,

        On 28.05.2016, i had purchased a 1.5 ton air-conditioner – model no. Cu-u12 rkg2, in : [protected], out :[protected], “panasonic” make from your dealer, messrs. G. R. Electronics, shop no.39/b, kherwadi road, near railway station, bandra (East), mumbai – 400051, tel.: 2658 0131, vide their bill no.8508 dated 28.05.2016. Copy of the bill is attached herewith for your ready reference.

        It is with great regret that i would like to bring to your kind notice that the air-conditioner as supplied by the above dealer has been found to be a mismatched air-conditioner with in : [protected] (1.5 ton) and out :[protected].0 ton) due to which i have been facing constant trouble and teething problem now and again from the very beginning of purchasing and installing the air-conditioner.

        This has been a great inconvenience to me and my family as much of its utility and usefulness held up frequently.

        Before purchasing the air-conditioner, the dealer pleaded its durability, utility and stability but it seems it was only a bargain and instead delivered me a mismatched air-conditioner under the guise of durability, utility and stability.

        During the space of a little over two years there have been nearly 4-5 visits done by your technicians to set right the abnormality but none could harness the abnormality of the air-conditioner properly and every time they say – it would now work properly but never made upto the mark. I failed to understand that even after visiting on four to occasions and spending huge sum and time on rectification, the result is zero.

        From the above it appears to me that your technicians are neither capable enough nor technically sound to detect the problem and set right the defect to the entire satisfaction of the customer.

        Being a layman, i only came to know about the mismatched of the air-conditioner from one of the skilled technician whom i had called in to look into the snag which had developed into the air-conditioner recently.

        I regret to state that this is how your dealers are dealing with the customers and openly cheating on the product by supplying mismatched items.

        In view of the above-said circumstances, i would now request you kindly to look into the matter and arrange to replace this air-conditioner with proper in and out matching as your dealer has cheated me by supplying a mismatched air-conditioner.

        Last but not the least, from now on, i will never recommend any of my friend, family members and well-wishers to purchase any of the “panasonic” product as their dealers are cheating on the products by supplying mismatched items as per their whims and fancies with no satisfactory and productive services rendered to customers after sales.

        I now look forward to an early replacement of this defective kind of supply.

        I am fed up right now. I specially purchase a new android phone only for mirroring but apps was not supporting at all.

        I bought it almost 1 month before.

          I bought new panasonic a/c 1.0 ton cs/cu/rs12uky from pai international electronics ltd., hyderguda branch on 24/04/2018 under invoice no. Hcwh-4974 hyde-91. Heavy sound was coming from external box, which was rectified on 16th may. From yesterday, heavy leakage is there of water from inside of a/c. Which requires urgent repairs. We could not sleep yesterday night and had to sleep without air conditioner.

            It got 5 times damage with in the span of 1year ... . The screen got damaged, we can hear the voice but we cannot see the image... It is not a good company, company people do not showing any responsibility towards this, with in the span of 1 year it got damaged 5 times not the TV was not working only we can hear the voice but we can't see the image

And till date it is being kept by yours service center more than a year passed away but there is no resolution by your side, one year is a very long period for all this. you know there is a limit of patients. as i have struggling for this from more than one year. there is no support by you and your service center. the price you are quoting me is irrelevant, in this much amount a new MI TV can be purchased of better brand. please have some ethics as your are asking too much for it. Its a very huge amount for me as i am a middle class person. i trusted on your brand, but you disappointed me. please do the needful for me as i can't afford that much.

                Panasonic is really pathetic when it comes to customer service and after sales service...
                I have a panasonic inverter fridge which is out of warranty.. I had registered a complaint for a ticket to be resolved on the 14th may by calling the customer care.. I was given a number for a service centre which i had to chase to get a technian to check the fridge who did the same and ordered 3 parts as per his requirement for which i have no tracking and no update on.. It's been 4 days since the parts were ordered i have neither been notified nor advised on an approximate date of when the parts will be received. I have to call the contact centre who have no idea and just pass the ball to the service centre by giving me a number which later turns out to be a wrong number.. Disgusting service.. My uncle is a dealer in refrigerators and i am a blogger.. I am gonna ensure panasonic dosent thrive in the electronic sector atleast cause of this sad attitude for after warranty service

                  I have bought panasonic euga ray 700 on 7 april 2018
                  By the online but it hang, battery drain and over heating issue on front face side and so i go to service center but it demanded money to repair as my phone in wrranty. And they death my phone saying that your charger connection was not better but i go another service center it say no problem it was.

                    The service center at Pune is demanding rupees 450/_ for returning.the product is covered under warranty.(My work order no. AQP/PS/18/0017.)
                    It's an Panasonic mobile.
                    We haven't put any password in the mobile, yet he he is claim ing that there was a security password.
                    We should have been told about the money before making the work order. People in the service station are continuos ly laying and have no genuine intension.
                    Pls help to return our mobile.

                      Sir, it's been less than a month that i bought a panasonic 32 inches led tv from store in kolkata's jadavpur. I was told that 100% warranty is being given to me under a special scheme. 4 days ago tv's display got broken. It could be our fault and i was ready to bear the cost of repairment. So called at customer care and the sent a technician. But that person gave us an estimate of rs. 17590. We were literally stunned by the amount he was asking for as earlier also we had the similar situation when samsung demanded rs 7000. We also met a few local technicians who are ready to fix the issue with much less fee to than the panasonic sent technician offered. So my question is why this huge amount was demanded? I am so disgusted.

                        I am continuously facing problem with my Panasonic Water Purifier( TK CS 80).
                        During the period of 1.3 yr RO membrane Housing breaks couple of times.
                        And the Service person overcharged for the replaced part.

                        Now again i am facing the same problem within 3 months.
                        I am very upset with the company product and there is no such sense of wasting time on calling again n again to customer support.

                          I am very upset about the type of service commitment showcased by panasonic to customer in india. About 20 days ago, i had complained about the indoor unit blower motor not functioning. A service technician sent by local panasonic dealer "valainkanni refrigeration (Talegao - goa)", took the defective motor to have the same ordered for replacement. Upon my repeated follow up with the panasonic dealer, there was no confirmation as to when the replacement motor would be received. The replacement motor was finally received and fitted yesterday and found to be also "defective" as it stopped working after a while. Once again the motor was removed and taken by the service technician for requesting another replacement. I was charged rs.4000/- for the replacement motor which did not work after an hour o[censored]sage. How much time does it take for a replacement spare to be shipped and delivered to a panasonic dealer against their order? Moreover, is the part quality so bad with panasonic in india? What service commitment does a company such as panasonic provide when it comes to marketing and branding standards? Why is the local panasonic dealer not able to commit to customer a tentative date for getting a replacement part such as the motor which technically should be available off the shelf? Does panasonic not have an sla (Service level agreement) for execution towards reducing order lead time as a value add to its customers? For any further information regarding my grievance, kindly call me directly on my mobile phone at +91-[protected]. I wonder whether i would have made a mistake selecting products from panasonic when service quality is very poor. Needless to say that performance in sales reflect as to indicate quality of service to customers. Does panasonic have such commitment?

                              I had register an complain before 4 to 5 months but no technician has come& again i had register an complain on 28/7/25 the technician has comeand said that you have to pay rs:300/- service charge & if any partswill be extra.

                              I am very dissatisfied with the product because after purchasing the panasonicled i was facing the problem in 2 to 3 months your technician mr. Maheshknow about it the problem was normal.

                              I had expected better quality of the product and i am sorry to say it wasnot upto the mark.

                              Request panasonic to take this concern on priority & resolve my concernas soon as possible.

                                  Respected sir/mam,
                                  I have purchased a ac last year... Since the very next few days it was causing trouble by not giving cool air so i decided to go fr a service as early as possible but even after my service no improvement was there like that whole year was passed and the company showed it's worst behavior by irritating and not giving the proper service every time
                                  I want no repairing now. I want company to. Change my unit as i kind tolerate the malfunctioning.
                                  I have purchased it last year's 11th of may and it's over a year of complaint now when it's warranty it's over they r responding us by saying it can't be changed so i want uh to support us in changing the unit because it has been creating problem si cr the 1st week of purchase so kindly respond to my complaint.

                                    I purchase an ac of this company in may 2016. It worked good for 3 months. After that it never worked properly. It gets off automatically after every 5 minutes. I complained about it to the customer care center and they came and tried to fix it, but they were unable to tackle the exact problem so they changed one of the essential part of it. But i faced the same problem again. I called again and they made some other changes but not fixed the exact problem. So called 3 free services got to end. Even i tried paid services, still the problem is not solved yet. Season after season passed but me and my family never get the joy of such worst * ac. I want company to replace my ac to a newer one otherwise i will proceed to legal actions against the company.
                                    And i need immediate response from the company concerning my problem.

                                      I have purchased panasonic refrigerator (Panasonic_nr-a195rgp), on 1st june 2017, vide invoice no ri-607/17-18, dated 1-june-2017 from bsds distributors (O) pvt. Ltd, cuttack, odisha. Since beginning cooling of the refrigerator is very less and the contains getting spoiled. I have made several complains, but not been attended properly. Your service people comes and just defrost the same and escape away. Last time mr. Prasad of your cc dept. Contacted me and send service engineer. They have taken temperature of the refrigerator and commented it's a manufacturing defect and escaped away. Since then i tried to contact your service people several times, but they stopped taking my calls. What i feel they are simply waiting to get my warranty period over, on 1.6.2018. Then avoiding your fault or responsibility, you can deny or charge for repair.
                                      Please take up and solve the matter very seriously. I have waited several months for your response or action if i do not get proper response within seven days, i'll be compelled to move to consumer forum for resolution..

                                        I am mela ram garg, i am regular customer of pansonic brand i bought 55 inck 4k uhd led t. V. 55’’ led th-55dx650d from shree govindam 40-d-block sri ganganagar rajasthan india 335001 on[protected] with invoice no.188. They given me in writing warrenty for 3 years. My led is not running properly from[protected] for this purpose i lodge a complain on custome care with reference no. R[protected] at 6.22 pm. After that service center executive told us that the pannel of led is defective so that he raise a complain to change the screen after that screen in not avilable at ware house for this, complete unit should be changed as per asm mr. Amul chawla, pradeep pandey and mr manish kakkar ji. But my problem is still pending i talked with mr. Pradeep and mr. Amul & manish kakkar so many time but response not satisfactory eventhough misguided so many times at all, i have all the records and call details with recording. I want to know what the exact problem with my issue, which is not resolve till now i am totally disappointed with the service of panasonic, and mentally harrase, totally exhausted and forced to do some legal action due to negligancy redarding my issue. Kindly solve my complaint up to[protected] otherwise i will go in the social media and forced to take legal action through consumer court, i will not be liable for any damage of company’s reputation and any other losses i was misguided so many time. Please reolve my issue as soon as possible.
