I am taken a panasonic led tv from a shop. On 22.06.2018. And i inform to panasonic castomer care and they sending a boy name uttam to my address. I have no spaces to wall in flat to install that's tv. Thare was a wall corner but he dosnot have that bucket hi also told me that time panasonic not provide it even you give money for this. I am taken it from out side money requard at list 3500 thousand. If give advance 2500 the he will came after 2 day with this bucket and instead tv and that is free. I am not taken it from uttam i am got it only 2350 rs from other shop. Now the problem is arrise when i called him hi told me now install is chargeable hi denay all his commitment. Now hi tall this bucket not by panasonic so it is not possible free install but i[censored] getting from me then i will done it. He already submitted my tv installation complete in a table and signatures from my mother. Please take a auction agent that fake commitment.. Thank you

    Dear Sir,

    On[protected], I bought Panasonic 43 inch LED Smart TV Model No: DS630 with 1+2 Warranty(Warranty card enclosed). I made this purchase at Pai International Electronics Ltd, Adams Colony, Tolichowki, Hyderabad for Rs.58, 900(Fifty eight thousand nine hundread only). At the time of purchase Sales executive convinced me to purchase Panasonic LED TV saying that this is the only TV which has 1+2 warranty.

    Unfortunately, LED TV is not recognizing Cable signals, the smart function of TV like internet(youtube and browsing), Display and sound are working fine. The problem is not with a burn or damage or accident but rather it is a Manufacturing defect. To claim warranty, I rasied service request R[protected] with Panasonic India. To my surprise one of the panasonic service engineer says 1+2 warranty is only on LED TV Panel only and said service will be charged. Whereas, on the backside of 1+2 Warranty card terms and conditions are mentioned. At Point 7 of warranty card terms and condition it clearly states that "Warranty takes care of any manufacturing defect or breakdown of the product during warranty period".

    Hence, I request the authority to look into this and help me in fixing the problem at the earliest. Please find attached scan copy of Bill and Guarntee Card(front and Back). I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. Please contact me at the below address or by phone.

      In panasonic website clearly mentioned that th40ds500d smart tv will support bluray player with the help of hdmi. But while connecting the samsung bluray player htf4500, the unit which working fine with all other tv brands. But while am checking with panasonic service centre simply saying it's a compatible issue in. And it can't be resolved. Then how they saying that tv will support up 1900 pixels.

      Please kindly consider this issue and help me to resolve immediately

        I chunilal karia, keeping a blind trust on this renown company got disappoint when we launched a complaint for home appliance washing machine model no : panasonic nasf705b bought from navin electronic 2.5 years in between your service man came to service my machine, that also solution was given after 20 to 25 days. Tough the product is out of warranty we are not getting paid services from your company side which is just ridiculous. We can also get it done from the local repairer but we prefer company itself to attend the issue as per our ethics because we had trust in your brand but your company has broken my faith of trust of your company.
        This is not not done from a world famous reputed brand for which we have to take help of social media. If possible get the work done as soon as possible and waiting for your good response.

            I had purchased a Cordless Phone of PANASONIC make from M/s Vasanth & Co., West Tambaram, Chennai on 24.10.2017. The said equipment is not working since May 2018 and since the equipment is under warrantee, I went to Vasanth & Co to get the service provider details. On 22nd I made two call to Customer care-[protected] and at last on 24.06.18, I was given the contract Person details. The Mobile Number of the contact person received from Panasonic was : [protected] and when I called him, it was informed that he is not looking after the services. Again, when I called Customer care, they informed that we will check another authorised service provider and will call you back but till time, I had not received any call.
            We, the customers buy your products based on trust but if your company is not bothered about sales after service, I regret to quote that its a worst scenario and by this you will lose the credibility within the middle class customers.

            Now I think that I should got to the consumer forum to get the money back for no providing service by your company and the mental agony I faced by making numerous calls for service of my Cordless Phone.

                I have brought led smart 32' tv on[protected] after 4 days also still people not come for installation and demo, normally first impression must be best, in my case it is worst like anything, several times i called call centers of panasonic and registered request so far nothing is happen. I have got totally disappointed your service, then how can i refer people to go for panasonic. Please try to understand the needy of customer and do needful as earliest.

                  I own a panasonic 42inch led tv i faced some issues regarding this tv at that time it was covered in warranty and they replaced the tv panel 3 times and after this repair i am again facing the same issue and when i consulted my mechanic i came to know the tv panel was repaired 3time before reaching me. Panasonic is offering worst service it keep its customer in lie they repair their product with used parts and from now i will no buy any panasonic product and will enlighten people about they worst service

                  I have purchased Panasonic AC before 4 months. During this time AC got faulty. I registered complain technician came and repaired but again problem occurred this thing happened 4 - 5 times in 4 months. Now still the problem is same the dealer and local service center refused to repair the problem.

                  I don't know what to do...

                    Hello,

                    I bought one 32 inch panasonic led tv on
                    06/07/2016 under 2 year warranty that's why i selected
                    Panasonic so till 05/07/2018 its under warranty period
                    As per given information from distributor (Shop).

                    Display got damaged on[protected] and raised complaint
                    On 16th from same shop from where i purchased it. Panasonic
                    Technician from palayam, trivandrum, visited and checked the tv and informed that
                    Panel board should be changed and its out of warranty and have to
                    Pay around 17, 000 rs for panel replacement.

                    So the product is under warranty as per distributor
                    But technician telling that you are out of warranty.

                    I also saw many such complaints from many customers who was even under 1 year warranty replaced the panel board get damaged with in
                    3 or 4 months. Is it showing the quality of product? Or company intentionally setting deadline for such parts of product to increase their profit?

                    Also i am interested to mention some other points.

                    The product they are selling with 1 year warranty and 2 year warranty is same product no difference at all.
                    What is the point of increasing warranty of product seasonally?

                    It is basically to increase the sale of panasonic tv. That is what the shop or distributor done? That's why i purchased the product otherwise
                    I should select onida or someother with lesser price.

                    Shop or distributor also increased the sale of panasonic tv by telling that it has 2 year warranty

                    Company got their profit, distributor or shop owner got their profit.

                    Who is the looser?

                    I also recommended the panasonic tv to my friend he purchase the panasonic tv with same configuration with lower price from nandilath g-mart not from the same shop i purchased. So panasonic company got more profit (May be it is negligible amount for company) by my recommendation.

                    I am not sure who put me on trap but as a customer i lost 24, 000 with in 2 years
                    Shop may get around 30% or more profit and company will get good amount

                    Tell me what is your opinion?

                    Note : as per information got from shop when i purchased on 06-july-2016 i am still under warranty period. Expired only on[protected].

                    I expect a free replacement of panel board having good quality (Atleast 1 year assurance)

                      Please note that, i bought one 40 inch led tv on 16/07/2016 and its display got damaged on june 2017 and further to my complaints, panasonic technician visit my premise and checked the tv and replaced the panel board on that time and it was working properly upto three four months then again the picture became unclear and not working properly.

                      Further to my complain the technician visit again and checked the tv and informed that, the panel board should be changed, and no more warranty and i have to pay 21000 rupees for panel board replacing.

                      Actually the new panel board was not working four months properly and this product is having very poor quality. I spent around 35000 rupees for a new tv and if it is not working properly, how can we believe this product.

                      Hence, i kindly request the panasonic to replace the panel without charge or with minimal charge.

                          Very very poor service. I was deposited my handset, model no panasonic p55 max. The problem was dead. And your executive told your phone is dead, we replaced the handset. But after few days they are told by mistakely your phone is not possible to replaced the same model (P 55 max) for some issues. Then they offered me the updated versions elluga ray 700. And rs 2967 /- amount is required. I was paid this money.
                          But now i am still waiting for this handset. Deposit date 24/04/2018.
                          Two months!!! It is very very very bad. Pathetic service not expected from panasonic'.

                            Hi I purchased AC..[protected]..it worked only for two days...plenty of water coming out of it..n there was no gas in compressed..no Panasonic company agree with replacement of it..BT service station told me to replace only indoor unite not compressor.. Bt gas was absent in compressor..so why they r not changing entire unit of AC..n if it is not possible to change compressor n installment of whlole process.. Then plz mail me on this address..[protected]@gmail.com...n if there will be any problem in AC regarding compressor .indoor unit n installment process will be replace again..because I want to replace while AC unit including indoor unit installment process & conpressor...nobody come here for replacement.they r ignoring calls..

                              My complaint is regarding poor service from panasonic service department. I had bought a panasonic 1 tn inverter ac bearing model no panasonic cs-ps12sky/1.0 on date 15-04-17.The timer light was blinking on 5 th June 2018 so I called the customer care and my technician support request was accepted with a service request no R[protected].as usual, technician came on 6th June 2018..monitored the aircon, cleaned it and said that the problem has arised of voltage issue, it will be fine and left my place. At night when i switched on my ac i found it not doing any cooling. Next day i imediately informed local panasonic customer care stating my issue is not resolved.another Service engineer visited my place and again remonitored and stated fan motor change..different technician suggesting different issue..not reliable at all.
                              This is simply a big negligence from a brand like panasonic. Even after repeated phone calls to service centre, they are doing undue delay regarding this matter. I am feeling very helpless. I would request to please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

                                  I have purchased panasonic 43es630d led set i7wex17485 on 03/12/2017
                                  Invoice no g1924/1718/01852 from great eastern trading company, srd tower, plot no 10b &10x kailash puri tonk road jaipur 302018
                                  As per discussion during purchase, it was ensure that item will be installed after 3-4 months and dealer was agreed. Item was delivere on next day as sealed box. I have kept that sealed box. I did not open that box. After few months of purchasing i called company for installation. Company sent it's engineer for installation but when item was opened by company's engineer led tv screen was broken. Immediately engineer reported in his company that led tv has broken and he also mentioned in his report that sealed item opened by him and item has cracked. I also mention my this complaint in engineer's report. Before delivery, item was not checked by dealer that item is ok or not. So please change panasonic led item

                                    My complaint is regarding poor service from panasonic service department. After completion of last free service on 23/05/18 during the afternoon tym, i heard some abnormal sound from the outdoor unit which i informed to the service representative. However he ignored me and told that it will not be a problem and left my place. At night when i switched on my ac i found it not doing any cooling. Next day i imediately informed local panasonic customer care since my machine was within their 1 yr warranty period. Service engineer visited my place and from then onwards they are unable to solve my issue till date. It's already 10 days over but still now they are saying it will take more 3-4 days.
                                    This is simply a big negligence from a brand like panasonic. Even after repeated phone calls to service centre, they are doing undue delay regarding this matter. I am feeling very helpless. I would request to please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

Till date, no one has visited to our registered address. Today, i have got a call from mr arjun-[protected] and mr paramjeet-[protected]. Your both members have committed me that your technician will be visited. After given wrong commitment from both members, no one has visited till date. Why??? And i am facing lots of problem.                                         I purchased ac.. On 18/5/2018.. On the same day it was installed.. Aftr half hour of installed it water came out of it.. Too much.. I call techinition. He said. I will come tomorrow. He came next day. N there was installation problem. From this two day. I felt ac was not give cooling well. Bt i thought it may be higher temperature outside. Bt next day i realize there was no cooling coming out of this ac. I called technician.. He said i will come tomorrow.. He came next day.. Checked it n told that ac has some problem. May be defective. N told me to complain to sales india. I did call to sales india bt not received.. Then i prsnaly went to sales india. N complaint about ac.. They told me another technician will come n male it correct. I wait for 6 hrs. No body came. N i did call to sales india 3 time n told me he will come.. N finully told me he will come two days after getting complain.. I wait for two day. Nobody came. N i asked to slaed india whn he will come. He said he will come. When he came a asked why it's too late to come.. Hai said i got complain from sales india right now. He checked n told me there is no gas in ac.. Or ac may be defective.. Another technician will come. I call to sales india for this. They give number of panasonic customer service.. I did call to home to change this defective piece.. He said let me check it by our senior techinition.. He came next day.. Checked it.. N install gas n take 40 min.. Normally it takes max 10 min. Cooling came.. Bt next day lots of water came out of this ac.. Now. I meet sales india to take it back.. I don't want thi ac. My mom had problems.. N operation was done to her.. She can't tolrate heat.. She n my family getting irritating with this defective product n service. I did call to this panasonic customer service. N asked for address.. He said yes.. When i didn't receive msg.. I did call again.. He divert my call. N another person don't knw anything.. I want to uninstall this ac.. I charged it for installation.. Still i don't care.. I don't want this product n this panasonic company..
