Dear Sir,
On[protected], I bought Panasonic 43 inch LED Smart TV Model No: DS630 with 1+2 Warranty(Warranty card enclosed). I made this purchase at Pai International Electronics Ltd, Adams Colony, Tolichowki, Hyderabad for Rs.58, 900(Fifty eight thousand nine hundread only). At the time of purchase Sales executive convinced me to purchase Panasonic LED TV saying that this is the only TV which has 1+2 warranty.
Unfortunately, LED TV is not recognizing Cable signals, the smart function of TV like internet(youtube and browsing), Display and sound are working fine. The problem is not with a burn or damage or accident but rather it is a Manufacturing defect. To claim warranty, I rasied service request R[protected] with Panasonic India. To my surprise one of the panasonic service engineer says 1+2 warranty is only on LED TV Panel only and said service will be charged. Whereas, on the backside of 1+2 Warranty card terms and conditions are mentioned. At Point 7 of warranty card terms and condition it clearly states that "Warranty takes care of any manufacturing defect or breakdown of the product during warranty period".
Hence, I request the authority to look into this and help me in fixing the problem at the earliest. Please find attached scan copy of Bill and Guarntee Card(front and Back). I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. Please contact me at the below address or by phone.
