Dear sir

We are really feed of by this refrigerator. We bought this 4 years back. Since we have bought this refrigerator water leaks from fridge due to this leak door has start to rust.
And even vegetables inside refrigerator spoils. There no cut off of machine due to this there 1000rs increase in current bill every month. We have also informed this to customer care mangaluru 2 years back they told it will there in all refrigerator they are careless please see through this note and photos are also there. Am sure that you will contact us fast for repair...

As per our discussion on con call with our area service manager our service engineer will visit at your placetomorrow as appointment given by you.

Yesterday you gave me this statement but today senior engineer didn't visit my place today a technician had come he took photos and he went. Why are they doing like this???

So therefore i could like cancel the request given to you (V[protected] and further don't contact us also. But i would mention this problem caused to me to head at panasonic. Lastly i would like to mention that we would like to replace our refrigerator and buy a new samsung refrigerator their service is better than you people and also their electronics goods are also good

    I am use panasonic products since 2010 because of quality of product and quality of after service so i had purchased panasonic 1.5 ton split ac from "sales india" in march 2017 but within 6 month i had faced cooling issue and right now i have facing gas leakage issue within 11 months. I had registered my complain in service center so technician had visited for ac services and he was saw gas leakage issue in outdoor unit so he advised me for refill gas but he is not sure about same issue will come or not come in near term future so i had talked with panasonic service center head but he does not give any satisfied solution and i think he does not care of it. They are not give any kind of surety for near term future and they told me that our main work is identified issues and resolved it. We are not sure about same issue will not come in near term future. Now please advised me what i should do in this meter. Can you please tell me what is my fault? I had purchased panasonic ac, is this my fault?
    My previous complain number is "r[protected]" and now update with complain number "i[protected]". I had not purchased panasonic product for facing this type service so please take proper action and give me proper solution.

      I HV sent my Mobile to service center for power button not working but they didn't give clarification about my phone Panasonic p85 they told me u directly ask customer care Panasonic India I call then to Panasonic India customer care they told me parts not available that's y delayed they say we give u another model I agreed on the same features mainly I want battery back of 4000mah I send service center of Panasonic from 10 January 2018 up till now m getting only Answer from Panasonic Mr anubhav and Mr irfan from last 3 weeks ur approval is pending I lost more than 20 thousands who will give my Mobile no [protected]/[protected] and my mail id Unadkat.[protected]@gmail.com I want sure shot Answer on that my Mobile request noR[protected] don't have any solution play pay my lose up till now cz mostly I HV online transaction that stopped and I suffered

        I had purchased refrigerator model no. 201stgg3 on 29'june'2017. This refrigerator had cooling issue since july '2017.
        We complained 9 times to the service center. But still cooling issue is persistant. But this problem is not resolved even after engineers had visited for service of refrigerator to my resisdence to check cooling related issues.
        The engineers mentioned that the issue was with the electricity fluctuations and hence it needs to be connect with stablizer, after this refrigerator connected with stablizer, even though the problem remained persistent. there is manufacture problem since we purchased it.
        The same never get resolved and later after repeated complaints.
        We were asked to exchange the refrigerator where they didn’t do anything with the refrigerator. Hence i and my family had to suffer a lot.Â
        This complaints made to you require urgent attention and any delay on your part may call for further legal actions against you and your company.
        Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. We want final solution.Â

          We bought a panasonic refridgerator latest model from alfa in mumbai, but within 3 months it started making loud noise. We complained on toll free no. & asked them to replace as we had just bought it & this is not expected from a new piece. They changed a spare part & didn't replace. Again within 9 months it stopped working. Again they repaired & didn't replace.

          Not only the fridge is technologically unsound but even the Panasonic company is also not at all trustworthy. They keep on pursuing the customer to repair the fridge while in warranty and later when the problem persists, they say it's out if warranty and can't do anything about it. Frauds and cheaters. Japanese company looting Indian customers with false hopes.

            I am facing problem in my Panasonic eluga ray max 4+32GB rose gold about data connectivity with their APN settings lost after using for some hours in sim slot 1 and mobile does not supports JIO 4G volte. For reconnecting internet i have to restart phone every times.

            I submitted mobile for repair at AP digi solutions Nagpur, Maharashtra for four times but not proper solution obtain yet. After four time repair, service centre blame on telecom network services but same sim cards are running good in other devices except me. I have video regarding problem and
            I send video regarding problem to Panasonic executives, they promise to call back but didn't.

              I hv bought a led tv e49 from smart electronic bangalore. Billed on 26th january 2018. Despatched on 4th feb and installation done on 5/6 th. Immediately after installation defect was found in the tv immediate i inform the dealer as well to the company service center to replace the tv. For last 12 days i am running pillar to post to close my complain. Not receiving any positive response. Its my sincere advise to attend the faulty tv or else i hv to take corrosive action. Thanks.                     I have purchased one panasanonic 1 ton split ac (Cs ys18rky – 1 / cu ys18rky-1 / [protected], sl. No. [protected]), invertor type from das agencies, palakkad – 678001 (Phone no.[protected], 2545388, 2544681), on 24th dec 2016, vide their invoice no. S007918 dated 24/12/2016.
                    The ac developed fault and was not cooling, when it was switched on 1st of feb 2018. We contacted das agencies (Selling dealer) and informed them about the fault in the ac machine, who informed that the cooling may be due to the “settings” getting changed in the remote, as there could not be any other problem since it was a new machine. Please note that as palakkad was quite cool and chill during dec 2017 and jan 2018, we had no opportunity to use the machine during december 2017. Had we switched on the machine during dec 2017, we could have identified the problem and the machine would have been covered under warranty period, which i was told is 12 months from the date of purchase / installation which is 27th dec 2016. On the date of detection of the fault in the ac, only 13 months had elapsed from the date of purchase, hence it was contended that this is beyond warranty period, which is not acceptable to me.
                    However das agencies has since then referred my complaint, reference no. R[protected] on 2nd feb 2018 and a message was sent to me to that effect on 2nd feb 2018. On 3rd feb 2018, panansonic authorised dealer at palakkad m/s. Techno services contacted me and sent one mechanic to attend to the faulty ac machine. The mechanic could not find out the fault in the machine and suspected gas leak for which he had not brought any tools to check nor did he have another helper with him, to do so, as informed to me by him. He had no clue when the fault would be detected. After a lot of persuasion with the service dealer, jason the owner of techno services, sent the same mechanic yahya, alongwith one helper by evening on the same day and with one gas filling cylinder. Both of them inspected the indoor unit as well as the outdoor unit and could not find any gas leak from the copper tubes, and confirmed that there is no gas leak from the copper tubes and they collected rs. 400/= from me, towards their service charges, vide techno service invoice no. Ts/0231 dated 3rd feb 2018.
                    On asking for an estimate the mechanic talked to the owner of the service dealer, mr. Jason and it was informed to me that the amount as of now would be around rs. 5300/- and it may increase further, once they dismantle the ac machine at their premises. Further they also wanted me to transport the machine to their service centre to further identify the defect as they did not have any means for transporting ac machines to their service spot. Please let me know how you can appoint a dealer, who does not have the basic logistics of transporting the machines to their work spot and asking the customer to transport the same to their service place.
                    I also wanted a written estimate / quote for the repairs, which was not forthcoming from either lijin (Panasonic head of service at kochi) or jason (Service dealer at palakkad). Inspite of that they closed the service order and sent intimation to their delhi office. On getting a call from delhi office i explained to them the position and after that i got an open ended estimation letter on 8th feb 2018, indicating the total amount of rs. 3472/= towards gas filling only, and transportation, civil and installation expenses will be charged extra.
                    Before all this had happened i could get the no. Of the service head of panasonic cochin, mr. Lijin, and when i contacted him and tried to explain the issue over phone, he disconnected my line. This is the kind of arrogance he has as a service head of an organization. This needs to be looked into by panasonic and disciplinary action needs to be taken against him immediately.
                    Subsequently i once again called up lijin, in front of the mechanic and he at that point of time said that the machine has to be sent to the service dealer and the rates are final, inspite of pointing to him that the machine is a brand one and there is no gas leak from the tubes of the outdoor as well as the indoor unit. This clearly indicates that the ac machine is defective and the defect is consequential to a manufacturing defect, for which the customer is being charged with such huge sums.
                    Hence in brief my contention and suggested remedies being sought by me, is as under :
                    1) the fault in the machine is not due to gas leak, as there was no gas leak from the copper tubes on both the indoor and outdoor unit, as confirmed by the mechanic, but due to defective ac sold by panasonic consequential / arising out of manufacturing defect in the ac machine and i should not be penalized for that.
                    2) there is a nexus between lijin (Panasonic service head) and jason (Owner of techno service palakkad), to fleece customers and derive financial benefit to both of them.
                    3) the ac machine to be either replaced or rectified to be in useable condition entirely free of cost (Including dismantiling and installing), with extended warranty from the date of repair or installation of new machine.
                    4) action to be taken against lijin (Service head of panasonic, kochi) and jason (Owner of techno service palakkad)
                    A confirmation to the above may be sent to me immediately, before the next course of action is taken up by me, to compensate me for the agony and sufferings being subjected on me on account of the defective machine supplied to me and also due to the arrogance of the service head of panasonic cochin (Lijin) and the fleecing attitude of the both the service head and the owner jason of techno service.

But this mobile is switched off for 1 hour and another thing is that battery remaining 47 % then within minutes it become 14 %. This phone become big problem within 4months.                           I have my panasonic p41 mobile which has mice issue (My voice is not audible to other), i gave my handset twice to service center address p. C. Support, shree sai tower off 9, 1st floor, opp murlidhar veg, near baba bhide bridge 273 narayan peth, pune, maharashtra 411030 on dated 29.12.2017 and 15.01.2018,

                          I had paid total 850 rs to replace my mobile mice. But still having same issue…problem not resolved.

                          When i went third time as requested by customer support in same service center,... Without opening mobile he directly said mobile has to be send to company @chennai for further repair now he can not do anything, he can only replace parts nothing else.

                          He asked me to pay service charge to send my mobile to chennai, he doesn’t bother that i had visited thrice for the same problem which he declared as he has rectified.
                          .

                          Kindly help me out what to do in this case. I am still struggling with my mobile problem.

                            Purchased the above tv on october 2011 by paying rs.35000/-. Gone black on jan 2018. Hardly six & quarter year service. Repair complaint not addressed rather damaged & returned by panasonic authorised service centre. No comprnsation even after promising the same, rather fradulent call to know the debit card number & bank details. It appears panasonic has gone to dogs. There is nothing to say further.

                              We have purchased panasonic 40 inch smart tv model 40es500. The display is not clear. Earlier i have complained about this but no action taken till now. When we watch the tv from front side there is no issue with display but when we move 2 steps left or right the picture is not clear and displaying as photo negative. I have verified the same tv in other show room they don't have such problem.

                              We have purchased a panasonic smart tv 40es500 on 5th jan 2018. This tv have display problem and unable to view clearly. When we watch the tv exactly from front side then we don't have issue. However, if we move 2 steps left or right the display is not clear & seeing the white patch or negative photos. I have complained about this 15days before but no proper action is taken.

                                Sir, I was given my Panasonic mobile phone for repair to say communication Ghaziabad on 2/12/17.it is long time ago but phone was not repair by company. And not providing any communication to me by service center. I was try many times to service center but they was not provided proper solution to me. so please check that this matter and solve my issue.my phone is under warranty and company responsibility are do the repair phone or replacement under policy.

                                  Hi iam srinivas,

                                  I have purchased panasonic led tv with model no 50c3000x and serial no ofx[protected] on 7_ nov - 2015.

                                  I would inform u that my tv was got display problem, n same complaint raised to service center. They are saying to replace new display which cost around 40k.

                                  I have 2 years extended warranty.
                                  Pls suggest me to solve my issue.

                                    Sir, im augustin.My new panasonic eluga ray 700 (purchased on 22. 09. 2017). Its display cracked by an accident.i give it an panasonic authorised service centre kasaragod-kerala for changing display.. There demand 5800 rupees for changing display.. Im agreed.. And given 2500 rupees advance and mobile.. On 14/12/2017.. but still this time now.. I have not getting the mobile.. So many times im enquired.. That time they tells next week like.. Please solve my issue as soon as. Otherwise we are going to raise a complient on consumer court.. My mobile noumber is [protected]. Thank you

                                      Panasonic — mobile not working

                                      We purchased mobile phone of panasonic eluga ray max on dt. 16/05/2017. Imei no-[protected]. We face problem in mic so we send it to service center (Shanla telecom faridabad) work order no. Fdd/ps/17/00929 they said that they want one week to repair it but after 16 days they are not able to give it to me in ok condition they said that mobile is send to company and call to panasonic customer care. When we call to customer care they are not able to confirm a date for my phone dispatch date. Due to this i purchased a new phone. Now i want my phone on immediate basis or refund my money. This made mentally harassment to me also. Panasonic is a big brand name but services are too poor or we can say that they have no meant to customer after sales. Contect no [protected]

                                        I have visited your panasonic service center at vashi, navi mumbai for doa for faulty handset replacement but they didn't replace.

                                        I would like to complain about the panasonic eluga note mobile which got defective and when i went to replace it no one was bothered and said that panasonic distributor don't have another piece to replace so keep the mobile and go.

                                        2 weeks i haven't got the replacement from the service center / distributor.
