I purchased a panasonic rice cooker sr-fd181 on 8-oct-18 from amazon.in. It stopped working on 3-dec. After calling the customer service number multiple times, i finally received the number of the only “authorised service centre” in bangalore who does rice cookers and in warranty. Mind you, this place is about 90 minutes from my house.

I gave the cooker to sri lakshminarayana links on 7th dec and i was told on 9th that there is a fuse blown and it is take another 3 – 4 days to get the fuse. After multiple follow-ups over the next 2 weeks, the person gave me the number of suresh (Technician[protected] and asked me to start following up with him. I have tried calling his number 2 – 3 times; it either comes as busy or not picked up.

It is now more than a month and i put my issue to their helpline & service-head email & tweeted to panasonic india and today to their ceo. Now i am tired, frustrated and feel cheated buying the panasonic brand. I dont want to get it repaired and want refund now.

      We had purchased a washing machine. The machine had some problems. We called the people from panasonic. They came a tried to fix the machine problem. They told that only a small problem is there and will be able to fix it. Now they tells that the machine has a lot of problems and asked us to pay a lot of money.
      This is our complain. That the service provided is not good so please take the initiative to provide a better service.

        On 1st jan 2018, pansaonic tecnician attended to my fault air conditioning unit and advised that the compressor is damaged and it has to be replaced. Approximate cost for replacing the damaged compressor was estimated to be 16500 plus the fitting charges. I got the air condition inspected by a third party technician and the fault was with the capacitor. Renewed the capacitor and ac started working normally. Cost for renewal of capacitor was only 1300 rupees including the service and labor charge. If i had to replace the compressor on words of panasonic approved technician i would have to pay around 16500 +, instead i got the air condition unit fixed for rs 1300.

        but now, it did hang, and automatic restart, and today, it's hang and not working. it's showing panasonic only.

          Dear sir
          I am having panasonic t40 mobile whose battery i purchased from panasonic service centre (Chandratri enterprises, kankali hospital commercial complex raipur c. G.) on 30th september 2017. The concerned service person mr. Rohit gave me an unpacked battery. I asked him whether it new or not? He told it is new. I took the battery and get sim tray repaired, as that was not reading one sim. After reaching home i observed that the was draining very fast. I informed him over phone. He told to bring it he will check. As i live in raigarh c. G., i told i will when i will come to raipur. Then i returned him the mobile with battery. He told he will check the problem and inform me when issue will be resolved. After that i came to raigarh. After that i called him after a week, he told he will change battery but it is not available now. After that whenever i called him he told battery has not come. Then he started telling model has stopped so battery is not coming. Then he started avoiding my phone call. I called 50-60 times but he didnot pick the phone. I told him return my phone and my money he told he will ask his senior. Till now he has not returned my mobile and the money. Please resolve my issue otherwise i will go to consumer court.

            Please note i have purchased panasonic eluga note previous year, but from very starting it causes various problem - 1.) unable to connect pc or laptop through data cable, and with same data cable i'm easily able to connect other brand mobile phone easily. 2.) service center is very limited and poorly managing. 3.) with this mobile i'm totally shocked when there's need of gps tracker to track my location and unable to use it during driving as it shows other location even sometimes showing 500 kms away than of my original location!!! It causes various times misleading and wrong location booking for cab... 4.) battery is not good as we are expecting 5.) camera is not as worthy and poorly focused.

              We have a panasonic viera dt50 tv which was not turning on, panasonic technician visited and he was not even able to take off the tv from the wall mount. Called me at office and said it is blinking 10 times, we don't have parts.
              Even without opening or doing any tests. He asked for the invoice which we had, then said that there are no parts of this model available so please take a depreciated value from company any buy another panasonic tv.

              Charged 1200 + tax which is unfair.

My refrigerator is not working for a month earlier they came n serviced once from ur end they told pcb of the refrigerator is not working... Left... We had asked them to replace still no reply.. We are ready for the payment for the new.. But ur service person are not paying any heed or replying...

                  I visited a customer care in durgapur because my phone was not working. They told me that the battery is defected, so i ordered a battery from that place and they took rs400 as advance. And told me to come after 1 week. Its been 1 month but i didn't get my battery, so i asked them to return my money back they refused to return. I am stucked very badly i can't buy battery from any other place.

                    I purchased panasonic p31 on amazon, the handset was slow initially & used to hang now device stopped working & is in warranty period. I contacted amazon & as per their seller's policy amazon recommended me to contact manufacturer (Panasonic).

                    I took the device to panasonic service center 3 times. The device was deposited for months at the service center. Till now i have submitted the mobile device 3 times to panasonic service center but problem still persists & no solution provided. Panasonic technicians is unable to fix the problem.

                    To make it worse the technician of panasonic divisional service center in pune used very "bad abusive language", it is highly disappointing & annoying service.

                    Now the device manufacturer (Panasonic) gives excuses that device is fy - 2014 manufactured product & panasonic have stopped its production /making spare parts of it & device cannot be repaired.

                    Device is under 1 year manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer (Panasonic service center) giving excuses, that amazon dealer/ seller had stocked defective phone. And is amazon liability ; amazon contradicts saying it is manufacturer's problem instead. As they were selling outdated device on amazon.

                    As the problem cannot be fixed due to manufacturing defects refund the device amount.

                      Panasonic mobile worst service

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      I have purchased a panasonic p66 phone from shopeclues online, on dated 10/05/2017 with invoice no. Elil/sc/2356/16-17 and within 2 month i have face a issue of no network coverage some network issue some time networks come sometimes not comes. And problem no.2 is photo automatic deleted and automatic come but there is no any physical damage on touch back etc no any scratch on mobile. Sir i have submitted mobile in service centre total five times but problem is not solved. So please replace this mobile or refund my total money. Because i am not going to once again in service cetnter for repair. I also complain on helpline no. And complain no. Is c[protected]. Helpline officer is told me, call mr. Jaiprakash area manager. But mr. Jaiprakash is not receving my phone from 7 days. So please solve my problem otherwise i have only way to go consumer court.

                        We bought led 32 inch tv on 1.1.2015. After 1year sound come picture not come your service center susmeee electronics in kumbakonam, tamilnadu solve the problem at the cost of rs.3500.6month back same problem come. They rectify the problem. 3 days back again picture not come. Still they didn, t come within 2years we get frequently problem in t v. K kindly give permanent solution. They ignore our complaint

                          Dear sir mere eluga i2 ki battery 2 month pahle damage ho gayi thi jo garranty main thi jise abhi take badla nahi gaya hai main jab bhi service center jata houn to bar bar ek hafte bad aane ko kah diya jata hai. Jis se main bahut paresaan ho gaya houn. Kabhi kahate hai ki abhi battery nahi aayi hai kabhi kahate hai ki 8din baad aana. Mujhe koi santosh jank jabab nahi mila hai. Please help me

                            मै रामकृष्ण सोनेवाने न [protected] मैने 3 हप्ते पहले panasonic eluga a2 सिटी कलेक्शन, महाजन माकेर्ट नागपुर लिया। लेने के बाद से ही phone मे internet नही चल रहा था। customer care से बताया गया की service centre मे जाए। वहा software डाल कर दे दिया गया।अब internet चल रहा है परन्तु incoming call और outgoing call बन्द है।अब मै phone लेकर चक्कर काट रहा हू। panasonic को 9000/रूपये देने के बाद भी ये कचरा मिला मुझे।कृपया panasonic का phone लेने से बचे।customer की कोई help नही की जाती है।

                            मै रामकृष्ण सोनेवाने mobile number [protected] plot no 37A harihar nagar 2 Ganesh pur butibori Nagpur मैने 24/11/17 को सिटी कलेक्शन महाजन माकेर्ट नागपुर से panasonic elugaA2 imei no[protected] और[protected] है रूपये 8990/- मे लिया।क्योकि इसमे 4000mah batteryऔर दोनो sim 4G थे।मगर जब Google account बनाने लगा तो बार बार seems problem बताने लगा ।फिर customer care से 26/11/17 को ही सम्पर्क और शिकायत दर्ज करवाई जिसकाcomp.no.c[protected] था।मै बार बार दिनाक 26 Nov, 4 dec, 9decऔर 15 decको अपनी शिकायत करता रहा तो उन्होने हर बार मुझे नई settings और service center का address पकडा दिया गया जब मै service center गया।वहा उन्होने setting मे कुछ किया। और बोले होगया।मगर phone मे net बहुत slow चल रहा था।जबकि phone मे sim vodafone 4G था।मे फिर से दिनाक 7/12/17को service center गया मेरा job sheet no Nup(pH[protected] दिया तो उन्होने software डाल कर दे दिया।तो net ठीक चलने लगा।लेकिन अभी10 दिन पहले jio4G sim डाला तो net चल रहा है परन्तु incoming और outgoing calls बन्द है।और service center वाले कहते है फिर से software डालना पडेगा।मै येphone लेकर चक्कर काट रहा हू जबकि मैने यह सोच कर यह panasonic phone लिया था कि यह अच्छा और विश्वसनिय brand है।मगर मुझे को बहुत परेशान होना पड रहा है अब इनका कहना है replacementनही होगा।softwere मारते रहो और चलाते रहो।

                              From the first day I saw problems that my phone became too hot in web browsing and in video playing...battery drains drastically...

                                कस्टमर को फोन कीया तो डेमो ok दीखाता है ।

                                  Dated on 6th december and still there is no sign of resolving the issue.

                                  My panasonic washing machine suddenly stopped working and not draining the water. I called the panasonic service helpline"r[protected]" and they sent an engineer. He inspected the washing machine and just cleaned the drain pipe and fixed back (Above was happened one month before) he didn't even clean the parts of machine instead made us to clean.

                                  Again we have started facing the same issues by 5th of december. Since then i kept calling the panasonic helpdesk repeatedly from past three days. Each says that they will get the techinician to call me but no one has yet called. I have been waiting from last 4 days.

                                  Can someone, please help me out to resolve this issue??

                                  Note: 8th december they kept my call for hold for more than 10mins and no one answered once again..

                                    Sir/madam,
                                    I gave a complaint on 28.11.2017 on this site. Yet, there is no information to me. The following lines are again giving to you.
                                    I gave my mobile model no. (Panasonic eluga 12) to m/s. Devayoni support service india pvt ltd., scr 15/e (666), bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar-751009 care center on 22.11.2017. After repairing, they called me to receive the mobile set. I received the mobile set on 24.11.2017 vide job sheet no. 1669 and gave rs. 950 for repairing cost. When calling others through my mobile set, same problem arises. Problem of my mobile set was that my voice not clear to other receiver and some noise in the mobile. Again, i went to the above center on 25.11.2017. They checked but did not find the problem. They did not say clear to me. Please kindly solve the problem immediately to avoid further complication.

                                      I have submitted my panasonic eluga ray max in service centre sundernagar himachal pradesh since 15th september 2017, problem was charging issue, but unfortunately it's not resolved yet,
                                      Extreamly bad service,, this is the last time, now i will never purchase panasonic products..
                                      I have all the recordings of all the official saying lie and only lie to me.
                                      Worst service i have ever had
                                      Panasonic India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
