Dear sir/madam,

I have purchased mobile phone from flipkart panasonic eluga 700, have received on time, once i have insert simcard and keep on charge then start using phone but the temperature was 44 c' also take one snap shots through camera and the photo shows with yellow shades then call to customer care, they provide techno person from jeeva, he has download one apps and check all technically specification but in temperature part it shows 40 c and 44 c,
Whenever i call to some one within 5 minutes it gives too much heat even i can't talk properly.
The worst part for me is your customer care executive gives excuse for replacement every time.
So, kindly do the needful

    In this regard i would like to bring your kind attention that i already made complaint regarding reparing/serving of panasonic tv model number-panasonic led-th-40a400dx sr. No. 14rdj00915 which was purchased from dreams electronics, sector.11, gandhinagar, gujrat on 05/09/2016. However, the reply on my complaint is yet to be received from your side. Moreover, the technical staff of panasonic company came to residence three days to rectify the defects on th complaint of the panasonic tv. Further, the technician has also change some accessories in the tv. But the same has not been functioning even after replacing the spare part. Further, the technician has informed that the mother board of the television has been out of order. However, it is brought to your notice that the mother board of the television has already been replaced on 14/09/2017 and new one was installed. However, the mother board which was installed has became defective within short duration i. E., by iving service only a period of 16 days. The technician of the panasonic company on checking the television has again informed that the the functioning will be made after 02 to 03 days. However, the warranty of the television has been completed. I also regret to say that only one year has completed. But the television of panasonic company which is reputed in industry has not giving proper functioning for the customer satisfaction and repeatedly going on repairing as the tv has not given full satisfaction of the customer. Thus, i request you once again to look into the matter personally and to take immediate remedial action t replace the spares of the television and may also possible to take needful action to replace the television by providing new television for the customer satisfaction.in case, necessary action on this part has not been taken by your company, i am inclined to proceed to customer court for allegation on the fault of panasonic company.

    I had repaired my LED from ur service agent. He has not given us proper service. He took 4000rs from us then too he did not given us proper. That stupid man did not attach the speakers. I have contacted him more than 100 times. Nowdays he iqnore my calls. Believe me I will post about your bad service everywhere on social media.

E [protected] under my name arun sharma contact no.[protected] i call 50 times in cuatomer care i call 15 times manangers i visit 5 times panasonic service centre i sumbit my mobile for repair but no one help me out to rapair my mobile i am so confussed no one try to do understand my problem till today i have submitted my mobile date of 27 of september 2017 in neil commnication in noida sir its my last hope i am gonna raise this compaint in your wall hope so u will be understand that these peoples are just playing with customers feeling thats it sir please it my request please resolved my problem i am unspeachless now i hope u will fix my issue as well here is have so many compaints but i have very less time for typing hear but its my suggestion to other peoples dont buy any kind of panasonic product if you buy you see by yourself better what these guys are doing with customers rude behaviour no work only enjoying parties they are it could be you it could be me also no one is there to help sad customers i hate with panasonic services please resolved my issue as soon as you can thanks...

        Dear help line team,

        I have bought a panasonic led tv from panasonic which is in under warranty period.
        Few days back this screen got buzzled while running.

        I have called customer care for this they sent one technical person, that guy was very much rude and very un-obedient he has started with me that i have broke this led tv.
        Then i have asked him to leave my home and don’t come back again.

        I am calling customer care since many days but the same person is replying after getting call from cc.

        I want my tv to be repair otherwise i will report this consumer court.

          I bought a panasonic eluga note rs.8100/- from tata cliq on 10 aug 2017. Yesterday, i saw a crack near the charging point & now it is developing more. I contact service center in madurai, tn & they told to replace the total panel & display unit with the cost of rs. 7000. Why they are charging too much price? & it is available 600 rupees in market.

              I purchased a panasonic led tv 42" model th42c410d sl no. I6eds12137 from m/s great eastern appliances pvt ltd, tollygunge, kolkata paying rs. 47500.00 on 18.06.2016. Within15 months of purchase, the tv stopped working. There was no display at first, but the sound was there. Then that also stopped. We booked a complaint on 22.09.2017, reference no. R[protected]. The technician came and examined the tv and told that there's some problem with the motherboard and for changing it, he quoted an amount of rs. 4000.00 and we agreed to pay it. Then after three days, he visited again and this time he said that the panel is damaged and needs to be replaced. And the cost of replacement is around rs. 25000/-. Then we visited m/s great eastern appliances pvt ltd tollygunge and informed them of our problem. At first they said that the cost of replacing the panel would be about r. 15000/-. But when we said that the company technician had quoted a different price, they had a discussion among themselves and said that it would amount to rs. 25000/-. According to them, the best solution is to buy a new tv. They also offered to buy back the damaged tv at a hefty price of rs. 1000/-. We are thinking of taking the legal measures against the manufacturer for making a substandard product and also, the dealer for making a fool o[censored]nsuspecting consumers. We are never going to buy another panasonic product.

                I purchased first time panasonic moible till date of[protected] but after completing 4 days mobile is showing weakness like problem in ear voice incoming and when i reached panasonic service centre your one of guy told me system is down he gived me tat. And ask me for after 24 hours when i reached again your againt can't give me due so still its too much time but my problem is same to same soo down your sheeters of your services and stop scaming peoples i dont want you any more...

                  I have purchased a mobile model no p85 from flipcart in august. There was a problem in on-off, and auto off so at servise center [a. K. Enterprises bahraich] i submitted handset alongwith bill of purchase on date-22/08/2017 but till date i have no any solution after 36days. It is not fair as a reputed company. I have many problems to communicate with my people. Please resolve my problem quick.

                    In ki galti hai main kyu charges du aur jet service k maine pay bhi kr deye.

                        I have bought panasonic p66 mega mobile.. My phones display was not working properly so i gave it to panasonic service centre in ludhiana on 2nd of august.. My phone is under warranty.. Company said they will give me a new phone in replacement but i have not received it yet.. They are saying they don't have new p66 mega mobile... What the hell is this... Company is not having this model... They said they will give some other mobile in replacement but they are not solving my issue... Please help

                          I brought my eluga max ray four months back and for last 2 months it is in service center.                               Tv purchase location dehu road from sanjay enterprises.

                              Dear sir / madam,

                              We purchased a new tv on saturday. Ms ashwini had sent a person to install for wall mount. Mr ajinkya who came for wall mount on sunday evening found the old sony bravia tv mount already on the wall and had just put it on with no screws attached. The picture quality is worst.

                              Later as the shop was closed on monday we could just remove the tv from the mount as the screws were just hanging out. We took it to the shop on
                              Tuesday. Since it was a sony mount ajinkya was not able to tighten the screws. He promised us to visit again next day and took our signatures. He did not come next day. After the shopkeeper complained he came on tuesday night 10.00 pm. It was disgusting to see the same guy again at night we sent him back.

                              We thought that ajinkya is a new joiner and did not know to install so again asked the shopkeeper to send some one else. We took the tv home and as i had leaves on saturday and sundays again asked for some one else to be sent for installation.

                              Ashwini agreed to send some one post noon on sunday. Sachin called us and said that he will show up in 10 mins and later after 2 hrs when given a call found that his mobile was switched off.

                              Later, gorakh patil gave us a call when we chased the matter with ashwini.
                              He came in half an hour and we informed him the whole thing. He is an acquaintance of ajinkya and asked 200 rs per nail for removal of the earlier installation of sony bravia tv. We had no option but to send him back as we were not ready to pay more. Gorakh was rude he just used the phrase "marathi madhye bola" which is usually used by the shiv saniks. Most public in pune is from mumbai and we do not have to deal with threats while purchasing a tv from ruffians sent by your company.

                              This is worst customer service at the first impression. We do not want a product from panasonic which gives us such a worst customer service since later if we face problems we will be encountering such bad people..

                              Our shopkeeper is ready to do the replacement but the warranty has to be erased. The tv continues to remain brand new. Please accept the same as you can do the necessary changes and repack it for selling as you are the manufacturer. We have left the tv in the shop yesterday with its complete packing.

                              We want to do a replacement with sony bravia by paying extra money.
                              Shopkeeper agrees with us. Please do the needful. Sony bravia customer service is excellent and we have used it for more than 2 years with superfine picture quality until it was physically damaged by our 2 year old.

                                  I would like to inform you that i am a panasonic customer. I have purchased a 42 " led tv - model th 42a410d[protected] from m/s qrs, kottayam, as per invoice no.[protected] for rs 48, 000/-) considering the reputation brand value of tv advertisement. The warranty period for the said tv was for one year. Initially the tv was functioning properly but after 2 years ie, in dec. 2016, the tv was not functioning properly and the matter is reported your office. I was asked to carry the tv to your kozhikode service centre, which is about 80 kms from my home. Neverthless i called a taxi and took my tv to kozhikode service centre. They found that back light was damaged and should be replaced, the total cost was rs. 4, 500/- plus service charge 1000/- plus 1500/ taxi charge i incurred. (Bill no. 2170 dt. 14/01/2017) after 7 months, the complaint appeared again and on 02/09/2017 and lodged a complaint again (Request no. R[protected] but til date nobody has attended the complaint. I dont know the back light was really replaced or not. I strongly believe that they are cheating innocent customers. I regret to inform you that i am not able to pay about 7000/- for repairing tv every six months. There are wide range of products under panasonic. Then why you are providing low quality spares and poor service. Hence i request you to look into the matter and direct your service centre to repair or replace the defective parts free of cost and without charging any service fee. I expect a positive response from you within 3 days otherwise i have no other option but to approach consumer redressal forum and to share the grievance with social media.

                                      My panasonic smart vierra 42 inch led tv has stopped working after voltage fluctuation. Panasonic technician visited my place and asked to repair a part on the mother board and is a very small issue.

                                      After 2 days, service center informed me that my tv is ready and will be delivered next day between 3 to 3:30 pm. I have also confirmed the delivery on the very day again but the tv has not been delivered.

                                      Next day i have got a call and ask my confirmation if they should order the part which was very surprising for me. Anyway, i confirmed over phone but again on the next day i have got a call from the same service center that the part is not available and tv could not be repaired. They informed that they are going to return the tv.

                                      Please help me to sort out this issue. How can i trust this service centre.

                                        I have given my dual camera of panasonic make at your authorised service center at guwahati named as new digital world, rehabar, guwahati due to malfunctioning of lcd display on 17.07.2017 job no:18604.
                                        The service center has not completed the repair and gives irresponsible answers and my camera is still with the cetnter.
                                        Please look into the matter at the earliest.
