Sir,
I gave my mobile model no. (Panasonic eluga 12) to m/s. Devayoni support service india pvt ltd., scr 15/e (666), bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar-751009 care center on 22.11.2017. After repairing, they called me to receive the mobile set. I received the mobile set on 24.11.2017 vide job sheet no. 1669 and gave rs. 950 for repairing cost. When calling others through my mobile set, same problem arises. Problem of my mobile set was that my voice not clear to other receiver. Again, i went to the above center on 25.11.2017. They checked but did not find the problem. They did not say clear to me.. Please kindly solve the problem immediately to avoid further complication.

    I had purchased panasonic batteries (2 nos) which was being used for storing solar energy for my house. As the battery back up seems to have dropped drastically and being within warranty our technician advised us to contact customer care and have the batteries checked for discharge levels as the storage seems minimal. Request you to please register this complaint and send the technical team to assess the discharge levels in the battery.

      We purchased panasonic tv and washing machine and won gift worth rps 5000. Dealer did not gave our gift for more than 6 months. I contacted customer support via mail and phone... Surprisingly they even did not contacted back to me nor mailed me back. Shewta and manjeet and many more are the customer support i contacted with. But they did not even help us in correct manner. Many of them were unaware of gift system in panasonic. Worst experience i had with panasonic. I have already mailed bill number to the customer support.

        This is to inform you that chowdhary enterprises gandhi nagar jammu is not dealing with the customers properly. We have bought refrigerator and washing machine from the dealer and it was communicated that we have free ironing appliance with it but till now we have contacted them 5-6 times for the same but they have not given us anything and now they are not even picking up our calls. Please intervene to help us in this.

          I have a eluga ray x, but my bad lucky, mobile screen or back camera damage. I search mobile service center in shakarpur. This service center saying 7000 rs. For repairing. I can't under stand this logic new phone price is 9000 and repairing charges 7000. Plz help me otherwise i suggest to all never purchase panasonic.

            I am sharing my grievance that i have bought panasonic led tv from sadana store on 13th october and and found that there was spot in the display of the tv which i have informed to store sales person and he said that it will be replaced after diwali as it was season time and i| agreed on the same and then after all the season were over i again called the sales person of sadana and reminded him about the tv replacement then he got the service call registered for me and then the company service executive along with sales person visited my house and he said the display will be replaced but i want complete replacement. I don't understand how the big brand like panasonic can't think about there customer and is caring. Please my request is to replace my complete tv and i will wait for the replacement and if it will not be done then i will mention this in facebook, twitter & mouthshut also about it for the solution of my problem with complete replacement.

              I had purchased panasonic eluga ray max gold mobile from flipcart platform, from day one its speaker was not effective while keeping it on during call. Latter after 2 to 3 days, battery was not getting charged even though tried with other charger too. I had submitted the mobile to service centre and they asked for 15 - 20 days to resolve the matter. Now after 1 month i had not received the mobile, i had called many times the customer care, but of no use at the same times tried to call many executives but no one is picking the calls, all numbers provided are use less. I am feeling cheated. I think i must use consumer court now.

                I purchased the led tv on 24.07.2015 which is having full option. My warranty expired on 23.07.2017 after that 06.11.2017 my TV picture was not coming only sound was working when I formed panasonic customer care they have sent one technician and he has verified and told panel has gone which costs rupees 16640 almost half of tv price. Tv cost is ruppees 32000. How the panel has gone I don't because I put v guard stabilizer for my TV. Panasonic customer care is not giving proper explanation for that. Don't buy Panasonic brand tvs.

                  We on behalf of m/s. Red rose shopping centre pvt. Ltd. Purchases 1 no. 43 inch led tv & 1no. 49 inch led tv from khosla electronics pvt. Ltd. Behala on 29.05.2017.
                  While installing 43 inch led tv your technician opened the seal packing and found panel of tv is broken, immediately we called to khosla electronics pvt. Ltd.
                  About this matter and they said to exchange the same. Thereafter we visited several times and called to behala khosla electronics pvt. Ltd. And they always give some excuses.
                  Therefore, sir what will we do now as we are tired of visiting your retailer behala khosla electronics pvt. Ltd.. Should we visited consumer court.

                    I bought a led before 4 months, i had a problem in that led after installation from day 1. It is not getting switch on on inverter-battery. After complaint to service center they change the board part of that led. After that i had another problem in few days. The led get switch off and switch on automatically. I complaint again to service center they replace full panel of the led. Now i have that same issue that i had before the led is not getting switch on on inverter-battery..

                      mobile phone not working even after battery replacement and repair for the third time.

                      Bought eluga a2 on 19/04/2017, replaced battery on 27/07/2017 under warranty, repaired again on 17/10/2017 but problem still persists last visited service center on 30/10/2017 only to be informed that my battery won't be replaced again under warranty anymore.                         I have purchased a panasonic phone from flipkart online, on dated[protected] with invoice no. Foysf[protected], and within 6 month i have face a issue of no network coverage some network issue some time networks come sometimes not comes but there is no any physical damage on touch back etc no any scratch on mobile but after visited the service center the care point durgapuri chowk shahdar the engineer told me that your phone will not covered in guarantee but there is no physical damage. But i agreed because i need my phone back asap but today almost one month completed yesterday i talka to mr. Ankit mobile no.[protected] he told me that your phone is in testing not completed yet now i want to that only one rf cable replacement take one month,
                        If yes than i didn’t purchse any panasonic mobile again.

                        Worst worst service face in my whole life.

                          What's happening in this phone
                          It's price is 8000+ and it's unable to give the features of video calling.
                          Video calling offline is most important useful features for india
                          You can see all types of 3g handset, all handsets have video calling features like samsung, micromax, intex, karbonn... Etc
                          Similar to you motorola was also unable to giving the features of video calling but now they given the updates of patches and they are now able to video call offline.
                          I m using your handset from 1 year panasonic p55 novo handset have accelent quality and also working good but have no any types o[censored]pdate not able to video call
                          Its to bad

                            Please note that i have ordered a new mobile battery for my panasonic eluga mobile to the panasonic service centre agartala on 6th of oct 2017, but till now getting & even after several time follow up they didnt shown any interest, & finally today declared that they cant provide & also my advance amount is not refunded till now.

                            This is a huge harassment for me since from one month & total irresponsibility from your end. Also hampered my work due to unavailability of my mobile battery.

                            Please look into the matter urgently & reply with valid reason, & also going to file a complaint into the required authority.

                              We purchased mobile phone of panasonic eluga ray max on dt. 16/05/2017 (Bill attached), we face problem in charging so we send it to service center (Axe telecom faridabad) sr attached. They said that they want one week to repair it but after one month they are not able to give it to me in ok condition they said that mobile is send to company and call to panasonic customer care. When we call to customer care they said that the part is come from china and they are not able to confirm a date for my phone dispatch date (Complaint no.- c[protected]. Due to this i purchased a new phone. Now i want my phone on immediate basis or refund my money. This made mentally harassment to me also. Panasonic is a big brand name but services are too poor or we can say that they have no meant to customer after sales.
                              Pasonic is a worst company. My mob no [protected].

                                I, mr. Sahadev maikap have purchased one split ac (Panasonic cs-us 18ky/1.50 ton, invoice no. Bl/sa/1617/18500) from great eastern, behala branch on 28.1.2017, after that service boy come from i. K. Enterprise, baruipur, malancha, kolkata-145 and installed the ac.
                                After installation, we have faced some problem such as during rain the water licked from indoor unit. We already complaint three times but till now the problem not solved.

                                At last we come to know from your service team that

                                1) ac not fitted accordingly
                                2) out door unit wrongly fitted
                                3) the ac need to reinstallation.
                                4) they demand 1000/- for further installation and to solve the problem.

                                Kindly look after the matter and solve the problem immediately.

                                  Today i checked the history of this case, and am really disappointed.
                                  I found the first email was forwarded on mar 15 or 16 (Please find email attached at end) and we are still following without any resolution yet.

                                  We are actively following since september in which i have been given wrong information many times.
                                  Twice i was told replacement is being provided, information of some person manish was wrong etc..

                                  I have visited pelican service centre twice in which phone was kept over a month without resolving the issue.
                                  Still, the phone is with pelican under service after a suggestion from support to submit phone again.

                                  Pelican latest updates were:
                                  The phone is completely dead now. Its keypad, ring etc. Nothing is working.
                                  They are also not sure how much time it will take to repair the phone.

                                  This is post assurance from support to provide best services.

                                    The customers is purchasing your products to trust on the company that they will provide services long time. But all are false, the dealers are only interested on their profits, no bother about the customer.
                                    You think in this way the customer will purchase your other products, like tv, washing machine and other electronic items.
                                    This type of service is tarnishing the fame of the company.
                                    Please do something and repair or replace the parts of the microwave on our cost.

                                      I went to Panasonic service center about asking touch screen display is having or not but he asked me amount 200 rupees to check the part location where it is available it's he doesn't know to tack with customers it's bad experience for me don't go to buy Panasonic mobiles worst service center (Secunderabad)
                                      Request R[protected]. Very poor service. Long pending for a simple power supply unit. They do not bother to give any feedback . No solution even if you call them several time. Customer support is clueless about the status of the repair.
