Dear sir, sir, i have bought panasonic eluga i2 activ just 30 days ago. I've faced some problems, like, sometimes mobile automatically switch off after 50% charge, display gets blank for sometime after reboot, the service center could not fix this problem even they are asking me to deposit my mobile for 10 days, what i have done previously but no solution figured out & the retailer store ('tapati', serampore, maniktala, hooghly, wb) has rejected to help me, behaved very rude. What should i do now
Panasonic India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Not any positive action taken by company.
I also registered a complain on 14.09.17& 15.09.2017.
But result nil.
I feel cheated.
