Led smart tv model no te-40 es -500d

The above brand new tv stopped working within13 days of installation. The adapter was changed after a gap of 15 days on 14.09.2017 at 20.00 hrs & the tv again failed working at 22.00 hrs.

The service request is pending for 18 days. Today i. E 18.09.17, the technician is saying pcb is to be replaced. Before that on 15.09.17, he advised mother board is to be changed. Prior to that on 04.09.17, the technician said that adapter is to be replaced. The tv has been dismantled by your technician four times and they are not closing the tv properly i. E screws of the tv are found on the ground.

I have been advised that in case of brand new tvs if the tv is not restored within seven days, new tv set is provided by panasonic.in view of the persistent problem with the tv kindly arrange for repalcement immediately.

Date of installation of tv is 18.08.2017

    I purchased a panasonic eluga ray mobile phone on flipkart which was billed on 18th july 2017. On 5th september within less than 2 months of delivery the display stopped functioning. The mobile charges and switches on but does not go beyond the “android “ screen. I took the unit to the panasonic service centre in south kolkata on 9th september 2017 (Job nos 2106) where the technician tells me that there seems to be sulphur formation on the edge of the connector point which controls the display and this has probably happened due to moisture or water leakage. It will not be done under warranty and minimum cost will be rs.1000/- plus parts if required.
    After that i did not get any call from the centre till i followed up on 15th september and was told that they will check and let me know. That call also never came. On 18th september i again called them and was told that it will cost rs.1000/- plus rs.4000/- to repair the phone. The phone originally cost rs.7999/- and now i am shocked to know that i need to pay rs.5000/- to repair it.
    I bought the phone because of the features, the brand and most importantly because most components are made in india. I am now regretting my decision to trust a brand which is relatively new in this segment.
    If water has leaked the unit would have stopped functioning immediately…it did not.. Sulphur does not form overnight and takes time. It is clear that the unit / part was defective from the time it has been manufactured and the brand does not seem to have the manufacturing expertise to build good smart phones.in india moisture, sweat and humidity are known truths and if a mobile is not build for these conditions it is best not purchased.
    I strongly advise buyers interested in this brand to stay away from it completely.

    My led in not working condition from 14.09.2017.
    Not any positive action taken by company.
    I also registered a complain on 14.09.17& 15.09.2017.
    But result nil.
    I feel cheated.

        I bought 58 inches Panasonic LEaD TV from exclusive Panasonic showroom of M/s G. M. Trader sector 22-B, Chandigarh vide bill no GM22-1291 dtd 30.06.3017, under contest of "the Panasonic the greatest sale time" on confirmation to deliver delivery of free gift of Croma dinning set.

        I have visited showroom more than 20 times for gift however every time owner is used to saying that it will be directly delivered but no proper response is given by them.

        This is pathetic service given by the Panasonic.

        Kindly suggest what legal action can be taken against the company and dealer as well.

          I have given my panasonic dual camera hx-dc1 for repairing of malfunctioning of lcd screen at your guwahati service centre named as new digital world, rehabari on 17.07.2017, job no 18604
          Till today the camera was not repaired andreply from the centre person is very irresponsible and they are not in a position to repair and give it back to me.

          Please take up the issue urgently since its already three and half months i deposited for repair.

            I purchased panasonic 40"inch led tv on 15.08.2017 through bajaj finance.
            But this led not working from 14.09.2017 due to screen/pannel problem.
            Before 14.09.2017 i saw a red line in blank led screen for few second.
            But from 14.09.2017 hole screen is still hole blue and red line.
            I was lodge a complaint in customer care [protected].
            Then a technician had visit my home and check led.
            He hammering in led screen from his hand.
            And then he told me please press this point. Then he catch a pic of my led. Tv
            And he gone.
            After few minutes i received a call. Then he told me your led had broken. And not cover in warranty. You pay 24500 rs then i repair your led.
            Tb maine kha bhai main to led dekh rha tha achank red line aakar tv blank ho gya. This is a product fault.
            Prantu usne sunne se inkar kar diya.
            Aaj 15.09.17 ko jb maine punh customer care men complain kiya to mujhe is no [protected] se call aaya aur gali dete hue dhamki dene lga. Maine use samjhaya prantu wh nhin ruka to maine phone cut kr diya.
            Ab mujhe lg rha hai ki mai n panasonic ka led le kr phns chuka hun. Aivm kan ka bhi khatra ho chuka hai.
            Please help me.

Now that phone is not working as its dialtone remain constant. For which call can not be possible. Please help

                It's been only half a month i brought a mobile phone (Panasonic eluga) from flipkart. From day one whenever i put my phone on charging it gets hot. I don't use my phone while charging. I know the basic hygienes o[censored]sing mobile phones.
                Within 10 to 15 minutes it's battery get warm like hell. I feel like not using it.
                I am sure that this phone battery is not good and can cause some serious damages.
                Please reply asap.

                  I bought a panasonic mobile phone (Panasonic p55 novo 3gb (Champagne gold) 4g volte) in february, 2017 for inr 8, 514. Since the time, it has been purchased, it always has charging problems. The battery life is terrible. Full charging lasts only for 3 hours. And now, it is not getting charged at all.
                  - this phone has a very poor touch and the biggest pain area is charging, it's charger has stopped working in just 6 months and phone itself dies down in 2-3 hours.

                    I went to panasonic service center on july 22, 2017. They provide me doa bag for replacement on aug 18, 2017. I asked panasonic customer care they direct me to ebay. Then i asked ebay, they direct me to ebay seller where i bought. But seller closed his shop permanently, so he directs me to panasonic customer care. Customer care doesnt properly respond me. After a long struggle. Customer care provide me reqest number for mobile replacement. They promised me to solve the issue in 5 days. After 5days i called customer care his number is +91 [protected]. He said, mobile is not in stock. It wll come from karur (Tamilnadu). So he requested me to wait for 4days. After 4 days i called him. Again requested me to wait for 2days. After 2day i called him on[protected]. I can't reach him bt phone number. Its totally iritating process. Fake process. I have all proof. I will file case against pansonic. Please dont buy panasonic products

                        Dear sir, sir, i have bought panasonic eluga i2 activ just 30 days ago. I've faced some problems, like, sometimes mobile automatically switch off after 50% charge, display gets blank for sometime after reboot, the service center could not fix this problem even they are asking me to deposit my mobile for 10 days, what i have done previously but no solution figured out & the retailer store ('tapati', serampore, maniktala, hooghly, wb) has rejected to help me, behaved very rude. What should i do now

                            Poor battery, severely its shut down, heating problem, it take time to recharge with charger around 4 to 5 hrs to full charging...

                            It only 5 months passes all these problems are occurring from 2 months only..
                            When i had shown this to service senter mall road they are saying you have to pay for service... No warranty for all this issues..

                            You people making fool to the customer, at the time of purchase you buter a lot and and sell your product, but no product feed back,
                            Why the hell you are giving a warranty, and for what purpose the warranty is...

                              What a pathetic service of panasonic.. No solution and no response since 40 days... Having a 42` led tv and still in warranty.. Called customer care for ~25 times, service centers for 10 times, spoken with different people... Written mails to service head and helpline 2 times still no reply... Got a final offer from service or area head one week back (After 30days of cmplaining) that i have to pay, for the company quality issue and not having the spare part i have to pay???... And again he also not responded after that call... Any one remaining with whom i can speak to... Never never never will go to panasonic again... And i can give my feedback to everyone that i[censored] buy panasonic please take time and money to resolve your problems.. May be it cannot be resolved also...

                                I have taken refrigerator now after 2 years it was not working first it was not getting cool and I have complained it in your service centre.but after 2 days he came and then he told me.sensor problem is there and he will bring it now it is one month and there is no response and now my fridge is become very noisy and ice was forming in refrigerator and it is not defrosting repeatedly calling to your customers care centre there are not sending any technician .I am fed up with this I am from Bangalore please look into this matter.

                                      I have purchased a led tv worths rs.30, 000 in the month of october 2017 from gupta distributor, bhubaneswar. But few months after purchase the tv has display issue and it was sort out the. But after few days again same issue appear and sort out by ur techinician after several attempt.                                         I bought a panasonic ac on 24/03/17. Faced problem on 15/04/17.
                                        Registered the complaint. Since then every now n then someone new come n state a new issue to be resolved in a new way.
                                        Note - ac is still not cooling, for which i have complained for about 8-10 times to panasonic.

                                        Now the company claim a default in installation which need to be repaired, and for which it is charging me.
                                        Installation done by panasonic, product of panasonic, people of panasonic. Why should i pay charges, specially when in warranty.
                                        My reference number r[protected] and 8 more like such.

                                        I have come to terms believing this company is a cheat.

                                        I submitted my mobile in panasonic service center for the problem charging issue and network problem and paid 810rs..but my problem was not solved and they said that money not refund and extra 1650rs you have to pay..they said that the repair mobile from outside private mobile store...also my charging problem was not solved
