I have already book the complaint to panasonic service center & our complain no. Is r[protected]. But they want charge about pawor control board problem. So please help above matter & solve the complaint.

    My ac is not working and i logged 1st complaint 31st august'2017 and today is 4th sept'2017 and still i have not received any support from the company.

    On 31st when i logged my complaint they customer care executive said that they will sms the complaint number along with other details and yet i have not received the complaint no.

    Since 31st august i am repeatedly calling the customer care centre i yet after 5 days no one has attended my complaint.

    I escalated the matter to seniors on 2nd sept'2013 morning and he assured me that my problem will be attended at the same day but no one has yet attended.

    I lives in hyderabad at banjara hills and its sept month & weather is comfortable here and i don't thing its high time for ac.

    If they are having such kind of service to a customer in this season (Not rush hours) then god only knows what will happen if our ac will get problem during summers.

    Panasonic claims that they will attend the problem within 24 hours but in spite passing 5 days still my problem has been not even attended.

    I would like know you all that my ac is just 2 years old.

    I would request to the seniors of panasonic to pls. Intervene and get my problem solved and also request you to pls. Improve the service centres to build the trust on your customers.

      I have purchased new led tv through m/s vijay sales, hub mall, goregaon (East) in the month of june 17. Technician from panasonic has installed led tv on my old stand of lg company instead of fixing new stand of panasonic & convince my family in my absence that there should not be any problem. Led tv is properly installed & looks very odd in drawing room. Request to re install the same using stand supplied by panasonic along with led tv

      I have purchased panasonic led tv through m/s vijay sales, hub mall, goregaon, mumbai. Panasonic technician came for free installation on purchase & they have installed led tv on my old wall stand of lg company. They said - please watch tv for one week & call me back, if you have any issue, as it is fixed on lg company bracket. I have lodged complaint no. R[protected] recently for reinstallation using panasonic wall bracket but panasonic is asking me re installation charges of rs. 1, 000 /- now which is not fair

        I have purchased two panasonic mobiles i. E eluga a2 and p77 in dec-2016. Now in eluga a2 the phone battery is not giving any backup. I have to connect with power bank every time. This is really a bad experience with the phone. Also the same complain with p77, the backup of the battery after full charge is only 4-5 hours even if we are not using it.

          Poor battery fails within seven months, poor service bat no available at service centre.
          Service centre person deposit the battery amount and phone on 29.08.17.
          Till now bat not available and no info when it came from company.
          Worst customer care in india
          - after complaining 2 time to service head also no feedback.
          Panasonic is still living in 20th centuary, don't understand how a person live without mobile
          I had purchased a panasonic eluga a2 phone, in 21.01.17, and found some auto phone off issue severely, today i bought the phone to rv solutions service centre at faridabad, suggested by your customer care team, when inform problem to technician, without inspection of phone, he informed that it's battery problem & it's have only six months warranty & it's cost rs 1500.
          It means it's a popular problem with this phone
          I surprised to know the high price of battery.
          Then i decided to get it replaced immediately as there's no other options
          To my surprised again, the centre don't have battery and informed it will take min. 20 days time from company to provide battery and i had to leave my phone also. This is ridiculous experience i had with such a big company, even after knowing the problem there is no support to reduce customer irritation.
          I feel like stuck in a bad deal with a reputed japanese company who don't understand that service is the backbone in the country like india, as i have to leave my phone for n number of days to centre. Even after ready to pay high cost for a poor product, i am not able to use my phone and now compelled to buy another phone.

            I have panasonic eluga i2 (2gb).
            I went to the panasonic service centre-"raj communication" at padrauna (Up) on july 19, 2017 but the service centre there at desired location as in panasonic website told that they have stopped giving panasonic mobile services.
            Next i visited another service centre - "icon ts" on july 20, 2017, located at basharatpur, gorakhpur (Up).

            I have a problem that my mobile display is not reponding and my mobile is within warranty period which is a condition of replacement of handset.
            But the service centre told me that you have to pay for it and demanded money for their service.

            I have told at the service centre that if it does not get serviced soon, the warranty period will get expire. I have sent many mails to the company but the problem persists as it is, till the date of today. The company does not satisfactorily reply or respond to any of my calls or mails.

                    We purchased a panasonic refrigerator on 8th june. On delivery we got to know that the product was defective. So we returned it back the very next day. After a few months we received another refrigerator and that too was defective. Even after paying money in advance we continuously received defective products. Worst company & worst products. Total waste of time & money. : (

                      I have bought the panasonic eluga ray phone two months back from flipkart. After one month mobile stopped working. We have given the mobile in service center on 25/07/2017. It is having charging problem and backup issue.in service center i have handover the phone on 7/25. Till today no response from them, whenever will ask for the status they are saying spares not available. I have sent an email to service. [protected]@in. Panasonic.com. I got auto response email, later he forworded to mobile. [protected]@in. Panasonic.com. Again one more auto genarated email came. They have not taken any action till now. Service center people are behaving very rude and they are not giving my mobile back. Please help me in escalating to next level.

                          Bought a panasonic led tv 40 inches last year october.
                          Earlier this weak suddenly in the morning when we switched on the tv there was a crack coming up at the bottom of the screen but there was no physical damage done to the screen externally as there is no mark on the screen.
                          We lodged a complain with our dhanbad panasonic centre and a technician came for a visit he said this is an exterior damage done to the tv which is not covered in the warranty agreement but as we are repeatedly saying no external damage was done by us as there is no mark on the screen and nor was it hit.
                          I would like you to look into this issue with utmost priority and let us know how panasonic can help us here in after sales service because this is really unacceptable because the technician is proving me a liar any help here would be really appreciated.

                            On 04.11.2012
                            Now the microwave is not functioning. We lodge complaint through toll free no.

                            But no response from the company customer care side.
                            The customers is purchasing your products to trust on the company that they will provide services long time. But all are false, the dealers are only interested on their profits, no bother about the customer.
                            You think in this way the customer will purchase your other products, like tv, washing machine and other electronic items.
                            This type of service is tarnishing the fame of the company.
                            Please do something and repair or replace the parts of the microwave on our cost.

                              The mobile was purchased online and became defective 6 months after purchase. Since then we have been following up with the local service centre as well as the service team in panasonic. Even the doa of the handset was created but we were told by the company representative to submit the mobile back to service centre itself for replacement. It's been 4 months and the handset has still not been replaced or repaired. It's under warranty. The standard response that we get from the service centre people is that they are still awaiting response from the company. Please help either with solution to this by panasonic or by guiding mewith filing a complaint with a consumer court.

                                Dear sir,

                                On 17-03-13, i bought a panasonic cube ac model no cu-zc20pky at sadana electronic latuche road, lucknow.

                                Unfortunately, your service has not performed well because of cheat to your customers. I am very disappointed because of bad experience of customer service provide by the vendor. Incident was that i had put a complained no r[protected] on 16-08-17 by call on customer care number and with in a 24hr engineer had visited to our place. After his investigation on my query we found that ac compraiser was not working, so he told me for repairing, because my ac compraser was coming in warranty so it will be repair by the company, then i told him to repair it as soon as possible. At the time of his visiting he explain me about the some points which was not come in the warranty but he didn't explain the any charges. When i ask him what cost will be pay by me for it so he just told me that "sir you have to bear the gas filling charges of rs 1950 with new ca-pester and transportation charges also but price not share on the same time. So i called the service center"hiz electronic" from where the engineer has came for the visit. As per the service provider we have to send the equipment to service center by our self or bear the transportation charge as per the policy by panasonic for repairing but still cost was not explain by him. Also he told me that i have to pay advance all the money before its going for repair to center. At the time when engineer was left from my house again i ask for the cost so he told me that our service provider will explain every thing and rest you can read the back side of bill.

                                Now he made the extra charges of repairing cost or transportation cost which was not explain or not match which the actual amount which was mention on the back side of bill. So i just want to explain you that from all of this is the service was not performed correctly, i was billed the wrong amount, something was not disclosed clearly or was misrepresented.

                                To resolve the problem, i would appreciate it if you could take the specific action on it because your company say something else and service provider was different. I am sending the bill copy from both side which i had received from the vendor and also i need you to check it is correct way to make the bill for a reputed company.

                                I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem, and will wait until before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the better business bureau.

                                  I, mrs. Amrita sarkar, 214a, talpukur, baghajatin, kolkata-700086, like to bring to your kind notice the folowing information for taking immediate necessary action in this regard, so that, i may get relief from the problems being faced by me.

                                  I had purchased a 1.5 ton 5 star panasonic ac. (Model no. Cu-kc18rky1) on 07/05/2015 from metro cash & carry india pvt. Ltd., em bypass, east jadavpur, kolkata-700099 (Card no. [protected]).in this connection i like to say that during the purchase of the article i was told that the above mentioned model contains copper condenser.

                                  At the end of march, 2017, the ac became out of order and i had informed the matter to the company and the technicians from star air-condition refrigeration, 63, dev lane, kolkata-700014 (Authorised service centre for panasonic india pvt. Ltd.) had visited our residence and after inspection they were on the openion that “gas charging” will be necessary for proper functioning of ac machine. As the warranty period has been lapsed, they had done the “ gas charging” work against the payment of rs. 2000/- (Rupees two thousand) only on 05/04/2017.

                                  At the end june, 2017 i had to face the same problem and informed the company on 03/07/2017. The technicians had visited our residence and found that “gas charging” will be necessary for functioning of the ac machine. They had done the “gas charging” free of cost as the prior “gas charging” had been done before the expiary of three months time.

                                  Again at the end of the month, july, 2017 i had to face the same problem as the ac machine become out of order. On 02/08/2017 i had informed the matter to the panasonic india pvt. Ltd. Their technicians have twice visited our residence of the ac machine is made of “aluminium”’ it has became defective so early and it is to be replaced.

                                  After through discussion with the senior officials of the company we have came to know that as the warrenty of the condenser has not yet been lapsed, they may replaced the condenser by a new aluminium condenser free of cost. But i have to pay for the gas charging.

                                  Under the circumstances stated above, i like to inform you that i had purchased this model of the ac as i was assured by the metro cash & carry india pvt. Ltd., kolkata. That it contains copper condenser and now delivered to me contains aluminium condenser in place of copper condenser.

                                  Due to this situation i request in the meantime i had suffered a lot.in such heat of this summer we are in great trouble.

                                  Now, i request to find out immediatly who is the remady. Otherwise i have to knock at the door of the law to get rid of the situation.

R[protected] regarding the repair of your ac bearing model no. – cs-kc18rky1 and serial no. - [protected] our engineer attended and found leakage in condenser and the same needs to be replaced. As per your request, your alloy condenser will be replaced with copper condenser and no amount will be charged for condenser coil. Pl note for gas charging and service charge, the below estimate details have been provided to you.

                                  Gas charging – rs.2072/- (Incl. Gst)
                                  Service charge – rs.472/- (Incl. Gst)
                                  Total estimate = rs.2544/- (Incl. Gst)

                                  However as a goodwill gesture we are providing we are offering you 30% discount on total repair cost of rs.2544/- and the final payable amount will be rs.1780/-. Pl confirm us by replying to this mail at the earliest so that we can proceed with the repair of your ac.

                                    I have purchased panasonic eliga a2 3gb ram 16gb 28//12/2016. After 4 months it works only when charger is connected otherwise dead. I have deposited it authorised service centre the care point durga puri chowk durga mandir tel no. [protected]. They have kept it for 40 days and handed over to me. But after two days. It has same previous issue.
                                    Then again it was deposited to same service station. After nearly 42 days i phone the servoce station. They have inform me that doa is made. They are not able to repair the phone even with charges. I return with phone on[protected]., but when i try again it does not start nor charging. It seems that service centre has tampered with phone. Some important parts they have taken out

                                    Kindly help me to return the phone

                                      I have bought a panasonic eluga a2 phone on 6th nov 2016. My phone haven't even completed one year but my phone battery is dead. My phone is not turning on without charger even when it is showing full charge. It is optimizing always. There is no other software issues. Since my phone is still in the warranty period will you guys replace the battery or not. See through this issue and reply as soon as possible.
