I have bought a panasonic eluga a2 phone on 6th nov 2016. My phone haven't even completed one year but my phone battery is dead. My phone is not turning on without charger even when it is showing full charge. It is optimizing always. There is no other software issues. Since my phone is still in the warranty period will you guys replace the battery or not. See through this issue and reply as soon as possible.

      After 30 days the service center returned the same phone by giving a d d paper.
      The shope from which the phone was purchased is now closed.

        I had purchase panasonic mobile eluga a2 on 9-1-17. 3 months after its purchase, i am facing a big problem that this phone gets off automatically.
        I gave this phone to panasonic janakpuri service centre after that phone worked for 2 months more.

        Now, this phone is fully off & not getting started for the last 2 days. Company is denying to replace it/repair it free of cost.

          Dear sir/mam,

          I bought mobile phone p55 max from flipkart on dt.17.07.2017.
          Phone is new launched in india, in only 3 weeks my charger is getting heated and after few days its not working. Secondly when i charged my phone its take too much time and so its getting heating in phone also in charger.
          So pls suggest that if this will continue and if further my mobile gets damage due to overheating issue than what will be warranty given by company that they will replace the phone.

            Madam / dear sir my name is shyam kumar my tv repaired last 10 days back i am complaint also gave your technician came and take photos he told me the tv problem is pannel problem he told me. After 5 days after one person called and told me that model is very old model the part is in not available panasonic company you can take new tv and old tv is you are using 1.5 year that tv amount 4500 deduct and new tv is you will pay 10, 000/- why i am pay sir my tv is in warranty why should i will pay sir i am telling he is not talk me i did purchase metro cash and carry uppal hyderabad. I did called metro also he told me that tv is in warranty tv if not reparable new tv gives you panasonic company you don't wary sir. What i do tell me thanking you m.               Its been 1 year and 3months i have purchased 55"led tv from panasonic and today it stopped working. I cannot see any video, support told there's a problem with led panel. They are charging nearly 37000/- for that, that means they are providing that worst quality that after the warranty period customer have to pay such amount. I want free replacement and will never purchase panasonic product..

                Sirs,
                I have been emailing to/calling Sanyo my COMPLAINT about my dead Sanyo TV (installed on 26/7/17 and dead since 9/8/17 as checked by Sanyo technician; see the attachment, job sheet given to me on 12/8/17 though TV is dead since 9/8/17) but it seems to be falling on some deaf ears and at my age 77 years, I am being troubled/harassed by both Amazon and Sanyo beyond limits.

                I once again insist that Sanyo to replace my dead TV with a new properly checked/quality controlled and working Sanyo TV of the same model. Sanyo has launched this TV very recently in India, as per their ads and should therefore have enough sets in stock to give a replacement TV to Amazon for sending to me. Sanyo should not back out for any reason whatsoever for not giving a replacement to Amazon for this dead TV. One of the persons from Amazon asked me to get the bond entered between Sanyo and Amazon and give it to Amazon saying that he can do the replacement if the bond is sent to Amazon. This conversation tells me that it is necessary for Sanyo to give a replacement to Amazon, on producing the bond to Sanyo, under the conditions of the bond. Why has Sanyo not taken an initiative to send a replacement to Amazon under the conditions of the bond?!

                I feel cheated by a reputed company like Panasonic-Sanyo when it is not taking any decisive and quick action in the matter. Panasonic-Sanyo’s reputation is at stake in this case, because I have started getting doubts about the deal of Amazon with Sanyo about selling this TV and not giving a replacement to Amazon for a Sanyo TV which went dead in such a short period.

                If persons receiving this email are unable to decide in the matter and cannot accept my demand, I request them to give me immediately (within 12 hours) name, address, telephone number and email ID of the topmost person/s in Panasonic Sanyo in India and in Japan so that I can escalate my complaint to this person and get justice in my case. Please pass this email to CEO Mr. Manish Sharma for his decision.

                I hope that Panasonic-Sanyo will respond to my request favorably so that I do not have to take up the matter further to relevant authorities in India to get justice in my case. Please respond quickly.

                  Please check this issue as I bought a Eluga Max Ray in the month of june 2017 but this phone stopped working after 1 week, I approached a service center situated in my native place (CIPL Technologies, Rajkumarganj, Darbhanga) and they kept this phone for around a month but still issue not fixed.i have sent many mails to customer service people but they are not responding at all. When I call customer care then they disconnect my call.Have I committed any mistake by buying your product. I paid 11, 500 rs for this junk piece and did not use this even for 1 week.

                  Hi this jeetendra Katare I have perched led TV date 08/05/2016 but today his pictures gone I call customer care his want to change of customers service but have new led take only one year this not good service
                  When I call some and put my phone on speaker then voice come very low and when I play the music then left speaker is not working.

                    I have complain that my washing machine is not working properly. There is a leakage. Technician is calling everyday that he is coming today but did not turn up.

                    It has been 1 week but my problem is not solved. It is the way you guys provide services.

                    Guys request you all to look at the service department they are not doing they are work problem and solve my problem as soon as possible.

                      When i submitted my mobile on 17/07/2016 at your varanasi service center which is located at bc tower at sigra they submitted my mobile and say that they will call me after mobile serviced but after about 15 days they make not a call to me they only send me message that your mobile has been serviced when i reached the center next morning they told me that your mobile has been again got damaged by their worker and then said me that to come again next 10 to 15 days to collect mobile, after 10 days when i reached to get knowledge of my mobile they told me that your mobile is unwarranted and it will get cost you about 5000 thousands for you mobile repairing,

                      Please clear me if my mobile in warranty period then how they are saying that my mobile is out of warranty and they make my mobile dead and changed the all parts of my mobile as well battery also,

                        I purchased panasonic eluga a2 mobile by spending rs.8900. I gifted this phone to my pensioner father aged 66. Mobile turnoff automatically, on second day of purchase. I submitted to service center more than 5 times until now, the problem didn't fixed.

                        What shall i do to now? I am totally fed up of panasonic and it's service center.

                          1. Having Uncertified PlayStore. Mobile given to service center for same issue, got corrected temporarily, but now again showing uncertified (after regular update i guss).
                          2. Not showing HD symbol, when insert Jio sim in slot 1, hence jio sim not working in Sim slot 1 with out an jio app.
                          3. Already mailed the customer care email, but they ignoring me i guss

                            I have procured panasonic led th42a410d from vijay sales, noida on 18.10.2014 under 1+2 year additional warranty. I have made complaint on toll free no. For the "sound gone problem" pertaining to above led and the complaint is registered under reference no. R[protected] on 03.07.2017. The complaint has forwarded to fairdeal services, c-212 sec-10 noida-201301 uttar pradesh. After rigorous followup with fairdeal, engineer came and seen led and created job sheet and also informed that the mother board is damaged and needs to be replaced. Subsequent to inspection it has also observed that a line also appears on the led, which is also informed to the engineer during inspection. He tells that the same will be rectified on motherboard replacement (Which will be replaced within 2 days). After this i have received call from mr. Dharamveer singh ([protected]) on 07.07.2017 that my led is out of warranty and the service is under payment. I also informed him that my led is under warranty which is valid till 18.10.2017. I also insisted him to kindly email me at my email id i. E. [protected]@gmail.com that "my led is not in warranty" but the same has not yet been done. Now i have received 2-3 call to cancel the request and generate new request for repairing of led, i dont know why new request should be generated? If my existing problem is not rectified.

                            With such a esteemed professional company it is regretful such kind of problem occurs.. My complaint was filed on 03.07.2017 and now its 12.07.2017 and i am still waiting for the replacement

                              Hi team,
                              My name is beena das and i've bought this panasonic ac on 29th march. Since then i've at least complained 4 times and last week on tuesday which is 1st august a technician visited my place and after checking he said the gas has leaked out of the ac which was due to not installing it properly by their technicians. They filled the gas and it was working good for exact a week and today again am facing this issue of ac not cooling, not even a single room. Last time i forwarded the complain to the ceo manish sharma now this time i've no idea where to complain. This product is of 40 thousands and i've paid 4 or 5 emis till now. Now please help me to understand what should i be doing with this piece of junk. It is completely a trash for me. Kindly provide a solution for the same.

                                This is worst service i have experienced so far.
                                I submitted my dead phone under warranty in ghaziabad based service center before two months and still they are not responding

                                  My panasonic plasma tv stop working with error of four blink of red light. I registered the complain and got a call from technician. Better you brought your tv at service center other wise for visit you have to pay 1500/- including tax. Before that i explained complete detail and error code. One day i take my tv and reach service center. The person told me we will open it and check it and tell you the estimate cost. Next day call come and the estimate was 18000/- plus tax. I conveyed that 18000/- is too much for repairing and i cannot afford that much. Next day i reach service center and told them i dont want to repair it as the cost is unreasonable. So give my tv. They told me you have to pay service charges. You know without touching the tv and only on the basis of blink code, they charged 1100/- rs. They didnt check anything and charged 1100 rs from me. This is the way panasonic service center snatching money on the name of services. Now there is no hope for my tv. Better i go for new one but never will purchase any panasonic product.

                                    We have facing mobile heating problem when we have w care mobile sarvice center dadar east he is say your mother bord is deadh and compani not givine mother bord warrenty so you wiil pay charge then your work will be done

                                    But i asked why not warrenty then we purchage mobile seller take your 1 year warrenty

                                      1) led tv 49 4k 630 d was purchased from modi's branded panasonic shop, tiruchy on 10/06/2017.
                                      2) installed on 13/06/2017 and defective on 25/06/2017.
                                      3) instead of repeated compliants to the dealer, the compliant was registered on 27/06/2017.
                                      4) service mechanic checked and found the the entire panel to be replaced and sent the report.
                                      5) based on my repeated request and dealer's request company accepted for change of another new t. V on the same brand without cost and approved the same.
                                      6) due to implementation of gst the bill was not ready up to 10/07/2017.
                                      7) finally they informed that the same make is out of stock and company approved to give 2017 model 4k 49 600s without speaker.
                                      8) the dealer paid an amount of rs. 13000/- as demanded for the replacement with speaker.
                                      9) it is understood that company despatched the t. V on 21/07/2017 without speaker.
                                      10) from 22/07/2017 the service people demanded to pay an extra amount of rs. 11, 000/- for the t. V without speaker over phone to my wife and me..
                                      11) whether service team is eligible to recover rs. 11, 000/- after the approval of company for the same t. V without speaker.
                                      12) even after payment of a lakh our family is suffering without t. V for the past 40 days due to irresponsible action.
                                      13) due to insufficient fund i am also not in a position to give the fine amount of rs. 11000 for the same t. V without speaker.
                                      14) if you feel my complaint is genuine, please take immediate action for the replacement of 4k 49 600s without speaker

                                        My mother had purchased a panasonic handset eluga a2 model after 5 months the handset developed some problems. When it was taken to a service center it was communicated that the handset has problems in the mother board and cannot be repaired. However the same can be exchanged for a new handset. It was suggested from the service center that the handset will have to be replaced from the place it was purchased. However it is not possible for my mother to travel all the way to delhi to replace the handset from the same place it was purchased. We do not even know whether the shop is still functional there or not. I am also not sure whether panasonic is willing to bear expenses of such a trip.
                                        Citing these reasons, we talked to the service manager, mr. Suresh kumar, who is in charge of panasonic service. Mr. Suresh's phone number was provided to us from the service center calicut. Mr. Suresh kumar was helpful and said that one need not travel to delhi, bu the handset can be replaced at any desired location in kerala itself.
                                        When i communicated this to the service center at calicut, they said they were unaware that this was possible and that they do not have any details of panasonic authorized dealers in calicut and asked us to scout around to find a dealer. When i objected to this, the phone number of one mr. Suraj was provided, who is in-charge of panasonic kerala. When we called mr. Suraj, he was helpful and communicated that he will get it either replaced from kochi or from calicut. However, he requested some time and asked us to contact around 1st of august. However now his phone is not reachable, and we are left in a lurch.

                                        Through this letter i want to communicate one thing:
                                        1) kindly facilitate quick replacement of the handset as quick as possible. We are not able to use this panasonic cellphone which has many problems. If you cant replace please refund the full amount we paid.
                                        Panasonic India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        From the date purchase after one year warranty the TV went wrong for now the third time. All the three times it showing same issue with backlight. Tv display is went blank.
                                        Last time TV was get serviced from gx systems Bangalore.
                                        Its now like every month we have to spend about 4000 INR every 3 months...

                                        I got the similar issue with phone as you, Panasonic Eluga A2. Panasonic Mobile division CHEATING with customers, and committing FRAUD by selling failed handset models. Need to drag Panasonic to consumer court for cheating it's customers.

                                        Please leave your number so that we can lodge FIR against Panasonic and it's service centers.
